    I was always the type to read others comments about how they finished the workout and they are sweaty and happy. I would say to me..I wish that was me… Now I am declaring it myself I DID IT! My beginner me completed. Yes I paused,modified and didnt complete through all but I Tried my all!   • Thank you Kelli & Daniel, before your videos I use to work out 3-4xs/wk, 1-2 hours each time with out much results. After I started your videos I have lost 10lbs so far and can see the results in my body. My husband has even seen the difference he tells me I look more toned and I have a lot more energy to do other things.

  • Short but very sweet! I made it through with some modifications. Can’t do pushups, so I did fast runs lifting my knees up to my chest while holding onto the back of a chair in place of them. The stutter jacks I did half jacks with my arms up halfway with some bounce. Have shoulder issues. Otherwise, I could do the rest! I’m 56 years old! And still moving LOL!

  • Kelli — awesome blend of routines. I especially thought that the routine with the 8 pound weight that you switch off (where you lean to one side, then come up and raise one leg) — was inventive. I also have an injured Achilles’ tendon — so this low impact, yet challenging workout kept me sweating (like you did), and feeling good about myself that I was able to get a good workout in.

  • I thought I could do away with the knee tuck crunches with this routine, but when I reached the end, yes, it surprised me. Hahahaha. Good routine by the way. I love Roberta’s Gym! Through their exercises, I lost 6kg in a month. Highly recommended! ��

  • Daniel, i really love you and Kelly and FB and this routine..BUT have you ever tried NOT to think about how much those Abs burn when being told to do so?.. NO? Well, let’s do an experiment: take a timer and try to NOT think about a pink baby elefant for about 20 seconds… 3,2,1…start it up…

    Did it work? ;-))) Haha, and now imagine how good it worked on me holding a f***ing plank for 45 seconds…

  • my abs were on FIRE. You can really tell the difference when you do these workouts while contracting your abs vs. relaxing them. Always gotta remember to contract! hold! let the abs burrnnn

  • I do enjoy your workouts. Your 23 active static workout is not 23 minutes, probably more like 18. Daniel repeated your intro twice, and then included a 5 minute stretch at the end.

  • I’ll get flack for this post but… when you say strength training i assume it’s weight based, not a round of jump squats or some Pilates thrown in. grrrrr

  • Something is wrong with the volume in your latest videos. I cannot adjust the volume within the video like I am on the previous ones. I have my computer volume all the way up and cannot hear Daniel at all. The volume indicator on the video screen only allows me to mute and unmute.

  • I loved this workout immensely. I used to do The Firm before my video watching habits changed, so I used my Fanny Lifter. Perfect for this routine. I do, however, wish you’d include warm up and cool downs with the videos. I use your time stamps to plan my day, and when you don’t include those important pieces, my time goes off for the day.   • Hi Kelli, I woke up this morning after doing this workout and my lower back is really sore from the deadlifts. I’m just hoping it’s good muscle pain and not bad pain. I was doing the full deadlift with 60kg, I only did 7 of them. Is there a way of knowing whether back pain is good or bad? My form is fine, I filmed myself and also got others to check it. P.S LOVED this workout, kicked my butt too.
