It turns out that short-term stress is actually a good thing. When we get stressed, the fear center of our brain called amygdala activates the Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal Axis. This is our central stress system which releases hormones and prepares our body for fight or flight.. However, chronic stress can have negative effects on our brain. This is because one of the hormones released during stress is cortisol. It is believed that high level of cortisol leads to gradual loss in synapses. Synapses are connections between neurons in the brain which help process and recollect information. Secondly, prefrontal cortex is associated with social behavior, decision making, etc. Too much cortisol can shrink our prefrontal cortex, thus decreasing our ability to interact and make judgments. Lastly, a study showed that chronic stress may inhibit the growth of neurons in the hippocampus, decreasing our ability to learn and remember.

It can be hard to fall asleep when you’re anxious, and insomnia can make anxiety worse.. But you can train your brain to worry less and to sleep better when you’re anxious by using the skill of Deliberate Worry.. In this video, I’m going to talk about how worry and anxiety can make it hard to fall asleep, and I’ll teach you how to train your brain to stop worrying at night.. Now Our brains and bodies are naturally good at sleeping, they like to sleep, so if we’re not sleeping then it’s often because we’ve developed some habitual way of keeping our brain turned on, we’ve gotten in the way of our sleep response.. Having a consistent routine before bed, like wearing a sleep mask or doing other sleep hygiene routines, can help your brain start to turn on the sleep hormones (like melatonin) and that’s because our brain likes to make paired associations. Bedtime Routinefeel sleepy. I go into a lot more detail about this in my video on Triggers. So just like when you watch an ad with a delicious hamburger, your mouth may start to water. What we do right before we sleep can help our brain turn on that sleep response.. One thing that often happens with insomnia is that people have developed the habit of thinking through their day when they lay down. When you do this repeatedly, instead of associating your bed with sleepy time, your brain associates bed with worry time. We’ve practiced it over and over and now the brain thinks“Laying down? Let’s get to work”. We develop a trained response, we’ve taught our brain through habit that the time to worry is bedtime. But good news, your brain is built to re-wire itself, it’s built to pair and un-pair these associations. So all we have to do is retrain our brain to associate the bed with sleeping.. lyrics. “Stressed Out”. I wish I found some better sounds no one’s ever heard,. I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words,. I wish I found some chords in an order that is new,. I wish I didn’t have to rhyme every time I sang,. I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink,. But now I’m insecure and I care what people think.. My name’s ‘Blurryface’ and I care what you think.. My name’s ‘Blurryface’ and I care what you think.. Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days,. When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out.. Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days,. When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out.. We’re stressed out.. Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young,. How come I’m never able to identify where it’s coming from,. I’d make a candle out of it if I ever found it,. Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I’d probably only sell one,. It’d be to my brother, ’cause we have the same nose,. Same clothes homegrown a stone’s throw from a creek we used to roam,. But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered,. Out of student loans and treehouse homes we all would take the latter.. We used to play pretend, give each other different names,. We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away,. Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face,. Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money.”. Yo.. We used to play pretend, give each other different names,. We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away,. Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face,. Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money.”. Yo.. Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days,. When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out.. Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days,. When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out.. Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny. We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money. Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny. We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money. We used to play pretend, give each other different names,. We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away,. Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face,. Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money.”. Yo.
There’s no doubt it takes a toll. When our brains are fatigued or placed under stress, it tends to have a physical and emotional component. We physically feel terrible, and studies have found we perceive the same workout as more difficult than when we are not under stress.
When our brains are fatigued or placed under stress, it tends to have a physical and emotional component. It’s only an issue if you’re chronically stressed and regularly starting and ending your workouts feeling pooped. Here are six things to know about stress and exercise: Stress increases muscle tension. Because this has a negative affect on motor control, our risk of injury increases. A study carried out on students at Yale University found that students who ranked high on a scale of psychological stress needed more time to recover after a workout and regain their strength. When they did leg exercises using heavy weights, the students high on the stress scale regained only 38% of their leg strength after an hour.
If you’ve ever had a totally mediocre and unsatisfying workout because of mental pressure or anxiety, and you’re wondering how stress affects your workout, you’re not alone. Stress is. People who said they were stressed felt more tired, sore, and low on energy 24 hours after a tough workout than those who reported fewer life pressures, according to a study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. We all know how amazing exercise can make us feel when we’re stressed but you’re right – there are limits to the body.
If you only use exercise as the tool for stress management, it’s likely that you will end up injuring yourself. Then you’re stuck in a position where you can no longer use intense workouts when you’re stressed!Researchers out of Yale University took the time to go through all studies relating stress to exercise habits and found that the majority outlined subjects opting to be sedentary rather than active when stressed. In fact, participants were found to be 21% less likely to work out during times of stress. It’s important to remember that not all stress is bad.
Running is a productive stress when it is combined with good-quality recovery that allows stressed muscles, joints, tissues and bones to heal stronger and more resilient. This is how you build fitness.
List of related literature:
We also experience healthy stress when we go to the gym and lift heavy weights or run fast, pushing our bodies to grow and adapt.
However, this stress encourages the development and strengthening of all parts of our body, particularly our muscles, heart, lungs, and bones.
from Psychology in Action by Karen Huffman, Katherine Dowdell, Catherine A. Sanderson Wiley, 2017
But physical activity taken too far can become distress (bad stress) in the form of overtraining, which paradoxically produces reduced fitness along with increased fatigue —an unhealthy reaction.
The first is an imbalance between stress and rest, which usually occurs when the athlete suddenly increases the training workload in either volume or intensity—or both.
In addition to the physical demands of training, psychological factors such as excessive expectations from a coach or family members, competitive stress, personal or emotional problems, and schoolor work-related demands contribute to the development of overtraining syndrome.
But if the stress is applied over several days at an optimal rate—not too much but just the right amount for you—then the fitness change becomes measurable.
I have found that before I started exercising, I was always stressed sad and angry. Now that I have started running running daily, I have felt happier and no longer feel that way.
I have Been suffering from insomnia for 5 months, after that I knew worrying is not a solution,I try to take pleasure from every worry even it’s 4:5 hours after going to bed, after 1 week of practice I defeated insomnia permanently

