  • “Bury me in Fabletics!” LOL I also subscribed to Fabletics in March to encourage my Yoga practice too. If I wanna wear the cute clothes, I’ve gotta do yoga! Thanks for the awesome video. It brought joy into my day.

  • Yoga shouldn’t be practiced by people who aren’t in cults. Yoga was created for the worship of Hindu gods not stretching. Try medical stretches or something. The only thing yoga mats should be used for are ab workouts. Don’t impress demons…

  • This yoga mat is certainly not the world’s best yoga mat! It’s so rubbish! I have been practicing for years I’ve had numerous mats. This mat is expensive and it loses it grip after a while. I had this mat for two years and it lost its grip. For £100 I don’t think it’s worth it if it doesn’t last longer than two years! I can’t practice on my lifeforms yoga mat anymore because it’s so slippy! Lifeforms say this is because it’s eco friendly. How is it eco friendly if you have to replace it every two years! DO NOT BUY THIS MAT!

  • I don’t know if I’m just really fucking stoned but this video spoke to me I actually am now looking at yoga classes. Thanks gurrrr ❤️

  • This comment is very late but I suffer from extreme anxiety that impairs my quality of life a lot and yoga has helped me so much! I notice that on days I do yoga I am so happy and then when I don’t do it I feel sad. It’s literally a concrete pattern. Every single day I do it is a great day and the days I don’t are bad. It combats my sadness so much! Doesn’t fix it, of course, but it really helps me be happy. Medication and therapy didn’t help at all but yoga is the only thing that’s helped.

  • Love this, love yoga and I can’t wait to get your book! However I gotta say, esp since I work in the fashion industry and I know you’re a very conscious human, please don’t support and promote fast fashion brands… the conditions and wages for the workers who make the clothes are v bad, and sewing clothes is such hard work!! Please support fair trade instead, or companies who are rated “it’s a start” or higher on the Good On You app!

  • Thanks for making this!! I’m going through a lot of self growth right now and I think yoga and meditation will help me take a huge step forward.. It’s so good to see you so happy and free, its becoming quite contagious.

  • cami i have been watching your channel for months now and i love it.you are so sweet and so beautiful and you have a light that shines brightly and your eyes lighter when ou talk.i’m much older than you but i wont say how old and i have a major crush on you girl.

  • A few months ago before I started yoga I would of listened to this and rolled my eyes… but honestly every single word is truth. I started in the same way… just bought a mat and some fitness clothes and did a few random stretches and breathing. I noticed just doing that for 20-30 minutes in the morning would completely change my day. I’ve since watched a few tutorials and gone to some classes… my first class ever was while I was travelling in Japan and that was a huge, huge confidence booster for me.

  • I started practicing yoga last year too and I can completely relate! So happy to see how far you’ve come. You seem so much happier/healthier these days.

  • LMAO polyurethane biodegradable in 1-5 years? hahahaha Do people believe this sh*t? I noticed you didn’t bring up what happens when it gets incinerated, like you did for PVC mats.

  • Must say I just started using mine and it’s the first brand I found comparable to Lululemon or some of the cork brands as far as grip. The alignment map is a nice little feature though

  • No, I do not know why my pupils are so big through this video. No, I am not on drugs lmao. Just throwing that out there before somebody else does. ANYWAAAYYYSSSS. Yoga. Literally changed my dang life. Have you tried yoga before? If yes, has it benefited you?♥️

  • found yoga at the lowest point in my life and i swear by it! I was stubborn just like you and at first just did it for mental health. now everything else good just follows like you mentioned! eating good, sleeping good, looking better, etc. the studio is also such a great enviornment to be in a room with like minded people. Hot Bikram / vinyasa seems to help me the most!

  • I was looking into these mats but they are VERY expensive. At the end I got JadeYoga mat very sticky, natural, biodegradable and about half the price (still a lot, lol).

  • I love this video. You are genuinely inspiring and so motivated! I find yoga to be very calming and grounding. I’m not that great at it but I’m doing it more in my life than ever before. I used to do classes but then I ended up canceling my membership due to financial reasons… so now I just use my mat at home! They have tons of great yoga videos on YouTube.:)

  • Honey, it’s a fcing year later when Dissolve came out… I am literally crying because how much you have evolved and how much everything changed. Ily ❤️

  • I’m re-watching this video after recently committing to a kundalini yoga practice. I just went to my seventh class, so seven weeks in a row now. I’m about to start increasing it bit by bit. Kundalini has resonated with me for years and I’m so happy I’m finally committing to this practice (during my time living in London, no less itself a spiritual journey!) I absolutely love it. Watching you do that chant I’m like yes girl!!! Get it!! haha. It’s so nice to watch you do things that are familiar to me. It inspires me to keep going! Thanks as always for sharing who you are!

