Research from SANADERM Professional Clinic for Skin Disease and Allergology also found that just exercising on a PowerPlate for 8–13 minutes, 2–3 times a week resulted in a 25.7% reduction in the appearance of cellulite over six months. We Tried It for You: Platefit “This might tickle your nose. That’s normal,” says my fitness instructor Brooke Pascoe — not words you typically hear when you’re about to start a workout.

But this isn’t just any workout. At PlateFit, participants do 27 minutes of exercises atop vibrating Power Plates. The workout is intense, the results refreshing. Business. Yeah, we tried it.

  • This is the issue with racism ppl only want to knowledge that all black ppl act like Pat, but as you can see these guys have their owns traits & behavior so it blows my mind how a picture gets painted and ppl run with.

  • KD is the one player right now for whom there is no answer defensively….there is nothing anybody can do (that includes Kawhi) defensively on him…..Im a die hard LBJ fan bdw

  • Man…If Durant didn’t get injured I felt he would’ve joined Kawhi on the Clippers. The Clippers gave KD so much respect in this interview. Just a few days ago KD was pulling for the Clippers to win it all.

  • best 6th man ever! guy is a starter on almost any team but that spark off the bench can kill teams and he’s done it year after year. true professional. great mind

  • Lou Will a bul.. true competitor and professional.. much respect for that answer.. Another one of Philly’s adopted sons.. Pat Bev favors curren$y lol

  • I love that line, it reminds me of Eddie Brock in Spider man when he says, “I like being bad; it makes me happy.”

    Just straight up truth.

  • I get that Pat was pissed they lost and all but come on man, there’s no need to just be straight up disrespectful and borderline sexist (“what you think? You play basketball before? You watch basketball before?”) to reporters in the press conference. It’s understandable why so many don’t like the guy.

  • The Sequels Trilogy
Disney: Tell me what you did to my trilogy fans.
Star Wars: I don’t want to die.
Disney: Tell me what you did!

Fans and critics who love filmmaking: We tried to uncanonize it. We tried to uncanonize it. Because it is a disgraceful, degenerate piece of shit, and it deserves to burn.

  • Lou William is a very professional guy and vey respectful person maybe he should conduct good manners and right conduct conference and invite Paul George and Draymond Green

  • PAT GETS THE NBA RATINGS. BUT Lou is the real deal. Respectful, high Intelligence on another level. Brothers need to learn from this dude. Lou is all world PROFESSIONAL!!!!

  • so pat beverly can really guard KD? lol karma hits you PAT beverly you act like your so good..you look like draymond greens brother more on trashralk than showing skills

  • This scene never gets old. I was literally resonating with Walter when he finally burst that out, even though I never expected this speech to happen. I was hating Tuco’s character deeply, same as Walter. He’s the one who always treats people like dogs but asks for the sincere respect and adoration in return. He’s the one who can even kill at his psychotic whim. To me, he somehow symbolizes life as I see it. No matter how good and humble you try to be, how hard you try to do what society wants you to, you still stay at risk of being disposed at any moment as a useless nuisance of this world. When that realization hits you one day, you start HATING. Hating, and wanting to get what you think you fucking deserve, and wanting to get justice at any cost. Walt’s transformation and biggest “fuck you” to his miserable life made him realize he couldn’t tolerate Tuco’s very existence anymore… No more sneaking around, no more escape plans, no more compromises and temporary agreements. Just to say “YOU… DESERVE… TO DIE…!”

  • Politics is always behind the culture. politics is a lagging indicator. first we have Walter White who is an expression of white nationalism and then we have Donald Trump. Remember with breaking bad the people walter hates the most are those two yuppie scumbag tech wizards I think that those types of people will in years to come face their reckoning