Lately I have not been able to fall asleep and I don’t want to wake my parents because they have early morning and late nights of work so I love your advice about getting your worries out. I sometimes feel scared to write my worries down because I don’t want to have to look at them later so I think every night along with my bullet journal and diary I will write all my worries down and when the notebook is full I’ll burn it.
I had found this out by practice, tackling breathing problems when too stressed. I also started exercising with kettle bells to strengthen my weakened back muscles. I also corrected my back posture while driving and unconsciously carried away into unpleasant memories. Thanks for sharing the info.
I’ve had neck pain around a week, hurts when I turn my head to the right. Also if I push my forehead upwards with my hand, the pain is worse, like it’s pressing on it. Does this sound like a pinched nerve?

Process through worries during the day! Deliberate worry: plan in time and worry on purpose
Step 1: plan in time each day and write down each of your worry * choose a consistent time * don’t do this right before bed * writing times down will make worry much manageable
Step 2: Sort through your worries * go through your worries and highlight those that are actionable * separate worries that you can act on and the worries that are hypothetical/imagined danger * 区分可控和不可控
Step 3: Create a plan * write down the next smallest action, use verb and action word * set a reminder: if you are worry about a long day ahead of you, put a reminder in your phone for tomorrow morning to make a schedule for your day * don’t need to solve all problems, just choose the next smallest actionable step and make a reminder for it
Step 4: Acceptance * accept some problem can’t be solved right away * set those aside wholeheartedly, say out loud i can’t do everything at once/i can’t control everything * it is a choice to choose not to act
Step 5: Shifting your focus * shifting your perspective to gratitude (things going well, success)
If you’re trying to sleep now, but couldn’t, get up and do a brain dump. * Writing all your thoughts on paper * Take that piece of paper and set aside * Say out loud “I’ll face this tomorrow” * Go back to bed and reengage your mind with a book or meditation
I have online classes in 5 hours. I was thinking about it so much that i can’t get out out of my head and now I’m probably only going to get a few hours of sleep.
Wow. Very good film. My uncle was formerly a fat. He remodeled his body from 285lbs of pure fat into 204lbs of real lean muscle. I couldn’t believe it! I just subscribed myself as I’m seeking to get heftier muscles. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…
Will this work for stuff like “I’ve been unemployed for years and will never have a job” and ” fuck me I haven’t spoken to humans for months and now I can’t communicate “…?
I must have medications so I can sleep at night. This dreadful sleep problems has troubled me for 9 months. I ran across this sleep program from my doctor. Immediately after 5 weeks, I obtained the best sleep of my life. Those who have experienced insomnia for a reasonable time must also test this. My sleeping has drastically improved! I discovered this tip on Google.. It calls Zoey Sυnodoz take care
Okay when I get really anxious, nervous, or scared I feel like I need to throw up. It gets so bad that I immediately have to use the bathroom so I can throw up in the toilet. And if I don’t have a toilet or trash can near me or I’m in public it just makes it worse. For some reason when I get ready for bed I get really anxious or nervous which like I said makes me sick to my stomach. Me feeling like I need to throw up at night keeps me up or makes me throw up while trying to sleep. Is there a way to help this?
A lot of the time I just have sleep issues but sometimes, like tonight, I’m scared of something in particular which is making me scared to sleep. Something similar has happened before but not exactly the same
God bless you for this stretch treatment…this has helped me dramatically in quieting the chronic pain in my neck. Thanks a million!!!…at the 5:12 mark…

