If you want to radically transform your midsection you need to watch this video**. FREE CORE Training Report: The 5 BEST ‘Core-Killer’ Exercises. http://www.criticalbench.com/corekillers. = The “sit-up” has been an exercise go-to since the 1940s. The exercise recommended by late night TV commercials, magazines and fitness gurus at the gym.. But REAL fitness and training professionals threw sit-ups and crunches into the trash years ago, knowing the dangers and how ineffective they are for developing the core. And some have even taken it a step further and have eliminated MOVEMENT in order to safely target the core.. The sad fact is that for a while now, most people have been misled by “experts” giving outdated advice on how to train your core and develop your six-pack.. Many of their lies are THE REASON you’ve been let down in the past. You may have heard, or perhaps even believed at one point, that doing certain exercises like the sit-up, or having to use excessive core movement is the ONLY way to get the abs you want.. If you continue to train your ‘core’ with these dangerous exercises and possibly harmful movements you’ll cause serious possibly irreversible damage to your spine. You’ll end up with chronic pain in your back, neck and knees as a result….. And the worst part is that you may even end up losing muscle, losing performance and gaining weight as your body fights against poor posture and being out of alignment.. Listen: this isn’t what we want for you. And I know it’s not what you want for yourself. Take Coach Brian’s expertise and use these isometric exercises to transform your core and finally get the results you’ve always wanted, a STRONG, SLIM, SEXY core while having a pain-free lower back.. Here are the 15 Must-Do Isometric Core Exercises: 1. Hollow hold. 2. V sit. 3. Unilateral Loaded V-Sit. 4. Dead bug. 5. Leg lift hold. 6. Elbow plank. 7. Bull dog. 8. Superman. 9. Hand Plank. 10. If your core is weak, then your ability to get stronger on your exercises and your ability to grow the muscles surrounding each of your joints will be negatively impacted. And, as a bonus, it WILL also provide aesthetic benefits (six pack abs!) as well. Regular core strengthening with core strength exercises does actually increase the thickness of the deep abdominal muscles, meaning that they may help make them a little more visible. So, how exactly do we go about training it? Well, that’s exactly what I’ll cover in this video with a full, best core workout (with 5 of the best abs exercises) that you can do right away for a stronger AND better looking midsection.. But before we dive into the best core workout we need to first note that a better approach to train the core would be to use core exercises that challenge the core in every possible way that your core could be challenged in a lift, sport, or just in your daily life. And this can be broken down into 4 categories. Anterior core stability exercises where we train the body to resist excessively arching the lower back (extension). Posterior core stability exercises where we train the body to resist excessively rounding the lower back (flexion). Lateral core stability exercises where we train the body to resist bending to one side. And lastly, rotary core stability exercises where we train the body to resist excessive rotation of the lumbar spine.. The first of the core strength exercises we’ll do here is abdominal bracing. What you want to do is lay on your back with your knees bent. Then from here, you want to take a deep breath into your belly, a deep breath out, and then when you near maximal exhalation brace your core as if you were prepare for a punch to the gut. Continue breathing while holding this contraction. The next exercise, reverse crunches, does a great job of challenging our anterior core stability. What you want to do here is lay with your knees bent either on a bench or on the ground with your arms holding onto something over your head. Here, posteriorly tilt your pelvis and flatten your lower back by applying the abdominal bracing practice we previously went through. Then, lift your knees up to 90 degrees, curl your pelvis up towards your belly button and then slowly come back down.. Next, we’ll challenge our posterior core stability by using an exercise highly recommended for core strengthening, the Bird Dog. For these, we’ll get on all fours with your back neutral, brace the core, and then simply kick one of your legs backwards while raising the opposite arm until they’re both straight. Hold for a second or two here, then come back down and repeat on the other side. Next, we’ll challenge our lateral core stability with suitcase carries, where you hold a kettle bell or dumbbell with one arm and take steps while ensuring that your torso remains upright and shoulders remain level.. Lastly, we’re going to work on our rotary core stability with one of the best abs exercises available: the palloff press. Here we’ll wrap a band around a fixture, take a few steps out laterally, and assume an athletic stance with knees slightly bent, feet at about shoulder width apart, and your core braced. Then, start with your hands close to your sternum, and from there simply extend your arms forward and back while resisting the urge to rotate inwards.. Here’s a breakdown of the full core workout: Exercise 1: Abdominal Bracing (1-3 