  • How long would you say it would keep in the fridge?

    I am a single guy, and if I made it in my full pie crust pan it would easily be 4 or 5 breakfast’s worth so I hope it would keep that long.

  • All I could think of when the leeks were put in was: “there’s a leek in the car! Ahhh! aaaah!” (Cloudy with a chance of meatballs)

  • It’s liquid cream you use! But it’s written heavy cream in French. For us in France we have thick cream and liquid cream. And also some times cream is light (means few fat) but real cookers never use. We prefer full fat, for liquid or thick cream.

  • I never dared making my quiche dough in the food processor even though the idea crossed my mind many times, I hate the mess of butter and flour on my hands but I thought doing it by hand was the only way. Definitely trying this, but i think i will use an egg instead of the water, it just makes the dough yummier
