  • You guys are awesome!!! I loved the energy!!! Going through the pandemica with you has made a huge difference…. Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • I’ve been doing Walk at Home workouts for awhile now. But this one was disappointing. Too much chatter and not enough moves in between the walks. I muted it and finished the workout.

  • A continued walk at home to complete my 60 minutes for the day. Thank you for keeping me movinf in this covid time. All of the leaders are awsome.

  • I enjoy the workouts they are fun and easy to follow…I’d like to see more 20 to 25 minute workouts I do a morning routine than walk my dog and I do a 5 minute routine everyday on break which keeps me going… your team leaders are great enjoy the workouts with Nick, Nadia is good but she needs to remember to give a heads-up before the transition like count down and advise what we are doing next I find her a little choppy and for someone who has had knee surgery on both knees it can be hard to abruptly make a transition…all in all love you guys and keep on walking…I know I will…

  • Plz don’t show advertise in-between as the link to do steps get interrupted also it is imp to maintain proper speed. You can show advertisment at the starting. point.Consider the request.

  • Nadyia is awesome! They all are! She is so inspirational and beautiful. I enjoy this one a lot. I love the new folks/team Leslie has assembled, and I especially enjoy these short workouts. I can do a few of them each day and I don’t get too overwhelmed, which would make me procrastinate and stop before I get started exercising again. I have the menopause belly, UGH, it’s time to get back to walking with Leslie and her beautiful team.

  • Can you provide an alternative for the floor move where you kick your leg out?  That’s not gonna happen for me (at least not at present).  I ended up doing a sort-of plank twist.

  • Today is my 5th days joining This Walk HOME with u Guys Jun 27 2020 From The Kingdom Of Bahrain ⬅️

  • I always enjoy walking with you guys.
Thanks Leslie amd the whole team of walkers. Love your passion and energy.
I have been doing this walking for almost 3 months since we started our lockdown. But I have decided to continue walking with all of you

  • So grant to details after your 12 minute interval walk. Needed a moderate day after yesterday’s 1000 calorie workout which obviously at five feet I did not burn that amount but it was a nightmare nonetheless lol

  • loved doing this everyday just in time for quarantine no need to go to the gym luv the wslking im 61 yrs old it fits me thou walk walk walk at home

  • The best thing about losing weight is that you feel lighter. I lose 5 pounds in 1 week by following this method: the2weekdietnow (G00GLE it)

  • I am new here and I am a bit lost. Now,how many times I should do this in a week to see results and for how many weeks? I do other exercises and I want to fit this in my routine but i need to know for how long so i can get the best benefits.

  • I think it’s great,I’m new to Leslie’s walking and absolutely love it, I’m not very agile due to spinal surgery but at a modified rate I CAN DO THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH LESLIE SANSONE, I’ve been looking for more from leslie and came across the tummy trimmer and again at my rate I CAN DO THIS, I needed to variate so this is great that Leslie has let others walk their way too, absolutely amazing I really can’t say THANK YOU enough

  • first day Done!! after warming beginning just killed me legs rest was fine i sweated a lot. im trying to lose 5-6 kg and most importantly as jessica said remove fats on my muschles my weight is fine but fat level is bad

  • I’m a Leslie Sansone fan and have 3 of her walk videos. But I’m going to try this one as well, as I have made it through 3 of Jessica’s HIIT videos and feel empowered after the workouts.

  • Ordered your two latest videos today. Thank you so much for eliminating the “dread factor” from my exercise routine. I always look forward to new videos from you! Happy Thanksgiving:)

  • I downloaded it this morning and have completed the warmup and 2 mile walk. Absolutely loved it! What a challenge but I finished it thanks to Jessica’s steady encouragement! This is my 6th download and I find them all fun to do. I found Jessicasmithtv about 18 months ago and I can honestly say I have never felt better. Lots of energy and getting stronger daily. Thanks so much from a 65 yr old fan in Canada! Can’t wait to do the 3 mile walk!

  • I got both Work it Out workouts done this evening and got out for 30 minute walk earlier. I wasn’t as fast as you on some exercises, but I got through it.

