  • Was this before they were married? They seems so flirtatious, it’s adorable, very sweet! I like these videos of you guys both together:)

  • Me and my sister are doing fitness blender all night but we definitely regret it already but since were committed “Let the fitness begin!”

  • You guys are always very good! But I don’t really know what to do, I need to step up with my workout because I cannot feel my muscle burning anymore… I added weights to this and ankle weights but nothing, I don’t really feel the effort, still… do you guys have some more advanced workout? Anyone can advise? You are always very professional and I love that you added back work which I need. Cheers

  • I love when Dustin shows up on camera!! I have a challenge for him….one of these workouts, we finish with Sydney controlling the burpee horn for Dustin! Now THAT would be spicy

  • Been eying this workout for a while. Just wanted to say before I start, that I love my friends and family. Please don’t forget about me

  • Doing this one on my own. Everyone in my house hates working out.
Thank you so much for creating a reason to get up and moving every morning. I appreciate you. Today I’m doing the workout late but I know I will love it.

  • I have noticed that if I start with the third group of exercises first and then rewind to the first group and the second group, that I am able to keep up. The way this video progresses, my legs and stomach are too tired for lifting with the proper technique. Not sure if I am alone. If you are also struggling then start with the 3 group of exercises first. Other than that this video is my all time favorite quick and you definitely feel the burn in abs the next day.

  • Whew, that was a tough one but like how all your workouts offer variety! So awesome to see Dustin join you too. Thank you as always!!!

  • So I have set myself this 30 day challenge to see if I could at least get fitter and I’m on day 11 and I have now managed to do 10 press-ups in a row! I could even do 1 when I started! Thanks so much Sydney I love your little motivation speeches and debriefs at the end of each workout. I am a key worker working with Covid patients and I look forward coming home after a stressful day to do your workouts. Thank you so much! Much love from across the pond! Xx

  • Absolutely smashed this workout! Honestly thought I was going to give up, but you kept pushing me on. Feeling so energised right now. Thanking you always Sydney!

  • A year ago this workout felt impossible. I could do it maybe once a week because it made me SO sore the days after. I can happily say that today this workout felt EASY!! I was amazed! All I do is workout with you guys and run on my own time and I really didn’t notice a difference until this moment. Thank you for your content and daily support. For everyone else, keep going!! It takes TIME to see PROGRESS!!!

  • Thank you so much for this! This was well thought out and easy to follow, if difficult to execute for the first time. I’m definitely making this a part of my regular rotation.

  • great and challenging workout. The only input that can give is to add more ab routines in other workouts to help better prepare for the complete ab routine video.

  • Workout complete sunday 17/4/2020 5:25pm kinda half-assed this lol but i did this along with a 15min hiit! I feel so much better coming back to these workouts after almost a year!

  • I am doing this, and then this: and then this: and then this: for my core day today.
Like if you dare to try it with me! Roar! (Be sure to take a 1 minute breather in between the vids.)
little WARNING: Now that I’ve done the last video, I have to warn you to keep form over repetition. There is ZERO point in doing faster reps if your form breaks. Just saying, ’cause the lady keeps rapping about doing things faster and faster. Don’t listen to her unless you maintain good form.

  • Thank you for all the workouts you do! I am so toned and lost 2 stone because of you guys you do so amazing and i am more confident and happy:D keep up the amazing work!

  • I just did this and it is just as hard as Insanity! Love the minimal wquipment, I can do it in my living room. Thanks for making this available!

  • One Monthey with you tank you for being with us every day and felling good on my head and my body

  • Wow! I did this workout today and love it. Enjoyed the variety and intensity. I had to stop twice as my lower back was screaming. Great workout! I ❤️ my kettlebell!

  • Hi Sydney!! I’ve been following you since the beginning of the month:) Me and my friends have a question: in what do you base on to count the calories burned?? Becuase my friend has an apple watch and always burns half of what the video says:(

    Hope you can answer:)

    Greetings from Perú <3

  • Great video for me & my partner! He was very happy to do this video once he saw Dustin was on board. Please have more so he can workout with me. Thanks!

  • Happy Saturday everyone!! Grab your partner (or just grab yourself) and let’s go!!! If you would do me a HUGE favor, please take a quick second and subscribe to my channel! Thank you all so much! It is much appreciated!

