Yes, that’s right — the shoulder is actually made up of three individual muscles: anterior deltoid (the front part), medial deltoid (the middle part), and the posterior deltoid (the back part of the shoulder). I call this workout the Deltoid Triple Threat. It’s a double combination of three exercises to be performed in a super-set fashion for a total of three sets with a 30-second rest in between. A Triple Threat protocol is a high volume system composed of three exercises performed back-to-back as either a triple-drop set or as a giant set.

If you’re into the Eastern block or Westside stuff, you’d put these protocols into the “repetitive effort” category. D. Shoulder Triple Threat Protocol 2 sets x 6-8 reps of each exercise. Rest 2 minutes between sets (one set = one full round through all three exercises). E. Iso-Dynamic Lateral Raise 1 x Countdown set. * * Perform five dynamic reps on your right side while your left.

With your arms straight and at a small angle away from your body, hold each side of the bar with your hands placed about 5 inches (13 cm) outside of shoulder width. Pull the bar toward you at a 45-degree angle until your elbows reach just above shoulder height. Don’t overarch at your lower back or lean back at any time.

One of the basic fundamental rules when holding a basketball, a triple threat position makes you an immediate threat to make a basketball move that leads to the score. The term “Triple Threat” comes from the fact that you have 3. The Triple Threat is based on a traditional two-barrel shotgun design.

The lower barrels rest in a side-by-side configuration with a third barrel set on top. This pyramidal arrangement gives the. Implementing The Triple-Threat Arms Assault. Alternating between a biceps and triceps triset gives each muscle group time to rest while the other is working. Organizing the workout this way also allows you to train each muscle with more intensity, which should result in bigger and stronger arms.

The barrels of the Triple Threat are threaded to accept rim choke style choke tubes and five are provided, ranging from skeet to full. The barrels are 18 1/2 inches long and the overall length of the pistol-grip version is 27.75 inches. It’s got a 14 1/4 inch length of pull with the shoulder stock installed.

And it weighs roughly 7 1/2 pounds. Harmonizing trio Triple Threat sing their way to a standing ovation.

As you can see, when the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis muscles all contract at once, the net result is that the upper arm bone gets pulled snuggly towards the shoulder blade, thus firmly locking the “ball” into the “socket.”

  • You’d think after ten years and people like Paul Potts and Susan Boyle they wouldn’t be such judgmental fucks based solely on appearances.

  • The coach changes his pivot foot when he goes right from the left side. He pivots on his left foot when he is “jab-stepping” but then steps across the defender with his left foot first.

  • Very Good movie. Loved it not much of unnecessary scenes. The heroine looks r really Very Good looking. Has got good height & weight too.

  • There’s nothing wrong with their appearances, and they seem like the nicest group of people, idk why the judges were so obsessed about them not looking like a typical boy band. Well done!

  • I bought into EGT mainly because of this video. I cannot find the Jab series to go with it which Coach Drew mentions. The support email isn’t responding to My query and follow up.
I think you guys make good content and this one specifically is skill used in tryout in elite junior level in Australia. Please help me with locate the complete series.

  • Hey everyone who sees this comment, PLEASE go on my channel and watch a video of my friend singing!! He’s amazing and I really want him to get noticed, it would mean a lot if you like and comment something very nice. Thank you have a good day (:

  • can you lift the pivot foot? 0:15 0:20. I thought you could only lift it to pass or throw, but not to progress. Can anyone explain to me? Thanks

  • Another talented group who got unfairly criticised as they progressed in the show. Deserved more credit. One of my favourite got talent auditions.

  • Great stuff coach! But one question. Isn’t that travel? When you attack middle? Because your lifting your pivot foot before the ball bounces the floor, right?

  • You know that feel? that dance feel you get from that scene in a goofy movie the part where he played as a celebrity singing stand out? this how this cover makes me feel.

  • No hate. Just looking for the explanation. The first move, is that a travel? The pivot foot lifts for the explosive part of the move before the ball is released… if the explanation is that it’s just too quick to see full speed or that it’s just too smooth then I feel it, but just looking to learn.

  • Love and trust Drew. I absorb his knowledge and share it everyday with my sessions. Appreciate this channel! I’d love to come check this out live

  • You do a good job instructing kids too. I remember seeing Steve Nash and Manu always doing the load/plyo step. Now kids get all the gems dropped on them.

  • What to you do if the diffence has one guy playing son defence and if you drive he doesn’t go for the charge he just goes for the block. Is the move to use the long bounce Quick bounce floater or pull up

  • That first move is a travel in FIBA. Pivot foot comes up before the ball goes down. FIBA travelling rule reads: “To start a dribble, the pivot foot may not be lifted before the ball is released

    from the hand(s).”

  • Triple threat.
    Shoot pass drive?
I dont see any possible to shoot from this video.

May be my concept of triple threat is too old school and wrong?

  • Just when you thought it could not get worse… It Does! Like wearing leather chaps over your jeans even though you are not going riding in any bush!

  • I think ur sweep is travelling. Ur left foot moves before the ball touches the ground. It must be the ball and right foot touches ground at same time

  • I’m 39 years old and started playing again for the first time in 20+ years and learning so much from Coach Drew. I wish all this information was available this easily back in my day. You young pups should really be taking advantage if this!

  • The judges were so judging them from just looking at them, like to say they are going to be terrible, the look on the judges faces says it all, well these guys were amazing

  • I love the way she shaves her legs, just like a normal woman, don’t see that often. Good movie, thumbs up, thanks for the upload.

  • “Lot’s of reps” is a bad idea at the beginning. Do few, good quality reps. These kids were going way too fast and not implementing what you just took the time to show them. Walk them through how to do the move a couple times, and once they have the motor skills down, they’ll be able to build off of them

  • I agree, with all of the “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” comments but let’s be honest…
it’s VERY hard to NOT judge a book by it’s cover.
We make judgments all the time based on what little information we have.

Remember that the producers at A.G.T. WANT to “spin” things their way. They want us to see “Triple Threat” different than they would be, so that we might have that “surprised” reaction with the rest of the group. They present them as these small town, unschooled, awkward, maybe not-so-great singers, and then when they perform, we’re all like…”WOW!”. This whole “judging them wrongly” thing draws us into the show. It’s well calculated. No controversy = boring.

  • At first I’m like “I think I’m the only one who realizes that they were judging them” but then I scrolled through the comments and realize I’m not alone

  • EVERY time I hear someone on “got talent” say those evil words “Thank You so much” quickly and repeatedly, then turn out to be phonies like two cellos. The biggest bullshit routine ever.