Sleep disorders, including insomnia, are sometimes caused by psychic attack, which can be done to the brains of victims by humans or by unclean spirits. Things to avoid include: Yoga, transcendental meditation, consulting psychics (obviously), following “spirit guides” or practicing any form of Kabbalah.
Ok guys, I’ve been reading through these comments and I feel I gotta share how I overcame this shit. So I had been dealing with depression due to a traumatic event 2.5 years ago. That depression turned to anxiety and that anxiety turned to insomnia. I was having panic attacks over hypothetical situations and just worrying about everything, mainly about what I’ve done wrong in the past and what I should’ve done back then to change that. I got tired of always thinking about that shit so I would constantly just try to push those thoughts out of my mind and try to forget about the situation entirely, since it had been stressing me out like crazy. Out of nowhere, I couldn’t sleep for days so I got fed up and eventually came across this video. A huge this that I had to realize was that I hadn’t been facing my stress the right way. Even though I was “thinking” about all the stuff that had happened, I wasn’t actually DEALING with it. In a sense I was still running away from my problems and my body was telling me to deal with it through the only way it knew how…insomnia. I wasn’t dealing with my stress during the day, so my body was telling me to deal with it at night. I ended up devoting a time during the day (for me it’s in the shower) to just think about everything that bothers me and to ACCEPT all the bad shit that had happened to me. Throughout these years, I had constantly been praying for peace, and I was finally able to realize that peace is NOT perfection in your life. Peace is the willingness to accept life for all that it truly is: the good AND ESPECIALLY the bad. Once I had accepted that bad things happen and that is OK, I started to do more self care activities like exercising, talking with friends, etc. That night I got in the bed telling myself “I probably won’t fall asleep tonight and that’s OK. Just enjoy life and understand that even though you have gone through so much bullshit in the past, you are STILL HERE”. That night I felt my body get heavy, which actually would have caused me to have a panic attack in the past, but since I had a better outlook on my life, I accepted it and experienced a sense of peace that I had never felt before. I slept a total of 7 hours that night and have been getting a good nights rest ever since.
When i was battling anxiety i used to get panic attacks in my sleep i was unable to sleep, i manage to get less than 2 hours of sleep a day it all continued for more than 20 days as a result due to lack of sleep i experienced intense headaches with flashings around my eyes later the doctor told my headaches are not normal, they are migraine headaches which i got due to intense anxiety and panic attacks and lack of sleep. My humble request please don’t feel distressed after reading my experiences with anxiety and panic attacks everyone feels and experiences anxiety differently. Also, iam proud to say that its been almost a year that i have been able to manage my symptoms of anxiety, panics attacks and migraines successfully.
We where playing chicken fight in the pool and I have never played it before so then my youngest cousin jumped on my shoulders and we played as we did I had a big pinch in my neck “Owww dat hurt” we lost btw cuz of that: l then I wasn’t able to look to my right or lay my head back without pain:( “god dang it ya brok mah neck “ I said lol but it’s been like a whole day it only got worse:lllll
I just feel like my heart skips a beat a night, like it stops, especially when i m trying to fall asleep, anyone familiar with this?? I just don’t know what is going on
Hello! I just want to thank you a lot for this video. It makes me hopeful that I can someday stop my thoughts from overtaking my sleep. I hope to do well, thank you again for your videos.
I was sitting the wrong position and i felt an electric-like pain in my neck. I really believed it was my pulse and i was gonna have a stroke or heart attack! Now i believe it was a pinched nerve because i feel exactly what this video says.:)
How do i hold and look at my phone in the “correct” posture? Im pretty sure mines from looking down at my phone too much, but when i hold my phone up at chin level, my arms start to hurt.
I dont sleep with worries. I feel great during the day. Had a one time traumatic situation which then led to no sleep for months. Now its become a struggle at night.
The key is getting enough, but not too much. I personally exercise 5 times a week 40 minutes a day. Monday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes legs/abs. Tuesday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes chest/triceps/anterior delts Wednesday: off Thursday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes back/biceps/posterior delts/forearms Friday: 30 40 minutes cardio, 10 minutes stretching Saturday: Boxing and some mixed exercise such as tire flipping, farmers walk, climbing etc. sunday: off
Ever since my mom and I caught covid, I started having trouble falling asleep. Most nights, I would find myself staring at the dark ceiling and then suddenly sitting up, desperately trying to breathe. When I was being treated for covid, I had occasional shortness of breath and would often stop breathing despite consciousness. I stopped sleeping during nights since I was afraid I would stop breathing in my sleep. After recovering from covid, I now have to battle with anxiety and fear of losing my loved ones. I would get intense panic attacks that wouldn’t let me sleep and breathe. I just hate it when night comes, I just want to go back to the strong-minded me who never lets anxiety get better of me. I want to be able to sleep normally again, especially since my classes are gonna be starting soon.:(
