How Fitness Blender calculates calories burned ranges Here are a handful of the most influential factors we consider to give our calorie burn ranges. Bodyweight Our calorie burn ranges typically reflect the calorie burn of someone who weighs between 110-200 lbs. Heavier people will burn a higher number of calories than people who are lighter. If you’re lighter than 110 you may burn lower than our estimate.

Multiply that by 8 (the average hours in the workday) and you get 580 calories. Using estimates of steps taken throughout the working day and other variables of physical exertion, we approximated the number of additional calories (on top of baseline, resting calories burned) that that particular professional would burn per day during their job. Calories burned So I’m wondering about the calorie counter & how accurate it is. I know the calories burned will be different based on many factors, but since I recently noticed a difference, in one of the videos, in the number in the description box vs the number at the end of the workout I’m curious about it.

I’ve been doing fitness blender for a while now! I’ve always wondered if the calories at the bottom are total calories burned or active? I use the Apple Watch and it matches the total calories burned but not the active. I’ve been thinking my calories are showing too low and getting confused by it. Does anyone know the answer to this?Fitness Blender provides free full length workout videos, workout routines, healthy recipes and more. I use the Lose It app to track my calorie input/output for each day and I have a question about calories burned in the FB workouts. I just started my second round of Flex/Booty mix and the flex work out for today says calories burned are.

Actually, Fitness Blender specifically states that their calorie estimates DO NOT include any afterburn affects. I can’t vouch for their numbers specifically, but I do have a lot of confidence in their knowledge and experience, and I know that by using the low number from their range and not weighing my food (so probably eating more than I thought) I lost weight right on or a bit ahead of target. It says this accounts for half the calories you burn in a day i.e. the calories you burn at rest, and that’s why you’ll always start the day with some calories burned.

Fitbit says its calorie burn. At Home Workout to Burn 1000 Calories We hit another milestone, and that means we get to celebrate by pushing ourselves with another epic 1000 calorie workout! Thank you to everyone who makes up the fantastic Fitness Blender community we’ll save the gushy stuff for later on the page because I. 1000 Calorie Workout Strength, HIIT Cardio and Abs Workout to Burn 1000 Calories Back for another round of Fitness Blender’s signature 1000 Calorie Workout challenges! Here we aim to give you everything you need for a highly effective workout in a format that uses so many different training types.

Height, weight, age, gender, exertion level, and more are all used to calculate calorie burn. Fitness Blender doesn’t have that info. Women burn less than men. Younger burn more than older. Larger burn more than smaller.

Fitter burn less than’s all relative. Start with the smallest those calories back for a few weeks.

  • Hello I have a question I started you’re program for busy people today as well as doing 30-45 mins on the bike doing cardio, is this a good way to lose weight and gain muscle? I’m also eating healthier, not eating or drinking too many sweets and lots of water. I want to lose around 50lbs

  • I did it! As for your question, my least favorite exercises are burpees, star jumps, jumping lunges, and just about every core exercise in this routine. But hey, that’s why I throw these in my routine. If it’s not a challenge, what’s the point?

  • I prefer the AB AB AB format much more than AA BB AA BB so please do more of it and more more more smiler videos doesn’t have to be a 1h long just the concept xxx

  • At minute 53:00 I’m almost dead and I see the calorie count bar… A bit far from half… OMG!!! We still got a long way to go

Also, there’s something wrong with me when doing the swimmers and back bows, I feel all the pain directly on my hamstrings, no pain or effort whatsoever on the core, even when I tense the abs… What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me out on that one?

  • I hadn’t worked out for 2 months bcz of my work commitments…. I have restarted now…. And it’s taking the life out of me…could do it only for 17 min at A strech… And then had to take A break… I was out of breath!! Just 2 months of not doing exercise landed me here…But thanks to your videos… I will get where I was

  • Ok I adore you both! I have followed your videos for over a year, and you often respond to my questions on FB! Actually you always do! I just finished your 8 week program and I am currently following your meal plan! Which by the way is amazing and so yummy:) Do you recommend taking a break before I jump into the new challenge? Like maybe just do yoga for a week?