sets of 60 second holds). Exercise 2: Reverse Crunches (2-3 sets of 10-15 reps). Exercise 3: Bird Dog (2-3 sets of 5 reps each side). Exercise 4: Suitcase Carries (2-3 sets of 30s carries each side). Exercise 5: Palloff Press (2-3 sets of 5-10 reps each side). All in all, it’s important that within your weekly routine, you’re training your core in each of the 4 categories. Although many movements and big lifts in the gym will indirectly train your core in these movement patterns, these additional exercises can help ensure that you are in fact adequately training your core and not overlooking and key muscles. In the long run, this will not only lead to a better looking midsection, but a stronger and more stable one as well. And for a step-by-step program that shows you exactly how to train these important muscles and pairs them with a weekly workout and nutrition plan based on science, so that you lean down and build lean muscle as efficiently and as safely as possible, then simply take the analysis quiz to discover which science-based program would be best for you and where your body is currently at below:. https://builtwithscience.com. STAN EFFERDING MATT WENNING ON DEMAND SERIES HERE: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/wenningandefferding. Abs, some people have them some don’t. Usually having them has more to do with what you put in your body rather than how hard you work in the weight room. That said Matt Wenning and the Wenning Strength team know the best ways to make your core stronger and work more for you! Okay so you want abs and are fueling your body the right way, we have 4 ab exercises for you!. Did you know that abs and the muscle chain they’re connected to are are stronger when static? Think about it, when someone has strong abs it means they have great posture and usually have great stability. Think rock-climbers, tactical athletes, and all balance related sports where the body can be contorted in positions that force the muscle systems to rely on the core to stay upright and moving. Now in this video we show you the Plank, Leg and Knee raises, and the one sided kettle bell walk. All of these exercises are movements you need to start doing today and use in your workouts for the years to come.. So what are the benefits of getting the core stronger? Lots of us have back pain because we don’t move enough or in the right ways during our day jobs. On top of this we suffer from lumbar pain because we constantly round our backs while sitting and standing. These exercises will help improve the strength of your anterior and posterior muscle groups allowing you to evade back pain and improve your life significantly! ALSO if you want to reach the next level find out how to fuel your body. Matt and Stan Efferding went in on nutrition on another video we just released. Know i am convinced that i can do isometric abbs program and my clients will love it..i have been shying away not knowing how they will respond..thank you for the motivations❤
I swear to the universe that you ALWAYS come out with information that is relevant to my current dilemmas regarding my body. Took a pic yesterday, and although my legs are stronger than ever before, I was like wow, really need to improve my upper body and posture a bit more though, and the way that you explain how training your core helps with issues of rounding too much or arching excessively, moving too much to one side or rotating, etc really is EXACTLY what I needed! This ensures you look good from ALL angles especially in photographs! Gotta get them angles and actually feel at your prime!!
Even if i had abs like these guys i wouldnt be looking for any excuse to take my shirt off in front of people. In fact, id be doing my best to AVOID taking my shirt off in front of people. It can infuriate people to see you flaunting your body like that. It can come across as really douchey and arrogant. Seriously. And its always the same response too. “You’re just jealous.” And dont get me started on sharing shirtless pics in the mirror.

U guys will never get those abs. They’re are because of genetic insertions. You can’t change the form of your abs. And also, the natural bodybuilder dont have abs all year long.
I’ve been using your workouts for years. Like others I always end up coming back to Your workouts! You know how to challenge us the right way, it’s a gift.
Started doing these Isometric holds since the start of the quarantine lockdown last March 2020. I am 60yrs old, started at 10secs per position but I am now up to 30secs per position. It works great and is not hard on the joints. Great job, thanks a lot for this.
Great videos man. One of my fav workout channels. Can you do some videos on obese workout plans or meal plans etc. You’re videos are so thought out I would love to hear what you say. Thanks in advance
Your Videos are the best! I love the exercises and the positive energy that your videos got! Especially the way you talk while you do the workout! It feels like your right next to me and tell me to go on and to be strong! Your videos are amazing!
My first time trying these tonight, starting at 15 second holds, it’s been a long time for me doing something like this. Was a challenge to say the least but the tell will be tomorrow. Thank you for this, it’s so much easier to manage than some of those moving workouts.
