  • I began yoga exercise using this yogo guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) in 2017 to boost my jogging. Together with improving my physique, I also shed ten pounds along the way by doing a Yoga exercise Challenge utilizing the routines in this handbook. I prefer the easy explanations, positions, relaxation techniques and even how to live yoga off the mat..

  • Look online for the term “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) to know this yoga exercise guideline created for anyone who would love to discover more about yoga exercise. The guidebook can be utilized by aspiring new yogi or one who has been doing yoga for decades already. The guidebook tells the positions, deep breathing, meditation and strategies to get slimmer on a daily basis..

  • the person I decided to try this with is USELESS. do you have a video on picking a better yoga partner? mind you, THIS WAS HER IDEA.

  • This unique yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) is a carefully planned guide for those drawn to yoga you could be a whole new yogi or possibly a grizzled old timer (this reviewer) who`s been practicing for many years. It`s revealed on the book the proper breathing technique, posture, meditating and the ideal way to shed weight..

  • This is so epic! Thank you brotha!

    Questions:
Where is your home acro community?
I’m considering moving to SF… have you connected with the SF acro community? Can you make any recommendations on teachers to connect with there?

  • I would love to see more videos of you doing acroyoga, maybe even put to music! What a beautiful sport visually! Thank you for sharing all this:)

  • Nice Video and good Tutorials! If You intersted in easy beginner and intermediate AcroYoga Washing Machines you may check my Videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCcn0gNANb6xTBW15JoA2xQ

  • Wow, very superb video, optimistically I can pull a “yoga poses for two”. Thank you and really useful for me

    my private weblog http://yogaforbeginners1.Com

  • I went to your site to contact you but it doesnt seem to be working correctly. My wife has a condition that can be treated with diet and I’d like to see if you offer consultation services. I’ve followed you for years.

  • Christ Andrew these moves are incredible!!!! I just stumbled upon my acroyoga group in Raleigh, NC this September, and it’s only because I lost 130+ pounds after going vegan 2 years ago that I could even consider starting this journey! I’m down to about 170 lbs right now, but I want to start packing on more dense muscle for strength, and this is exactly what I needed to know.

I didn’t even know you were also vegan until watching one of your other videos, but it makes total sense, and I’m right there with you lots of dark green leafies, water-rich vegetables, tubers and legumes, and finishing it off with fruits and berries. I feel downright euphoric these days. This is going to be an amazing challenge for me to build my confidence and connection to other people.

  • I have used some other yoga training books before but this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) differs from the others because of the associated illustration of poses involved. The postures are super easy to imagine due to bright colored and big representation regarding how the pose would SUPPOSEDLY seem like. Oh yes and I`m losing weight too..

  • In 2017, I used this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) to supplement my running. I did not just lose ten pounds however I did develop my pysique because of the Yoga Challenge where I joined and applied the handbook as my guide. The yoga lessons, postures and then meditations are simple to use even executing yoga without the mat in your everyday activity..

  • My friend and I have recently got into acro yoga. My friend weighs less than me and it seems harder for her to lift me up when she is the base. While I can almost lift her up. I don’t know what we can do so we can both lift each other up…

  • Thanks so much! That was great. Liked how you cued us through multiple moves and gave options!
Hope next time the chicks can leave the dishes for later.

  • Thanks to the dishes it feels like home:)
Some ideas to try from another acrobeginner:
    * if you are a not-so-strong base, try not only keeping your hands over shoulders, but also keeping your arms completely straight (so only the flyer bends his arms) it’s a lot easier!
    * as a flyer you might try entering into the Bird holding your hands behind you (so you don’t grasp base’s hands) it’s more challenging but builts more trust and confidence in both of you:)

  • Same here, hard to find other acro yogis here (surprisingly!) Wish there was a way to organize jams better! Thank you for teaching!

  • Acro yoga is hard to find where I live now. But I love it! I with I could do more, but I need a teacher & a partner. You make great teachers!

  • I so wanna try this..just no one to do it with.. I’ve been doing yoga for a long time helps with my sever anxiety.. thanx for sharing..

  • What could be more enjoyable: learning attunement to self, others, body and getting a workout in a more meaningful way. I love that you are bringing out what makes you happy. That’s what counts.

  • Wow! You two make that look so easy…you mentioned injuries and in watching all I could think of was my wrist which I injured doing Thai Massage on somebody much bigger than me. Would you agree that it is much better to work on someone close to the same size to avoid injury? Or could I practice Acro Yoga with someone larger than myself with very specific hand postions for strength and confidence in my movement’s??

  • good tips on the ship raise and tucking the elbow into the stomach for stability.  super happy to know that one of my heroes not only loves acroyoga but understands the best way to master something is to teach it.  Also commonly known as “table top” and I love that you have a thickly matted room dedicated just for play.

  • Very cool! Would you suggest someone have experience in “regular” yoga before trying acroyoga? I’d love to try this with my wife who actively practices yoga and I have never tried it.