    All the best

  • I had this video saved in my playlist for the past 7 months, but I was always scared to attempt it as I was not at all sure that i had the fitness level to survive even the first 10 mins. But today I plunged in headlong and…..completed it in one go!!! Yes, I did take a few unscheduled mini water breaks, but the workout was completed! Feeling accomplished

  • This workout was so good! The hardest part for me was the burpees. My feet just don’t want to go that way. But sweating in the Hiit portion and shakey in the ab and strength training portion. Excellent! I hope to see more workouts like this one. Thank you Kelli and Daniel!

  • I had to stop the workout because my friend came when the abs portion started I’m so angry I feel like I haven’t burnt enough calories:(

  • Hi kelli and daniel, ive been doing ur workouts for alittle while now and i enjoy them lots! Thank u! But i feel that im just losing motivation because of stress and school and anxiety. &because of that, i dont feel like working out. Any words of wisdom to help boost my motivation?

  • I just watched some videos from you, and this question passed through my mind during this! So this is a really interesting video for me:D

  • I was really unmotivated to workout today bc it was such a lazy day but I’m so glad I did this workout, the hiit portion was fireeeee tysm!!!!

  • I actually started praying for Daniel by the end of the hiit routine because he looked like might pass out any minute. bless your soul and body.

  • What you’re saying really clicked after I did an HIIT. I’ve been slouching since I can remember and after the workout when I sat down I realised I’ve sat more straight. It meant all the world to me and I could care less about calories at that moment. You two inspire people without neither putting them down or sugarcoating it. I learned to love exercising thanks to you. You deserve all the best.

  • I did this workout today for the very first time and it was amazing! One question, what type of workout should I do tomorrow? High or low intensity?

  • Please, for the love of all that is holy, don’t say “we’re done with our HIIT” until the HIIT is done. One more 20 second push to go ain’t “done”. It is soul crushing.

  • I’m trying out this workout for a month (along with healthy eating) to lose weight. Im gradually trying to go from 60 KG to 50 KG

    12/2/19 ✅

  • Omg, omg, omg.. work out complete!! (Dragging body across floor) cant use my arms anymore! Loved it, and made it to the end.. thats all that matters

  • i love you guysyour videos are awesome and its very true that people obsess over calorie burns when its not the most important

  • I have no clue how I finished this keeping up with Daniel with pretty good form, all deep squats, lunges and high jumps. I have no clue but I have done it. I took breaks for a minute here and there but overall, I finished it all in 86-87 minutes. Should I be proud of this? Brb dying.

  • You should do a video about your pesrsonal life, how did you guys meet, how old are you, how your home loks like… I know you’re here because of fitness but we’d like to know more.:)))  Great videos, keep up with the good work.

  • cheated some of it as the HIIT killed me but because i did cheat going to go and do a 500 cal work and 3 more dance workouts to punish myself im only 15

  • Thank you guys so much for these videos! I’m 5’5 123 lbs and I really want to put muscle on and lose a bit of fat. I haven’t worked out in a few months because school and work got the best of me but now NO EXCUSES. I love your workouts because I can do them in my own home without having to drive to the gym and I’m always sore when I’m done. Thank you so much for making these, they’re really helping me along in my fitness journey ❤️

  • omg guys you are amazing!!!!! You are awesome workout buddies, and you guys look so real doing those workouts XD that is great, by the way the workout is amazing i love it!

  • I just discovered your videos thanks!  I really enjoy them.  I appreciate the different lengths of workouts during the week, it’s easier for me to squeeze in a quick 15 min or 25 min workout, but I like the longer ones for the weekends.

  • #workoutcomplete
Favorite workout video! I can totally follow it through. I’ve been doing different 1000 calories workout videos made by you guys, and i do them everyday. I feel healthier than ever now. Thank you!

  • My absolute favorite workout channel and website. Thank you so much Daniel and Kelli! The HIIT is brutal, but feels so good in the end. I try to do one of your workouts every day and its so enjoyable. BTW Kelli did you ever smack Daniel for that comment? Hahaha!

  • HIIT was definitely hard. I was actually sick for 5 days and let my body rest because I just had too. I felt bad doing it but, I know my body appreciates it. Coming back was a kick in the butt. I finished with a few longer breaks but finished! I needed this after feeling down. Thanks guys!

  • its hard to get off the mat after those mountain climbers… my body can’t seem to be able to move from the tummy down rest position…hehehe i pushed through and got though till the end. Love you guys!!