Mentions Cross Fitters then shows a pic of Eddie Hall World’s Strongest Man who did Crossfit once, broke a world record, then never again!:) The reason he has massive abs is that he is one of the most jacked, strongest men on the planet…everything is massive!!
I lead a group of 75 year olds in 60 minutes of exercises. We do just five of these exercises (among others). After a few months the feedback I’m getting on increased flexibility and strength is most encouraging.
is it just because i haven’t done one of her videos in a while or is this workout just super super hard but everyone in the comments don’t comment on the difficulty cause everyone here is also an ab god/goddess
The truth is that DIET is key. Without this you will never see your abs. Why do we keep forgetting this simple principle, and instead look for fancy exercises. Working out is fantastic but one needs to have a clear understanding of what is what
I’ve been doing abs workouts since 1.5 months, 2times a day with plank… Good to see such static yet exhausting exercises, will try them now… Thanks for these.. And the lady is damn hard amazing, so ripped that she is making every exercise look so simple, bravo
I don’t know what is it about but this workout made me so mad.. like I’m literally pissed. I love working out with blogilates, I do this a lot and I’ve never felt like that. My core is rather strong but this workout just…pisses me off. In negative way. I really wonder why…
I remember the first time I did this I barely can do it till the end, now two months later it’s easier, still hurts but I totally can say I notice my abs are stronger. My fav video for abs by far
Hello Jeremy thanks for ur amazing videos I wanted to know, can I do these abs exercises if iam having anterior pelvic tilt, have lower back pain n a overall messed up posture? I have watched ur video on how to fix anterior pelvic tilt n u mentioned to do planks So I want to add some challenge n want to know what else abs strengthening exercises i can do.

My first time trying these exercises…it went well. However, I did struggled a little bit with my wrists (weak). Overall, the workout was great. Thank you!
Good video But matt can you throw the flag of israel in the garbage because right now they are killing people in my country They killed a man and his wife this morning and thier bodies exploded from the window.

I tried the reverse crunch on the ground without holding onto something but I couldn’t use my lower abs to raise my hips off effectively like in the vid. any tips on being able to do the bottom-up movement without an anchor of some sort? when i try it, it just doesn’t happen for some reason as if my stomach is actually getting in the way or just weighing everything down
Hey Jeremy, I`ve got a, maybe controversial, question but I hope, as man of science, you can answer it anyway. So I am basically happy with the way I look. So I am going to gym for about a year now and I´ve seen some major improvements, espacialy the last 5 months since I started following your instructions. And now I am pretty much happy with what I got and want to keep the results as long as possible. And the problem is that, whatever I do, I just don`t enjoy my workouts. I mean, the feeling afterwards is good and the benefits in health are obviously great (and my looks. God damn, I turned into a proper Narcisst by looking at myself in the mirror in awe). But, and that´s the point, for me working out was allways a means to an end. I wanted to get to the point that I am at now and I want to stay that way for as long as humanly possible. So I get that I still have to train and, at least I think so, change my workout routine back to a full body workout. But I wonder if you have any special tipps and recomondations for keeping the physique you already have. Like forever would be the goal:) Hope you can help Anyway, you are doing an amazing job! You`re way of explaining things in a easy and scientific manner makes it easy to get started and takes away a lot of confusion. Thank you for everything!
Hola saludo,me encantan usteds son una la rutinas que mas me tiene wow, felicidades por esta rutinas, hoy me compre el strong zumba high-intensity cardio + tone estoy feliz lo empezare a usar la semana proxima
I’m not sure but,if anyone else trying to find out how to get a flat stomach fast try Mighty Shortcut Folio ( search on google )? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got great success with it.
I have a doubt, doesn’t the exercise that appears at 8:08 where you hold your legs in the air works mainly in the iliopsoas? I’ve seen in the rest of the exercises you showed you were preventing the involvement of the iliopsoas and isolating the abs. So I wonder why you’d add that exercise. Correct me if i’m wrong, thank you.
Should i incorporate both Core and Specific Ab workouts separately? Say i’m following an upper body lower body routine(4 days a week) i train my abs on lifting days and train my core on rest days
Some great workouts on here. Thanks for sharing! Difference between side planks for isometric vs ones with leg raises? Btw I agree the woman doing the exercises let her ABS do all the talking. What kicks are those, I might need a pair to help with my six pack?

