  • I almost quit because the warm-up was kicking my butt. I wasn’t able to give it 100%, but I went to the end and glad I did. This is the type of video I will return to to see how much I improve over time. I’m a yogi and was pleasantly surprised by the midway stretch and final yoga segment. Just wish for a modification on the ab part that has you sitting on the knees. My knees and top of my feet could not take it, so I sat cross legged. Overall, awesome workout!

  • it only takes 7 minutes a day and already sweating from just doing exercise 2. Taking 10-20 sec breaks in between, and then starting the next exercise. Just came across your video yesterday.   • I used to casually pop into random hotels in the morning on myrtle beach and start eating continental breakfast. If confronted just give a random number depending on the number of floors. I found that 2-3 hundreds work best as better rooms are usually higher up. This also works well for pool parties at other hotels that have better pools.

    Day 1: this was fr hard. but i think that the last one was the hardest.

    Day 2: it was less harder then i thought it would be!!

    day 1: started pretty late (2:02 pm lol) and honestly it fucking sucked,, my legs were killing me and I was really panting but I somehow managed to get it done �� ik tomorrow probably won’t be any better but ahahaaa I can hope (editing to add I’ve only actually eaten cereal today so far lmao but I’ve been drinking lots of water)

    Day 1: I wanted to lose weight because school is almost here and at the moment i weigh 140,I’m 13 and I think its a little too overweight for my age, well I made this super healthy smoothie which contained strawberry,mangos and this powder I bought, i drank it with a fish oil pill which I heard was good for losing weight, for lunch I ate a spoonful of rice and beans, I then did this workout, it was hard but I started to sweat a lot, I feel like I will get slimmer day by day! well I can’t wait for tomorrow!:D

    Day 4: I woke up and did my daily routine, wake up, change, wash my face, have a healthy breakfast, have me time and do excercise, I did not do my excercise yet but I am feeling really active today for some reason so I’m pretty sure it’ll be easier today I’ll edit this after I’m done �� I just finished my excercise and it felt easier

    Day 5: just did 10 mins I cant keep going, this pain on the left side of my stomach is killing mee
    Day 6: I’m feeling it a little bit easier now

  • Having trouble doing L-Sits with my palms. Anyone else have this problem? Are my arms too short? Torso too long? Or just too weak of a core. I can do them with my fists or holding onto kettlebells, not for a long time but I can lift myself up for a few seconds, but feels near impossible with my palms on the floor.
