For before and after photos to be trustworthy, the position of the subject’s body should be exactly the same in both photos.

  • This video is not meant to be taken seriously. Hes obviously on growth hormone. Growth hormone gives bodybuilders the gut. Hes also pushing out his stomach. Obviously you can suck in your stomach to mask it. The whole eating chips and such is all for humor.

  • My ex was a body builder and he said he was approached by a supplement company to take “after” picture when he was buff and to gain 20-40 lbs and take a “before” picture for them to use in their marketing campaign. This is legit… they TOTALLY do this! Don’t believe everything you see.

  • Hello there, have you considered Femalix Secrets yet? Just simply do a search engine search. On there you will discover that an awesome suggestions about how exactly you can completely reduce your cellulite naturally. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • I’m following Ketogenic diet for last 5 years, What I learned from it
*Super easy to follow once you are adapted which takes around 15 to 45 days.
*Only after you are keto adapted you get all the brain related benefits( more focus, occasional high:p, no brain fogs and super concentration as I can sit at one place and work for about 8 hours without running for food or snacks)
*8 weeks ON Keto and next 4 weeks OFF keto works for me as by doing that I face less Keto issues like dry skin, hair loss, occasional tingling in finger tips etc.
    * Do not cheat on a regular interval it increases your cravings for carbs, If you don’t cheat there will be no cravings.
*You can’t judge this diet just by trying it for a week or so cause that’s just the transition period and you don’t see many benefits and because of your system changing to fat friendly from carb you may feel pathetic about it.
*There are many tips and tricks I can share but this is becoming very long comment, I have a page on facebook with the name ‘Himalayan Keto adaptation’ where i occasionally share my experience and keto recipes.

  • This is so real right now for me. I started at 205 and now I am 185(a month later). I was stuck at 190-193 for a full two weeks, which was frustrating to see on the scale . But when my weight started to finally drop, I realized my body was producing more muscle so I could burn fat. . When I realized this I gave myself a break and kept faith. When I was in my 20’s I was 140’s. I would love to be 150 again-my dream. The last time I was 165 lbs (last lowest weight) was 2014. I remember the feeling and I felt like a million dollars.

  • i did keto and if too and lost 32 kilos but my desire for food esp food high in calories /junk food esp never finished and i got 14 kilos back so much out of control

  • Hilarious! This is a cheap machine purchased online. This is not an FDA approved laser and thus has no proof that it works. Look up i-Lipo, that’s an actual FDA approved laser with third party proven results. Do research people!

  • I’m a 23 year old who is virgin and single with no intention to get pregnant for the next 4 years but you have no idea how much I think about the body change. I think about it so much that my motivation to be fit nowadays is “I will turn it into a lifestyle because then when I get pregnant it won’t feel like a diet or restriction” anyway, loved the video!!! Imagine how many newly moms are inspired by you

  • I have this
I’ve been searching for so long for my chest hole condition can somebody help me I really want to fix it

  • Fantastic story. Such a shame keto doesn’t work for me. I put on weight. I guess my body has a high tolerance for fat, in that i can eat loads of it without feeling nauseous. So no calorie deficit.

  • Thank you so much! today I felt really disappointed for not seeing results on the scale and all my hard work, but now that I heard your story I know I can do it too, i’ll keep going until I see myself again, thank you!

  • After a birth of my second baby, in few hours I went on dancing salsa, I had so much energy after delivering the baby, I walk and lifting the baby makes me so tired, I think I look like skin and bones. Working out is great for body toning and keeping the body in shape. Try more meditation and yoga and enjoy the babies.

  • Has anyone else on here had the surgery? My doctor Said it was/is one of the most painfull things You could do. Rate from 1-10 thanks.

  • Hi I’m new to keto. I need your help. I have type 2 diabetes and overweight i really want to lose weight. May i ask what else did you eat in a day? And how many total carbs you take?and do you exercise everyday? Thanks

  • I lost weight too 50 pounds on this diet and looked great however felt like I lost strength. Now I am on low fat vegan diet higher carbs lots of fruit and veg and potatoes bananas figs dates. Now I feel great gaining body strength and weight down. Keto long term is no good. Our body runs on glucose so keto will not work long term. Too much fat is hard too digest so it’s hard on the liver.

