  • Every time I have finished this workout I felt like a complete badass!! I do workout and this one is killer, I feel so complete after this and it’s only 10 minutes.

  • A few tips if you are starting HIIT:

    1. Make sure to warm up before you start(it’s crucially important)
    2. HIIT is too intense so doing it everyday can cause serious injuries so doing it 3 times a week is enough (during the intervals you body will recover which is again important)
    3. Time limit shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes and I hope you know why 😉
    4. Last but not the least, cool down after doing HIIT.

    1.two ab workouts (8-10 min each or more depending on how I feel)
    2. 10 min leg workout
    3. Random arm workouts that I like doing 4.10 min hiit workout (2 times a day)
    5.Walk after workout for a cool down (listen to 1+ songs or until I reach my step goal.)
    6.Stretch while listening to music��

  • taking a break at 10minutes in lol,,, for the duration of quarantine i’m going to do this every other day with chloe ting’s slim thigh workouts.i also do yoga before and after to warm up/cool down and improve my flexibility. i don’t count calories or weigh myself, but i will be periodically checking in to update on my overall fitness and measurements! really really love this workout though, so many bops!! maybe one that’s meant specifically for very small spaces would be good? in about 2 months i’ll be seriously downgrading in terms of space lmao. thanks for reuploading this video!

    Day 2&3: didn’t do anything because both my calves were hurting like shit and I could barely walk. Today is Day 4 and I’m feeling better and I can walk more properly and the calves don’t hurt that much so I guess I’ll do some other exercise where my legs don’t hurt too much oof and come back to this one later on

    I am 138 pounds and 5’6” tall (female)
    I regularly work out (for 1 hour, 6 days a week) and I found this workout to be medium hard, but it was so worth the results.

  • i noticed that in order to get the rope over he hardly flicks his wrist. I am assuming that is not a certain skill and is basically the weight of the rope which facilitates the short movement. i have a very light rope and im trying to do it as he does it however is impossible.

  • i do this workout after meals that i didn’t anticipate eating, for example i eat breakfast and than my family takes me to a restaurant for breakfast afterwards. i get what i want and do this workout afterwards. it’s like i never even ate the meal ;).

  • The other thing you guys are completely ignoring here is that calorie burn varies from weight to weight. A 210lb person will not be burning the same amount in this 15 minute tutorial as a 170lb guy.

  • It’s amazing how at first i had to pause in between each song to take a rest, but now I can do it all at once and even add another one of your k-pop routines! I’ve been doing this for three weeks now and I’ve come to realize than I’m stronger than what I thought! Love your vids!

  • I’ve tried this workout 3 times so far:
    First time I think I got up to the first chorus of Ateez and quit
    Second time I got up to the beginning of Got7 and called it quits
    This time I was determined to finish this no matter how many breaks I took (I took a break after every song and more) BUT I FINISHED IT!! I’m so proud, of this overweight teen can do it so can you!! ��✊ fighting!

  • This is quite the workout!! Just followed it and realised we were doing 150 skips per minute for 14 minutes. Hope I got close to 300 calories (am 202 pounds heavy, 5ft 11 tall). Have a sneaky feeling 500 calories in 15 minutes is a stretch on the truth.

  • Doing this as a beginner with only regular bounce and this is day 2. Will be doing this as an add on to another challenge I’m doing. Eventually I want to get so good at jump rope so that it will be my main workout every single day! Everything else (bar yoga) will be an add on (is) weights 3-4x a week to keep 3xtra toned!

  • Props to you coach. I am currently on a two mile a day run for 30 days with no breaks between sets. I’m 18 days in.

    I wasn’t able to get my run in because of the bad air quality currently here in California, so decided to come to YouTube to find an exercise to make me sweat….. This was one of the hardest workouts to complete!!!

    I thought I was ready for this considering I have been steady running everyday, but this was a challenge!

  • Great video. I do a lot of running and sprints. But skipping is so much more exhausting. When I first got back into it. I was blowing about 25 seconds in. I do mo skipping now. It’s a brilliant workout. Thanks for the video. Those double unders are so hard. Gonna keep trying to do them

  • i actually like the fact the moves re repeated because think after the first two it means you can perform it better which will make the workout more efficient

    The exvercise is very hard i could only do 5 min but i worked out yesterday too so my legs could not continue maybe u can break the wirkout to 100 calorie routines would be helpful

  • Omg! I’m at 190lbs for a 5’ft woman, I’m not very fit but I sucked it up I did as much as I could and I can’t do sit-ups so instead I did standing sit-ups if that makes since. Still felt it in the midsection��. I love the music I’m a big kpop fan and I also do kpop dance/Zumba dances for about 1hr at night. So I’ll add this to my routine every other day. I will eventually be up to your level and be able to do all of it with any challenges. No joke this music keeps me going because I’m singing and moving along to it. Thank you❤️��

    Update: I tried it and I’m very sweaty. I think those burpees are what got to me. I would just recommend maybe mixing it up with different movements. Not so much repetition. I did enjoy the set list though!
