In this video, I experience a past life regression! Past life regression is when someone is able to remember experiences from a previous life, usually through the process of hypnosis. Although the concept of reincarnation has ancient roots, past life regression hypnosis has really only been around since the latter half of the 20th century through the work of psychiatrists such as Dr. Brian L. Both personally in my own spiritual work and my work doing spiritual counseling and coaching with clients I’ve found past life regression work to be extremely enlightening. Clients have tapped into unresolved conflict from past lives and gotten clear on how that is impacting their present life. They’ve come to understand why certain relationships are so charged, why they feel compelled towards certain people and repelled by others. They’ve realized key events that happened in their past lives which are influencing the choices they are making in this lifetime. They’ve learned the origin of pain in their body when doctors can find nothing physically wrong and cleared up some of that pain. They’ve been able to break karmic patterns. They’ve discovered their soul purpose, gathered strength from positive past life memories and forgiven themselves for choices they made in the past and committed themselves to doing things differently in this lifetime. Some have even gotten greater clarity on what really matters to them, including releasing fear as they remember their eternality and oneness with all life. When you experience a true connection with a past life it can bring you great peace to know that your soul truly is immortal.
Meditation and moving out of the mind and into the heart space and third eye can help you tap into a deeper way of knowing, a more intuitive way of being.
I highly recommend that you begin meditating for 10-15 minutes every day before your regression to help you begin clearing your field.
Also please note that sometimes if we’re too attached to an outcome or efforting or if we are trying to stay in control we can block ourselves from letting go enough to allow the hypnotherapy and to receive the wisdom of the soul. My teacher, Dr. Brian Weiss, said he was so left-brained that it took him many months of regression until we able finally let go enough to experience a successful regression.
In my experience, people who are anxious or who have a high need for control or people who aren’t ready to know will sometimes block the experience consciously or subconsciously. That’s okay too. I’ve found that while they might not be ready to see a past life they do experience relaxation, inner peace, and often get clarity on something important in there life. So, they still walk away empowered with some new knowing that supports them.

There are some things that you can’t make up in past life regressions, like speaking languages that you never spoke or even seeing with clarity who you were, including your name, and then discover that person. So I think that some of the past life regressions are just make up memories, but others are not…
I had a PLR experience, my first PLR experience. I was a young Indian man named Raj in 1845, I met and married my soulmate, we had a son and a daughter (it was such joy, a time full of vibrancy and life), our children both drowned and then I lost my soulmate on the same day (she was murdered by a man I called “the dark man” because his energy and personality was very dark). I died about six months later, a shell of who I used to be. I was ready to die. There was so much joy and life, but also so much pain at the end.
The other thing I was amazed by is that I was myself, even though I was Raj and not “myself” (Emily). The feeling was basically what my life “would have been” like living in the 1800s as a young Indian man.

I tried going through this once since I do have lot of issues in life and nothing happened. It was an hour long session and I was really getting bored about half way through. Not seeing or experiencing anything. Towards the end I just started to think about what am I going to buy to eat on my drive back home. Just a waste of time. Later on in life I talked to someone who is very experienced in these waters and she told me that apparently 86% of the population can be hypnotizes with bigger or lesser difficulties but then there’s 14% with which it just doesn’t work. I still kind of do believe in this, but since it failed on me I am bit reserved. It doesn’t mean it doesn’t work so to say… but I haven’t been convinced yet and I am not sure if I will try this ever again. The way I see it I’ll rather pay an escort woman for half an hour the same money for a very real experience.

So I did a past life regression on my own through mediation, then dug deeper with the audio of Brian Weiss. I’ve always had dreams about being different people in different settings, and it’s always 1st person and it was always the same dreams. I started researching and figured I’d try this kind of thing out. Though I did it by myself, I saw that I was a Native American Chef, with the most beautiful woman as a wife I’ve ever seen. I skipped through my life and saw it towards the end. Before Brian’s countdown was through on the first part, I felt the drums in my chest. It wasn’t my heartbeat, it was chanting to drums. I’ve been in a spiritual journey for about a year but the last 3 months or so I’ve been solely focused on Native American mythology and the study of their beliefs. And things are starting to make a lot more sense. It was VERY emotional.