  • I’ve tried yoga before but haven’t been able to stick to a daily or weekly routine. But OMG are your videos great haha you make me laugh and get me motivated gurlll!!! #Supremesquad

  • Really nice review! I‘m about to invest in a new yoga mat which will last me for a long time now and your video gives a great insight:) I have cats at home and now I’m a bit worried about the cat hair sticking too much to the mat. Is it easy to remove when dry? Or do I have to clean it wet to remove the hair?

  • I would love it if you did a short beginner yoga video. I always get self conscious when I try yoga and I get embarrassed even if I’m completely alone. You’re so real and I find your videos so calming I feel like I would be comfortable doing yoga with you. Thanks for the good vibes!

  • As a teacher, I’ve seen just about everything in a Yoga class. Here is one of the most common “mistakes” I see that is soorrrtt of a pet peeve of mine but not detrimental to your practice unless using a very cheap quality mat.

  • I don’t care of the freaking fabletics lol I want that pretty kitty to be in the video and as I’m typing this he makes an appearance! ❤️ so stinking cute!!

  • So I am Christian, but my Mama brought me up using essential oils for as long as I can remember and from what I was told from birth, she steered me away from vaccines because she thought that there were more effective ways to build your immune systems naturally. One if those ways was yoga I have done yoga with my Mama forever. I am more into it now than she is but we were able to maintain our relationship with christ while doing yoga And Praise Jesus that I was because it is incredible.

  • I needed to see this! I’ve struggled with anxiety for years from PTSD from child trauma. You have helped me SO much the last few weeks. I just want to thank you so so much. I must get your book!! You are an amazing light in this crazy thing we call life ❤️

  • Regardless of how anyone feels about yoga or spirituality, LOOK HOW HAPPY YOU LOOK!!! YOU ARE GLOWING! It’s wonderful and I’m so happy for you♥️♥️♥️

  • K I’m literally a pisece too, and I found u through watching ur ex story, and after watching a bunch of your videos, girl we’re so similar! Like I legit have that same bunny in ur background! But for real, I struggle with mental health, and yoga meditation, and awareness is SUCH a power tool for sooo much! I’m so glad you are on that path ❤️

  • Not to be odd but you do have a nice butt. Just saying.

I do have a lot of problems with mental health but never considered yoga because unfortunately I am a bigger girl and I didn’t think I could? I dunno

  • While I knew PVC mats were horrid for the environment and that your mats were biodegradable, I had no clue that you could reduce time to 1/5 years! Good on you, that’s impressive!

  • Yo yoga is not something you want o take part in it is very dangerous to mess with this types of things from girl to girl just focus on the one that can give you healing, peace, and all the other things you need. God is what everyone is looking for but no-one will find him within themselves bc we need to accept him as our savior we can’t find what we need in yoga, or vids on how to slay trust me I KNOW lol love you may God bless you and anyone reading this comment. <3

  • Yoga took from wanting to die to loving your self, what a crock of shit. I have meditated, done yoga, I have crystals, and I still want to die. I cry all the fucking time and still hate myself. I eat healthier and have lost weight and still hate myself. How the fuck does yoga make you love yourself?  WOW

  • Hi, great video. What do you think about their mat pad? I’m thinking of getting the bundle because I’m older and I need the extra support….because I hear this is not super thin, but is thinner than others….please advise…

  • Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You have inspired me to get back into yoga and meditation. You are a blessing, sweetie. Thank you.:) <3

  • Awe that great. I’m aging 45 and wish I could get over the fact that I’m not as pretty as I was and I suffer depression too. Debilitating

  • This was fucking beautiful. I impulsively bought a Bikram yoga package on Groupon. I’m taking my first class today. And this was absolutely everything I needed to hear. It all resonated so much. Even the dancing!!! Lol. Thanks, lady. You’re super dope

  • YAAAAAAAY I HAVE THE EXACT SAME MAT IN THE SAME COLOR it is so precious!! I started to do yoga due to quarantine. Although I had some interest earlier I took this situation as an oportunity to start off. My happiness mat is literaly less than a week old but it is already making me very“ happy´´ hahah (pun intended). Some people would say it is very overprized but they cannot imagine how useful is this mat… We made a very good choice, I tell you.

