Forty-five minutes of every workout was devoted to serious conditioning, which meant I was doing dozens and dozens of pushups, squats, press handstands, rope climbs, and more—in addition to the countless repetitions and routines that make up a training session—every single day.

  • Hey, couldn’t join in for the live workout and one day behind, but caught up today Wednesday in the evening. Found it to be a good quick blowout and enjoy that it’s all bodyweight only. Please keep posting them.

  • “so you think you look strong doing your 120 in the gym”… well you gotta start from somewhere… and Tetzel is the type of guy to act” cool” until he tries to deadlift over 200 kilos

  • “Don’t feel ashamed if you feel really small after this”
At least I can wipe my own ass, and I won’t have a heart attack walking up a few stairs.

  • Tetzel is just impressed (and high on test perhaps) and well, what he says is true so…

I know some blackbelts who could kick his ass, but those WEIGHTS would “crush” them as well. Don’t take heavy lifter jargong so seriously:)

  • Everyone is so mean about Tetzel in the comments lol. I actually love the fact that he’s almost annoyingly over the top. It’s a strength channel! To me he helps keep the fun in it. I think he’s kinda corny sometimes too but it makes me laugh. Besides, he’s doing what he loves in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers. I give him props just for that. Many of us ragging on him in the comments don’t even have a channel of our own! Not trying to debate anyone here, just chiming in. I wouldn’t take this comment or Tetzel too seriously:D Just enjoy the show!
