  • I love your personality in this video! I always get excited for your videos! I also wanted to say thank you for introducing bailey in one of your vlogs a while back! I love her workout videos and I got to meet her in Toronto! Thanks to you!! ❤️

  • what with those people that say they have irritable bowel syndrome and are not able to consume enough food? I have a hard time accepting it, as I see it as a mental thing in relation to food, but people that belive this cant be persuaded by my oppinion.

edit: I mean, I feel that if you were to throw them into a 4 week military style boot camp in the woods where they had to do hellweek kinds of things, then they surely would start to appreciate food, right?

  • Thanks Leslie for this awesome workout. It really helped me to motivate myself during this terrible time of lockdown. Ur power walk helped me reach my cardio goals in my fitness Journey! Keep posting ur newest videos!!

  • Thank you so much for this workouts, Leslie! ♥️ I started in April doing the 1 mile walk (I do 2 miles now), I read your book (and followed the advice), and I’m happy to share that I have lost 20 pounds so far

  • Love ❤️ you Leslie, it’s raining ☔️ out and the babies are asleep so this was my chance to do my daily 2 mile walk ‍♀️. Will come back again…

  • LESLIE SANSONE I LOVE YOU IVE GOT ALL OF YOUR CLASSSIC WORK SO STRONG SO BEAUTIFUL I HAVE TO SAY I HAD A TURNING POINT IN MY LIFE I COULDNT WALK AND I SAID HOW DO I EXERCISE SO I WENT AND STARTED WALKING SLOWLY DOWN EACH AISLE AND I REMEMBER BEING TOLD DONT OVER DO IT I LOOKED I SAW LOW IMPACT ON THE VIDEO I SAW THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN HERE IAM TODAY 11 YEARS LATER I LOVE YOU THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE I TOOK TIME KEEP UP WITH YOU AND YOU SAID HANG IN THERE WITH YOUR MODTIFICATIONS YOU ARE 1 OF OUR BRIGHTEST AND BIGGEST STARS

  • Leslie
This is the second workout Zi have done with you. I am 71 years old and I think in good shape. I love your motivation and inspire me to push harder. I did the 2 mile walk and boy was I sweating. Definitely will do more of these workouts

  • Also isn’t it better to warm up first? Go jogging or walk before that? If you go straight to the exercises it can be dangerous for you right?

  • I started working out with Leslie about ten years ago. I joined a gym and didn’t workout with her anymore. So when the gyms closed I started working out with Leslie again and OMG. I’m so happy. I’ve got more energy, I’m toned and have lost inches and pounds. With the high.s and low.s I am experiencing with this Covid the workouts helps so much. Even though my gym is charging me, I’m not ready to go back yet. And yes I tell a lot of my friends about her workout videos, all I hear is excuses. I thank God for Leslie and her beautiful team of walkers. Enough I’ve got to go do work.

  • I had legs of Odin. I could cycle like a machine and 70 km per day was nothing. After 3 months of school getting in the way, now I feel terrible. And I cycle until winter break:(

  • I am from India and luckily while browsing through various workouts I found Leslie’s video. And since that there’s no turning back.
Doing walk each day is like my daily ritual.
It’s beautiful form of workout and guess what with these walks and little conscious eating, I have lost 5 kgs in 3-4 weeks.
Thank you from my heart. Love ♥️

  • I bought Walk At Home 3 mega miles during the strict lockdown in Italy. I love it!! I’m hitting 70 yrs old in a few months, but have been an avid exerciser for 50 years. This workout kept me physically and mentally fit. Now that our lockdown is over, I’m still getting up early to do the workout before heading out the door. These workouts are great for young and old alike.

  • Im going to my boyfriends families house and thats it besides that Im just planning on eating brreakfas at my aunts house, because I live with her. if my adopted family asks my too i might stop by for a few hours.

  • Hi. Does anyone know the name of the type of weights she is using? I am trying find a set to purchase. The ones you can roll up onto your wrist and put your hand through.