  • Two times in my life I tried fitness blender consecutively and lost tremendous amount of weight and gained lean muscle mass successfully. I did it in eighth grade summer, and again my senior year of high-school throughout summer. I joined planet fitness twice, both times I gained weight and only put on even more body fat as well. I gain muscle easily through the gym, however it isn’t toned like it was when I did fitness blender years ago. I cannot stress enough how much this channel helped me find the only workout method that has proven not once, but twice, to be a successful and cheap alternative to the gym. Paired with healthy eating, I recommend these workouts to anyone, and I mean anyone. In fact, as bad as it was, I could eat fast food everyday and still maintain a healthy shape and fairly healthy weight when I trained on these workouts daily. I can honestly say I love you two, and I’m using your channel yet again this year to help change my life. God bless the both of you, an inspiration you two serve to be to those who feel like they can’t do it, but we can, thank you.

  • Hi. Good Morning
I am Rinaj Mujawar (sister of sameer mujawar)
this workout is awesome thank you so much for this great workout.i have started exersice regularly. i am following your channel.

  • Okay so i definitely took more breaks then you did and i felt like i was gonna die, especially in that HIIT omg. Abs was the best, especially when you do the harder version. You are torturing me!!! But for real thank you. Instead of a tedious, hard to understand video full of empty promises you gave clear instructions and gave good advice. You guys are the best and getting me in shape.

  • i have a little problem… i can’t do exercises in the mornings because of school and work, so i do it in the evening is it the same?

  • I have done two of them, but not this one yet. I love the high calorie workouts, hardest part for me is always always abs. HIIT is demanding but doable, especially as i get fitter and strength is my fave and easiest for me but every time i do abs im in pain lol. Some improvement from when i began, but reach throughs are the worst, cant do another ab excercise after this lol, so i always move it to the end of an ab workout if i can

  • I did it!! What a feeling! Fabulous work out guys, keep doing what you do because it’s helping so many people. Awesome to hear the words “workout complete” after such a long workout too!

  • workout complete!! From Costa Rica, fllowing you guys since 2012, and star jumps are always the hardest!!! Love the 1000 calorie videos

  • I followed this channels workout (cardio)last year once aday, sometimes twice and i lost 2 kilos in 10 days.i wanna start over now.
    Thanks for your efforts

  • Make sure when u do the outside thigh raises that you tilt ur hips forward and point/flex ur toes towards ur body (my XC coach taught me this). You might not be able to go as high.

  • Where can I even begin?! You two are incredible! By far this is the only workout program that I have been able to stick with and see real results. Thank you so much for the genuine love and passion demonstarted in each video.

  • Workout completed. I’m looking forward for more guys. Thank you for keeping me fit during quarantine guys. I shall have rest as you prescribed during the workout. I shall be back on monday to watch and do another of your killer workout.

  • How many calories can we burn doing this workout?? I also do your workouts I need to loose 2 stone i did lose a stone before but I went on hoilday…. and I’m 48 and menopausal which I find losing weight much harder and no monthly periods anymore also so I have fat on thighs and abdominal area as it happens at menopausal stages…..

  • I love all your videos and they are all really helpfull! But i have one question. I’m getting tired extremely fast. I have lupus and this is normal so i usually doing maaaaany stops during a workout. Luckyly my heartbeats are almost always really fast so i manage to burn. BUT i do feel a burning sensetion in my throat like i’m extremely thursty and i want to spit at the same time:/ is that nomal? can i do someothing to help that? because it happens ALWAYS +fitness blender

  • I lost almost 8kg with this video and I didn’t even make the whole 35 minutes workout. I did about 20-21 minutes. It’s amazing for those who wants to burn fat! Thank you, FitnessBlender!:)

  • I went till the end. It was tough, but i struggled keeping up with your pace though failed at some instances. It is an awesome workout. It is so cool working out with you both. I justlove the sense of humour you put in your training. Will definitely be back.

  • I’m 195lbs and 5ft8, I stopped at 40 mins because I was just very tired. how many calories did I really burn because isn’t your calorie burn meter gives the average weight person how much they burn? my weight isn’t average, its more at the overweight scale so i was wondering if I burn more than what the meter says. I chose to go to the moderate workout reps and not the regular tho.