I did a past life regression. The earliest childhood memory turned out to be my christening at 6 months old. I did have two ‘past life’ experiences come up. They did seem to have a feeling of truth/ reality. Certainly, they were nothing I havd ever thought of before. I can’t say if they were from my imagination or not. The christening memory was real. I’m curious because I suffer so much from this life mentally. Chronic depression, I dont trust anyone but I am an empath. I feel like I know sooooo much but i cant download the info for some reason. I feel like with my luck I would turn out to be Hitler. And it would just get really awkward, as the hypnotist tries not to judge me. Then I would come back and find out I was also a serial killer and the hypnotist would just kill me out of fear. All jokes aside I would actually like to try this sometime. I have some weird memories that I am not really sure where they came from involving me being assaulted and left to die in the middle of a corn field. I remember hearing cicadas as I lay dying. Ever since I was born I have been terrified of wasps, horseflies, bees, cicadas, locusts, grasshoppers, roaches, and moths, despite never been stung or bitten by any kind of bug (aside from mosquitoes and ticks, which I am not afraid of.)

I would recommend an amazing podcast called Armchair Expert by Dax Shepard and Monica Padman. I love the relationship between the two host and I want them to be my adoptive parents:) Furthermore, I am charmed by Dax’s openness. His ability to be vulnerable and discuss things so bluntly and effortlessly is why I love him so much. They bring on so many incredibly brilliant people who are doing incredible work in their field. My favorite episode is when they brought my favorite actress on Melissa McCarthy on. I can not recommend this enough.

I’m almost sure I was a prince once. People sometimes state that my everyday attitude is slightly petulant and I have no reason to be like that just by my current life. Both personally in my own spiritual work and my work doing spiritual counseling and coaching with clients I’ve found past life regression work to be extremely enlightening. Clients have tapped into unresolved conflict from past lives and gotten clear on how that is impacting their present life. They’ve come to understand why certain relationships are so charged, why they feel compelled towards certain people and repelled by others. They’ve realized key events that happened in their past lives which are influencing the choices they are making in this lifetime. They’ve learned the origin of pain in their body when doctors can find nothing physically wrong and cleared up some of that pain. They’ve been able to break karmic patterns. They’ve discovered their soul purpose, gathered strength from positive past life memories and forgiven themselves for choices they made in the past and committed themselves to doing things differently in this lifetime. Some have even gotten greater clarity on what really matters to them, including releasing fear as they remember their eternality and oneness with all life. When you experience a true connection with a past life it can bring you great peace to know that your soul truly is immortal.
Meditation and moving out of the mind and into the heart space and third eye can help you tap into a deeper way of knowing, a more intuitive way of being.
I highly recommend that you begin meditating for 10-15 minutes every day before your regression to help you begin clearing your field.
Also please note that sometimes if we’re too attached to an outcome or efforting or if we are trying to stay in control we can block ourselves from letting go enough to allow the hypnotherapy and to receive the wisdom of the soul. My teacher, Dr. Brian Weiss, said he was so left-brained that it took him many months of regression until we able finally let go enough to experience a successful regression.
In my experience, people who are anxious or who have a high need for control or people who aren’t ready to know will sometimes block the experience consciously or subconsciously. That’s okay too. I’ve found that while they might not be ready to see a past life they do experience relaxation, inner peace, and often get clarity on something important in there life. So, they still walk away empowered with some new knowing that supports them.

There are some things that you can’t make up in past life regressions, like speaking languages that you never spoke or even seeing with clarity who you were, including your name, and then discover that person. So I think that some of the past life regressions are just make up memories, but others are not…

I had a PLR experience, my first PLR experience. I was a young Indian man named Raj in 1845, I met and married my soulmate, we had a son and a daughter (it was such joy, a time full of vibrancy and life), our children both drowned and then I lost my soulmate on the same day (she was murdered by a man I called “the dark man” because his energy and personality was very dark). I died about six months later, a shell of who I used to be. I was ready to die. There was so much joy and life, but also so much pain at the end.
The other thing I was amazed by is that I was myself, even though I was Raj and not “myself” (Emily). The feeling was basically what my life “would have been” like living in the 1800s as a young Indian man.