  • Just wanted to give you all a huge thank you for helping me recently surpass 700K! The constant support and positivity you all show me really does mean a lot, so thank you. Also, don’t forget to connect with me by following me on Instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/jeremyethier/ ) to stay updated with everything I’m doing. Cheers!

  • im honestly needing to diet, im in between 48-49kg and I’m only 12 as well as my thighs are getting quite big! my older sister and me are the same weight and I’ve been trying to workout for 3 days already but no improvement whatsoever. please let me know if this works, im in need to lose weight (maybe around 8-10kg) im going to try this out and see if there’s any improvement.

day1: no improvement so far because It’s day1 and ive just started but that’s okay.

  • I started this March 15, 2020. 3 to 4 times a week. Feel so much. Since I’m at high risk it give me something to look forward to. Thanks so much Leslie.

  • I love this video! I love what you said, it’s so important for us to stop feeling so guilty for missing a workout, event, etc. Sometimes the best thing for us is to take some time for ourselves! Great point:)

  • Your exercise videos have helped me and kept me going without quitting. I’m usually a lazy person but the videos motivate me. I’m so grateful for your exercises for it has helped me stay fit during this home stay period. Thank you. Loves from Myanmar

  • I’ve been working out for 7 months 3 times a week because I was really skinny but I haven’t gained any weight at all so I’ve just stopped for good now. Even tho Corona closed all gyms I’ve got stuff at home but stopped using them now

  • leslie, I am not sure if we indeed do a 2 mile session in this exercise. Please clarify and also specify the calorie burned while doing this session

  • Its already 1 week of doing this workout, a 16 min upper body Roberta’s workout, Lucy’s 4 min arm workout and 100 crunches a day and the results are amazing!!!!! I never did dieting and I didn’t ate healthy too!! But still I can notice my whole body changing and I love the results, so just wanna say thank you

  • What kills me is she doesn’t lose weight. Her hips and thighs have always been the same size since i can remember lol this routine doesn’t make you sweat, so do yourself a favor and actually go out and walk. This is bull!!!

  • Good thing is, it will come back soon. I took months off from the gym before or working out, due to a death in the family and another time because i hurt myself. Each time i can remember going back it took me 2 months to get fully back but after a month you will see your self start to get insane again. So the temporary weakening from months off will dissipate as you consistently keep working out again, id say 2 months you’ll be very happy again.

Side note: i was at 280 max and easily was benching 230, now i can barely lift 230 after coronavirus shutdown. It will take some time, but time is on your side! Ha haa.

  • I love these walks… They’ve helped hugely during the lockdown! I am fitter than I’ve been in many years, and I’ve noticed that waistbands aren’t so tight anymore. I’ve worn out two pairs of socks though…

  • I love this. I am 74 and this was just fantastic I love it I could keep up with it to unbelievably I had belong to a gym for years and years before the pandemic and this is just the perfect solution. I just discovered you yesterday so I am thrilled. Thank you

  • Merhaba.. İki aydır düzenli uyguluyorum leslie egzersizlerini.. Çok ciddi sonuçlar alıyorum. 2020 sonuna kadar da devam edeceğim.. İstediğim vücuda sahip olduğum zaman aralıklı programlar halinde gün aşırı bu spora devam edeceğim… Tank yok Leslie

  • hi Leslie, your video is very helpful to me at my age…keep walking and more video upload…stay safe always…Philippines here

  • This is the best channel ever for working out at home! This is easy everyone can do it. I love this I’ve been looking for it thanks for sharing good job and keep it up. I’m very happy I found this channel and I’m walking at home this brings back my energy…..❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Hi body project team, I love tgis workout. Thanks alot for sharing this. How long we need to do this workout to try another level.

  • All my life I’ve been bullied cause of my weight:( I’m 170cms and I weight 83kgs(My bmi is over weighted) And I wanna bring it down to 75kgs atleast (the normal bmi)
I’ll be turning 18 in a month and I want to glow the F up.
Also, I really reallllyyy hope I don’t give up. Usually when I used to try to work out before I always had my projects/exams/college keeping me busy. I used to get tired and skip them. I still have alot of time before my university starts and hopefully this time I won’t give up. No. I won’t.
And to anyone reading this, You can do this. We’re in this together. Stay stronggg
    I’ll keep you guys updated:))
    Wish me luckkk ❤️

  • I just want to say this… I love how even if I need a break or I have to modify I don’t feel like a failure… I’m so sick of being fat I’m done my major health scare a few weeks ago has kicked my butt into gear. Thank you for this style and these videos… I appreciate it! You have no idea how good I feel when I’m done..

