  • I very much enjoy these videos from this channel, very informative, helpful and easy to get/pick up what is being instructed, can understand the popularity of this channel you come across very genuine and obviously a decent person, well done:)

  • What kind of “beginner” are you talking about? Beginner in hardcore body building? A real beginner should probably start with machine exercises, not squats and deadlights.

  • Great pre or post workout! Please do another mini ab mat vid like this so we can alternate! Also thx for being clothed! I am so over these YT working out in bikinis ugh.. Also not that thisi WO is about cal burn but if you are adding to another vid this was about a 26 CAL burn.

  • Hello Austin! Greetings from EU, Romania. I have a question, I can’t do more than 10 pull ups and I have noticed that the first muscle that fails me is not my back, but my forearm and triceps I believe. Could you please let me know what additional exercises will help me get stronger? Thank you!

  • Hey! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you tried Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • I just got my first set of resistance bands… I really just picked a random brand and the easiest one is hard for me rn sooo I gotta work up to the small ones. This was a good video to show me what I can do with them/how to use them. Definitely felt the burn

  • My goals for 2020

sprinting 100 metres in 10 sec flat
    perfecting my popping dance style
-learning the fundamentals of breakdancing (especially power moves)
-spending more time with family and my friends
    no junk food
    -no fap
    -no toxic energy
more jogging outside (no matter the weather is)
-finding the right girl to be my girlfriend

  • What does ur timetable look like? I have learnt enough about working out from you but now I wanna hear how you managed studies, working out, relationships and time please, Austin need it right now. Even if the video is short, controversial, I wanna hear your views on life, especially what I mentioned above!

  • Is Squats/Pull-Ups/Power Cleans a good workout schedule if I want to mix things up a bit from my regular StrongLifts 5×5 program every now and then?

  • Found this during lockdown, just did it at the gym.

I experienced the 5 stages of beginneer post work out:

    1) Shock Why do I feel amazing but terrible at the same time.
    2) Denial I feel great, the fact my nerves are on fire is a positive thing.
    3) Bargaining We can walk home but on the way we can get a KFC.
    4) Refeed I must eat all the things
    5) Collapse I am going to sleep until my next workout.

  • Austin i support all your hard work and dedication and i would like to get your coaching but im 15 and i cant sign up for it and i wanna perfect my skills

  • Happy New Year!

    Happy Belated Birthday, Austin Dunham!

I am looking forward to my 2020 fitness goals. Thank you so much for being an inspirational aspect to my 2020 fitness journey.

  • Great Video austin!
the best way is, just to start right now and having fun with workouts / no: I start in new year. I start next month…

  • quick question…
is it normal for my ribs to hurt when doing too many crunch type moves? happens all the time. just wondering if i should stop doing crunch like exercises

  • Heather’s videos are my favorite for the following reasons:

1.) A lot of Youtubers spend SO long on their intro, talking on and on and on, but I love how Heather gets right down to business and starts the workout right away.
2.) The video preview of the next workout helps me prepare my body position just in time.
3.) The bell signal helps me know exactly when to stop and start when I am not looking at the screen.
4.) Music is always on point and helps me get into the zone.

Thanks for the amazing videos! <3

  • I’m a Guy 23 years old and new at All that gym stuff. And i hate going there by myself. I have very low self esteem. And dont wanna be that Guy tabt just goes around not Knowing what to do. I go All Day sucking my belly in because i am a little overweight. I hate that my gut i longer out then my chest. And i cant Seem to male a proper workout plan at all allthough i just started to watch your videos and all that. Yes i am a little more clever in how to do some of the stuff. But the motivation is insanely low and blah blah blah. I just dont know what to do.
Sorry og my grammar is bad im from Denmark

  • I have a doubt, is it necessary to complement this video with lower body exercises or can I just workout with this video? Does it work by itself?
I always do cardio and abs.