Blogilates is what I started with when I first started working out. Cassey is who I also turned to tonight when I thought I became too out of shape durning quarantine. I literally cried after finish because I felt so strong. Cassey, you’re my role model girl.
I started this yesterday!! Love it my abs are killing me lol. Eventually I will add the other 7 min workouts to my workout.. love Strong got into by my Zumba instructor Karen she is awesome
Great video /. More videos please.. I keen to work on focus point on core and biceps over next month:: if I to get a program.// I would get one of urs,, but I need to go find a great private gym or smaller gym first.. I looking at one next town over and thinking of moving there too.. over next month then I get into a 3 month program @Marcus
As mentioned in the video, you can download your free copy of the core workout PDF here: https://builtwithscience.com/coreworkoutpdf. Also, comment below and let me know what other topics you’d like me to cover going forward, and I’ll get on it! Cheers!
I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now. It was the hardest first time. It’s easier & doable now.. I can see my progressive toned abs day by day…love love love this pop pilates workout. I’ve a few of cassey’s workout videos on my YT playlist. This is one of my fav.
Y’ALL I’ve been on my fitness journey since last year January 2019. It wasn’t till quarantine when I fully dedicated myself to eating cleaner, working out consistently, and affirming myself positively. After doing this video continuously within the last 2-3 months, TODAY was the first time I actually did it without taking breaks and actually feeling the “strength” burn of my abs! KEEP GOING DON’T GIVE UP! <3
The suitcase carry…Moms of little children do this all the time!!! I have a 3 and 1 year old and carry them on the left side so my right dominant hand is free…I just noticed my right abs are more visible and my left leg is more muscular it is effective exercise!
I really appreciate your videos and this is definate a fun one to try. But I think as I’m on the more beginner stage of pilates as I’ve only started doing your videos in February (ive tried before but this is the longest ive kept with it) that I like the ones with timers and that you explain what we’ll be doing at the intro stage of your videos a little more right now. Not because they’re better but because it’s a little easier for me who’s still at the beginning stages of my pilates journey. Your enthusiasm and the way you cheer us on to finish really inspires me. Your workouts have really helped me accept and love my body more and helped me feel proud of what I’ve accomplished in the last couple months so I want to thank you. You’re an incredible inspiration. Not because of your body (which is fabulous no shade) but because of your personality. And I hope people are complimenting you on your personality and your accomplishments outside of your body cause I feel like theres a huge vast array of things to compliment you on and you should be acknowledge for all the work you do not for the body that you do it in. (No shade to your body again just want you to feel appreciated for all aspects of it.) Thank you for cheering us on and being an incredible inspiration.
With all the FDA approved BS we have in the states is 30 times harder to get these bodies. Food in other countries is real organic, non process and actually benefits our bodies. The BS we have in the states makes it hard and only poisons our body and minds.
A question: You said in an old video, that its best to perform cardio quite some time later than your normal workouts. Im a beginner and therefore Training with your fullbody workout Plan.
Should i perform cardio on the same day, but later than my workout or on the rest day between 2 workouts?
Hey coach, have some question is it normal to feel pain on my legs while doing leg raise for lower abs? Hope for your answer because i cant do leg raise priperly becoz of leg pain
Hey! I wanna start doing this but can you answer some of my questions plz?? Is it only for burning abs? Or can i get 6 pack abs doing only this after some time?

Democrats want us to be dependent on the government. We want to go back to work!make America Free Again
Voters, remember this in November. Pelosi was buying uber-premium ice cream while you were looking for help. It’s her way of saying, “Let them eat cake!” Democrats have to go… and Schumer is a waste of protoplasm.
I really love the series of workouts to tiktok songs!! It is my number one workout to do during summer break! Though, I always struggle with the chacha bicycles, hope to get better every time I do this workout. Thanks for challenging me:)
Your Videos are the best! I love the exercises and the positive energy that your videos got! Especially the way you talk while you do the workout! It feels like your right next to me and tell me to go on and to be strong! Your videos are amazing!
I realized that I have done the suitcase carry for more twenty years since my childhood, by simply carrying all the stuff we bought when me and my mon went to shopping
Great but we need more lower back close ups, why? if it’s not flat on the ground when doing ab exercise on are back it’s a sigh of weak abs or your not engaging your core.