  • Having ads play in the middle of this workout is very off-putting and unfortunate. I will specifically boycott all the products in these ads, which I always skip ASAP, and urge others to do the same. I will begin my search for a different workout video without ads during the workout. It is bad enough to have them at the beginning, but interrupting a cardio workout is very stupid. It drives viewers away from the video, and away from the awful products advertised.

  • If you’re tired of exercising and dieting without results, then I’m here for you. Thank you gym At home! I can exercise Anytime of the day and any weather! I wish to be in your studio one day!!!

  • i can’t even say how awesome your videos are! not only are your workouts really easy to do in an apartment or somewhere where your space is limited, but you make sure that we all know you’re a regular human too that bloats and loses motivation sometimes! it’s incredible tobe able to see that perspective from someone we all look up to and to be able to know that what we see on youtube and Instagram from loads of people isn’t the everyday reality. Thank you so much!!!!

  • So ima edit this every day
Day one: it was pretty hard and no difference (duh)
Day 2: still no different (obviously) and the workout was easier
Day 3: ok the workout was way way easier and I’ve been eating healthy and I have lost 2 pounds and it’s only the third day! But I don’t see a difference and that’s fine!!

  • I broke my arm when I was a kid and now I need my screws and plates out so I will have to take off up to 3 months I quit working out so I wouldn’t ruin my begginer gains so when I do heal I can get back fit quick PLEASE I need advanced advice for this topic thanks.

  • You’re so beautiful! Thank you for this. I took a week off and had to look up muscle loss after not working out. Lol! I was worried ‍♀️

  • I would really love to get into the gym and start weight training but I just have no idea where to start and how to structure my workouts (I’ve never done weight training before) I have a bad relationship with food so I think with a good workout routine I’ll be able to feel comfortable eating more food but I’m just stuck rn:/ I want to be thinner but have lean muscle, just not bulky. Your body is exactly what I want to look like. Very beautiful and feminine yet you still look very fit and muscular and strong. Exactly what I want

  • SO IMMENSELY HELPFUL!! I just took a week off and this video just completely cured my anxiety about it completely, thank you so much

  • Leslie its just over a month and Iam fighting to keep my trousers up…looks like Ill need to replace them…ha ha…..thanks Leslie.

  • I got my acne when I started working out.. Now after 2 weeks gym break I have no pimple and it’s not about cleaning my skin it’s hormonal acne. I get it on jawline. I read that it might be cortisol and testosterone levels that goes up when training so can you make a video about that?

  • I was always in competitive sports growing up and have done my fair share of agility and speed training over those years. I had never done much for lifting weights though. Here and there but no dedicated time. It just wasn’t stressed to us in our athletic programs, girls programs specifically, or at home. I did play some college volleyball but nothing too serious. We lifted for reps not for weight mostly. I’m now far enough into a military career that I might as well ride it out until retirement. Having recently returned, I spent 10 months deployed in Honduras and over those 10 months I lifted weights nearly every day but really hit it about 2-3 times per week. I’d mix in distance or sprints. Sometimes kind of a hiit workout. I’d alternate days for different muscle groups. I was trying to work on my nutrition based on what muscle groups I was planning on working over the next few days. It was amazing. I felt amazing. Stronger and more energized than I’d ever felt. It was during this period that I’d started to watch your videos.
Being home has had it’s downfalls, more of inconveniences really. For one… I have to cook my own food now… (I actually like to cook) and with a considerably lower selection available at all times. I also don’t have a gym a quarter mile down the street. Not to mention there is now snow outside compared to the constant high 70 degree F weather…
With these excuses… I unfortunately have not been exercising and certainly not lifting nearly as often as before.
Anyways… listening now to your explanation of what is happening to my muscles over this break period and the other reasons as to why my body may feel like death my first couple workouts gives me a bit more rationality I can feed myself when I am not feeling up for it yet. Mind over Matter, I suppose.
All in all… I want to say that I really appreciate the knowledge that you share and the energy that you put into your videos. I believe we are the same age and I find your work to be very respectable as well as inspirational. Keep keeping it classy and keep having fun! I love your work.
    Thank you Natacha!
    Happy New Year!!!!
    Cool last name btw

