  • I was ready for something new and I loved the challenge on these and the cardio I find too hard because of the constant change, at least here we have a minute.

  • Great workout!! The sets are perfect for me. But they can be modified. I like that there is enough time in between sets to adjust the bands and your body. Some days I just can’t do squats so I replace them with jumping jacks. The timer is large and visible which is much needed for me. His voice is nice too.

  • After the lock down began, I began using resistence bands. Mounted four TRX anchors on a terrace wall. I was sceptical the first week, but I find resistence bands better than the weight room. Will probably cancel my gym membership. Lots of advantages; better workout, no driving, can workout barefooted with bed-head and far cheaper. A silver lining in this dark cloud. Thanks!

  • Hello beautiful people:) to anyone wondering if this works, trust me it really does! This is one of the best and most effective workouts that I have ever done before.
    Last summer I was doing alot of workouts on youtube especially from Chloe Ting and Gabriella Whited. Dont get me wrong, those workouts definitely work, but since they were high intensity I found that the next day it was a bit hard to keep going with the program since everything would be sore. This workout did still leave me with my muscles a little sore (that just means it works haha) but not nearly bad enough to prevent me from keeping going. I’m not kidding after only the second day there was a noticeable difference. There was so much definition especially around my arms and abs. I swear by this workout and definitely will continue. I’m not gonna lie, it’s a bit hard at first but just remember before you quit remind yourself why you started. This takes more time it seems to find the bands I want and step on that than to just change the band over. Why are mine always getting twisted?

  • in quarantine I’ve managed to loose more than 20lbs and am finally in a healthy weight category, now however I realised that I have very little muscle so I want to start toning up (still have lots of belly fat!) I will be trying out this one as I have loved lots of your other workouts.

    Day 1: I liked the workout, could do it all but towards the end of the leg toning ones I struggled, but otherwise good.(and my Fitbit said this helped me burn 75 calories.

Since April (so it has been about 4 months or so) I’ve been doing this workout every three days, sometimes adding another arm workout or something if I am very motivated, and it has toned my body and changed the way I feel in my body. It is a tiny bit difficult but trust me,the way she instructs you to for example flex ur toe at a certain point, left ur leg as high as u can at a certain time, is very affective.