  • Jessica, I am so thankful that you cover yourself up during your workouts. I was browsing YouTube for other channels to add to my workout routine and you are pretty much the only one who covers up. I appreciate that so much and it’s one of the many reasons I stick with you as my only source for workout routines!

  • Hi dear, I love your ab work out but unfortunately I got my feet sprained in an accident. Is there any work out that I might do while laying on my bed?

  • Wow, this workouts made me real sweaty! I could hardly complete some of the exercises (and I’m not a beginner!)/ Jessica, thanks for the awesome WO!

  • A favourite quick cardio interval that challenges your cardio, abs and strength at the same time on Jessicasmithtv! Still sparkling! Thanks for this wonderful workout again, Jessica!

  • Just finished up with January and February workouts, I loved having planned out schedules. Started lose your love handles on Monday. Doing my old favorites!! Thanks for all the great workouts.

  • I always struggle with this one… Especially with the back lunges and knee raises + twist. I loose my balance so it’s hard to keep up. Nevertheless, I always come back to this workout to challenge myself:)

  • Got my bf to join me for this workout. I told him some of my modifications because this is still a bit out of my reach. But, when we got to you doing the break dancing move he said “What lady?!”

  • oh my goodness me this is by far the toughest workout I have done so far with you Jessica my muscles are still tinglin, sweat dripping, and i didn tdo each of the repetitions the burn was abit too much so I jogged inbetween. Nevertheless, I will do it again as part of my HIIT untill I conquer it:-) now to stretching!

  • I am pretty experienced in health / working out and I struggled a lot more with this video than I realized! I had to stop halfway through when my vision went blurry and about passed out, that has NEVER happened to me lol!! Something about the heart rate staying up in this videa very easy moves VERY effective.

  • Oh my… fist time doing that one definitely came under the Progression not Perfection banner….. i’m hoping pretty soon to progress to complete it ALL! The push ups give me a little problem as I have a rather weak left wrist but will keep working on it.  Thanks Jessica and Peanut

  • I have no idea,hw to do that and I don’t think I have any of those devices,hw can I buy it and hw much does it cost, got to loose this baby stomach, please help

  • I have a question ; all I wanna do is lose belly fat but how much should I excercise a day. I usually workout 5 times a week for 20 minutes. I do cardio excercises. should I do more? I dont have fat anywhere else only belly fat

  • OK Jessica…  Don’t know how I missed this one or perhaps I blocked it out of my mind!  Whew!  Perhaps still a bit too intense for me at this point!  But, gotta love Peanut!  Sassy uses me as a salt lick too!  And yeah, my fat is sobbing right now!  My friend invited me to do the abs challenge for December and here I am!  Once again, whew!  Thanks!

  • i noticed that most of your high impact workouts are reverse lunge heavy? i hope you could make other high impact workouts that are not heavy on the reverse lunge because it doesn’t work for some people. but i love your channel though.:) thanks!:)

  • sweating! some of the exercises i did NOT like. but i tried my best. Perhaps make the videos more professional by sending the dog on a long walk?

  • Doing this workout two years later, and it’s STILL tough! And I’m grateful for that!:)

I have a furry friend around when I exercise, too. He’s a black fluffy cat and his name is Walnut! Walnut and Peanut, so cute!

  • Man, it’s apparently been a year since I’ve done this workout! It seems tougher than it should have been for my thighs, but I haven’t worked out regularly for about a month! Been moving to a new house! But reading back at the last times I did this one, it was still tough then! Still kicks my butt! Glad I got a workout in today though. Slowly but surely I will get back into my routine of 5-6 times a week! Thanks Jessica, and Peanut!

  • Leslie Thank you for giving me this tummy burning workout during the Quarantine time in America. I love your workout all of them and all your instructor you have made great choices for us when you give yourself a break your followers are still taken care of. Be Well

  • This was a great intense workout for 20 minutes!!!  I’m a huge fan Jessica!!!  You are in my basement with me many days a week!  Hahaha.  My love to Peanut:)

  • Love…love…love your workout videos! I’m really big on focusing on calorie intake and calories burned as a guide to losing weight; It would help out a lot if you would note the amount of calories you burn during your workouts videos in your description. I came across your videos while looking for a knee strengthening exercise against fibromyalgia and ended up completing 3 video involving other parts of the body, I achieved that goal today; I’ll be using all your videos every day from now on. The fact that these workouts come in small increments made it less intimidating for me and encouraged me to began performing them immediately; I look forward to advancing to the 40 minute workouts, and so on and so forth. Thanks alot!!!!!

