I bought two sets of ropes from Crossrope and I’ve been absolutely lazy since my mouth surgery but no more! I’m coming to 30 minutes a day until I’m back in shape. I have to get Air Force ready.
Thankyou so much…i used to be always overwhelned by 20+ minute workout..but this turned out to be great for me..also this channel needs more subscribers..i am definitely going to share this
i been jump roping every morning for 1 hour with squats & arm exercises for 9 weeks now & i lost a total of 15 pounds so far also i became pescatarian months before this & i do Intermittent Fasting from 12pm 7pm
I have been jumping rope for about 2 months. I decided to do this because I lost my mom the last year and I am mentally sad. So, I woke up one day and I promised me to do something to help me.
My routine: 20 sets of 30 seconds jumps 10 seconds rest each one’s.
The results: Besides the great benefits on my overall health and spirit, I have lost 5 Kgs = 11 pounds in total. I am more active now and, I am dealing in a positive way to drive my lost.
*This is with not diet. Just by jumping 5 days a week.
I’m so happy to have added it to my daily routine.
It’s a great exercise. Now I can only exercise in my room. No need to go to the gym. I just want to know how many calories you burn in this exercise?? Thank you soooooo much
Each day I jump rope for twenty 30-second intervals six days a week just to prepare for these twelve 2-minute intervals on Sunday morning. This is an amazing workout and I get happy after I get through the burpees. Lol
Going to start jump roping from tomorrow on (9 july 2020) If any one is interested, I will give updates here on this comment or maybe I will even make a video on my youtube channel every 30 days if I see people would like that. I want to do it 30 minutes a day (about 2000 skips). I bought my rope today, did a try out today and from tomorrow I will officially track my progress. My current weight is 55KG (121 pounds) and I am 158 cm (5’2 feet). I just want to see what happens to my body if you I do it almost everyday:D Personally i think i have 5 kg too much on my body. I am a quite little person haha So excited:D xxx
A quick tip: scientifically there is a way which you can burn more calories on any sport and that is vitamin D so its good to do your training under the sun like walking or jump rope or bicycle
Wow! I just tried this and it’s awesome! Sweating buckets as I’m only 6 weeks into jump roping. I managed to keep up and it’s the longest time I’ve done! I was doing 15 mins before and thought I would struggle with this. The recovery time does help a lot!
love this ❤ perfect simple routine. for anyone wondering i burned around 380 kcal (regular rope, different styles). however, as @ThePhoenixmovement says… it’s not about burning calories. it’s about fun and enjoyment. and this is fun as hell!
Day 1 68.8kg pretty difficult. Have to take breaks but I did it Day 2 68 kg☺️ I was really hard because I lost motivation Day 3 68kg Day 4 67.7kg Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14 Day 15 Day 16 DAY 17 DAY 18 DAY 19 DAY 20 Day 21 Day 22 Day 23 Day 24

What is the benefit of jumping a rope? Does it burn fat in the legs or not? Does it build muscles and does not increase the length or not. Please reply
Lol dude im so sorry for laughing but… girl you were really struggling in the beginning tho…lmao that ish kills me But you hella dope for keeping it 100