  • I’ll start today:)
day1: I was sweating a lot. It’s really hard. but it was nice
Day2:My leg muscles are tightened.Nothing has changed yet. It was as hard as
    ever. But don’t give up
Day3: I think “what now..” before you start exercising, but when you finish, you feel better.
The best time to finish my workout
    Day4: I sweated a lot.
    Day5:i done.

  • Hey guys! Have you already tried this workout? If so, please, share your results!

Also, try these exercises to lose thigh fat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RfsfNsp1vs

  • Due to holidays I had 3 weeks off training and also overate during that time. Yesterday’s training felt like hell, except the bench press everything felt heavy and especially I felt weak and fat. Thank you SO much for this video and also for the 1 week overeating video (watched that one before). Need to get back on track with normal eating, I think I will feel better.

  • I know this video is old but I am on a two week break for a small calf injury and today is the day I get to run again and this made me feel good about my break:)

  • Any curvy people out there, we all love love you. Any skinny people, love you to. And everyone in-between you’re perfect to.
    Steve out!

  • I will be 92 in October and I have been walking with Leslie 2 mile walk for a month or more. I love it and wouldn’t miss it. Feel fit and peppy the rest of the day. Love her enthusiasm. It is contagious.

  • Thank u for this walk home exercise. I badly need this while we are lockdown at home. I started this since Monday Aug 10. I dont feel very obligated because its only 15mins of my time everyday and not to mention that the steps are not so difficult to follow while at home. I hope u can make more 15-minute walk exercise videos like this. Keep safe everyone!

  • Agree with other comments, this video may not be for everyone meaning not for beginners, but oh my heavens, I love it. Best 1 mile work out, ever, Leslie. Love the studio, the tempo and even Leslie’s new look. The best thing about Leslie’s workouts, she has a workout that fits every level and time frame need.

  • This is super interesting and informative! I’m so hard of myself when I have to skip a workout. It’s very rare that I skip one so I really shouldn’t stress. How much cortisol am I creating in my body by stressing about NOT working out?

  • Some professionals say that the more you sweat the more weight you lose. I sweat way more durning the average person when working out and here I am

  • I saw that when I only lift 2 times a week, NOTHING HAPPENS. Then I started to add another day, and advance my arm workout, and you can prolong them stick arms

  • Started Yesterday, will try and update. I’m gonna do it for three weeks so it becomes habit. I won’t update every day, but I’ll try to every 3-4 days. Like to remind me

  • Me during quarantine: Trying to get fit and skinny before lockdown. What i end up doing gaining too much weight and doing intense workouts
My friends during quarantine: Trying to gain extra weight because they are too skinny. What they end up doing losing more weight.

  • Hi Natacha! I’m a high level competitive dancer and after completing at the world championships I found out I had to take minimum 4 months off training to heal the bones in my feet. After training so intensely for the past decade my bones have started to deteriorate. Obviously I want to get back to training and healthy ASAP but I have been putting a lot of stress and pressure on myself how I can possibly keep up with and continue to beat my competitors after not training for a third of the year. The information you said about muscle memory and multi nuclei really helped me feel better about getting back to training with a positive mindset. You have awesome, original videos, keep up the amazing work!!!! Thanks girl <3

  • I have been doing these exercises since past 3 weeks. I don’t really follow a kind of diet,I just avoid eating a lot of junk food. I have not really got slimmer but I have lost some weight. I have seen some changes in my body, earlier when I would perform these exercises then I would get really tired but now that doesn’t happen. I feel really fit now,I know that most of u guys are just watching this but trust me this will help you to stay fit and don’t just give up. I know that some of these exercises are difficult for the first time, but once if u start doing these then u will get use to it.

