  • Was this before they were married? They seems so flirtatious, it’s adorable, very sweet! I like these videos of you guys both together:)

  • Me and my sister are doing fitness blender all night but we definitely regret it already but since were committed “Let the fitness begin!”

  • You guys are always very good! But I don’t really know what to do, I need to step up with my workout because I cannot feel my muscle burning anymore… I added weights to this and ankle weights but nothing, I don’t really feel the effort, still… do you guys have some more advanced workout? Anyone can advise? You are always very professional and I love that you added back work which I need. Cheers

  • I love when Dustin shows up on camera!! I have a challenge for him….one of these workouts, we finish with Sydney controlling the burpee horn for Dustin! Now THAT would be spicy

  • Been eying this workout for a while. Just wanted to say before I start, that I love my friends and family. Please don’t forget about me

  • Doing this one on my own. Everyone in my house hates working out.
Thank you so much for creating a reason to get up and moving every morning. I appreciate you. Today I’m doing the workout late but I know I will love it.

  • I have noticed that if I start with the third group of exercises first and then rewind to the first group and the second group, that I am able to keep up. The way this video progresses, my legs and stomach are too tired for lifting with the proper technique. Not sure if I am alone. If you are also struggling then start with the 3 group of exercises first. Other than that this video is my all time favorite quick and you definitely feel the burn in abs the next day.

  • Whew, that was a tough one but like how all your workouts offer variety! So awesome to see Dustin join you too. Thank you as always!!!

  • So I have set myself this 30 day challenge to see if I could at least get fitter and I’m on day 11 and I have now managed to do 10 press-ups in a row! I could even do 1 when I started! Thanks so much Sydney I love your little motivation speeches and debriefs at the end of each workout. I am a key worker working with Covid patients and I look forward coming home after a stressful day to do your workouts. Thank you so much! Much love from across the pond! Xx

  • Absolutely smashed this workout! Honestly thought I was going to give up, but you kept pushing me on. Feeling so energised right now. Thanking you always Sydney!

  • A year ago this workout felt impossible. I could do it maybe once a week because it made me SO sore the days after. I can happily say that today this workout felt EASY!! I was amazed! All I do is workout with you guys and run on my own time and I really didn’t notice a difference until this moment. Thank you for your content and daily support. For everyone else, keep going!! It takes TIME to see PROGRESS!!!

  • Thank you so much for this! This was well thought out and easy to follow, if difficult to execute for the first time. I’m definitely making this a part of my regular rotation.

  • great and challenging workout. The only input that can give is to add more ab routines in other workouts to help better prepare for the complete ab routine video.

  • Workout complete sunday 17/4/2020 5:25pm kinda half-assed this lol but i did this along with a 15min hiit! I feel so much better coming back to these workouts after almost a year!

  • I am doing this, and then this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-vuR4PJh2c and then this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrfqFIv75FU and then this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJlFmxiL11s for my core day today.
Like if you dare to try it with me! Roar! (Be sure to take a 1 minute breather in between the vids.)
little WARNING: Now that I’ve done the last video, I have to warn you to keep form over repetition. There is ZERO point in doing faster reps if your form breaks. Just saying, ’cause the lady keeps rapping about doing things faster and faster. Don’t listen to her unless you maintain good form.

  • Thank you for all the workouts you do! I am so toned and lost 2 stone because of you guys you do so amazing and i am more confident and happy:D keep up the amazing work!

  • YEAH I LOVE THAT I CAME BACK TO THIS WORKOUT ESPECIALLY WHEN MOST OF MY DAY IS BUSY,AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVEN’T DONE MUCH DURING THE WEEK. • Loved it! I definitely needed that after a stressful day at work. I also definitely need to do more yoga because that was a challenge. Thanks, Amy! ❤️

  • Thank you for these workouts. Your New subscriber here but love your workouts and your attitude too. You are so pleasant but workouts are hard. Thank you for these.. God bless you with lots of success ahead..

  • Wow! I did this workout today and love it. Enjoyed the variety and intensity. I had to stop twice as my lower back was screaming. Great workout! I ❤️ my kettlebell!

  • Hi Sydney!! I’ve been following you since the beginning of the month:) Me and my friends have a question: in what do you base on to count the calories burned?? Becuase my friend has an apple watch and always burns half of what the video says:(

    Hope you can answer:)

    Greetings from Perú <3

  • Great video for me & my partner! He was very happy to do this video once he saw Dustin was on board. Please have more so he can workout with me. Thanks!