  • As I found out about this cellulite treatment method, I felt reluctant over it. Yet I still attempted to give it a shot given that I don’t find some other choices of treatment method of precisely what I have got. Right now, it has considerably smoothed away all of the noticeable look of that terrible cellulite from my completely new, soft skin. It also made my own skin to become far more flexible. Not just that, it’s also more gentle today. I simply adore just how it made my own skin considerably better. I hope you will get good results also, research on Google. Tip name is Liam Jυnozat

  • This does not work. I tried it 6 sessions. Many places in Atlanta offer this and it doesn’t make a difference than eating healthy and working out. This does NOT work on its own.

  • I need help I don’t have the support from anybody also having a low budget. Any tips or advise I don’t know how or where to start.

  • The procedure is such a scam. Look at the before and after near the end. She had it done on her stomach yet is smaller in her arms and thighs….it couldn’t have been the healthy diet and exercise, could it??? LOLOL

  • Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your journey. Your determination and tenacity are truly inspirational. You’ve really motivated me to not give up on my weight loss goals and continue with keto and regular exercise.

  • I’m trying to do the keto low carb I like it but I’m not motivated to really exercise but I’ll day dream about how happy I’d be smaller again

  • This is truly amazing and inspiring but I do have to say cardio is not something to use for weight loss. It just doesn’t work well. Only for keeping good heart health. It just burns up calories and doesn’t do much but make you tired and used all your energy instead. HIIT and weight training is so worth it girl. Proud of you for doing this. Especially with three littles ❤️

  • Thank you so much for sharing.. You scale number and before picture is me now! I was like wow, thats me! I feel so sad when I look in the mirror now because I still have my 30lbs pregnancy weight on me and looking at the scale and myself in the mirror just makes me sad. I am 5 months post delivery and was wondering if I could even do keto because I am nursing 100%, so that was great to hear that your milk supply remained well. I planned to start working soon and started order workout items so I can start May 1st which is my d day I have given myself as a start date. You look great, I am happy to see you got back to a comfortable weight again.

  • Congratulations on all these people for their hard work to slowly lose the weight and get back to a healthy weight for their bodies!

  • I lost 70 lbs in 5 months. Some people say that’s too much but I haven’t put it back on for a year now and I’ve only gotten more fit because of my dedication. I exercise 2 hours a day and eat 3,000 calories a day now. I got bored of yo yo dieting.

  • This is exactly my story except this is my first baby and I waited a year because of breastfeeding. Finding clothes to wear for church was my worse nightmare because nothing fitted me. I was 196.6lbs and that’s when I started the keto diet 01/12/20 and noticed some improvements but I didn’t know much about it. I started working out 2 months ago 6 days/week and doing intermittent fasting. I can now fit in some of my pre-pregnancy clothes and my scale is stuck at 163.9. But I feel great and happy that I’m fitting in some of my old clothes. Thank you for sharing because I can relate soooo much.

  • I lost 100 pounds in my first 6 months of Keto. Went from 380 to 280. 6 months after that I had lost another 40 pounds.

So 140 pounds lost in a year going from 380 to 240. 12 months after that I was it down to 190. For the past 5 years or so I’ve been able to keep my weight between 185 and 200 pounds.

  • I know this is a year and 1/2 after this video was posted but I have to say EXCELLENT! 90 lbs is just ten lbs from 100 so BE proud of yourself! That is a HUGE achievement!

  • When I initially located this cellulite method of treatment, I did not trust since I assumed it’s unattainable to realize such results with just the techniques given. Even so I was unhappy so I made a decision to try it. And due to this guide, my skin now is free of cellulite. It’s softer right now. It’s more flexible today. Not only that, but it’s also softer now. Get this on Google when you are available. Tip name is Liam Jυnozat

  • U just nicely mentioned: believe in urself n u will be unstoppable. That’s d key. I haven’t believed in myself yet that I can b consistent on craving suppressing n work out: I just dont believe in myself feeling lazy n weak… though I have to change this attitude

  • Started on a weight loss diet yesterday at 193 pounds.I’m 5 ft 3. Goal weight: 137
Lost 60 pounds 8 years ago but fell back into bad habits

  • my unhappiness of my weigh makes me thinks that things that literally have nothing to do with person weight is not for me,I dont know the hell why? I thinks that I will learn or practice these things only after I become skinny!!! wtf me?, I am angry at me to make my body weight a very huge barrier for small things that can makes me really happy for 6 years, I learn that its so important to observe the thoughts and emotions that build our believe system and control it or else bad or even illogical believes will slowly ruin your life and take from you beautiful life experiences without you noticing.