  • im 5’11 and im 204 pounds and 13…i dont look like it tho cause im tall i have man boobs and fat on my stomach… much calories do i need to start burning the fat lol tryna get fit for 8th grade

  • I DID IT!!! I almost gave up when I saw round 2 of abs. I gave myself a tiny break and said screw it, let’s do it. I managed to get through the whole thing with one or two pauses. I’ve been doing the shorter HIIT Fitness Blender workouts most weekday mornings and I’m addicted. I need to kick it up a notch, so decided I’d try this, and see if I can make this a Saturday morning workout. This is INTENSE. Fitness junkies you will LOVE this. It gets everything your HIIT, full-body toning/weight training, core, warmup and cooldown. This is a perfect full body program for mid-level to advanced folks who can’t get to the gym or who are traveling. You will need some hand weights or kettlebells. This is also a good program for advanced folks who already have a program and just need something to blast them for an hour and a half. If you weight train, this won’t replace that routine it’s pretty fast and light but it’s a solid toning program none the less.

    Good job, guys.

  • OK…………………….

    34 MIN. AFTER:KILL ME!!!!!!!!!!

,’-‘, I’m doing this for my mom

    _- -_kiiiilll mmmmeeeeeeeeeee

    …………….i loved it

  • I cannot believe it, I followed and completed it. Wow, 1hour 20 mins work out. I burnt 620 cal. Even though it is far away from 1000, but still the best way for me to spend the. Afternoon. Feel proud of myself.

  • First time I attempted this I thought I would not be able to complete it but I did it! There’s recovery next day definitely but these are killers!
I really appreciate these. Thank you so much!

  • Yeah did it thanks for a great work out didn’t quite do the 1k cals have to baby my knee but came v close. Loving your workouts and the variety.

  • third time doing 1k calorie workout, could do only 55 minutes. loved and hated every second of it lol! totally worth it. you guys are amazing. been doing your workouts for the last 3 years. keep it up.

  • You can tell who picks what exercises… For example, Daniel usually chooses to add star jumps to the workout. I’m guessing he also chooses that hip flexer skipping warm-up.

  • This is one of the best workouts. I use to do the harder version 5 years back when I was in my late 20’s, I lost 8 kgs in no time but I had stop it since there was a drastic reduction in my weight. I have started again to shred those extra pounds gained in the quarantine. Today is my 2nd day even after years of break am still able to do the harder version will update the result after a week.

    Help us…

Hi I’m 15 years old and weight 50 kg and 154 in height… what best work out for me to loose weight and maintain it after achieve my goal. I only started watching your videos last year (2015) and you guys INSPIRES me sooo much. Please help me….

    Hope you’ll notice my comments

  • 1:17:48 these parts are why you both are my very favourite fitness youtubers!! <3
you don’t just go through the workout and leave the audience alone with what’s next. you promote a healthy lifestyle, not just physically but always mentally too.
it always hits me right in the heart whenever you talk about eating after workouts, since i struggle with an eating disorder for years now. but it’s so calming to always hear such positive words from you guys. love your channel and videos, keep going.
    greetings from germany, 2020:)

  • Which exercise will be best for me?I’m 50kgs and I want to lose about 5kgs for 2 or 3 weeks..I don’t have much belly fat.But i wanna make my legs slimmer…

  • Love your videos and love this explanation!

(And incidentally, I really like your jumper/sweater, Kelli! 😉  Great colour, great style.)

  • I am surprised I was able to finish this. I was dying bythe end of the HIIT section! I didn;t know I could sweat so much.. I was looking for a workout to do the day before my flight bc I know I will be sitting for about 18 hs tomorrow I think this was definitively it since I feel like I can do absolutely nothing else I am done for. My only complaint is that it was a little hard on my knees but I liked it

  • guys I am always working out with you, I have a question, wht=at is the best time to work out? like hour of the day, morning or night?

  • I am so sore from yesterday’s video I did
And today I was sore all over even my armpits but I finished this one!! Proud!!! Workout complete!

  • I love doing these workouts. Please make more of them. I almost die everytime. You all kill me… literally. I will die with my lungs open and in great shape.

  • Staying in mumbai, India you know how crazily fast the life is here, leaving no time for personal stuff except weekends. Thank you fitness blenders for coming up with amazing and effective quick workouts and this workout is a killer one if you want to lose weight. I just do it twice a week along with your outer thigh + saddlebag workout, I have lost 5 lbs already and my legs are much toned, And yay!! Finally some of my old clothes are fitting me now love you fitness blenders ❤️

  • I love fitness blender. I sometimes cut short on a few exercises when I don’t know what we’re doing but overall it’s really helpful!