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen on tackling insomnia. I’ve recently taken up journalling for my anxiety and it’s made such a big difference to how often I am consumed by worry. Thanks for this video!
First of all, there is no such thing as “depression” as that’s a pseudomedical condition. Secondly, no exercise fitness does NOT make everyone less stressed. In my case, exercise and fitness raises and causes additional stress and also makes me angrier and bad tempered and no, no steroids are used and I try to vary up the types. I realized the hard way that I didn’t need to focus on exercise and fitness and just carry on with regular life and since moving on from fitness/exercise, my stress has dropped and I do feel better. No regrets moving on from exercise/fitness.
Personally, I’m trying to reconnect with God. Last Saturday I spent the whole day in the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. I am now waiting until 8/11 when I can see my doctor. The tests for my heart came back clean so they think it is a combination of sleep apnea and anxiety. Every day has been a struggle. I lay in bed, listen to ASMR, meditate, relax, but my brain just won’t “click” off into unconsciousness. It has gotten so bad that I am taking sleep aids to make me drowsy, but leave me with a headache and groggy all day. I feel like my body is shutting down from sleep deprivation. I have started exercising but it doesn’t help. I feel like I am driving myself and my friends crazy with this. I used to be able to sleep for hours on end and now after 1 hour I wake up. So I have to try and pass out, over and over again. Sometimes I just want to kill myself to make it stop.
Hi, I have been trying to find your course in udemy but it’s not pulling up in the search results. I don’t see the link in the description either. Could you please provide me the link?
My posture isn’t great. But now working from home and working off a nightstand looking down and to the left. No wonder my neck can’t get any relief. Thanks for video!
I remember when I was younger I used to say that I want to graduate from high school and now that I’m going into 9th grade I want to go back to the good old days
Hi. I would like to try your course please. I am going through a rough time of exhaustion and anxiety. Probably due to burn out at work. The executive functions you describe in another clip are definitely switched off. And have been for few weeks now. A very scary, depressing and frustrating feeling. Was on anti depressants a few years ago, and just restarted few days ago, in hope will boost serotonin again. Really need some regular guidance to get back to my former self. Am a charity worker dealing with cancer patients. Currently feeling so depleted, i can’t help much. Work badly affected. Feeling very useless. Fear won’t get back to normal. Just get worse. Thank you.
my brother took medicine for depression and started seeing things, hearing voices that weren’t there, and almost tried to kill himself. i would never take medicine for my depression because it won’t help.
I’m depressed, I don’t have friends, I don’t talk to anyone except my family, I don’t use Facebook, WhatsApp and other social networking shit.. it’s been almost a year! Before all this happened I was a very different person, I was quite and calm but I was happy, now I’m frustrated and trapped! Depression struck me after my girlfriend broke up with me and stopped talking to me.. I hate the way my life is right now!
Happiness is obeying Christ. Forget loneliness too! You get to see his Omnipresent bearded face. I prove it on my channel. I suffered from depression until I started obeying Christ. It makes sense. Christ loves us = He wants to see us happy. His doctrine is the divine path to happiness and eternal life. Don’t forget you cannot obey Christ’s divine doctrine without his help.
What a great video! Its 2am, I usually fall a sleep at 4am, and every day I feel exsosted. I will try to follow your advice. I have Insomnia over 20 years now I hope your advice helps! All the best to you! ❤️
Most people won’t understand this video. It is far too technical and I understand it because I understand anatomy and physiology. Ask someone on the street if the know what dopamine and serotonine Etc is.
I find that exercise doesn’t really help because achieving my ultimate goal seems impossible given lm not genetically structured. It frustrates and depresses me.
Sir, how about if the left side of my neck is in pain but only the pulse area. I mean it always (but in a short time like in a seconds) in pain. I can feel the pain that from my pulse area. What is that?
Great to hear the scientific reasons why I think exercise helps me cope with bipolar. Diabetes and obesity is common in people with bipolar. https://youtu.be/n32HT7hRRQE
Spanish? ❤️❤️
For more than a decade already, sleep problems has been part of my life. Immediately after having this sleeping for one week, I was able to gain 8 hours of sleep each night. I`m resting so well that I haven’t even done the plan. The program has entirely eliminated my insomnia. Thanks a lot to this treatment solution. Good luck, you will get the results, research it on Google. Name is Zoey Sυnodoz take care

