  • This video is not meant to be taken seriously. Hes obviously on growth hormone. Growth hormone gives bodybuilders the gut. Hes also pushing out his stomach. Obviously you can suck in your stomach to mask it. The whole eating chips and such is all for humor.

  • My ex was a body builder and he said he was approached by a supplement company to take “after” picture when he was buff and to gain 20-40 lbs and take a “before” picture for them to use in their marketing campaign. This is legit… they TOTALLY do this! Don’t believe everything you see.

  • I drink a ton of diet pop and chocolate milk and I do prefer the kettle cooked chips over regular and I look like the before picture but a little flabbier. Scary. Damn! Now I’m thirsty.

  • Most of this can get fixed with vacuum bell available on ebay. There are more chances of getting fixed when you’re a boy.. Over 20 of age is a bit hard. Seek advise from specialist

  • I’m following Ketogenic diet for last 5 years, What I learned from it
    *Super easy to follow once you are adapted which takes around 15 to 45 days.
    *Only after you are keto adapted you get all the brain related benefits( more focus, occasional high:p, no brain fogs and super concentration as I can sit at one place and work for about 8 hours without running for food or snacks)
    *8 weeks ON Keto and next 4 weeks OFF keto works for me as by doing that I face less Keto issues like dry skin, hair loss, occasional tingling in finger tips etc.
    * Do not cheat on a regular interval it increases your cravings for carbs, If you don’t cheat there will be no cravings.
    *You can’t judge this diet just by trying it for a week or so cause that’s just the transition period and you don’t see many benefits and because of your system changing to fat friendly from carb you may feel pathetic about it.
    *There are many tips and tricks I can share but this is becoming very long comment, I have a page on facebook with the name ‘Himalayan Keto adaptation’ where i occasionally share my experience and keto recipes.

  • This is so real right now for me. I started at 205 and now I am 185(a month later). I was stuck at 190-193 for a full two weeks, which was frustrating to see on the scale ��. But when my weight started to finally drop, I realized my body was producing more muscle so I could burn fat. ��. When I realized this I gave myself a break and kept faith. When I was in my 20’s I was 140’s. I would love to be 150 again-my dream. The last time I was 165 lbs (last lowest weight) was 2014. I remember the feeling and I felt like a million dollars.

  • I’m a 23 year old who is virgin and single with no intention to get pregnant for the next 4 years but you have no idea how much I think about the body change.   • Fantastic story. Such a shame keto doesn’t work for me. I put on weight. I guess my body has a high tolerance for fat, in that i can eat loads of it without feeling nauseous. So no calorie deficit.

  • After a birth of my second baby, in few hours I went on dancing salsa, I had so much energy after delivering the baby, I walk and lifting the baby makes me so tired, I think I look like skin and bones. Working out is great for body toning and keeping the body in shape. Try more meditation and yoga and enjoy the babies.

  • I lost weight too 50 pounds on this diet and looked great however felt like I lost strength. Now I am on low fat vegan diet higher carbs lots of fruit and veg and potatoes bananas figs dates. Now I feel great gaining body strength and weight down. Keto long term is no good. Our body runs on glucose so keto will not work long term. Too much fat is hard too digest so it’s hard on the liver.

  • This does not work. I tried it 6 sessions. Many places in Atlanta offer this and it doesn’t make a difference than eating healthy and working out. This does NOT work on its own.

  • This is truly amazing and inspiring but I do have to say cardio is not something to use for weight loss. It just doesn’t work well. Only for keeping good heart health. It just burns up calories and doesn’t do much but make you tired and used all your energy instead. HIIT and weight training is so worth it girl. Proud of you for doing this. I feel so sad when I look in the mirror now because I still have my 30lbs pregnancy weight on me and looking at the scale and myself in the mirror just makes me sad. I am 5 months post delivery and was wondering if I could even do keto because I am nursing 100%, so that was great to hear that your milk supply remained well.   • This is exactly my story except this is my first baby and I waited a year because of breastfeeding. Finding clothes to wear for church was my worse nightmare because nothing fitted me. I was 196.6lbs and that’s when I started the keto diet 01/12/20 and noticed some improvements but I didn’t know much about it. I started working out 2 months ago 6 days/week and doing intermittent fasting. I can now fit in some of my pre-pregnancy clothes and my scale is stuck at 163.9. But I feel great and happy that I’m fitting in some of my old clothes. Thank you for sharing because I can relate soooo much.

  • I lost 100 pounds in my first 6 months of Keto. Went from 380 to 280. 6 months after that I had lost another 40 pounds.

    So 140 pounds lost in a year going from 380 to 240. 12 months after that I was it down to 190. For the past 5 years or so I’ve been able to keep my weight between 185 and 200 pounds.

  • Keto helped me so much, I’m sad some people won’t even try it because they are so afraid of eating more fat. Your journey is amazing, I went from 110 kg to 85 kg, and I still want to loose 10kg. After that I want to gain muscles, I did my research and it’s easier with keto to gain muscle while eating more calories without becoming fat again.   • Ive been doing this for almost 8 years. You do not have to workout to see results and if this technician knows what shes doing you would see results with the first session. With these treatments its important to stay away from carbs and drink lots of water to drain fat. Also the proper gel is important because it can clog the head from the sound waves entering in the localized area. Also you have to becareful not to go over bones and knowing the frequency leaves is extremely important.

  • These are not th same people. It’s obvious. Unless they all had major plastic surgery done to all of their faces. I can understand there will be a facial change with weight lose but this was just rediculous. A few pics were the same person most of them were two totally different people lol!

  • I had hip surgery when was younger and started gaining weight. I couldnt run or be active for a while, i weighed around 253 lbs at my heaviest. Today i walk 6 to 7 miles every morning and i now weigh 195 lbs without loose skin. My target is 175 lbs. Im close to it and not quitting ��

  • Was 300, am 226 now, have lose skin. Lost the weight at a slow rate. Still have more to lose. Goal is 180 190 lbs. I will need a thigh lift, tummy tuck, and back tuck. I take a lot of collagen, and eat foods high in vitamins and nutrients, drink several leaders of water a day. So yes, some people need skin removed.

  • One can only go back to ones biologically self. Thus if one was biologically fat, they can never be less. Any and all video’s depicting successfull and sometimes extreme weight loss is from people whom were not biologically fat in the first place. The main problem with a lot of overweight people is, they think they are biologically fat, thus it is a mindset that they can only loose a little when in reality they could loose considerably more. DIet and excersise has to be a mindset or it aint gonna happen and if so, it won’t be very long lasting.

    Basically, if one puts it on, one can take it off.