Good video. I’m rehabbing for a lower disc bulge (L3 or L5) and have been using Stu McGill’s book the Back Mechanic. I’ve been wondering about the leg-raises and whether they might actually cause a small amount of lumbar flexion, especially when raising the legs straight. Are they fine to do with proper form do you think?
My stomach is cramping just watching this, but I’m gonna give it a try somebody needs to check on me in about 15 minutes to make sure I lived this lady is GEORGOUS
Gonna do those one sided farmerwalks. I need some core strenght and I dont feel much from planking:/ Already doing the band one, it works great. I wish I had not ignored my core for so long:(
I’ve searched 100’s of you tube videos for back pain. Jeremy’s videos are intelligent, effective and easy to follow…I’m on the program! Thank you Jeremy!!!
Hi Matt, I’ve read that strengthening hip flexors can lead to allot of postural issues and I’m a bit confused now since you mentioned that they should be strengthened in this video. I’d appreciate if you could clarify this. Thanks.
I just came across this clip, have been doing crunches,v crunches bicycle crunches etc for the past 3 months with fairly good results,I am 41 yrs old.Getting rid of belly fat gets harder as the years go by. I am very eager to give this a try as I am not a fan of using equipment, using ones own body weight makes more sense to me.I don’t want to go to competitions, I just want to look good and be healthy. Thanks for the pdf I was able to download.
Omg! Thank you so much! This is the best work out I have found yet. I am 58 years old and I have been trying to get back into shape. For 25 years I worked in a Nursing Home and was always in pretty good shape. I’ve been doing Private duty for a little over 5 years and I am so guilty of slacking. Ive been out of work during this Pandemic and have been trying to walk 5 miles a day, 5 days a week. I did this work out and I’m feeling it!! Most of the exercises I could hold for 25-30 seconds. There were some I could only hold for 15-20 seconds. I’m going to keep at it.
I achieved my abs in 2 weeks!!! Thank you so much Cassey for this amazing abs workout✨ I’m a ballet dancer and abs are helping me a lot now, I’m so grateful
Can you please do a video on how we should be streching each muscle group after each workout? You made a video on how we should be warming up which was really usefull but we need a proper routine when it comes to static streching after each workout.
Me encanto STRONG BY ZUMBA X ESO ME CERTIFIQUE PARA ENSEÑARLO. Lo ke no se le hace correcto ke YO TENGA QUE PAGAR 52.00 dólares mensuales para estar activa en ZUMBA Y LA MISMA ZUMBA PONGA ESTOS VIDEO COMPLETOS DE LAS RUTINAS
I love this workout so much! I love this one more because honestly it helps using these tik tok songs to go along with the beat haha thank you you so much girl!
Workouts like farmer’s walk and front rack carries with a kettlebell can also benefit for your core and abs ^. Especially if you were to do your walks and carries on stairs? That would hella be crushing
Ok, I’m confused. I went into the channel’s playlists to try and find breakdowns of how to do each of these moves properly/effectively, but when I did I found a video saying NEVER DO THE PLANK yet there are 3 plank variations in this video!
I love the music and I love your new graphic design! So glad to still have you here after all these years, I can tell you’ve made it and you deserve it.
Know i am convinced that i can do isometric abbs program and my clients will love it..i have been shying away not knowing how they will respond..thank you for the motivations❤
It was so difficult to push through the last set!!! My abs were already burning from the beginning. Thanks Cassey!!
Did it a second time and it was more enjoyable than my first time!
Does anybody else’s neck hurt/ feel like they’re being choked when they do the “crunches”? Am I that out of shape? Am I doing something wrong?
After this workout, I started to became friends with my fatcells. I did this with extra weights on my ankles and hell i was close to death.
This is my Channel any good soul to support me on my journey with the weight loss. Your support will give the fuel to keep going and God will bless you for that. Please check if I deserve your support
I’m gonna do this for a week along with Chloe ting and walking on the treadmill cause if you can’t tell I’m desperate it be skinny
Mentions Cross Fitters then shows a pic of Eddie Hall World’s Strongest Man who did Crossfit once, broke a world record, then never again!:) The reason he has massive abs is that he is one of the most jacked, strongest men on the planet…everything is massive!!
Like to bring it on top

U need niddles…for shredded body like this..not workout…it’s humanly impossible to have such a less fat on ur body.. without sui..
Hello Jeremy thanks for ur amazing videos
I wanted to know, can I do these abs exercises if iam having anterior pelvic tilt, have lower back pain n a overall messed up posture?