I am having HUGE problems with my pillow. I can’t get it right, and I dont know what to do anymore. I tried sleeping with and without it, with a big, medium and a small one, I tried sleeping with a neck pillow, but nothing works.. help
I never played attention to this song until recently this year. I don’t have any regrets with my childhood since I’ve always acted my age when I was younger. Now that I’m almost 30, I still feel like a kid since I don’t have any kids. However, I have regrets not enjoying life more in my early 20’s since I was mostly working. My 20s was mostly about work work work. I honestly wish I took more days off and did more things. If I could go back, I would go back to 2012 and start over from there.
I hate how I can’t sleep at night because I’ll be constantly worrying about things I did in the past and things that are going on in my life at the moment, and I hate how people assume you do drugs because you have restless nights. I’m going to try these tips in hopes of better nights of sleep
i have pinched nerve for over 10 years diagnosed but nobody told me any effective exercise when i get up in the morning it is worse. i am going to try your exercise and see how it goes. Thank you for showing us the exercise and the information. i was using heated pad which never worked but i will go for cold pad now.

I have headaches,my face feels mumbling my right eye hurts, my neck feels burning sensation like someone pinching the trunk of my neck, get nausea and like I have something on my throat plus when I walk my head moves omg so painful got emg done doctor said nothing wrong.
Is it just me or does songs like these like there’s a weird feeling that you get before you move out of your parents or girlfriend but you get a good strange feeling what makes you miss your childhood
I have had a burning sensations up my neck ever since my last outdoor run; it has gotten much better but it’s still there. I am gonna start applying ice and doing yoga (maybe that might help),; if it doesn’t then I am gonna see a physical therapist in a couple months.