  • Thank you from my heart for your program. I have been following you with great pleasure for more than 3 years. I am 62 years old and I do your schedule 3-4 times a week. Thanks and good luck!

  • I’ve pulled my trap badly and can’t train any upper, it’s been a month now and I’m freaking out. I can see the difference and it’s killing me. I hope muscle memory is real.

  • For everyone that’s going to try this in their room without their parents knowing or embarrassed if their parents find out

    Feel you

  • Thanks, Leslie for this wonderful fast walking exercise. I am 67 yrs old and doing this 2 mile walk 2-3 times a week. All the best from Singapore.

  • The reason why bodybuilders eat a lot is because they have very little fat stores with little fat stores the body can start eating the muscles if you don’t have enough calories to sustain the muscles, if you’re not shredded you don’t need to eat to much calories, its similar to fat people who start exercising they may lose fat but the body would think its not normal causing them to gain that fat back fast if they don’t change their diet, its the same even for people with large muscles.

  • Came here from Greg Doucette’s review of your video(s). Thank you for addressing subjects that I’ve always had suspicions about. Like that in one meal there’s no way the body can make use of all the excess protein and nutrients or store all the excess calories as fat. And it’s important to prioritize other things in life when there is a time crunch but try to bring fitness back into the routine at some point. Or stay warmed up with reduced fitness routines.

  • Okay so I just started exercise today….Let’s see how much i can loss mu weight…
I’ll keep updates after a week and now i am 40kgs and i want to 30kgs

  • its all depends on the genetics… when i never worked out in my life, only did skateboarding I had biceps that was above the average man’s biceps. Now im training for 10 years but not continously, many times i stopped for years training out but i never lost muscle really. But I lose fat also really hard, I even tried ECA stack with intermittent fasting with 1200 calories a day and still couldnt shred down after months. And on the flipside there are those guys who are shredded to bone by nature, they can hardly earn muscle and lose it pretty quickly soooo yea:D All i wanna say is muscle loss is an urban myth many times

  • Who else doing this during the quarantine okay so I’ll try to do this for two weeks and update the results with you guys
    Day 1:

  • Guys I will uptade after 14 days sure
So I did this gor 10 days I saw a massive change without diet I was shocked just stay away from junk food and grain

  • Guys if you do this (I’ve only been doing it for 2 days) you will feel so much better trust me. I have had so much for energy and obviously I haven’t seen a different but I feel better

  • fyi careful leaving the dry shampoo in your car in the summer! there was a news article where one exploded and shattered a girl’s sun roof in her car

  • Day 1 it’s done burpees are little tough
Day-2 it’s done but little disappointed as my brother says i don’t do some excercise properly and it’s not for me
Day 3 done my body feels so pain

  • Can you do a silence explained for how different types of training have different or similar results and the best training methods for toning

  • Leslie thank you for getting me through the rough the dark days of COVID. After I lost my job in March in the hotel industry I was a little depressed and worried. You kept my spirits up AND I lost 8 pounds! You are the best and a super positive roll model!

  • Who’s watching this in quarantine? Anyways…….Bright side I don’t have weights in my house so can I skip the exercises with weights?

  • Hola Leslie!

  • great video I’ve been having shoulder pain doing bench presses and bicep curles I tried working through it but it got worse so I need a break

  • Been doing these for years, they really work. Went down from over 200lbs to around 160lbs in just a few months. It really starts getting effective when you throw in some dumbbells and leg weights!

  • Have been looking for something like this since our local cardio rehab programme screeched to a halt with the lockdown. I can’t move as fast (yet), so don’t know if I made a mile, but I finished the 15 minutes, and even look forward to tomorrow. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  • This was my first time. Haven’t exercised in a long long time. This was great as ND just enough. I’m excited to have found this channel.

  • In just 10 days I went from 104lbs (at night) to 86lbs (in the morning) which is what I started with:((( I’m soo sad. 86 is extremely loww

  • I am 8 months preggo and I love your workouts Leslie! It’s too hot to walk outside here in Texas, so I enjoy doing this at home. Thanks!

