  • This was definitely catered to all levels of fitness but not all levels of co-ordination ������ I nearly fell over so many times getting my legs tangled up. Just as I’d figured out the moves it changed to another one! It was fun though and I definitely worked up a sweat, thanks guys

    Day 2: Today was lazy day for me so I had to push thru it. It definitely made me feel better. Once again, I was soaked in sweat and felt a burn all thru my thighs by the third song

  • I was about to give up several times during this workout just because I never got the moves right. I know that it’s a learning process and it’s perfectly normal to not be a pro the FIRST TIME you try something new and yet my brain usually goes like: “you’re clearly to stupid and uncoordinated to get this right, better stop immediately and never try it again.”

  • The only thing that really bothers me is the description that it’s going to burn a lot of calories. Exercise, especially when it’s body positive, is not supposed to be about body modification or punishing a body for eating food but celebrating what your body at that current state and moment can do. It’s so hard to find body positive and anti-fat workouts and this one was almost there.

  • This workout is a sweaty one but sorry to say that, pedagogy is missing. You show really too fast the movements and therefore we do it bad. We don’t have the time to integrate a movement that you already pass to another one. It’s a pity because it could be a really good one.
