  • Last day of this program tomorrow. Went into this with low expectations since my previous training has given me almost no gain worth mentioning.
    This time though! I changed my food habits, no alcohol and followed this challenge every day.
    Weight is only down with 1,5kg as I hoped since I was not heavy, just lazy and had more of a beer keg than a six-pack.
    Now my chest is wider than my belly and the abs are showing for the first time in 20 years.
    Thank you BullyJuice for this opportunity! I must confess, I had days I hated you 😉 It was all forgotten the minute I looked into the mirror and saw the daily progression though.

    day 1: It was so hard after 7 minutes but after exercise my body immediately was so light (felt like my stomach was like i wont eat junk ever)

    P.S. I walk 30 minute in the evening everyday

  • I tend to clean my skin after workout bc honestly I don’t have time to take my makeup off before gym (always in hurry) but still this brush does amazing job to prevent breakouts:)

  • in case the progress is different from others, i’m doing chloe’s workout program “2 weeks shred”, so this is only a part of the workout that i do. i usually do this after that “do this everyday to lose weight” video. here’s my progress let’s do this together guys!

  • Its so hard for me to find the right exercises for my abs. With most I don’t feel my abs working at all, even tho I try hard to do them correctly. I don’t know why that happens. I always exercise with one of your “older” videos but had to switch it up as my abs got used to those exercises. So I will be trying the tiny waist challenge. Hopefully my muscles will be sore again haha

    PS: same goes for you guys, if you feel like really exhausted, especially if you’re only the beginning of this journey, because it’s better than giving up. Take breaks, rest, take a breath and then come back.

    first day could’nt bring myself to the 3 exercices
    second day did the three of them and was really proud of it ; honestly i don t have any stiffnesses
    third day did the 3 exercices i don t know if it’s only psychologic but i feel like my abs are beginning to shape up

  • Hey! I’m gonna write my journey here, I hope this will encourage others ppl to do the same: Day 1��: It was hard, I took a lot of breaks and I fell a lot during the exercise because my arms were weak. I also had this want to vomit. Like to encourage me it means a lot.

  • when doing a plank excessive i find it difficult to keep my tailbone tucked in and my back straight. i can never tell if it’s going back into an arch or not when doing the exercises and i get frustrated at myself����‍♀️��

  • I Really loved the week 1 exercises! They were easy enough to manage albeit I did have to stop a few times! I needed the challenge. I cant wait to start week 2!

    I do have a suggestion for a future video/series. You mentioned in this video that some people were having a hard time keeping their back on the ground when it came to the bicycle crunches and the towel over the knew crunch. Im one of those people. I have a really deep arch and always have had trouble keeping a hallow body hold. For these exercises its really important for you to keep your back on the ground! I found myself having pain in my lower back when I was done but I knew it was because I was compromising my form. I think it would be really cool for you to do a hallow hold progression video or series in the future. Also back strengthening exercises.
    When some people thing of a strong back they focus on the upper back but the lower back is extremely important when it comes to your core. I struggle tremendously with my core strength and I always want to improve. I ended up finding a good hallow hold progression video online that helped me but not everyone would know where to look for that type of information. I also love your videos and explanations and I think you could help a lot of people if you covered this topic.

    Update: Finished week 1 and now onto week 2. My the end of week 1 my body was used to the workout and I wasn’t feeling much. But BOOOY did week 2 humble me. THE SNATCH IS REAL! I started with a bloated belly and feeling fat. I finished my day 1 with week 2 feeling like I got a corset on. My belly went down and my core is LIT in more ways than 1. Im tapping out on the second one. I’ll do three sets next time. Thanks Vicky! Good workout!

  • I do fine with ab workouts and have been doing them for a long time but I cant do a single sit up unless someone holds my feet. Does anyone know why? Maybe my torso is too long or heavier or something idk why I can’t do a sit up and it discourages me.

How do you workout abs and keep them, on the internet it always just says pick a couple ab excercises and do 1-3sets of 10-20 repetitions and that’s enough, but then your videos are all over the place. Can you explain to me how is it that you keep challenging your abs when your used to a certain workout?