  • everyone in the comments is saying how they pushed through yet here i am taking a 10 min break halfway through bc i literally can’t LMAO

  • I’ve been putting abs off since I had my baby and just finished this video. I’m trying to be easy on myself as I have never felt so weak in my core.: /

  • Absolutely love what you’re doing and love your workouts! During quarantine i have been using your 30 min workouts non-stop but the ones without equipment. I would really love to see more of these!!:)

  • Day 52. Today was supposed to be upper body but I was so exhausted and I’ve been neglecting my abs. I really felt this one. Hopefully it’s a little easier the next time I do it

  • Hi Sydney, here from the UK, Kent! I crash all your workouts girl, I live you and your personality; your admirable motivational nonstop comments throughout your workouts and your real self, a big THANKS! Since I found you on YouTube I have been doing your workouts ever since and not once I have thought that it weren’t worth doing it all, not once I haven’t sweat my ass off and raised my hands up in the air and laughed, and smiled at you and me for pushing through a being strong!

  • This was just not the workout for me . I usually power through all your workouts but this one had me literally in tears of how hard it was. I couldn’t breathe and half the exercises i just didn’t have the strength. I felt so pathetic

  • I’m gonna give this one a try find ground work on the mat hard on my lower back love your standing no mat work kettlebells workout

  • I keep coming back to this one, it’s so good! Cursing your name with the butt burner at the end, but happy to be drenched in sweat and feeling good when it’s over. Thank you!!

  • Thank you so much for this wonderful workout! I was feeling kinda down (Coronavirus etc) and did this workout with my sister! I instantly cheered up! The power of Sydney!! I CRUSHED IT!!

  • Oh my I thought when I saw “ Family Boot Canp “ it would be a bit less intense… Ha but I really enjoyed it! Love it when Dustin is your partner on the mat Love from UK

  • I want to know what she was on today and where I can get some. Her energy levels were next level, I think I need a nap after that, i’m shattered

  • Wowzers!!! That was tough but loved loved it. Glutes were on fire at the end loved the cardio and the different style. Going in my favourites definitely want to do that one again. 30 mins short but intense and FUN ‍♀️‍♀️ Thank you Sydney ♥️

  • I been working out to these videos for the last 2 years it helped me lose so much fat thanks fitness blender I’m doing this before bed tonight.

  • Sydney, my mom did this workout with me today. She hasn’t done a workout with me in years!! It was hard for her but she made it through with modifications!! Thank you so much!!

  • This channel is fantastic. Thank you for making these available. It’s been hard to get away from the “old school” lifting but this has been extremely beneficial!

  • Sydney!! I did this workout today and it was amazing! I felt the burn from the first exercise, and I will definitely do this one again on a day when I didn’t train lower body the night before! (I didn’t go as hard as I could’ve). Also, I recently started incorporating recovery more often thanks to you and I am already reaping the benefits. Last week was the first time I completely one of your stretch videos (hamstrings and back), and I my heels were so far off of the ground in down dog. Today after this workout in down dog my heels were PLANTED on the mat and I was shocked! I know for a fact it was because I took 20 good minutes last week to stretch those specific muscles out. I can’t wait to see what else I’m going to improve on in the future!

  • I usually manage fairly okay with the other HIIT work outs that you give us, but can someone tell me why this one kicked my butt so much?!
Nonetheless, CRUSHED IT! Woot woot! have a lovely day everyone:)

  • Sydney, I’m very happy with all your videos also with the ones I thought I wouldn’t thru, but I push my self to a new or hard workout.. I really love all the workouts they change my body completely and I feel amazing!!!! I just want you to know that I love working out with you thanks for all this.

  • This workout exceeded my expectations! The intensity, the amount of sweat pouring from my body, and the mental mindset to keep going… and it was only 30 minutes compared to some of your other longer ones I have done. You never fail to amaze me how many different types of movements you put together in the space of a yoga mat. Very efficient and effective. Thanks Sydney!

  • Did this one right after the 30 min Upper Body Shred from the other day and it was great! Thanks guys! (loved the partner pike/push up at the outro:) haha )

  • Loved the format of this one, you really make working out enjoyable for me. I so appreciate what you and Dustin do, Sydney. Thanks for the boost this morning!

  • Girl, These 30 min workout is what I need. I use to go to the gym while my kids were in school but since they’re home because of our current situation, my time to work on me is limited. Thank you

  • Did this with my 10yo son. We both absolutely loved it. Thanks so much That move you both did in the end credits was GOLD ❤️ We love watching your dance moves at the end of each workout (and wonder how do you have any energy left) X

  • I worked out with you and Dustin today. You two are relationship goals. It was an awesome workout. I crushed it and left everything in that workout. You know I decided I am going to finish a project I started last year and you reminded me to finish it at the end of our workout. This space allows me to grow. This is part of healthy of my self-care. I am excited about tomorrow’s workout. I am I tears remembering a year ago this workout would have been so difficult for me. After training with you for over a year, I am fearless with my workouts. I am pushing myself now to do at least four days a week. Thank you Sydney.