I also found very nice that you explained some things about how to take good care of it, because it is propper to do so. We need to appreciate the nice things that we have, not everyone can afford such a nice mat so that is a good reason to enjoy it and make the most of it in our practices.
Thank you so much, lots of love and appreciation.
    Mónica.

  • Degrades in 5 yrs? Sounds like they want perpetual customers using ecology as a sales pitch. If you really want to be in contact with the planet you can do your yoga without a mat. Want a better mat than your garden?

  • I’ve always thought yoga was corny and hyped, I have pretty bad mental health and people would always recommend it so I got annoyed by the idea of it.
I’ve been stressed and bored because of lockdown, and me and my housemate tried yoga as a joke, thinking it was gonna be rubbish. Best idea ever. We both were very impressed after following a 20minute YouTube beginners video class. We have both been doing it every day for a week and I always look forward to waking up in the morning and doing it, it’s so calming yet energizing and motivating!

  • Do guys know anything about yogic history???? In the olden times they only did breathing exercise.. you crazy?? STOP with your bullshit PLEASE…. go open up a historic book read…

  • Thank you so much for this beautifully illustrated enlightening video! I honestly did not know all this information. it is up to all of us to take care of our planet earth and you are taking amazing steps by educating as well as providing eco friendly mats! I will share this video with all i know. I teach childrens yoga and this video is perfect for them as well.

  • Just to warn everyone, the liforme website actually tells you not to use cleaning sprays, especially ones with essential oils. These are fine for pvc mats but not good for natural rubber! The official instructions are to use dishsoap or lemon juice, both very, very much diluted with water. This is an expensive purchase so please, please read the instructions so you don’t ruin your mat!

  • I think if you are into spirituality, having trouble with self love, open minded and kind of introspective and even introverted: chances are you will benefit a lot from Yoga and will definitely see some changes in your life

  • what do you do if two people in your class enter very obtrusively, flipping on the lights to the brightest they will go,loudly whip out their mats, all while having a loud, ongoing conversation for a few solid 4 minutes.Luckily the owner who was also teaching this class came in and immedietly lowered the lights back to where they were.Later i discovered these two women where also yoga teachers.

  • yessss samee. My favorite yoga teacher is Adriene here on youtube (Yoga with Adriene). But I totally want to go out to some yoga classes, I’ve been taking some modern dance classes, where we also just dance around and stare into our partners eyes and do stuff like that. I’ve never heard of kundalini yoga, I need to look into that!

  • I have seen this mat since the beginning of my practice online and thought “I’ll be fine with my mat from Ross/Marshalls”.. but I have noticed I am one of those people that sweats a lot in a simple practice and I am constantly slipping and adjusting myself. I am relooking now and considering getting this mat. PLUS after this video I have fallen in love with how amazing it is not only for the yogi but the environment! <3

  • “This yoga mat biodegrades in a 5 years…”So you saying I have to buy a new yoga mat every 5 years….and what’s the purpose of the alignment if you don’t see it, while laying on your back…..

  • I love this! My mat has lasted so many years I’ve lost count so don’t need a new one but thanks for the joyful energy it has lifted my spirits!

  • Do you have any recommendations on what a good yoga studio should be like? I heard everyone raving about how good yoga is and how amazing it is so I tries it but the studio I went to didn’t do it for me, I felt no calm no peace and just like hurried to to the pose

  • Thanks. Appreciate your dedication. Hope you realize how much you help others. Wish everyone had the desire to be of service like you do. You deserve the best.

  • half way through this video and i already feel like this video will change my life somehow, you really inspired me to want to try yoga..we are very similar i also am a very shy person and would never dance at parties and stuff..and im really looking forward to try this <3

  • Thank you for this video. I know yoga is for me. I just haven’t given it a go yet. I did yoga type classes when I was in high school but I’ve felt a calling torward it since I’ve been in college. I know I will start soon and I know it will have a positive effect on me. I’m excited.

  • Any chance of producing a yoga mat that’s at least an inch thick, maybe more? I find most of them too thin (like me!) Need some extra soft padding to be comfortable, otherwise it defeats the object as it’s more painful than relaxing

  • My only argument here is that you should be building up the strength in your hands and feet to not slide. This is a crutch. Sticky mats like these are great but are steering away from true yoga in my opinion. Just an ashtangi opinion.