I have stiff neck at the right side of my body and it spread to my jaws and face and spread to my arms. Also my both feets feels tinglings sensation everytime time
Cervical traction cured my pain in neck that traveled down my arm. I wasn’t able to turn my head while driving due to pain in neck, working, sleeping were all very difficult. I tried cortisone shots, physical therapy ex’s, gabapentin, none of it helped. After a few sessions of Cervical traction, my neck and arm pain were gone.
My pain is on each side of my neck near the top of my shoulders. Ive been dealing with this for about 6 years now. And it’s getting really bad. Sometimes it burns so bad and I can’t stand the pain I started stretching a couple months ago and sometimes it help my upper back but never my neck and shoulder.
I am suffering from chronic pain in my neck, shoulder blades and back of my shoulders that lead to my left hip and ouch it hurts so bad that I can’t even move. I got this pain under a trauma and I am in this pain for past four years. this never goes away. I have taken so many medicines. consulted different doctors but nothing worked. I don’t know if I am ever gonna overcome this or..
I’m just over here like Roblox then: “Use to play pretend, give each other different names, We would build a rocket ship and fly it far away. Use to dream of out space!” Roblox now: but now they’re laughing at our face saying “wake up you need to make money!” Yo.
Hey future me I hope you listened to this song and right now I’m 14 the good old days I hope everything is going well for you and don’t forget to always smile no matter what:)
Whenever I’m going to sleep. I start thinking negative things. Like, someone is there & watching me, something is going to happen and etc etc. I also have a breathing problem ( from 1 month ). After this problem starts, I again start thinking about negative things like coronavirus and something like that.
May be because of overthinking. Idk, what is happening?
When I was young I liked the song, I was happy… But now, guess what? Everyone I know hates me… Everyone made my life hell… Now I ended up being depressed, stressed, almost emotionless, etc…
youtube description: “wish we could turn back times, to the good old days”, but then they said, “wake up we need to make money”, and then youtube went shit
So the countries who held their citizens hostage for the shortest amount of time have the lowest virus rates and ill health. The Germ Theory was never actually proven to be 100% accurate, yet the trillion dollar medical industry is entirely based on that theory. What’s the CAUSE of death in people with this “virus”? Does their brain explode? Does their heart stop beating? The CAUSE of death is still pneumonia. Pneumonia is not something you can “catch”. It’s a biological result of being “scared to death” of something. Think of it like an internal wound that you can’t see, but when it starts to heal (when the traumatic event dissipates), the healing of the wounds in the lungs will cause pain, mucus, blood, fever, headaches, coughing, etc. You don’t show the symptoms of “disease” until you stop being panicked and afraid. These symptoms usually show up 1-2 weeks after you’ve relaxed and resolved the upsetting event. So governments around the world are CAUSING fear frights in everyone based on an unproven THEORY by one man, Louis Pastaur, who redacted his claim of the germ theory on his death bed, yet no one listened. So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the “scary virus” that’s not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and believe they then have the “scary virus”, and more panic will ensue as well as martial law. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the “sickness” will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people’s lives are destroyed because of it.
I fixed my bad posture with your videos, thank you, but then next day agonizing pain… 10 years of bad posture, will try this to fix the pain, ice already helped, can feel the nerve activity throughout the arms with this exercise, you guys are miracle workers. thank you.
Anybody else have this?: whenever i tilt my head downwards, i get a very bad pain in somewhere on the left side of my back, it isnt my spine, it feels like a tendon or something and is very painful and annoying. Can anyone suggest anything?
I sometimes get sharp pain in my lumbar area when standing from a seated position or bending over. I do work in a warehouse where I do heavy lifting every day of lots of things that are 20-30+ pounds and sometimes over my head a couple of feet. I have recently been diagnosed with Dysautonomia (autonomic malfunction) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. So my blood pressure drops when I sit on the floor or stand up and I feel perpetually tired and only feel relief when I lie down. At night sometimes my blood pressure lowers, particularly just the Diastolic with a normal Systolic. My symptoms of weird heartbeats, blood pressure changes and such started in December 2019. Could this pain in my back be related to a pinched nerve to cause body malfunctions? Sometimes I get a pressure feeling in both ears and feel like I’m going to faint, shortness of breath, blood pressure spikes/drops, heart rate spikes/drops, etc. I also get a funny feeling on each side of my neck and a “full” feeling in each ear at certain times when my symptoms kick up. Dizziness is a very common symptom when standing. I’ve had VNG testing, tons of blood work, Cardiologist, Endocrinologist, primary care doctor visits, etc. We’ve found nothing but vague symptoms.
I discovered a way to sleep really easily, every night at 10:30 I’ll put my phone far away from me and then read a book/bible study! Kind of to get off your phone and then try and look up a good sound relaxing for sleep and set it up and charge it overnight, after that you just find what’s comfortable and close your eyes.
so IM AFRAID i might have some CHronic Degeneration and JUST Want to KNOW who is the best person to help me Diagnose these issues….NEUROLOGIST???? i ve been to multiple chiropractors and all they do is xray oh ok ur good lets adjust U in this section…always same rap and i have just gotten worse….PLEASE anyone HELP. But i just dnt know where to start and especially now COVID Days…and i have no insurance and dont want surgery.
When ever I walk around the house my head feels so heavy and its very painful but it’s not because I have a big head. For years now i have been having sharp pains in my neak and sometimes i faint for no reason. The doctors say its iron deficiency but I know for sure I have no symptoms for that. If you have any idea what’s happening, comment your answer. Thanks
I am usually very tired and I get very close to sleeping, but then my body jerks me awake at the last second. Almost as if it is afraid to sleep. Any tips to change that?
I just seen a doctor, from the clinic my regular doctor is at (he’s on vacation.) Can this be diagnosed just by symptoms? My back kills me, throbs so bad, thought I had carpel tunnel too… but he thinks it’s a pinched nerve in neck, and my back. My back I really want looked at, but don’t want to come off as if I know better than a doctor! I’m just in tears, I don’t even want narcotic pain meds (they don’t work), only Toradol works… what to do.?
I have found that before I started exercising, I was always stressed sad and angry. Now that I have started running running daily, I have felt happier and no longer feel that way.
Everyone else’s brain: Genuine problems and bad things that are reasonable to be concerned about before sleeping
My brain: “There is a terrifying demon right behind you and it will fucking eat you if you don’t open your eyes right now”
So my father had a spine injury when he was a teen and now he can’t move his neck at all anymore.
It’s like his bones are fusing together.
I have Been suffering from insomnia for 5 months, after that I knew worrying is not a solution,I try to take pleasure from every worry even it’s 4:5 hours after going to bed, after 1 week of practice I defeated insomnia permanently
I sing this too my bestie from far away I have not met her we met online she make me happy and feel loved I’ve told her stuff we really wanna meet irl
I wish I found some better sounds no one’s ever heard
I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words
I wish I found some chords in an order that is new
I wish I didn’t have to rhyme every time I sang
I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink
But now I’m insecure and I care what people think
My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think
My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
We’re stressed out
Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young
How come I’m never able to identify where it’s coming from
I’d make a candle out of it if I ever found it
Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I’d probably only sell one
It’d be to my brother, ’cause we have the same nose
Same clothes homegrown a stone’s throw from a creek we used to roam
But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered
Out of student loans and tree-house homes we all would take the latter
My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think
My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face
Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money”
Yeah
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face
Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money”
Yeah
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny
We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money
Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny
We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face
Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money”
Yeah

