How true. I’ve dropped the most weight in one+ month by stoping sugar. I now use black strap molasses, maple syrup and honey in very limited amounts. And much healthier.

How do your prepared food boxes not getting mouldy or does the meat even taste good after 4 days of laying in the fridge with some veggies?
This video is great for some recipes but if you are insulin resistant you should never eat 6 meals a day! It does not work for people who are obese!

So I’m 5’4 and weigh around 155 pounds. I’m looking to lose at least 10 to 15 and then start another goal and be healthy. How much calories should I be eating a day along with excercises which I plan to do 5 days a week??