  • Made it through and remembered to subscribe this time! You’re so awesome and I really enjoy your workouts. I have almost made it through a 21 day challenge I am doing and I have been doing your workouts with or in place of the ones listed with the challenge because they are the intensity I LOVE! Thank you so much!

  • Hello from the UK I’ve been following you for a couple of years and am thankful for your time and energy and keeping me fit and healthy daily. I loved this format of 2 1/2mins I’d love to see more of these.

  • 16th, 1st time… only made to 9:30 and even these 9:30 two exercises I barely managed to do a little. Will see how I progress.
    21st, 2nd time 12:30. Slightly less problems.
    24th, 3rd time: 18:25

  • This is the longest I’ve ever been able to stick with any kind of workout video series! You are so motivational and make it so easy to stay determined the entire time and you make it so fun! Thank you!

  • I did this yesterday (Sunday) with you and Dustin it was a hard pass from my family:) Saturday it was SO nice here in Minneapolis that I had to get outside and I knew it was going to snow yesterday kept to the inside workout with this and the 20-minute stretch! Thanks for everything you do!

  • Thank you for the amazing 30 mins workouts playlist. As a busy mom they are great on a daily basis. Realistic and no excuse to miss a workout.

  • I did one of your “quick 20 minute HIITT” workouts prior to this workout as my “warm up” or as I like to say to compliment a “slow easy work out” and I think I won’t be able to move tomorrow. But it I feel great!

  • This was awesome! I love seeing you two together and it’s so reassuring to see how tired Dustin is by the end! Thank you so much for all of your time and effort, I appreciate your workouts so much, they mean everything to me and even more so at the moment. Lots of love to you both, stay safe xxxx

  • I decided to relax on this saturday:) I did this video later in the day and I still worked up a sweat! Feeling awesome! Thanks for joining us infront of the camera today dustin you did great!

  • Thank you for helping to make each and every day a little brighter with your awesome workouts, positive attitude, and encouragement!

  • This was one of my favourite workouts ever on the channel! I loved the way it was structured and how it made me push myself. I didn’t want it to end! (That’s one of the only times I’ve thought that during a workout video… ) loved the talk at the end too definitely need to breathe out alllllll the negativity ♥️ #crushedit

  • Dustin is my spirit animal! When I’m like “omg how is she still going” I look up and he’s lying on the floor contemplating the same thing LOL

  • I love you Sydney!!!! Everyday is s different workout, I cannot imagine how you are making it! I am so happy that I found your channel!!!! Thank you!!!

  • Fabulous! This was the first workout of yours I’ve done in a while in which I am WEAK at the end haha. I LOVE IT. The other ones are great too, but I love the occasional extra tough ones. Thank you!

  • i have a love hate relationship with this video, it absolutely kills me but it’s amazing! tysm for all your videos, i’m already seeing a change <3

  • Having been doing your routines now all through COVID because of no gyms…today I couldn’t finish this one…not sure if this is a new YouTube thing but every five minutes through the routine YouTube was playing a set of ads…totally killing the vibe…if this is a thing that happens again…I’ll be out…not sure why this time its never happened before…just needed to stop as it totally killed te workout…off for a run instead…love your workouts amy, they have literally saved me through the pandemic but you gotta stop hem doing this!!!!

  • Absolutely LOVED this style of training. It reminded me of conditioning for track season.:) Also, loved you and Dustin’s matching outfits.

  • None stop! That was really hard but so good! Did not let up from the jump ropes at the start! Certainly get your 30 minutes worth!

  • I have to say I didn’t love this workout. I felt like the rest period timing was off…And there also wasn’t a very good stretch at the end:(

  • I am so happy I came across your workouts! I just finished it and I haven’t sweat like this since the gyms closed! I never do workouts by watching tv but now I will have yours in my workout routine! Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️

  • I loved this style. The 2.5 minutes, two moves. It was a great mix up to what you normally do. That being said, I love what you normally do ☺️.

  • Crushed this workout, loved the “do it at your own pace” thing I added a glute band burn to it and then went for a 3 mile walk this afternoon. Beautiful day, tomorrow’s going to storm… Happy Easter everyone. Thanks again Sydney.