  • Thank you for your videos. My daughters and I have just made a pact to start walking 1 mile every Thursday and then increase sessions over time. My oldest just had a baby and has been diagnosed as diabetic and we want to support her as much as we can. Also, my youngest daughter and I need to exercise regularly as well. Especially since they don’t want me going to the gym anymore, thanks to Covid. Thanks again.

  • I’m 33 and a mother of two young children. In the past year I’ve noticed my back problems and my knees are getting bad.
I have tried different diets and exercise things. NONE have stuck.

This is the FIRST video I have ever done that I’m like “wow! That felt good! I can do this” and I have low self esteem so that really says a lot. I’m going to try to take a little time each day and do this video!
This is what I needed! Thank you! My mother is going to join me next time! I need to lose weight as well so hopefully this is the start of my journey to leading a healthier life!!
Thank you thank you thank you

  • Hello there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will really work for me? I see many people keep on talking about this popular weight loss diet plan.

  • ولمها وديوسها طاااااط ههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههه”

  • This has been my workout for like 3 months and I see a huge results! It really worked! From 60+kgs. to 50 kgs now!!! Especially, I added some workout routines that also focus on other parts of the body to make it more effective, also I eat less carbs, more proteins, veggies and fruits. I also avoided sweets.

  • I purchased Leslie’s VCR tapes many years ago and have walked with her ever since. Now that she is on Youtube I workout with her everyday in different ways-1 mile, 2 mile, Beginners lol If the beautiful 80 year old woman can work out for 20 minutes, then I have no excuse. I turned my girlfriend onto Leslie & she loves her! The workout ended and went on to another person walking and she said “NO” I love Leslie! Awesome!

  • I love how fun she makes this. It didn’t feel like 15 minutes at all! I’m going to start doing this everyday! This exercise made me feel really good, unlike other exercises that leave me super tired and sore. Absolutely perfect!

  • Oh my gosh!!! This is exactly what I needed! God bless you Leslie Sansone! You are fun an this workout was perfect!! I love how fun you are an that your workouts really work an perfect for beginners and everyone of all ages! Please keep the videos coming!! I pray you never stop making them and that God continues to bless you always and keep you!!❤️

  • This put me at ease about taking a week off from the gym when I go on vacation at the end of July! In the middle of week 3 of Cut Reload and I am loving it.

  • I just love her walks. This probably isn’t for everyone but when your older and have some knee issues this is for me, in my opinion. My honey he does these with me. Nice to see males in your videos.

  • This woman is changing my life one walk at a time!! I mean she’s done it for around 25 years! Look at her!! I workout before I go to work and I am charged and less irritable since I work at the airport and with covid-19, it’s not easy! Let’s go!!!

  • Durante a Pandemia aprendi a fazer exercícios em casa.Adoro sua caminhada.Poderia ter uma tradução ou legenda do que você fala.Fica a dica!

  • this is amazing workout since soo many years im following her exercise and get the best result fo it….this is the best workout which really works

  • LOVE THIS! Doing it every day now. Makes me feel good & feel good about myself. Helping my weight loss journey also. I would like to know how many steps it is. Does anyone know?

  • Google just started putting ads in the middle of the workout! This is unacceptable. Impossible to stop in the middle and skip them. Help, Daniel!!!!!

  • Tonight was my first time and I decided to go HARD. I gave up after 25 min cuz I could barely stand. I’m trying it again tomorrow but going at MY pace. Wish me luck guys

  • Thanks for this video. COVID has been tough on all and I have battled my entire life with my weight. First day, I made it, I cried (no idea why) and I feel good. Cannot wait to do it again tomorrow. Slow and steady wins the race

  • Tip 1 say no, tip 2 stay on track fitness by buying stuff…?, tip 3 pre-eat for parties, tip 4 you don’t have to drink, tip 5 don’t eat stuff if you don’t like it, tip 6 wear the same outfits to parties, tip 7 workout, tip 8 get a workout budy, tip 9 don’t stress, and forgive yourself, tip 10 relax during the holidays ie bed-cation! Actually pretty good thanks allegra

  • I will try to do that for 2 weeks straight and keep you updated.

