  • Just wanted to mention that I tried doing this workout without the warm up as the coach suggested. Bad idea! I busted my knees and still dealing with pain. The first excercise are lunges which is not the right start without warm up.please do complete a warm up as it has an effect on your body

  • It tried to crush me, but I crushed this workout. But I have a confession. After those bridges I was dying a little. Hamstrings and glutes are super tight on me so I was dragging. When you said mountain climbers next I cursed you and told you I hate you just a little tiny bit under my breath. Sorry! Then right after mountain climbers you said, have mercy so I figured you forgave me.:-) thanks for pushing me!! Love the short cardio bursts in here to keep the heart rate up and mix it up a little.

  • Coach & Claudia, I have been working out to your videos for several months and your videos have allowed me to develop a safer and more motivated workout regimen. I’ve been exercising for about 10 years, and just last December, I dislocated my left shoulder while I was working out on an inclined bench at home. I tore the entire labrum, and went into a depression for a few weeks because I could not work out like I used too. Since then, your videos have pretty much brought me back to where I was. However, I am very cautious with shoulder exercises. I’ve always had a fear of gyms, so I have my own at home. Your videos and your positive catch phrases, “…remember what brought you here today…crazy good!”, keeps me coming back. I just want to thank you both for being positive motivators and I hope you continue making more workout routines. If you guys ever go on workout tours around the USA, let me know!

  • Oh my gosh that was awful �� that took so much out of me. I did the beginner full body 30 min for like 10 weeks so figured time yo switch. This 28 mins is no joke holy crap. The most painful part is the push-up because my weight is digging into the bar of the dumbbell and it hurts really bad doing that. I do not look forward to this one again. Wow that was intense!

  • As an endurance athlete, I’m really digging these workouts. It makes me feel so good. The other workouts either don’t challenge me or are not right for me. So, nice job!

    What’s with the “goals” thing? Don’t people work out for relaxation? Workouts are my break from life, my time to chill. I don’t want to be stressed out by goals!

  • Coach I want to start by saying I love you guys and your videos. I have been able to keep working out because Of how different your videos are. I thought this video lacked the usual hasfit touch and pace. It felt rushed. Not to mention the lack of Warm up or cool down made it worse. I like to know that I start with you guys and end with you guys. For some reason this session left me disappointed ��. Gave me a great work out but was rushed and I feel like I am sore in the lower back. Definitely not your best. But I love Hasfit and will check out your other videos.

  • Guys I love your workouts, but I don’t feel my hamstrings burning or my glutes when I do any of the squat or lung exercises,, i do get my thighs parallel to the ground, I use a low stool for measurement:-P still I feel nothing, what am I doing wrong??? This is my 3rd week of the Motive program.

  • super confusing when you inserted a video from another workout bc I had just paused it to deal with my kiddos new close, weights moved and I thought I had messed up my workout…. Also, it makes the “we’re with you” less effective because you were not feeling the same-time burn from a consistent work out. BUT it was a great workout!

  • Yesterday, I felt like passing out out yesterday at about 46:00 min (the cross-over dumbbell move). I used 4 Kg (roughly the smallest Sydney’s dumbbell but the heaviest I got) most of the time and reduced to 2 kg as Sydney’s recommendation in the video for this move to go for lighter one. I paused for 30 more sec rest and continued. I somehow managed to finish it. This was one of my longest workout as I mostly picked 20-45 min bodyweight workout. Today my hamstring and tricep get a bit sore but I think I can do some light workout. I really respect her to lift such heavier weight than me as a dude

  • This was my second go around with this workout and it was just as tough as I remembered. I crushed it but it also crushed me, haha!! My quads were screaming from those lunge to knee drive and I was only using an 8lb weights. When you said “second round so go up if you can!” I was like “Nah girl.   • I love being able to get back to regular dumbbell strength training WO’s! I used your seated wo’s along with other you tube video’s, due to multiple injuries for the past three month’s and though I still have to modify at times i.e. lunges, I can now use 8, 10, & 15 lb’s on most exercise with good form.   • Amazing workout I had all my weights out for this one! Even substituted a kettlebell for the one leg deadlifts! I am now starting to see results. It’s been around 2 months of doing your workouts 5 times a week. My body has been used to the same old circuit training of doing F45 for the last 2 years and I was constantly suffering injury as it was eating away at my muscle. Since starting hasfit those problem area’s of my body are going and im finding I have better hip mobility. Thank you so much for the professional workouts. I have told a few of my friends and after a few workouts one of my friends cancelled her gym membership, went out and bought hand weights and is now doing your workouts.
