  • Nice add on to a 40 minute strength training video. Just pause before the cool down on that video do this one and then finish with the cool down on the other. Could probably work with any video if you want a little extra cardio.

  • Generally, I hear that doctors say 30-60 minutes a day. So this would help your cardio get better but I do think doing some different, maybe longer routines helps. Resistance training, or some activity… I do a lot of cycling and if you add hills to your running or cycling route, you’ll be amazed at what it can do for your legs and core.