  • I messed up yesterday and I’m feeling down, I’m restarting and you’re giving me strength! I used to laugh at all these people and I’m desperate to become one!!

  • Her insides must be all clogged up from all that fatty food. Keto is good for quick weight loss but the diet is not good.on a long term basis.

  • Hi Kim, Well done just watched your video on your weight loss motivation. I am just starting my Keto eating plan as my nursing uniform is tight and I feel sluggish I am going to give it a go.

  • Keto helped me so much, I’m sad some people won’t even try it because they are so afraid of eating more fat. Your journey is amazing, I went from 110 kg to 85 kg, and I still want to loose 10kg. After that I want to gain muscles, I did my research and it’s easier with keto to gain muscle while eating more calories without becoming fat again. I always think of what my doctor is saying who is supporting low carb „ there are no many fat lions“ and lions eat keto haha. Sorry for my english guys, nota native speaker

  • I think this is one of the most honest weight loss I’ve ever seen it was done gradually and as you said some days it went up and some days it down, and for me this honest as can be congrats

  • That was very motivational! Thank you! Especially the part that you say the scale went up and down. I’m struggling with the same but I just keep working out and eating right.

  • I should congratulate u 4 d dedication n standin 4 it, not 2 bring excuses… sth which I have done in past 5 yrs; just wish I can stay committed n responsible at next attempt of mine

  • So impressive, worked hard and made it happen for themselves. Fit, healthy, look incredible. Glad they didn’t buy into that bs that it’s ok to be fat. It’s just not

  • Lovely video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered Lantslay Bigger Man Domination (just google it)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting eradicated the small d1ck nightmares with it.

  • To all obese people ( like myself ): the biggest reward you will ever get from reaching your goal weight is what you will see in the mirror.
    Its an incredible feeling
Where once you were hating on yourself for looking so bad, now you can rock your new look and wear hot clothes that make you look sexy
I can’t wait to reach my goal.I’m half way there.Just lost my 30th pound.
These people in the before and after pics look AMAZING.
PS I can’t wait to put on my medium size black leggings, baby

  • Congrats to them all! Kudos to the badasses that bared their loose skinyou are romping stomping mean machines and you have the battle scars to prove it!

  • Ive been doing this for almost 8 years. You do not have to workout to see results and if this technician knows what shes doing you would see results with the first session. With these treatments its important to stay away from carbs and drink lots of water to drain fat. Also the proper gel is important because it can clog the head from the sound waves entering in the localized area. Also you have to becareful not to go over bones and knowing the frequency leaves is extremely important.

  • These are not th same people. It’s obvious. Unless they all had major plastic surgery done to all of their faces. I can understand there will be a facial change with weight lose but this was just rediculous. A few pics were the same person most of them were two totally different people lol!

  • I had hip surgery when was younger and started gaining weight. I couldnt run or be active for a while, i weighed around 253 lbs at my heaviest. Today i walk 6 to 7 miles every morning and i now weigh 195 lbs without loose skin. My target is 175 lbs. Im close to it and not quitting

Edit chicken legs turned into diamond shaped calves

  • Was 300, am 226 now, have lose skin. Lost the weight at a slow rate. Still have more to lose. Goal is 180 190 lbs. I will need a thigh lift, tummy tuck, and back tuck. I take a lot of collagen, and eat foods high in vitamins and nutrients, drink several leaders of water a day. So yes, some people need skin removed.

  • One can only go back to ones biologically self. Thus if one was biologically fat, they can never be less. Any and all video’s depicting successfull and sometimes extreme weight loss is from people whom were not biologically fat in the first place. The main problem with a lot of overweight people is, they think they are biologically fat, thus it is a mindset that they can only loose a little when in reality they could loose considerably more. DIet and excersise has to be a mindset or it aint gonna happen and if so, it won’t be very long lasting.

Basically, if one puts it on, one can take it off.

  • I just loves to see weight Loss videos…Such gorgeous, beautiful people not only looking good BUT taking charge of their health…Fantastic job…I am on my journey of 45 pounds…doing good thank God