I already started yesterday so here are the results:

Day 1: I’m very out of shape so the exercises were pretty hard. I haven’t lost any weight (of course).
Day 2: My whole body hurts and it was even harder doing the exercises today. I couldn’t do the last one and I’m literally dying.

  • 1st time with this set. It felt good especially when you keep your core tight. Squats suck of course but do as much as you can. Good mix that doesn’t overtire and repetition to allow you to ramp up your intensity. Thanks again Body Team.

  • To everyone who is doing this, MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH AFTER EVERY TIME YOU DO THE WORKOUT! I can not stress enough how important it is to stretch after working out. Your muscles will be sooo tight if you don’t stretch, especially if your a beginner. Stretching will help loosen up your muscles since you were just tightening them and make it easier for you to continue your workout routine the next day because you won’t be as sore since you stretched. Take it from me, I’m a competitive dancer and we have an hour exercise class every week. I always stretch after because if I don’t I really regret it the next day when I have to go back to dance but get in trouble because I can’t do anything since I didn’t stretch. Bottom line. Stretch. Or you will regret it tomorrow. Lol this was long but this is important so yeah

  • im no expert, but i went about 4 months without training, and i still have the same mass and shapes. im guessin it has to do with diet during the latency period? as long as you have a good diet you can maintain the muscles while having a break?

  • Pretty sure the amount of nucei in cells doesn’t increase, every cell has one (with a few exceptions). maybe you meant mitochondria? or cells dividing (so more cells and therefore nuclei overall?

  • hey so you really inspire me to work harder for the body i want by such as eating healthy, and by working out. i work out my legs 3 days a week with weights and in between those 3 days i work out my arms with weights yet i haven’t worked out in 5 days is that gong to affect me? i’ve been working out for probably about 2 months going into 3 months

  • Stopped training due to injury, then fucken corona happened just as i was going back 2 months off, I went to train, I could barely breath and lift 10 kilos. I am soo depressed

    update.
2 weeks in and I am back baby

  • I m from Brasil! I do the 30 minute classes from Tuesday to Friday! It is excellent for my health mainly. Sleep apnea is gone! Gratitude always

  • here’s the thing i used to play basketball but i didn’t have a great body. for a few months i quit basketball and hit the gym and made massive progress. now that i have to go back to basketball, im afraid ill lose all my gym progress and regain fat

  • That depends on how much protein intake you maintain… muscle memory is real. The muscles build nuclei that do not go away… your gains will come back very quickly…

  • Came down with the flu and I just want to get back into the gym but my energy and strength just aren’t there yet.  This is Day 4 and im starting to feel soft and squishy

  • I’ve skipped the gym for 2 weeks due to the holidays, shoulder injury and getting sick. I’m very excited to get back into my routine. Thank you for the video!

  • i have been dloading for the last 4 days and been trying to eat in maintenance calories after a long bulk but i lost 2 kg (5 pounds) in 4 days. any help?

  • Honestly have not even finished the video yet but when you said “just say no” I felt that so much!!! People love to guilt people that say no to stuff and it drives me nuts! YOU and YOUR SCHEDULE should be the first priorities. It is so freeing to finally feel comfortable saying no because I recognize my own needs and don’t apologize for it. Love your videos!

  • This video is what we need in this stupid Corona Virus Pandemic right now lol! Anyone watching this again and getting the relief that you’re going to be ok while the gym is closed?

  • I injured my arm and i cant go to the gym for 3 weeks.Im eating healthy and enough and i try to work out at my home every day. Will i lose?

  • I couldn’t do it at first but now I cannot do a day without it! Leslie is such an educator. I love how she teaches about why we do a step. Keep it up.

  • So refreshing to see someone talk about stuff like this! I.m very grateful I found your channel. Thank you for bringing normality to fitness and food mindset

  • 5 minutes in and my knees hurt. The pace is too fast (ik i have to slow down, but i unconsciously follow their pace) I think ill stick for Joanna Soh’s workout for now.

