  • “Bury me in Fabletics!” LOL I also subscribed to Fabletics in March to encourage my Yoga practice too. If I wanna wear the cute clothes, I’ve gotta do yoga! Thanks for the awesome video. It brought joy into my day.

  • Yoga shouldn’t be practiced by people who aren’t in cults. Yoga was created for the worship of Hindu gods not stretching. Try medical stretches or something. The only thing yoga mats should be used for are ab workouts. Don’t impress demons…

  • This yoga mat is certainly not the world’s best yoga mat! It’s so rubbish! I have been practicing for years I’ve had numerous mats. This mat is expensive and it loses it grip after a while. I had this mat for two years and it lost its grip. For £100 I don’t think it’s worth it if it doesn’t last longer than two years! I can’t practice on my lifeforms yoga mat anymore because it’s so slippy! Lifeforms say this is because it’s eco friendly. How is it eco friendly if you have to replace it every two years! DO NOT BUY THIS MAT!

  • I don’t know if I’m just really fucking stoned but this video spoke to me I actually am now looking at yoga classes. Thanks gurrrr ❤️

  • This comment is very late but I suffer from extreme anxiety that impairs my quality of life a lot and yoga has helped me so much! I notice that on days I do yoga I am so happy and then when I don’t do it I feel sad. It’s literally a concrete pattern. Every single day I do it is a great day and the days I don’t are bad. It combats my sadness so much! Doesn’t fix it, of course, but it really helps me be happy. Medication and therapy didn’t help at all but yoga is the only thing that’s helped.

  • Love this, love yoga and I can’t wait to get your book! However I gotta say, esp since I work in the fashion industry and I know you’re a very conscious human, please don’t support and promote fast fashion brands… the conditions and wages for the workers who make the clothes are v bad, and sewing clothes is such hard work!! Please support fair trade instead, or companies who are rated “it’s a start” or higher on the Good On You app!

  • Thanks for making this!! I’m going through a lot of self growth right now and I think yoga and meditation will help me take a huge step forward.. It’s so good to see you so happy and free, its becoming quite contagious.

  • cami i have been watching your channel for months now and i love it.you are so sweet and so beautiful and you have a light that shines brightly and your eyes lighter when ou talk.i’m much older than you but i wont say how old and i have a major crush on you girl.

  • A few months ago before I started yoga I would of listened to this and rolled my eyes… but honestly every single word is truth. I started in the same way… just bought a mat and some fitness clothes and did a few random stretches and breathing. I noticed just doing that for 20-30 minutes in the morning would completely change my day. I’ve since watched a few tutorials and gone to some classes… my first class ever was while I was travelling in Japan and that was a huge, huge confidence booster for me.

  • I started practicing yoga last year too and I can completely relate! So happy to see how far you’ve come. You seem so much happier/healthier these days.

  • LMAO polyurethane biodegradable in 1-5 years? hahahaha Do people believe this sh*t? I noticed you didn’t bring up what happens when it gets incinerated, like you did for PVC mats.

  • Must say I just started using mine and it’s the first brand I found comparable to Lululemon or some of the cork brands as far as grip. The alignment map is a nice little feature though

  • No, I do not know why my pupils are so big through this video. No, I am not on drugs lmao. Just throwing that out there before somebody else does. ANYWAAAYYYSSSS. Yoga. Literally changed my dang life. Have you tried yoga before? If yes, has it benefited you?♥️

  • found yoga at the lowest point in my life and i swear by it! I was stubborn just like you and at first just did it for mental health. now everything else good just follows like you mentioned! eating good, sleeping good, looking better, etc. the studio is also such a great enviornment to be in a room with like minded people. Hot Bikram / vinyasa seems to help me the most!
