Super Healthy Triple Layer Fruit Smoothie Colorful 7 Fruit Smoothie. This is the perfect sunny day snack or meal when you need a serious vitamin and energy boost. The only ingredient in this entire colorful Triple Layer Smoothie is fruit seven different kinds of fruit, to be specific. If you’re eating this smoothie as a meal, we recommend adding a bit of heart-healthy fat in order to help stave off hunger. Place the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate and mango juices, milk, and honey into a blender.

Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. A smoothie is so much more than blended fruit. It’s an art with all of its different elements blending perfectly together.

Just in case these 29 smoothies aren’t. Red lentils are a sneaky source of plant-based protein in this healthy smoothie recipe. The lentils add 3 grams more protein than an equal-size portion of nonfat plain yogurt and 4 grams more fiber than a typical serving of protein powder.

Succulent blueberries are bursting with flavor in this healthy smoothie. Simply combine 1 1/4 cups light soy milk with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, and one teaspoon of pure. 1¼ cup light soy milk. ½ cup frozen loose-pack blueberries. ½ frozen banana, sliced.

2 tsp sugar. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. Combine 1 cup of the milk, the blueberries, banana, sugar or.

Healthy. Happy. Kids. One healthy habit at a time!

Quick and healthy meals like dinner, snacks, and breakfast. Make the bottom layer: Combine the almond milk, almond butter, banana, cocoa powder, and dates in a blender. Blend until smooth and the dates are fully pureed. Add the ice and pulse.

Pour into 3 glasses (or 4 smaller glasses) and freeze for 30 minutes. Peel orange and place flesh in a high-powdered food processor. Add banana, pineapple, raspberries and water.

Blend on highest speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight-loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off.     2/3s of a cup of plain yogurt
    2-3 fresh medjool dates (big soft dates) sweet
    1 tsp of instant coffee powder freeze-dried
    A pinch of cinnamon
    A quarter cup of water
    1 tbsp of almond butter (other nut butter) optional for extra protein
    Ice cubes
    3 chocolate peanut butter smoothie
    2/3s of a cup of plain yogurt
    1 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter
    2 or 3 tsps of unsweetened Cocoa powder
    A little bit of cinnamon
    2 or 3 Medjool dates for sweeteness
    1/4 cup of water or even less to blend it
    7 Berry chia smoothie
    Ingredients
    1 cup of mixed Berry’s sliced or 2 cups with the whole strawberry
    1/3 to 1/2 cup of avocado
    2 teaspoons soaked chia seeds soak for 25 mins
    2 tbsp of dry rolled oats
    1/2 to 1 tsp of vanilla extract(ground fennel powder)
    2 tsp of maple syrup
    1/2 cup of milk (any type)
    Some ice cubes

  • Would it be all right to substitute regular milk for the cashew milk? It’s inaccessible for me to purchase cashew milk. Expensive and hard to find but will it mess with the consistency at all?

  • I am eating more pulses and whole grains. Also, I drink either golden turmeric milk or lime tea with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper around bedtime. (The black pepper is another ingredient that helps absorb the turmeric)

  • I tried the awake smoothie with vietnamese coffee and instead of chocolate, I added brown butter bourbon chocolate ice cream and some chia seeds. Yum it was so delicious!

  • This could actually be a week long “calendar” per say because you could do one layer of the smoothie each day and then on the seventh day make the rainbow smoothie you just demonstrated making!

  • I got excited when I saw the straw cause I thought it was a reusable metal straw. I have a pack that I got for cheap on Amazon and it has different sizes and some are curves and some are straight. They’re stainless steel and I love them. No waste, yay!

  • Hi Cassey! Definitely fav smoothie vid. I have a huge request; due to health problems Im on a pretty strict puree diet all meals. I love smoothies but I am severely allergic to all citrus and go into anaphylactic shock so no ORANGES KIWI LEMON LIME and PINEAPPLE, all which used to be my favorite;i am also allergic to dairy. Are you able to make a smoothie recipe that’s exciting and not blah for me because my norm is strawberry, banana,spinach, and almond milk which is boring my tastebuds by now. Please and thank you!!   • I like the peanut butter smoothie a lot. I didn’t have dates so I used a banana instead, added 1/3 c. plain yogurt, and 1/2 c. almond milk instead of water. Also added 1/3 c. oat flour I had leftover from the pancake recipe. ��

  • So much sugar and also not good for the stomach. digestion begins with chewing your food which activates stomach contractions and acid production. drinking your food can mess your gut up long term. i know so many people who did this. Adam and Eve did not blend their food they ate it off the trees 😉

  • Correct me if you may, but what I know is that coffee is a bad ingredient to mix with all these other healthy nutritious ingredients because the amount caffeine and other properties from coffee actually destroys these other nutrients absorbed in the body. So the only thing absorbed in the end are calories and fat and no antioxidants.

  • Guys! The coffee date smoothie is ridiculously incredible. A couple minor differences in the one I made: I used Oat Milk and hot brewed coffee instead of instant coffee. (Just add more ice) I’m obsessed!
