Upper Body Blowout is a series of 3 workouts designed to target your upper body through short, efficient workouts. Upper Body Blowout uses free weights and a cable machine and can be done by anyone of any fitness level. Add these FREE workouts to your Workout list. You can do them as many times as you want and remove them at any time. This upper-body circuit works your shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, traps, and chest (among many others).
It’s important to work your upper body daily, as those muscles play key roles in good posture and functional movements. In addition, your abs will feel the burn because you also use your stabilizer muscles during single-arm hammer curls and shoulder presses. Overall I feel TapouT Xt is perhaps a bit more intense heavy than Les Mills Combat since majority of the workouts are longer, but Combat is a much faster pace than TapouT XT which I like. The HIIT workouts don’t burn as much as vertical plyo or legs. Asylum Vol 2 is harder in my opinion because it feels like it combines more strength and agility together while some workouts in Combat just gives cardio.
The routines in TapouT XT have a good combination of strength and cardio put together which makes it difficult why Combat separates them into different routines. So to me TapouT XT would be more intense. But Combat is a faster pace workout.
do you still have this dvd and the core attack / inner warrior stretch and strength dvd too? if so, are you willing to part ways with it?
How is combat compared to tapout xt in overall intensity and is it just mé or does the combat hiit workouts get you legs burning as hard as vertical plyo and power legs? And if tapout xt is more intense than combat how does it hold up to asylum vol 2 since i personally finde combat to be insanitys equal because of the punch and kick workouts gets mé like pure cardio is the combat bonus workout just as hard?
