  • I like PopSugar workouts. But what bothers me is that the person doing the low impact mods always seems like they are in slow motion. They are just as fit as Anna and the instructor and they think low impact means low intensity. People who modify still want intensity. Maybe they should have a Person who actually has to modify ( knee issues for ex) do the workout. Just a suggestion..

  • I just want to say thank you to you guys. In every video I’ve followed along with, y’all have been super supportive and really understanding. It’s something I greatly need when working out due to some past experiences and health problems.

    Side note: you always mention to remember why I came to your videos in the first place and it’s very motivating. The reason I’m doing strength training in the first place is due to PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which has been fucking with my body since I hit puberty. Weight lifting was recommended to help control the symptoms of it and it seems to be helping! So, thank you guys! Y’all have no idea how much your videos help encourage me to continue getting healthier and stay positive despite my condition.

  • While I absolutely love POPSUGAR workouts and their compatibility to be done at home, I find the title of this workout to be misleading. I did get a good sweat in, but only TWO of the EIGHT exercises incorporated the free weights. After committing a good 15 minutes into this video, it was too late to opt out and find an alternative video that actually included weights at least 75% of the workout.

I’m enjoying this sequence and finding it a good level for me, but what weight dumbbells do you recommend? I am currently using 1.5kg and I don’t feel I’m working enough.     I have been doing this☝️ workout from your channel for past 2months….and i am experiencing knee pains…(i have never had any injuries with knees nor had any medical issues related to knees.) I have lower back pain issues. But my lower back feels great now. I stopped doing this workout for a week and i no longer have knee pains. But when is start doing this workout again knee pains are coming back.(i do keep a slight bend in my knees while doing this workout). What do u suggest me to do..

Repetition of exercises isn’t always “exciting”, but it is the number one way to make progress in building muscle. And the different variety of exercises you presented in superset style made it fun and challenging! �� I will come back to this workout after I purchase my new, heavier weights.   • I just found this video today and just had to take my hat off to HASfit. I am a dance fitness instructor and dancer, and was looking to do more toning and weight training. As an instructor, I have to say there are so many things that I just loved about HASfit instruction! I loved that you gave a modification at the beginning of each exercise. (so many videos don’t do this clearly) I so appreciated all of the cuing that you did. All of the pointers were so spot on! ( E.g.so many youtube workout videos just tell you to use your core but they never explain how! It just becomes jargon.) You explained things calmly and clearly. Your dynamic together was so clear and respectful, you both had wonderful things to add to what one another said. The exercises were simple to follow with your awesome instruction, yet you still made it challenging. I also appreciate to see a man and woman teaching together and feel it balanced. I can go on, you guys are great! So happy to find you and subscribe! So excited to dive into more videos as part of my weight training routine. Thank you so much! Thank you!

  • I have advanced arthritis in my ankles. Due to the Corona Virus, I cannot go to the gym to work out on the machines. Yours was the only decent weightlifting I could find that did not involve straining my ankles during warmup or during the workout itself. Thank you so much for this!

  • this was probably one of the most killer leg workouts I’ve done! I wasn’t particularly motivated to work out this morning but I forced myself to do this and I was dripping with sweat and my legs were vibrating halfway through the workout!!   • I really like how she put together familiar strength moves and made them feel new. Her combinations were doable but challenging (even with lighter weights) and unlike any other I’ve tried. My only complaint is that she was going too fast. I could hardly keep up with the transitions especially. In any case, this is still one of the better strength routines I’ve done on PopSugar.

    Meaning that this was an AMAZING workout. I haven’t been pushed this hard in a while. Definatly doing this workout again. Burned about 300 calories (even more during resting period) and toned/ strengthend my body THANK YOU!!!

  • This work out was bad, super hard to follow. No instructions on proper form. I have done many strength workouts from this channel, and they are usually very good. This one was truly terrible!

  • A lot of the combo moves were just a little bit more complicated than they needed to be so I wasted a lot of time figuring it out. Like the push up/raise/side plank. You really only needed two of the three.

  • I almost didn’t do this workout because I read all the comments about it being hard to follow, but I’m so glad I did. I thought it was excellent. I loved the combinations of moves so you were hitting multiple groups of muscles with each move it felt very efficient. Personally, I felt the moves were slow and controlled enough that it wasn’t hard to follow/understand at all. My point being give it a shot. Great workout.

  • This is actually messed up man. I can run 3 miles without stopping but this workout kicked my butt. Lol… I maybe should have focused more on strength training before ���� but honestly, these videos have actually changed my strength a ton! Not that I look tons stronger but literally I’ve gotten multiple comments about how my arms are super strong… And that’s coming from someone who used to get comments on how she had such skinny long arms �� which I mean honestly there could be worse things said!   • Omg! This workout was a challenge BUT I really enjoyed the diversity in moves and positions. Each round came with a little surprise to jolt you from the typical arm routines. Trust me, this will spice up your routine if you’ve hit plateau on your old ones. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU GOT IT, GIRL!!

  • I have to agree with some people here who are saying that the pauses were not long enough and sometimes I couldn’t follow because it went to fast. I was very confused by the counting too…sometimes she counted down actual seconds and sometimes she just went so fast while counting. It was confusing. Apart from that I liked the workout and I’m sure, if you do it multiple times, you will see results. I will not be doing that because I’m sick of comments like “we build a summer body in the winter”. Fat people have summer bodies too and it’s a disturbing message that only helps diet culture. Do better.

  • Wow wow!! I have been doing pop sugar videos for a few months now and decided to change my videos on rotation. This one just kicked my butt, like if I haven’t been working out at all. I was feeling so strong but now I feel like I can’t even catch up. I hope it’s only because it was my first time doing it bc it did make me feel a bit discouraged. Any who great workout!!!

  • This workout was a challenge but worth it all the while! I did feel a little rushed there was too little time to get to know the move. Especially the skull crusher at the end should have been explained as people are doing this as home workouts and can easily injure themselves!

  • Due to corona virus i decided to stay indoors for safety and here i am doing this. I’m weighing 74 kilos, 26 years old and 153cm in height. According to my BMi i’m obese and i’m prone to sick �� I’m hoping to do this everyday! Cheer me gals!!! �� �� ��

  • A friend recommended this workout. I knew half way through that I would regret it. Well, fast forward to that last bathroom break before my hour commute home and my thighs gave out during the “public restroom” squat. I nearly pulled the toilet tissue container from the wall trying to catch myself before my butt hit that toilet. But after 2 days rest I’m willing to try it again.