  • Your room is PINK!! so pretty:)  also I love your creativity. the moves never get boring (…and I bore easily:)) Thank you thank you!! and your voice is easy to listen to

  • Thanks again Jessica for another great sweaty workout and I enjoyed watching Peanut’s outtakes.  I just noticed I did this workout last year!  YAY!

  • My Christmas list is filling up on Amazon super fast, Jessica! My husband just said that if you put more DVDs out he’s going to have a fit, LOL, j/k. I’m finally going to get the 6-week total transformation this Christmas, as well as all your new DVDs. I’m super glad I subscribed to the channel so I can keep up with all the newbies:) This one looks amazing because I really need to focus on my core and losing that belly fat!

  • WOW!! This was so tough that I barely made it thru I’m still shaking!! Couldn’t get the 8 minute ab & back workout in WHEW! What an intense and sweaty routine I can’t wait for the kickboxing workout tomorrow, Thank you jessica:-)

  • Another good one Jessica. I found the break dancers hard and so just continued with the push ups. Liked the plank squats very much never done those before!
I lost the Internet connection 17 minutes into this workout but was able to finish it just now with stretches. Thanks again.

  • Peanut was just not giving up that mat!! Love your workouts! I was not active or an athletic person but the workouts are great and I’m getting in better shape.

  • just a little extra warm up would have perfect I guess that is the reason most  sound felt a little tired otherwise great work as always:)

  • Day 2 of #springahead  challenge! This was one of the most, if not the, hardest workout I’ve done from Jessica SmithTV yet! Dang! The Peanut outtakes are VERY much appreciated!:D

  • (Day 1). I just started to workout again, and you got me sweating in that 20 mins workout! I had a difficult time tho with the leg switching we did, but practice makes perfect!:D. Thank you! That was really fun! Plan to do it again for day 2!

  • So funny. With 30 minute HIIT my heart rate took more than half the workout to get to fat burning level even though I warmed up with Tabata. So after 45 minutes of cardio I finally burned a full 20 minutes in this #awesomeworkout at fat burning heart rate level….now everyone should understand why I have to work out a ridiculous amount of time. What a pain! #frustrated and feeling like I have pms but don’t lol

  • I’m coming in way, way late! But I’m starting the 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge today. Day 1complete! I’m a huge fan of Jessica and Peanut (both so inspirational)! Thanks for all y’all do!

  • This was fun!!! Love the new generation of walkers! Nadia! Keep up the amazing, out of this world energy! Positive vibes were flowing from this Jersey girl! As a mother of three I am making strides to a healthier and me and these videos work!!

  • So, yesterday I did 2 hrs of square dance lessons instead of an “official” workout.  So, weeks late, I just completed #2 of the Spring Ahead challenge.  Um… waaaaayyyy more challenging than square dancing… and almost as much fun!  At 65+, and sans work outs for a while, I did about half the reps on the more intense moves, and modified a couple of moves, too, but with an “attempt or two” at the full  movesl… i.e., extended my legs for 2 reps on the side plank leg raises… not pretty, but good to know I “can” work up to more!  Sweating now, so will do the walking a bit later today.  Thanks, Jessica and Peanut

  • 2nd time around on Spring Challenge. Week 1, Day 2 finished. I had to modify some, but definitely got my heart rate up and a great sweat going on.

  • This was a tough one, definitely glad my lower back recovered from injury, or I wouldn’t have been able to do this one.  Thanks for a great workout!

  • Wow what a workout!  Talk about out of breath.  Very sore from day 1 but will keep going, don’t want to miss any workouts.  I find I always eat better throughout the day after getting a morning workout in and I need to get this flabby body toned up!

  • Day 2Holy crap! I managed to do well with the cardio segments but the exercises in plank position was very difficult for me. I felt like I needed a lot more upper body strength to get these done. I have been working my core pretty well the last few months but I found this very challenging. I would like to go back to this again someday. It is day 3 and I am getting ready to move on and my thighs are KILLING me!