  • hey yo Daniel and Kelly I finished this whole workout!!! Thank you you are motivating me!!! (: I’m only 19 and I can do these workouts!!! Such an inspiration for me Kelly!!! (:

  • hey guys, i just noticed that one of your videos hits 6 million views, how about that? and it’s not just that. after 3 good years of hard work and efforts from you guys your channel hit 741,016 subscribers and 79,936,213 views.
Let’s celebrate your channel birthday after 5 days. I feel like I’m part of it.

  • I just can’t tell how much I love these 1000 calories workouts, when i’m feeling to workout as there are some days I feel lazy and tired, this workout really killed me and i’m feeling my whole body is shaking.I like to try every time different workout of yours so I don’t get board. I’m very thankful and grateful for all the work you put to help us and encourage us to get up and live healthy life.

  • Fitness Blender is one of THE BEST things in fitness. I get many ideas and routines to lead my high school P.E. classes! Thanks Fitness Blender! I want to get one of their sweatshirts!

  • I love this workout! It’s so much fun, aka my legs are dying and I’m sweating like a pig but that means it burned calories so mission complete!

  • love your videos guys!  I was wondering how a beginner might get into the hiit workouts.  Can I jump in or are they something to be built up to over time?

  • I’ve done this workout tons of times in the past. But I kinda stopped cardio (because i don’t like it very much). I decided to introduce cardio again a couple months back, and this is my second attempt to do it (i’ve been doing fitness blender’s HIITs twice a week)… And I don’t think I can finish it. I’m almost throwing up already, and I’m just 20 min in. t.t

  • I gave up after 30 minutes omg and it’s all because I was hyper hyper at the beginning. Is it just me. I am legitimately ded can’t scrape myself off the floor

  • I have an UP Band and it super low balls when I do your workouts. I’m talking 90 calories. No worries though. I lost my 30lbs and I just wear the bracelet because it’s cool.

  • This is my first Fitness Blender workout back since I found out I was pregnant. 2 months postpartum now and I forgot how much I missed these! Some of the best workouts on the internet for sure.

  • Hey guys, just wondering if you could do a video for older, out-of-shape adults? I introduced my mum to your low-impact videos but she can’t seem to coordinate well enough… but she really likes the style of your exercise videos while i’m worried that she’ll be over-zealous and fall over. =)

  • Workout complete. I’m a 45 year old man with 2 rotator surgeries. Had to modify if you the things due to some injuries but this absolutely kick my a**. You guys are awesome

  • Thank you very much for such a good explanation! I’d be really grateful if you could also explain what is the best heart rate to maintain during a cardio-based workout. Some trainers say you should stay within the “fat burning zone” which is roughly 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. I’m used to exercising as hard as I can so I am a bit confused. Will I really burn more fat working out less intensely?

  • I did this one all the way through when it was 106 degrees f in my house with no air conditioning, and the neighbors upwind were manuring their field with chicken stuff. That “workout complete” was incredibly rewarding.

  • HIIT was so difficult for me, I had to stop so many times. Took me 20 minutes extra to complete this one, just because I kept dying in HIIT. Hope I would be able to complete it in time someday. Totally loved it even though it killed me. much love xo <3

  • If I am a newbie who has never really exercised before (but not necessarily in bad physical shape ) can I start with any one of your videos? Or are there specific beginner exercises I should focus on?

  • This morning i did the Brutal HIIT workout (the one around 50 minutes and 700 calories burned) and after that i rested around 30 minutes and did ALL of this workout…..i sweated like a pig and in almost every exercise i did the advanced movements (even the shuffle between sets), if i didn’t burn 1000 calories all together i’m cutting my leg off, that’s the only way i’m losing weight xD!!!! you guys rock!!!!!! i love doing yours workouts!!!!

  • I was going to do this, sounded awesome but the I started watching and I felt so stupid doing this, and they had stupid names to go with the exercises. Gave me the chills.

  • Thank you so much for these videos, even if I want to die after!:P I know they say to eat a meal or at least a hearty snack after a workout but I tend to do mine at night and afterwards the last thing I want to do is eat something. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do?