  • Most beginners can’t follow Pamela’s workout because they’re intense, has no breaks in between sets or workouts.
On the other hand,Chloe Ting is really inspiring and motivating. People who doubt themselves can still feel motivated to workout and keep going. She’s easy, nice and fun. I, for example, would give up easily, but Chloe’s challenges and words really gave me hope. I would say, there’s no harm or loss in following Chloe’s workout. Results are certain InshaAllah.
However, Pamela’s quiet and focused. She would push you to your limits. Someone who’s fit and strong and wants more of a challenge, can start her workouts.
I would say, there should be a balance in everything. So try following both of them, sometimes Chloe and sometimes Pamela. I do that.

  • i feel like heather is SO underrated!!! She deserves millions of followers!

I love your videos heather! keep up the great work. Greetings from germany:3

  • I’ve been doing Pamela’s workouts for 4 weeks now but I can’t really see any results. I only wanna get rid of my very lil lower belly fat. What do you suggest should I try the Chloe ting’s intense core challenge or continue doing Pamela’s workout?

  • I have been doing the ab videos for over 3 weeks now and enjoy them. I would like to share a few tips Stop speaking with a rising inflection or uptalk. It makes you seem less confident and you have everything to be confident about. Also, maybe give more reminders about how to hold our bodies during the exercises (Are we supposed to be warmed up before we do your videos?). Thank you.

  • I just got some bands yesterday and then found this video. I’m still a beginner with a workout routine but I really liked the timer and how it helped me push through each set. I ended up doing this video 3 times to help build resistance, so thank you for making this video:)

  • Hello, Heather, I live in Vancouver too and have been trained for 3 years with my PT who have the same training style and concept as yours. I was so glad to find your channel last week and referred to my friends right away. We all started your 12 weeks program this week and really like it. Thank you very much for making the videos and you made perfect demo! And you edit the video very professionally!

  • Watched the video, Immediately went to Bench press. Mind blown, i think Ive been doing it wrong for the last 20 years. Thank you for the great videos, Just ordered the Super Hero Book. Have any Buff dude stickers for me to slap on the rack?

  • I started going to the gym again last week after a few months but I’m afraid to lift the bar I feel like I’m going to drop it on myself or that I won’t be able to lift it any tips for me?

  • If I had a nickel for every time I’ve clipped and pinched my foreskin with dumbbells doing shoulder press from the front stance I’d be able to afford another foreskin.

  • What brand of bands are you using? I bought ones…. they’re ok for some things, but they’re a bit thinner than yours and always end up rolling up into a rope like shape .. Thanks

  • I love your workout vids! Have been watching your main channel when I went vegan ♡ I like these vids bc I feel like I’m just at the gym with a partner and not someone constantly talking/telling me to “feel the burn”. Great work!!

  • I’m new to the gym, and would like to build strength and size! Should I buy the superhero plan, the bulking plan, or the 12 weeks plan?

  • Omg I’m in love ❤️ not only are you inspiring and motivating but you’re just awesome!! I’m going to give your beginners’ plan a go for the gains I’ve been looking for hoping to still keep running in between workout days.

  • been doing this as a warm up for about a month and a half and wow! I’ve seen a difference! really gets me ready for HIIT and strength training. my glutes are insane

  • STOP COMPARING CHLOE TING TO OTHER PEOPLES WORKOUTS there are million result vidoes on her workouts and barely see any on pamela anyways just leave chloe alone and stop comparing it depends on every person individually on who’s workouts will be more affective on them plus chloe is the only fitness influencer who gives out free programs plus chloe has alot tougher older programs but PEOPLE complain in her comments its too hard and asked for low impact so she made lighter programs and now people are complaining its too easy… Smh

  • Love this one! Are you able to do aby more arm resistance bands one! Have been doing one of them for timing arms you posted on and love that too with the back row, tricep extension etc. Can you do any more arm band ones? X

  • I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for more than a year. I feel much stronger and I managed to lose weight despite I’m endomorph.

