  • I follow stephanie salzo with sweat. I’d love your opinion of that! So far, it’s the only workout plan I’ve followed that I’ve seen instant results.

  • Anyone looking for new athletic clothing?? Try for the newest spring/summer styles! With prices cheaper than GYMSHARK for even better quality wear! Use code BREAT10 to get 10 dollars off your order! (you can resize the code as much as you’d like!)

  • Hey everyone! I should comment it’s been pointed out to me that Chloe Ting also has a lot of free programs (meal plans etc) When I did an IG story asking what you wanted to see I read lots of “Chloe Ting 2 week Ab Challenge” I assumed that meant everyone just did that video because that’s what I found when googling it. Totally my bad there! I’m thinking I should do a whole Chloe Ting challenge now with all the different programs. Who would like to see that?!

  • Omg you pulled a Kristin Miranda with finding the address ……I love the suggestions! I love Popsugar and Tone it Up, but mama needs that 305!!

Social Media distancing make up distancing armpit detoxing (bc I have one weird armpit after having Zane ) extra cuddles

  • Chloe Ting, Pamela Reif and Popsugar Fitness are some of my faves❤️. Also, check out for cute workout sets and use my discount code NTSAS10 to get a 10% discount, you welcome ladies.

  • Hey Jade! I have been scouring YT to find fellow nichers that are like-minded and here you are! Thank you for sharing these channels for at home workouts! I am excited to support you on this journey and have subscribed and turned on the bell to be notified when you upload future videos. I came on YouTube at the end of an over 60 pound weight loss journey and with quarantining and being forced off of my regular routine, I have gained some of the weight back and have to re-group. This journey never ends, let me tell you! Maintenance is a journey as well!!! Whew! Let’s support one another on this journey. Cali GRITS

  • My favorite fitness youtube channel is HasFit. They are the best! The excercises are fun, work your but off and, my favorite, flexible. Oh! Did I mention they pay attention to good form. There’s always warm up and cool down in their vids. They cater to every body type, fitness level, age, mobility, etc. ❤

  • Sarah’s Day just perpetuates eating disorders in young women. There is nothing science based about her. Just a walking add that causes damage to young minds. Please don’t include her in videos in the future.

  • i’d say chloe ting’s workouts are more for beginners than pamela’s. i did chloe’s two week challenge and i shifted to the hourglass but i was hitting a plateau, i didn’t feel the burn anymore nor was my body improving and so i shifted to pamela which made me realize that man, i was still hella unfit haha tho i totally recommend doing chloe’s workouts first then shifting to pamela’s + alexis

  • Came across your channel, truly loved it. Your tonality and work is something I really love. I loved this video and could not stop myself from contacting you.

Now a little bit about myself, I am part of India’s largest Platform Xpert which enables experts like you  to monetise your content on our platform and also gives you visibility amongst top experts of the nation. Many of experts who are fitness bloggers like you, joined and all they have to say is…they have relatively higher subscribers for their channel now. Like they have got true super fans on Xpert who wish to pay them for their premium content.
And no hassles and maintenance required. Check more at:
I would love to have you on expert to learn from you and ask you my questions.

  • I’m not the biggest fan of these (as they’re mainly all targeted towards beginners) but this video was so entertaining! Can’t wait for the next challenge lol!

  • Amanda Bisk also has free 14 day quarantine workouts and even an app Fresh Body Fit Mind (with 14 day free trial). Loved to see you try that one too ❤

  • You should try lilly Sabri and Sydney Cummings the most hardworking and dedicated fitness instructors I have come across YouTube, they are posting everyday with intense workouts

  • she only recommended apps that you have to pay for it… and always find reasons to say something negative about those “free programs”

  • You should do the Courtney Black workouts. she has an app with nutrition, live workouts that she uploads and there are some workouts where she gives you reps and things like that. the live workouts are killer.

  • What you said about 10-minute ab workout is actually true. I even laughed at your demonstration since its what I do when I start getting tired

  • Chloe ting has a program—you just did one video in that program. She has a website showing the program. She needs to create playlists or something easier to tell from YouTube the actual program. The people who say they don’t see much progress are the people who don’t know this and just see this video and do just it every day for 14 days.

  • Zuzka Light is another great work out gal. Very reasonable. All kinds of work outs to choose from. Yoga HIIT upper lower glutes cardio fit slide you name it. She has beginner intermediate and advanced work out levels. She has meal plans too. She has a lot of free stuff oh her you tube channel so you can get a really good idea as to what her work outs are like. Try it she is amazing!!

  • Wait, stupid question but I don’t understand the tracking weight thing in Natacha oceanes app? How do you add/track a weight if there is no weights used during the workout? Doesn’t it only require resistance bands?

  • My personal favorites are Fitness Blender and Sydney Cummings. Imo Chloe Ting workouts are too easy so fb and Sydney provide more of a challenge. Love Natacha for her knowledge and Pamela has really good workout videos

  • I dream of doing Natachas app routines I could barely make it through one of her YouTube Hiit workouts though I’m getting better

  • I want to add Kit Rich’s channel to these other great recommendations: she uses some fun moves and has really motivating follow along videos including a 21 day stay @ home playlist of workouts

  • Love Pamela! Her workouts are super effective, been doing them for almost a year! Plus her music keeps me going and the no talking is lovely. I mix her current quarentine weekly workout plans with Yoga with Adriene(another great grrreeeeattt fitness channel!!!) And am so happy with the results!

  • I love z workouts

    Nice, motivating to fit
Need to make time for workouts. I’m a foodie, I like to cook eat and YouTube the recipe of the day. Apart from the day job, managing 2 kids I try to fit in a 20 min HIIT workout. Feels satisfying

  • I’m doing Natachas Home Reload program right now and I LOVE IT. I’m on week 2! It’s crazy challenging but her workouts make me feel like a power ranger ‍♀️ SHE IS THE GOAT

  • The Chloe ting abs challenge is not just ten minutes. The abb program with other exercises as per the program link

  • Sydney Cummings is by far the best fitness YouTuber. No ads, so much variety. I do her work outs religiously. She was an athlete as well. I highly recommend her.

  • I just LOOOOVE Pamela Reif she’s the best! I already tried Alexis and Chloe and I kinda liked it but Pamela makes me feel a good burn and feel good soooo yeah and it’s 10/10 effective, really recommend

  • Abby Pollack has great work out videos that are free!!! She explains everything so well and awesome for beginners and intermediate

  • Natacha Ocean is one of my favorites she is so full of knowledge! Another one you should check out is CVG their FB community is killer <3

  • I love Chloe ting but a lot of the people doing before and after mislead their photos. Some I think they just don’t know how to take proper before and after but most I can tell they’re doing it in purpose cause they do a lot of those videos and they never look like the after photos and stay the same size yet doing constant exercises each week/month

  • I wonder what you’d think of “Your Shape Fitness Evolved” for the Xbox Kinect.
It’s not as entertaining, but has a wide variety of trainings and they vary between 2 and 30 minutes. I forgot of they had sessions of more than 30 minutes. Toning, cardio, yoga, etc.

  • Btw, the Chloe Ting ab challenge, isn’t just one video there are a few and she has a website and it tells u which videos to do that day.:)