I love podcasts so much that I started something called Podcast Brunch Club, which is like book club, but for podcasts. We now have almost 80 groups across 6 continents. Every month we choose a theme and 4-5 episodes on that theme and then we meet up (now virtually) to discuss. Anyone is welcome to join.
I tried going through this once since I do have lot of issues in life and nothing happened. It was an hour long session and I was really getting bored about half way through. Not seeing or experiencing anything. Towards the end I just started to think about what am I going to buy to eat on my drive back home. Just a waste of time. Later on in life I talked to someone who is very experienced in these waters and she told me that apparently 86% of the population can be hypnotizes with bigger or lesser difficulties but then there’s 14% with which it just doesn’t work. I still kind of do believe in this, but since it failed on me I am bit reserved. It doesn’t mean it doesn’t work so to say… but I haven’t been convinced yet and I am not sure if I will try this ever again. The way I see it I’ll rather pay an escort woman for half an hour the same money for a very real experience.
So right now we’re living right? When We die and our future “past self” will be able to live by me/us? I don’t know, I just had to get that out ��

I did a past life regression. The earliest childhood memory turned out to be my christening at 6 months old. I did have two ‘past life’ experiences come up. They did seem to have a feeling of truth/ reality. Certainly, they were nothing I havd ever thought of before. I can’t say if they were from my imagination or not. The christening memory was real. If nothing else, the experience was worth it for that.

I’m curious because I suffer so much from this life mentally. Chronic depression, I dont trust anyone but I am an empath. I feel like I know sooooo much but i cant download the info for some reason. I feel like with my luck I would turn out to be Hitler. And it would just get really awkward, as the hypnotist tries not to judge me. Then I would come back and find out I was also a serial killer and the hypnotist would just kill me out of fear. All jokes aside I would actually like to try this sometime. I am curios to know what some of my past lives were like. I have some weird memories that I am not really sure where they came from involving me being assaulted and left to die in the middle of a corn field. I remember hearing cicadas as I lay dying. Ever since I was born I have been terrified of wasps, horseflies, bees, cicadas, locusts, grasshoppers, roaches, and moths, despite never been stung or bitten by any kind of bug (aside from mosquitoes and ticks, which I am not afraid of.)
When I tried remembering my passed life nothing came to my head but the temperature for my body felt like it was in an oven or something like that

I love this video! I’m just starting out with podcasts and I have to admit that I gifted myself some airpods after seeing you zoom around your home and get your housework done and workout with them. They have changed my Mom life thank you! The vibe of this video is soo nice and friendly, feels like I’m having a coffee with a gal pal and she’s telling me about something she discovered. In reality I’m sitting in my bed (airpods in ears lol) at 6:20am sitting a huge cup of coffee with my 3 year old rolling around next to me as I squeeze in some “me” time before the day starts. I would recommend an amazing podcast called Armchair Expert by Dax Shepard and Monica Padman. I love the relationship between the two host and I want them to be my adoptive parents:) Furthermore, I am charmed by Dax’s openness. His ability to be vulnerable and discuss things so bluntly and effortlessly is why I love him so much. They bring on so many incredibly brilliant people who are doing incredible work in their field. My favorite episode is when they brought my favorite actress on Melissa McCarthy on. I can not recommend this enough.

I’m almost sure I was a prince once. People sometimes state that my everyday attitude is slightly petulant and I have no reason to be like that just by my current life. I never had a past life regression session, I perceived this through dreams, I recall that I was a not very kind young male, I was impulsive and nobody really liked me, not even my big brother although he was very tolerant but I was beyond the tolerable. Then the folks of the lands on my charge went on a rampage against their own Prince, and that was what I got, they killed me. I just remember my brother was a very honorable gentleman that wanted me to be a better man, but I was so full of me and just did whatever pleased me when actually I really needed his advice, and his love. But well, it ended in tragedy and I can understand why.