I tried Pamela’s recently (probably 3 or 4 months ago) and I learned how to engage my core with her. I still choose her abs work outs when I’m about to work that part of the body

I don’t do challenges, I create my own routine:) I prefer Chloe’s because of her cardio work outs. Pamela’s work outs are amazing tho!

  • I have been doing the ab exercises and I am starting to get a line above my belly. Is that normal or is it something to worry about?

  • This is *the* one workout I consistently come back to because

    A) I break a sweat every time
    B) I never get bored thanks to not having to tons of reps
    C) My bf told me my butt looked good after doing it a couple times a week for a month >

  • This is s great video. For beginners I would recommend benching on the rack where the pins can catch a missed rep. Also backing into the rack to rerack the overhead press is not as safe as going in face first.

  • Thanks to you buff dudes I have lost 50lbs since the beginning of the year. Your breakdown of the exercises is particularly helpful. I am well on my way to my goal for loosing 100 lbs THANK YOU!

  • I just purchased my booty bands from @t and started my fitness journey today. This was great. I’m fairly new to using a lot of resistance bands and this was perfect! Thanks,

  • That might be a new video segment for you, is how to workout with bad knees, blown discs in the back, I know a lot of lifters that have blown out their shoulders, so any help you give is greatly appreciated.

  • Disclaimer: This video is only based on a specific workout plan I’ve experienced. I only did Chloe Ting’s 4 weeks shred challenge and Pamela’s week 10 and 11 challenges. Reviews are based on my own experiences, by no means one is better than the other instructor, it really depends on your body type and your preference. The final decision should still come to you but I am very happy to see all you guys comments/ review from your own experience to share with this community Let’s get strong together!!! xx

  • i knew chloe ting before pamela and chloe’s workout was hard but got easy as time went on and then i found pamela and lot of viewrs said it was intense so i started n it took me 2 days to get used to it so i decided to get back to chloes ting workout n i dont knw how but i just cant do chloes it got harder for me

  • Greetings from Kazakhstan everybody! You’re such a gift to all of us. I admire your channel and appreciate all of your workouts here. It’s exactly what I was looking for and you’re one of the best on YouTube.

  • I love both but Chloe ting definitely is the driving force for my workout. Her videos attracted me to the fitness world and thus she changed my life.

  • Does anyone else get stomach/abdomen pains when doing the frog thing?? It’s feels like my organs are getting all squished together when I lift my feet up

  • Heather your channel is the best! Your videos are very helpful and always help me stay fit during lockdown. Keep up the good work.

  • Am I the only one that sweats a lot on chloe ting workouts??? I would blame the 70%-80% of humidity but I do the workout with an air conditioner so I can’r blame it

  • I prefer Pamela Reif workouts but after a long break I would do Chloe ting workouts to warmup before i head back into killer workouts

  • first i was sticking with chloe ting’s workouts but eventually i became stronger and her exercises weren’t such a challenge like they were at first, so i started with pamela’s workout. everytime i do pamela’s workouts, either that is booty workout, abs, arms or whatever, it is always A BIG challenge! i think beginners should stick with chloe’s workout but when they feel stronger they should start with pamela’s workouts, they are just more intense and harder. but i think chloe is okay for beginners, but now i prefer pamela’s workouts as well:)

  • I love boths. Chloe’s really good for a beginner. For the first 3 months my abs were showing from the long hibernation. After that i switch to pamela’s, she had this weekly plan. It s so interesting tho, pretty intense, i gained more strength and all the muscles start showing. Im happy i can do both.

  • My main goals for 2020:
    Working out
    Diet
    No Fap
    No Sugar
    Stoic Lifestyle
    No Alcohol
    Cold Showers
    Meditation

Edit: Thank you all for your responses!

  • Once u get stronger you just don’t burn as many calories as u use to with chloe ting bc she gives a lot of breaks I love her but she needs to make non-beginner workouts. Hence, I think pam is perfect for me now

  • This doesn’t actually do anything lol. Guarantee that ass is 80% bodyfat distribution from genetics. If you want glutes squat with a barbell.