Did you cover your face in the before pictures but we’re watching your video soooooo we kinda know who you are… I’m really confused about that. Makes me think the before is not you or something. Weird.
Today was my first attepmy attempt at doing this video. It looked hella easy but the forward straddle i didnt know how to do so i had go look up a video on it..its by far the hardest one for me to do and i cant go full 30 sec without tangling lol.I took about a 5 mins break after round 3 cause i was tired and felt like my heart rate wasn’t decreaseing in the 1 min break.By round 5 i was weak and felt like i couldnt jump anymore wasnt making the 30 sec in any.Im proud i reached to the end tho. Im goin to do this for 2 weeks and come back with an update.
Hi ive been jumping rope for 12 weeks now everyday for 30 to 40 minutes I started at 156 lbs now I’m 147.5 I’m 5 7 a’d I still have the last 3 pound of stubborn fat in my lower stomach and it obviously makes me feel sick about myself.. My question is how did u reach flat stomach did u take vitamin 2 or any other supplement please let me know??
Great inspirational video, I will definitely add into my goal. I want to achieve my body Target. I will make body abs in great shape by this. Thanks for your video.
It’s summer holidays and I have no excuse not to do this except for my laziness. I aim to do this for at least 14 days, and we’ll see how it goes: Day 1 (16/7/2020): Done, found the workout a bit easy to be honest. Not sure if I should change to something more difficult? Day 2 (17/7/2020):
Started my weight loss journey with skipping and proper diet. Willl update this section every week. My goal is to reduce 12kgs by 3 months/90 days. 2000 jumps per day.
I m starting from tomorrow…if not 6 lbs i hope to lose at least 3 lbs. Cuz i don’t eat junk food nd my mom wouldn’t allow to make any changes in my diet. But the thing is i can’t weigh myself bcus of lockdown
Congratulations on your results. Please try jumping rope along with the chloe tings Shred or abs challenge. I’m currently doing 45mins(3,500jumps) of jumping rope daily as warm up before doing the chloe ting’s abs challenge along with the 20/4 IF. The results are amazing and I’m only on day 6. PS: I’ve always loved jumping rope and did it for fun. I only started doing it as a form of workout this year.
Your rope is too long. That’s why you’re having trouble with your form and aren’t able to single jump. Also you shouldn’t jump no more than 2 inches from the ground.
I’m a beginner (started this week) but one thing I noticed was I feel way more motivated when I count my jumps and do 100 jumps ten times (10 sets) rather than when I use a timer and do 20 mins. I feel like time just doesn’t pass when I’m watching the clock, I want to give up around 10 mins and just feel exhausted. But when I count my jumps and do 10 sets of 100 jumps it takes me around 45 mins total but somehow it feels easier and I actually enjoy it
This video really inspired me. I thought I could not do it but I just did it…I just did the jump rope challenge for 2 weeks on my channel and I kilt it!!! I loss an amazing amount a weight and I havent jumped in like 20yrs… I took on this challenge and dominated it!!! You are the bomb!!!
Nooo this guy is a gentle liar. He replay the training process over and over to make this video. Anyway i try to finish it. Yahh.. some waterfall around….
Under my personal control, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg) in just 8 months!!! And in parallel, this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the overall strength and endurance of his body!!! I clarify: during 8 months, no one else in the world has managed to lose 103 kg of excess weight and at the same time acquire excellent sports form!!! I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 28 sec those moments, when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg are shown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJSDuSNVeYc&t= 386s I also offer additional video, the so-called. “way to 127 kg”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wx32leriZaw
I only have one problem, which is I don’t know how to jump rope, so I jump without a rope and I don’t know if it’s still effective and will I see a difference in my body.
I do 20 minutes skipping and m trying to eat less.. I can’t eat only veggies nd fruits… But i try my best to eat less food.. So can i lose weight by following such routine?? And how much time it would take to lose around 5 or 8 kgs?
Hey i started in late march at 198 today i was 184 keep in mind i just started being consistent june 19th and i weighted 191 these last two days i lost all motivation and started to binge since I’ve been stuck at 184 for over a week
I started jump rope 3 days and my legs, calf’s and both feet hurt I had to stretch for one day. But I’m back at it and determined to crack this and be good at it! Great video thanks for the tips!!
Okay I know that I am VERY late so idek if people are even gonna see this comment. Nevertheless, does it matter if the jump rope is weighted or not? I only have one that’s not weighted:( but I’m gonna try anyway. I’m gonna try to go for longer than two weeks but I’m only gonna récord two weeks on here.
Height: 5’3 5’4 (Like a year ago I was told that I was almost 5’4 so that’s why I think it’s possible that I’m 5’4 now)
I do 100 skips a day. But the longest i can do is 50 straight skips. I guess i was doing it wrong. For a beginner is it alright if i do 20 secs skip 10 secs rest Im still not sure abt the sets
Amazing one! I really enjoyed this circuit! This is being my very first day doing it, for I have gained some belly fat and, I will be doing this for 3 times a week and according to my first time, I will have a flat belly in one month. Thank you very much for sharing this. God bless you.
Yes girl. Im beginning of jumping, day 3 tomorrow and I agree with everything you are doing and saying as far as how sore you are. I am doing 1:30 of jumping and 35 secs rest x 15. Im dead at the end but this video helps! Congrats girl!!
I want to comment to say thanks to this video owner. I do this video, twice a day for 3 weeks. (Sometimes, tired so I cheat by do only 20s instead 30s one time. Sometimes, bored so I skip.) Plus my diet: less rice, eat pumpkin and sweet potato, eat some meat, fish, veg. Now I lost 2,5 kgs = 5,5 pounds. I will continue and update my progress here. (16Aug20). Thank a ton.