  • Primera vez que realizo este workout y lo terminé a tiempo, ni unminuto mas ni uno menos, es desafiante pero vale la pena la satisfacción de haber concluido, 1000 Kcal menos! here we go!

  • You two always get me through my “stuck” feeling. I love that you both said, “10 seconds left” or “almost there” at the same time on several occasions in this one. Power couple

  • I seriously love fitnessblender! I’ve been using your videos 5 times a week about 150 minutes or more all together and so far in the past month I have lost 22lbs! You guys have helped me with the use of your videos and eating healthier. Thank you!!

  • Genuinely always so grateful for your videos but especially this one today. First time doing it and absolutely LOVED. thank you SO much xx

  • I feel like my soul just left my body.. haha.
Finally someone who does push ups on knees. I don’t have to feel like I am weak or something. And it helps me to get through this.
Thank you guys, really appreciate this!

  • Hey fitness blenders! first of all I want to say thank you guys for putting out such great and awesome free videos! They have really helped and inspired me to become healthier

Anyways, I have a brief question for you. I’m 25, 5’2″ and “around” 125 pounds and sadly, I know it terrible, am a smoker. I really want to work on my endurance and strength, but I’ve been having a hard time getting through the workouts because of my breathing. I just become so winded during the level 3 workouts, almost to the point where I can’t finish them. However, once I stop and catch my breath I’m fine. Even the next day I won’t be sore or tired at all. So my question is, am I still becoming stronger and leaner even  if I’m not sore? I’ve always heard, no pain no gain, but don’t know if it applies to this.

Also, if you have any workout suggestions to help me get over this breathing hurdle (yes, I know quitting would help, but I don’t know if  can manage that right now.) that would be great!

  • I’ve done this one multiple times, and every time I notice that it’s a tad bit easier but still torture, but that just proves it such a good workout.

  • I just absolutely love these killer 1000 calorie workouts. It gives me that inner strength and stamina that I always wanted within me. Thanks Fitness Blender. Lots of love from India.:)

  • Hi kelli and daniel, ive been doing ur workouts for alittle while now and i enjoy them lots! Thank u! But i feel that im just losing motivation because of stress and school and anxiety. &because of that, i dont feel like working out. Any words of wisdom to help boost my motivation?

  • The mix of HIIT and bodyweight strength training was perfect. The burpees were hard, but I made it. Sweating profusely over here, which is rare for me. Thanks, Kelli!

  • Feels so good, easy and effective while doing much. Thanks you Kelly and Daniel for keeping me fit for the past 6yrs. You both are Atheist best!❤️‍♀️‍♀️

  • You both are my inspiration!!:) I know once I start one you your videos I don’t stop until I’m done with it. I don’t give up I just keep going and if I am done with that video I will try for another one before work and or bed time

  • I enjoy exercising to your videos, never cared how much calories burned, but I knew I was working out hard, since I felt tired and out of breath. For the end of year I chose this video because I wanted the challenge and burn 1000 calories, but I burned 530 calories, so said my Fit bit. I was tired and out of breath, almost at Kelly’s pase. When I do others HIIT for 25 mins, no weights, I burn 290-350 calories per Fit bit. Why didn’t I burn 1000 calories? Thx and have a great 2019.

  • I loved this work out. It was extremely challenging but mission accomplished. You guys are the best and as someone else mentioned in below comments, if makes me feel like I’m working out with real people instead of some model showing off their body. My entire family follows your work out videos and we all love it.

  • This is totally the longest workout I’ve ever done. I kinda thought it’s gonna be all HIIT (I blame the volume of music I’ve played), so I thought I would do half and leave half for tomorrow. Then I thought I won’t be able to do even the half, but then it changed and wow, I finished it all. I mean, with almost quitting 4 times and getting bored after an hour (that ADD…), but dang, it feels nice. So, me and Backstreet Boys #workoutcomplete

  • Hello! Greetings from Italy!!! I am 47 old and I use to exercise 5 or 4 days per week. I just discovered yoru videos as I was missing my gym routine (gym here in Milano is closed:-( in August), so I did this one today and another one last monday. This workout is very hard for the tighs, but except for this (probably I am not so strng there), I enjoyed very much and never get annoyed. For me it’s great to exercise my body and my english! I feel very good now after I finished, just relaxing. I really thank you for your excellent videos, I like you are down to eath and unpretentious. Grazie!

