  • This workout is very challenging for me, especially the core part (have yet to make it through without taking a break!). One question, though: is it normal that those leg scissors feel really painful for my hips? The part of it that supports the legs’ weight feels pinched or something. Is this normal? Will it go away eventually with practice?

  • This workout was amazing. However, youtube has gotten insane and has started as a few weeks ago putting ads about every 3 minutes, literally. I know popsugar does not put ads in the middle of their videos, especially about 11 in a 33 minute video. I am not sure if POPSUGAR has a say in this, but if so, please tell youtube to lay off the crazy amount of ads. One or two, okay, but literally 11 is insane and is almost unwatchable because it cuts in the middle of moves. Thank you so much for the videos though, they really are amazing.

  • This was one of the hardest ab workouts I’ve done like, ever! Mainly because I felt each move sometimes when I do ab workouts I end up feeling it in my spine, neck, etc.

  • Personally, I don’t like gyms. They are so crowded and I can’t do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from NextLevelDiet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

  • For those of you seeking an interval timer, to use at the gym once you have the sequence memorized, I found Dreamspark’s Interval Timer to be a great app. (Play Store) Simple to program, and it has audio reminders that the end of a set is coming, as well as when the next one starts. One can set the rest interval appropriately, as well. Very handy! Adjustable volume.

  • I highly recommend taking up yoga (I follow yoga by adriene’s programmes) if you have back/neck pain during core exercises or struggle with planks. After 3 weeks, I can plank for minutes on end and stopped having pain during crunches.

  • I do this with repetition. 5 different exercise with 20reps 3set every other day. Don’t do same exercise everytime u workout your core or abs. U will see the good results.

Thanks to COVID-19 and my gym being closed I have discovered You Tube workouts. I appreciate the variety, the challenge and the structure of your workouts. I am amazed at what can be accomplished in only 20 minutes (I can barely keep up and am relieved when the 20 minutes ends:-). Thank you.

  • I’ve been doing this for a month or two maybe? Not even the whole thing, just however much I could do at the time, and I still can’t get through the whole thing. HOWEVER, I can eat and eat and eat all day long and my belly will be flat as an ironing board. I can also balance a lot better in a handstand and doing things like pirouettes are easier too!

  • This is such an amazing workout! It makes you feel good, having plenty of streches in between each circuit and the ab isolations were tough but it was the best kind of burn that i’ve felt in a long time. After the workout, i felt really relaxed, elongated and stronger. Highly highly recommend it for everyone to try!! Would love more core-strengthening and healthy digestion workouts!   • I first tried this workout about a month now. In the beginning it was super tough and I clearly remember how sore my sides I felt the next two days. But now the workout has become quite easy, even with weights! I now feel inspired to try a harder workout. Does anyone have any suggestions for the next workout?

  • My wife challenged me to try this and it kicked my butt. So humbling to have average moms Outlast you physically. I’ll keep doing this but have a long way to go to match these ladies.

  • This is my first workout after giving birth to two babies. I was really reluctant to start because of my constant back pain. Needless to say this changed my outlook on getting my tummy back, very inspired! Thank you for this great experience, highly recommended for beginners and easy to do at home while kids are napping!:)

  • So I tried doing the towel exercises on a yoga mat in a carpeted room, and found myself in a tangle! XP Not recommended! haha. Is there an alternative to using the towel for those of us not on slippery floors?? Besides that the exercise was incredible, it really pushed my body!! Thank you so much CafeMoms!:)

    this is so so good…I took a two week break from this video and just came back to it, and I’m DYING (in a good way). Keep in mind, that was two weeks with daily exercises, just focusing on cardio and other areas, or lighter core stuff, so it’s not like I just didn’t do anything

    My friend was previously bullied. He said he was gonna get bigger. I chuckled at him. I didn’t think he would…. Until out of the blue he gained 40 pounds of complete lean muscle mass.   • I try to do this one at least a couple times each month. I like the pacing and variety of excercises. Hard and works up a sweat without being frustratingly difficult!