  • I love the two of them, but I think if you are a beginner it’s better to start with Chloe and move on to Pamela’s workout when you get used to working out.

Also Pamela’s music is really amazing

  • These band workouts have been killer. I get an intense burn every time I do them and feel more lean. This video was great especially because of COVID and staying at home most of the time I need to get a quick workout in. I actually went and bought these workout bands off of amazon for a really good price. There are multiple resistances and are a great quality product: https://amzn.to/3esSx6M

  • I prefer Chloe Ting’s workouts cos she gives us instructions on how to do the movements correctly, preventing injury and also gives us encouragement once in a while throughout the workout video. It’s less intense but I feel the burn more as well as see results. Pamela Rf’s is quite fast paced so the muscle mind connection is harder to get.

  • “And if there is a death metal band called skull crushers, those motherfuckers better have some damn good triceps.” hahaha that had me dyin!

  • i dont know how i was able to finish this sesh, my abs hurt so much from 2 days ago that i did another of your ab’s videos! so good!

  • Hey guys, great video. New fan. I have not lifted weights in 15 or so years. Dad bod set in big time. I am purchasing your new super hero book. In the meantime while I wait for it to come in. How do you recommend selecting a starting weight for each of the 5×5 exercises? Should i just start with an empty bar? Thanks!

  • I prefer Pamela Reif’s workouts for many reasons:
-Intensity, which speeds up your workout results
    -Good music
-She doesn’t talk alot and gets straight to the workout, which saves time
-She has a full workout plan every week that works out your entire body

  • Can I do skull crushers pulling towards my face while belly down on a bench instead of what is shown because I’ve got a tendency for my shoulder+elbow to dislocate and I don’t want to crush my skull

  • There’s no particular exercise for abs in those 3 days. Is training them not that important for the beginners or should I hit those muscles in addition to your program?

  • Hi Heather. Enjoyed your video tho some are really hard for beginner and intermediate learners. It will be good if you could include some explanations (perhaps in the background jus like what u did in the intro) on the right posture to maintain for each move so as to avoid injury. Thks. Keep your videos up!

  • Love this workout. As others have said your workouts, Heather, are really helping to keep me sane during lockdown. Again as others have said is there anything we can do to help you?

  • Does fapping kill your gains? How should I limit it monthly/weekly? I don’t do drugs and my stress/depression/anxiety is bipolar asf and my only stress reliever is working out (other then fapping). Any tips?
    My 2020 goal:
•Austin Dunham liking and responding to this question^

  • Bent over rows? Are you for real? And you call yourself trainers? Way to break the backs of anyone going to the Gym for the first time.
I’ve been subscribed for years following and trusting your guidance. After seeing that Bent Over Row I’ve lost all trust. I don’t want to break my back. I’ve unsubscribed.

  • Great work out keep up the great work I also want to help my fellow u tuber viewers watch devorah roloff shes gorgous witha a great body you’ll be glad u watched

  • Haven’t been in the iron cathedral since before marriage, 7 years. Big chungus. Large sad kings.
Found the buff dudes looking for some beginner tips.. Instantly back into it. Did day 1 yesterday, legs are jello from the assblasters.
Perfect explanation of proper stance, keeping us safe. Can’t wait for my book, subscriber for life

  • I’m obviously late on this, but thank you for this workout. I’m fairly new to working out. I’ve done 2 other work out routines. First a 6 week. And the last one was a 4 week. All total body. I just finished day one of this routine. Hell yes!! I feel it more than any other workout. Awesome work buff dudes! Keep it up.
    #assblasters

  • I’m a skinny 17 year old guy who’s metabolism is pretty fast so I have a hard time putting on weight. Will this routine, the 5×5, help me put on muscle? While following a diet of course.

  • I love this workout! Ive been doing since it came out and now im down a resistance band!! its more of a challenge which makes me love this workout even more now. Thank you

  • Back squats are fantastic…. but not for beginners….. If you don’t have strength in your stabilizers you’re going to blow out your joints and back. Back squats should be progressed into first.