  • guys..
u are a gamechanger… the impact u guys have made in my life with respect to fitness is something..and i mean every bit of what i said from the bottom of my heart..
can i do ur 1000 calorie work thrice through the week with a one day gap in between

  • I love Fitness Blender! They’re the only workout videos I have found that give people resonable exectations for their body and abilities! So important for teens like me!

  • You guys remind me of the real life, better looking version of characters Jim and Pam from The Office! Love your videos so much, SO MUCH. You must be genuine people to keep me coming back, no other program has ever worked. I went from 145 lbs with horrible diet and exercise habits and no figure to 105 lbs (I’m 4’11 it’s okay) of healthy, toned muscles. I am strong now mentally and physically thanks to you, thanks to access to your wonderful videos!

  • I only have 2 1kg weights so i held both of them in one hand and a 2 litre milk bottle filled with water in the other for the strength training
(most of the exercises were easy with them but still better than nothing)

  • Not even gonna lie I read the free form during the end of the workout for stretching as freedom. My brain stopped functioning by then

  • Could my birth control be preventing me from losing weight? I have been doing 5-6 of your workouts the past 4 weeks, I am very health conscious and eat a well rounded diet. I would say I have about 10 pounds of unwanted weight, mostly focused in the belly area. Before fitness blender I was exercising but definitely not challenging myself as much as I have been. Any other thoughts on what my problem may be?! Thank you

  • I did this one the day before leaving for a vacation. It was awesome! I wanted to go all in before I went, as I won’t be able to workout with you guys whilst on my vacation. I can go jogging and things like that but I won’t have access to your videos and that makes me so sad. My bf jokes about me being so upset about not being able to workout with you guys but I will seriously miss it so much in these two weeks!

  • i actually started doing your workouts to lose weight and body fat, but by doing your workouts im getting more fit and more in shape. you guys are so kind and helpful, THANK YIU

  • oh y god this was so fun that I finished it so easily and actually feel more energized! Thank you fitness blender for making me enjoy workouts again

  • I wanted to do the strength and the core portion of this routine. I’ve been working out for 7 years and for the first time I forgot to do a warmup! And let me tell you I noticed it super quickly (when I was doing the deadlifts)! Anyway awesome workout!

  • Love FitnessBlender and just decided I wanted to look into buying some dumbbells, but the link here goes to a site that doesn’t exist anymore! Anyone got any dumbbell recommendations from personal experience?

  • Hi there,
I love you exercises and do them 5 times a week. I’ve been wondering is it okay to eat little between breaks, and how long I have to wait till I can continue? Since after brutal workout my mind tends to blackout and I might faint, I eat REALLY much yet I have really petite body with strong legs. But If I tank up calories to body in between breaks I have no problem to continue.

  • I get soooo obsessive about calories burnt and eaten, it’s bad I’m far to paranoid.:s it’s hard to let go. After losing 100 lbs I worry about even gaining the slightest bit of weight back, which is silly because my weight will go up with muscle gain lol

  • When they were talking about the 1 move we hate the only thing i was thinking about is how much i HATE high knees….then they’re like ok, up next is high knees!

  • Did half the HIIT and all abs. Next time I’ll do remaining half of the HIIT and strength.

    Workout incomplete 04.10.2018 6.34 PM. #FBFit

  • hi, i did one of your videos everyday, so it’s not a problem right? i thought i read somewhere that i have to skip a day but i can’t, it’s just a necessity to me:)

  • Really happy with this Pilates and Cardio mixthe exercises work really well together! Thanks a lot for this…really happy to find Fitness Blender videos like this!

  • Feelimg a little under the weather today. I modified most of the HIIT section. Didn’t do upper body strength though.

    Workout complete 25.08.2019 8.08 AM #FBFitRound2

  • Best thing about Fitness Blender is they provide their videos for free of charge. All these other videos I’ve found only show you a few workouts and then want you to buy their little plan.

Thank You, Fitness Blender for helping me better be in shape for 2014!