How did you start off so well at it. I started and I am sore and my whole body aches. I will go at it again tomorrow. I’m inspired. Thanks
my crush @ 6:57…Helen its people like you who help people get fit and motivate them…truly loved the way you presented the video…love from India
Nice workout, really sweaty, but according to my Garmin I burnt 205 calories. Anyway, one of my favourite WODs to burn some calories. Thank you!

Great inspirational video, I will definitely add into my goal. I want to achieve my body Target. I will make body abs in great shape by this. Thanks for your video.
I wish I could jump for longer time. i tangle every 10 seconds… I dont know if it is normal. I started using the jump rope a week ago ♀️
It’s summer holidays and I have no excuse not to do this except for my laziness. I aim to do this for at least 14 days, and we’ll see how it goes:
Day 1 (16/7/2020): Done, found the workout a bit easy to be honest.

I know some people love to do crossovers, double unders, single leg hops, etc..But I’ve had great success just keeping it simple.
I’ll do normal single unders at a fast pace (250 per min) for 4 min, rest a min, and repeat as many rounds as I can until I tap out.
I’ve never cared about being a jump rope master or doing cool tricks/routines. Only concerns are calorie burn and building endurance.
Your rope is too long. That’s why you’re having trouble with your form and aren’t able to single jump. Also you shouldn’t jump no more than 2 inches from the ground.
Fair and square no muscle-monster who did 20 yrs+ of high-voltage power-lifting talking rubbish but a regular guy on his personal journey. Great!
But when I count my jumps and do 10 sets of 100 jumps it takes me around 45 mins total but somehow it feels easier and I actually enjoy it
Hi…m 36yrs female and have spondilytis..is dis exercise recommended for me? And also Is it going to put pressure on uterus?

This video really inspired me. I thought I could not do it but I just did it…I just did the jump rope challenge for 2 weeks on my channel and I kilt it!!! I loss an amazing amount a weight and I havent jumped in like 20yrs… I took on this challenge and dominated it!!! You are the bomb!!!
Nooo this guy is a gentle liar. He replay the training process over and over to make this video. Anyway i try to finish it. Yahh..
some waterfall around….
When the rope whips your arms, legs and butt it doesn’t hurt any more when your used to it the real pain is when it hits your fingers or your face
I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 28 sec those moments, when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg are shown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJSDuSNVeYc&t= 386s
I also offer additional video, the so-called.

I do 100 skips a day. But the longest i can do is 50 straight skips. I guess i was doing it wrong. For a beginner is it alright if i do
20 secs skip
10 secs rest
Im still not sure abt the sets
I am doing this every 3 times a week and it works!!
One suggestion. Cod you edit the video so it includes a BELL SOUND at every change of exercise/rest? We can’t keep looking at the screen for 35 mins.