I have watched ur video on how to fix anterior pelvic tilt n u mentioned to do planks
So I want to add some challenge n want to know what else abs strengthening exercises i can do.
This morning felt good as always doing your exercises.:) Also, I wanted to know if you have isometric exercises for the back. I really want to burn back fat. Thanks!
Matt I started using your wenning warmups before each of my big 4 lifts… first week I was crying but now I see why. Thank you so much.
My first time trying these exercises…it went well. However, I did struggled a little bit with my wrists (weak). Overall, the workout was great. Thank you!
https://www.patreon.com/wenningstrength. If you guys can support the channel!!!! Helps me with these editing and video costs!!!! Thank you
Good video
But matt can you throw the flag of israel in the garbage because right now they are killing people in my country
They killed a man and his wife this morning and thier bodies exploded from the window.
cassey! shoutout from malaysia.ive been following you since 2014, from 80kg back then now im maintaining 50-55kg. until now, i love to follow your workout. just to say that i’m so grateful i found you since 2014. i watched your video how you wanted to cut down and now looking so so amazing. i love how you keep inspiring people, esp me in every way! thank you so much cassey ❤️❤️
You are my favorite teacher. As an ex dancer I am picky and you are a huge gift. I have been sharing your channel with my sister and others. ❤️
Just watching some of the exercises where her back arches, makes my lower back sore. How can you do those exercises without lower back pain? Thanks.
Hey, I looked through your videos but didn’t see it (I probably missed it) but have you shown speed lifting techniques for squats and deadlifts?
The bench speed work is really helping a lot and just wondering if you have done anything with the other 2 big lifts.
I tried the reverse crunch on the ground without holding onto something but I couldn’t use my lower abs to raise my hips off effectively like in the vid. any tips on being able to do the bottom-up movement without an anchor of some sort? when i try it, it just doesn’t happen for some reason as if my stomach is actually getting in the way or just weighing everything down
Would holding a 10 pound ir 5 pound dumbell and turning left to right help my core? Also have u heard of melvin wells and eugene sandow
Like forever would be the goal:) Hope you can help
Anyway, you are doing an amazing job!
What kicks are those, I might need a pair to help with my six pack?

i was finally able to complete this workout from beginning to end without stopping, this is intense!! but definitely one of my favorites
doing these makes doing other workout so much easier after three days of these i was able to do other workout dramatically easier now i do it before every workout
Very informative! Just curious, when is a good time to incorporate these into training? Warmup, after my main workout, or dedicate a day to it?
I’d also like to see a video on adductor strength. I heard that also can affect back pains?
Blogilates is what I started with when I first started working out. Cassey is who I also turned to tonight when I thought I became too out of shape durning quarantine. I literally cried after finish because I felt so strong. Cassey, you’re my role model girl.
I started this yesterday!! Love it my abs are killing me lol. Eventually I will add the other 7 min workouts to my workout.. love Strong got into by my Zumba instructor Karen she is awesome
I have a question, been looking for an answer for years, does masturbation affect the work out I do? Or does it have any negative effects in general??
A question:
You said in an old video, that its best to perform cardio quite some time later than your normal workouts.

IM VOTING FOR MY PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP THIS NOVEMBER! GOD BLESS HIM AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!
Really love this workout so much even tho I was half grimacing and half heaving away! More of such workouts for other body parts please:)
Great but we need more lower back close ups, why? if it’s not flat on the ground when doing ab exercise on are back it’s a sigh of weak abs or your not engaging your core.
I have a friend that’s natural and with abs like these guys. He walks around around 5 percent body fat and his abs are like an 2 inch thick
Loved these exercises. Some were easier than others. I will definitely keep these in my routine and will try to do them as often as I can. Thank you.
Omg towards the last song I was dead I kept thinking sorry Cassie i’m letting you down but at leats I didnt pause it lol i kept trying
Wow do I wish I had all these weights!! Love this approach to working out it’s so chilled not worrying about reps, absolutely loved it!
Gonna do those one sided farmerwalks. I need some core strenght and I dont feel much from planking:/
Already doing the band one, it works great. I wish I had not ignored my core for so long:(
Let’s get it!!! Thanks for sharing! But I’m a hard gainer at 140 lbs so there’s not much fat on me but also not much muscles LOL, check me out!