I’ve been listening to this song for years but today it hit me different, like I understand the statement that’s trying to be made.
Don’t act tough sometimes it’s best to show your soft side trust I learned the hard way I got into a fight just wish I could turn back time when I went for walks with my dad
I know what being stressed feels like. I was in 7th and I was getting bullied a lot and I couldn’t keep up with school, I got bad grades, and I was yelled at by my parents. I had this HUGE crush and My friends kept annoying me talk to him but I was shy.
My ear feels blocked and I have ear spasms when I tuck my chin in and down towards my chest. I’ve tried everything from visiting a Primary Care Physician to ENT to massage to Chiropractic, etc. and nothing has helped.
Man 2000 2015 were the days we all miss them when the world was innocent like this was when spongebob was only in its first seasons the good ones, the first Alvin and the chipmunks, mcu was starting, original movies like Madagascar and legendary Pixar movies
Wow instant relief after almost 8 months of pain. I was ready to quit my desk job. I’m still going to see a specialist to confirm what I have. Good luck everyone
Does this sound like a pinched nerve?
wow. wow. wow. im sitting here crying because these grounding exercises are SO helpful. Ive wasted so much time in my life being fearful and panicky.. I appreciate this more than youll ever know!
Hello chiropractor, my nerves below the centre of chin and neck front face side have become clearly visible. And lower ka ugly. How to fix it.

I experienced dreadful sleeping disorder for 2 years and thought I was hopeless, nevertheless employing this sleep solution, I`m sleeping normally once more and also ABSOLUTELY LOVE sleeping. You ought not miss making use of this sleep process or treatment program. At the beginning, I found this system to be unrealistic but I tried it anyhow. There is no harm applying it anyway. I got this guidebook on Google.. It calls Zoey Sυnodoz