  • This is why we do calisthenics not weights!!! I just do dips and more statics and more!!! Oh and also you build huge muscles with calisthenics

  • Started it in this lockdown period, today is 05/ 07/2020….schools are being closed, so no prblm regarding having less time to do the exercises….I’ll surely do it for the whole month and let’s see if it’s effective or not…I will update if any type of change is there…..wish me a lot of luck guys…..

  • I’ve been lifting hardcore for about 9 years now, went from 5’11” 160lbs to 185lbs AND leaned out like crazy during the process. I was training only 3 times per week, basic push/pull routine. And now I train each muscle group like once every two weeks and have not lost strength, size or gotten any fatter lol. Also don’t consume as much protein as I used to. Used to be around 180g/day now its about 100g. Seems after a while your body adapts to maintaining itself without needing as much stimuli or protein.

  • Love your constant encouragement. I’ve gained the Covid 15 (on top of the non covid 20) so I have a long way to go, but today was the first day!

  • Started doing 100 push up a day for 30 days. Wrists were killing after 10 days, took 2 and a half weeks off with no training. Started again with the perfect push up and feel like absolute shit. Struggle to do 5-10 push ups now FFS! I guess it was a good science experiment on my behalf. Lesson learned..gonna start over.

  • I just started doing this along with a friend: we make a zoom meeting on one device, and turn on the video at our own homes on a different device. We turn off our Zoom audio and video and do Leslie’s walk simultaneously in our own homes… then turn on the zoom audio/video for a visit after exercising! IT’s fantastic!!!!

  • hi natacha! thanks for sharing <3 ; i have a question.....is it possible to build muscle with just body weight exercises? thanks so much!!!

  • Absolutely love your classes so easy to follow been doing 5 classes a week I’m from Hereford UK put on lots of weight during lockdown I work for the NHS so loads of cakes donated unfortunately went up to 13 stone I’m down to 11-12llb now thanks to you guys your sessions are so easy to follow I love the way normal people are doing it with you Thankyou

  • Heey I’m in a very stressed situation right now and I just don’t know how to overcome it with the minimal damage in my body. I undereated and overexercised in the past 4 months, and now I’m in hospital and on a bed rest for a month now. Obviously I can’t exercise and if I’m going out of the hospital I don’t know where to start it again. I don’t know how much muscle I will lose and how much I can risk to do. I try to gain my weight back from protein (if that’s even possible) but really I don’t know barely anything about how to gain weight back without looking so puffy but without exercising at all. Some suggestions? By the way you’re one of the biggest inspirations for me to recover from an eating disorder but I’m reaaally scared of gain fat and I want to solve it a little

  • Thank you for this!!! I have a really bad injury and i think it‘s bc i overdid it with my workouts and am now unable to workout:((

  • A much needed video! I’ve been missing your health/fitness videos (like what I eat in a day, workouts…) maybe they could do a come back???:):)

  • Yes, I love what you said about wearing the same outfit to multiple events! Sometimes trying to put something cute together is so stressful and ends up taking away from the excitement of seeing friends or family or whatever! Love that Lulu is sponsoring this vid and the having after workout stuff in the car hack haha

  • I am pausing just to say WAY to go…i am doing this before I start my distance learning and I must say it is so good to see all sorts of people represented on this video. This shows the authentic display of all sorts of people getting their day started with some WALKING! We need this more than ever! Great job!

  • Wait does Sephora sell the travel size skincare too? you mentioned something about the clean at Sephora line but it was lululemon?

  • I love listening to your scientific breakdowns of things, please write a book about everything you know. Seriously, 10/10 would purchase! xo

  • this is such a good video with such a good message. it goes so far above and beyond the “fit during the holidays” being “don’t overeat and forget to exercise!” and THAT is why i love your content so much

  • You know how you’re always saying you’re naturally negative and have to really work on being positive? Could you do a video on how exactly you do that? Besides the workouts, meditation and general self-care. I’d like you to expand on it, please.

  • These are really good tips, especially saying ‘no’. I have endless social events planned by work colleagues (for non-professional reasons) that I started declining. It freed up so much time for me to focus on my personal goals and be with my friends/family. Wishing you relaxing, happy holidays.
