You will have a better experience when you feel listened to and you will more likely keep coming back to meet your goals. If you want to get a great workout go to the front, because you will push yourself harder knowing there are people behind you.

Success secret: Listen up Bootcamp is a high-intensity class that typically involves a large group o of people and has a lot of moving parts. A good instructor will cue loudly and repetitively to the group, sharing valuable information to help you use proper form. We all have unique goals, body structures, and personalities. If you fall somewhere between sedentary and World Champion, we can help you reach your goals!

  • I absolutely love this workout and have been doing it for years—-but starting August 1,2020, in the middle of the workout an ad pops up which requires you to stop and turn it off! Another ad now pops up during the cool down as well. I understand from my research that this is a choice made by Lauren Roxburgh(the owner of the video). So now, not only are there ads at the beginning of the video,which is fine, but every five minutes during this short workout. The point of posting a workout video is to actually do the workout not spend time trying to skip ads.

  • I’m sorry but this is a terrible workout. Not the exercise lineup, that’s fine, but the instructor cleary doesn’t know what she’s doing. The deadlift form is awful. Locking your knees in an around the world? Really? You pretty much only lock your knees in swings. Rep counting was off. And the way she ended the swings? That had to be a very light KB. It’ll ruin your back if you use a 12kg or 16kg. Follow the workout only if you know proper form and, please, don’t model yourself after her.

One of my coworker’s said that she bounces on her rebounder in the morning before she leaves for work (of course, this is before we were quarantined).   • First day today after getting in the scales and coming in on 13 stone. Just done this and feel absolutely dead! It’s a killer but I can see how it will work. Will stick with it and let everyone know how I get on. Want to get to 11 stone first and then see how I feel about going to 10 but will keep it even when I make my target weight as good exercise.   • This is my Go To workout. The 11 1/2 min means there’s no excuse to avoid working out and Lauren’s description of rebounding’s benefits keeps me motivated. A perfect way to start the day.

  • I added rebounding, especially this routine, to my exercise regiment of battle ropes, high intensity weight training, yoga/power yoga along with intermittent fasting and eating clean. I went from the 240s in mid 2017 to 170. Lean and mean, baby!!!

It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

  • Question re the downward dog After I jumped my legs back you said to put my heels on the floor I try to do that and I couldn’t do it unless I move my hands back you made it look so easy am I doing something wrong

  • I loved my bellicon until the ropes got teared up after 1 month of use. I complained about it, but nothing they can do about it. I train for 40 minutes each day for 1 month before broken and that is with just jumping up and down in a small roofed house. I weight between 100 to 110 KG. They tell it should withstand up to 200KG as i have the strongest ropes too. They tell me that my workout is too intensive as i do 40mintues just low jumping up and down for 1 month at my weight. Not happy with this rebounder and customer support. Not even giving me discount for new ropes, but i wouldnt have need for them as they break after 1 month again and cost way too much when they need to be replaced that often.

    I bought bellicon because its in europe and they dont make much sound when i jump inside, but i regret not buying cellerciser. Stay away from bellicon if you believe that it should hold your workout and you weight around 100KG.

  • I don’t agree with the ‘American’ Swing. Over your head is very dangerous, especially with a kettlebell or sandbag where the weight shifts. Can hurt your shoulders and back, not to mention if you dropped this on your head. Don’t do this exercise! I’ve done a lot of research on kettlebell workouts, and maybe its just me, but I never heard of this swing before. Too bad, as the rest of the workout is fine, i did this workout and just substituted another traditional swing, or offset stance swing for the American.

  • Do research on how to properly do a kettlebell swing. You use a hip hinge. Don’t power through the legs. A swing is not a squatting motion. You will injure yourself. Their kettlebell form is not proper. She’s not explaining that your butt should stop the kettlebell at the end of the motion. And the deadlift should be a hip hinge too with a small bend in your legs.

It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

  • Just did this and was sweating like a maniac towards the end lol. But it was a great workout, it was the first time for me using a kettlebell. I’ve started with 4 kgs, because I would rather start a bit lighter than being at the risk of hurting my body with too much too soon.

  • I didn’t think you bent your knees on a deadlift. I thought you kept them straight and bent forward? I don’t think the deadlift was done correctly.

  • I used to run alot and for longer time due to quarantine i stopped taekwondo and football ( soccer ) played a game yesterday i coudnt run even for like 20 min straight did like 20% of my self and im so exhausted and have alot of pain would love to come back and train more

  • Excellent routine thank you! I have adapted this to go from 15 reps to zero with increasing weight. Wow it gets me every time. Proper form is extremely important, definitely be careful about that.

  • Why has a commercial been placed in the middle of the video? It wasn’t there all this time and just showed up recently. I have to play the video up until the commercial and then restart it in order to go through the routine. It’s a great work out vid, but the new ad smack dab in the middle is annoying.   • I’ve been doing this workout on and off for 2+ years, I think. I’ve missed about a month on the rebounder so this was my first time of watching for a bit. Today… what’s happened to my workout?! The in routine ad break seems to be a new thing! It was ok having an ad before I started but to have to stop my exercise in mid twist to click on skip ad? Nooooo! I might be considering another rebound video at this rate.