Just after 5 weeks, I obtained the ideal sleep of my life. Folks who have endured insomnia for quite a long time should also test this. My sleeping habit every night has improved drastically. Process through worries during the day!
Deliberate worry: plan in time and worry on purpose
Step 1: plan in time each day and write down each of your worry
* choose a consistent time
* don’t do this right before bed
* writing times down will make worry much manageable
Step 2: Sort through your worries
* go through your worries and highlight those that are actionable
* separate worries that you can act on and the worries that are hypothetical/imagined danger
* 区分可控和不可控
Step 3: Create a plan
* write down the next smallest action, use verb and action word
* set a reminder: if you are worry about a long day ahead of you, put a reminder in your phone for tomorrow morning to make a schedule for your day
* don’t need to solve all problems, just choose the next smallest actionable step and make a reminder for it
Step 4: Acceptance
* accept some problem can’t be solved right away
* set those aside wholeheartedly, say out loud i can’t do everything at once/i can’t control everything
* it is a choice to choose not to act
Step 5: Shifting your focus
* shifting your perspective to gratitude (things going well, success)
If you’re trying to sleep now, but couldn’t, get up and do a brain dump.
* Writing all your thoughts on paper
* Take that piece of paper and set aside
* Say out loud “I’ll face this tomorrow”
* Go back to bed and reengage your mind with a book or meditation
It calls Zoey Sυnodoz

Author Amy Perez also suffers from anxiety. Find out how she deals with it in the new audiobook ‘The Anxiety Warriors’

Cheers for the Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried Lammywalness Erase Depression Guide (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one of a kind product for beating depression fast minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy after many years got great success with it.
whenever i tried to sleep i wonder what my future will be im not really good at my studies all i want is to make my parents proud but im basically good for nothing:(
this is likely why people target me because of the way I carry myself because I feel like crap a lot of the time; it ends up in a never ending cycle

Tuesday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes chest/triceps/anterior delts
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 10 minutes cardio, 30 minutes back/biceps/posterior delts/forearms
Friday: 30 40 minutes cardio, 10 minutes stretching
Saturday: Boxing and some mixed exercise such as tire flipping, farmers walk, climbing etc.
sunday: off
Ever since my mom and I caught covid, I started having trouble falling asleep.
I keep worrying about my parents dying bcoz my mum said she might not make it to my graduation and i cant get out of my head i dont wont my mum to die
Don’t forget you cannot obey Christ’s divine doctrine without his help.
same thing you can see in dogs. dogs that get regular excersize (playing, walking, etc) daily are way more relaxed and controlled than dogs that dont.
Mine’s from doing a forward roll. My left side of my neck hurts a lot, especially when I move it to the right. Any advice? Please. I’m crying in pain.
Great to hear the scientific reasons why I think exercise helps me cope with bipolar. Diabetes and obesity is common in people with bipolar.

Name is Zoey Sυnodoz

I’ve been dealing with panic and anxiety for 8 years now. You’re videos have been very helpful. Thank you so much. I would love to try your course.

I have had a burning sensations up my neck ever since my last outdoor run; it has gotten much better but it’s still there. I am gonna start applying ice and doing yoga (maybe that might help),; if it doesn’t then I am gonna see a physical therapist in a couple months.

Roblox then: “Use to play pretend, give each other different names, We would build a rocket ship and fly it far away. Use to dream of out space!”
Roblox now: but now they’re laughing at our face saying “wake up you need to make money!” Yo.
I’m here because my kitten has a kinked neck and can’t rotate it but he can turn his head….there were no videos on kitten kinks I hope this helps
When I was young I liked the song, I was happy… But now, guess what? Everyone I know hates me… Everyone made my life hell…
Now I ended up being depressed, stressed, almost emotionless, etc…
youtube description: “wish we could turn back times, to the good old days”, but then they said, “wake up we need to make money”, and then youtube went shit
I’ve struggled with severe anxiety all my life and this channel is of real help.
Is it still possible to take the 2 hour course for free as of now?
Woke up with a pinched nerve. I can’t turn my head to the left. It hurts to even try.. I got to turn my whole body to look to the left
I did your stretches and iced the area yesterday and iNSTANT RELIEF! Thank you solo much! Before that it was only getting worse as I was using heat
so IM AFRAID i might have some CHronic Degeneration and JUST Want to KNOW who is the best person to help me Diagnose these issues….NEUROLOGIST???? i ve been to multiple chiropractors and all they do is xray oh ok ur good lets adjust U in this section…always same rap and i have just gotten worse….PLEASE anyone HELP.
I just seen a doctor, from the clinic my regular doctor is at (he’s on vacation.)
Can this be diagnosed just by symptoms? My back kills me, throbs so bad, thought I had carpel tunnel too… but he thinks it’s a pinched nerve in neck, and my back.
My back I really want looked at, but don’t want to come off as if I know better than a doctor! I’m just in tears, I don’t even want narcotic pain meds (they don’t work), only Toradol works… what to do.?