  • I really enjoy working out with the two of you, you make me smile when you joke, and I didn’t know how important it is to stretch after exercising. I can tell I’ve been skipping it for a while, thanks Daniel for mentioning it, I did stretch this time.:D

  • love thsi routine, been doing it for a week now and i’m seeing progress on my thighs, butt and belly.. love how she’s calmly cheering on you when u workout lol

  • I Love this workout!! I’ve done it multiple times. You’re so cute together and I laugh with you every time you do videos together. And thank you for introducing HIIT to me!! I had never tried it before I found your channel. Good work guys!

  • I live in Jamaica and I loveeeeeeeeee you guys…. the great relationship you have and these amazing workouts that I do religiously… you guys made me fall in love with fitness and my body is transforming nicely… #workoutcomplete

  • Just did it! 2018! I had to stop for a minute a couple of times in the HIIT portion but I finished!:D Proud of myself! Thank you K&D to make me feel this GREAT after all that HARD work!

  • I hate cardio but love pilates, I can see myself doing this 3 times a week. It’s perfect for people who hate long cardio routine exercise.

  • does anyone else have the sudden urge to nuclear bomb the toilet right after this workout? or is it just my fat and flabs having a riot to stop the mass murder of them?

  • At the beginning of last year I was 155 lbs and very out of shape. Forget touching my toes, I could barely touch my kneecaps! With the help of workouts like this, yoga, and water intake; I am now 115 lbs. Before you freak out I am 5’2 so that is a healthy weight. If there are any tips I could give I would strongly suggest doing the gallon challenge! I started it at the beginning and I have not looked back!

  • Never have I felt more relieved to see that “workout complete” than I felt today. You guys are amazing. I’d love to know if any of you eat or drink anything as a pre or post workout? One of my goals is to build muscle so I want to get as informed as possible.

  • I finished the workout. Yey! Thanks for the video. But I could not help laughing at the look on Daniel’s face in the second round of the ‘calf raise + ventral raise’.
Ive done this work out a number of times and i always find myself laughing at that point.

  • This almost-magical weight loss method melts fat faster than any powders, pills, or potions. Copy and Paste into Google Fat Blast Furnace to find out more.

  • Thanks for all your videos. I like the variety, intensity, and simplicity. Can you just confirm one doubt I had.
So in other words, since I’m 6’3″, 242 lbs. with 20% fat, and doing a few more reps than you do in the videos, I’m probably burning more than your max. Right?

  • I love when you do the workout together, it makes it more entertaining! I happily substituted alternating lunges for another pullover.:) Also yes, star jumps are evil, but I don’t know lizard hops. This was my first time seeing spider push ups, they were fun.

  • I’ve done this routine many times (my first 1000 cal workout was this) and each time I’ve been beat at the end but today I breezed through it and I’m so surprised! This time I deliberately tried to do things slower (if needed) but right until the stoppig time. Usually I can manage until 4-3 seconds. And idk if that made a difference but I’m feeling great! The second round of abs I couldn’t even feel! I’m wondering if I’ve passed out in a fever dream or what’s happening lol

  • Six years since you released this awesome workout throwback sunday!
Ah, the beauty of your workouts. You know and I know and we all know, you don’t actually lose weight or change your body within one and a half hour.
But I sure FEEL so much better right now!!

  • this felt like a war against my mind. i was so many times tempted to just skip to the cool down. but with a lot of willpower and disciplin i made it all the way through!:)
partly took short breaks inbetween repititions but it was great anyway. since i don’t have any dumbells or weights at home, i just improvised by wrapping kitchen towels around a jar or rice and one jar of couscous. was definitly enough weight to work with.
you guys are so awesome to share these killer sessions with us completely free. working out with you has become part of my life now:)
    love fitnessblenderfamily <3

  • Thank you! You are the best! Simple yet effective! And you have the most luminous face and radiant smile, which makes it pleasurable to work. And it is all free!!?

  • Halfway through the cardio part my legs got so sore I had to fight every move:D but after the strength part I got so much energy that I did another workout and some yoga stretches! Thank you for the amazing videos, I’ve been doing them periodically when I get bored of the gym. These workouts with the right spotify playlist really boost my mood during quarantine:)

  • Now that I am 50ish some of these exercises are getting more challenging. Like the backward lunges my knees don’t like them. Is there a good substitue? I have been doing side to side with a small hop, raise knee second hold. Those are fine. Thoughts?

  • It’s been proven true no one likes high knees ahaha. This was definitely a challenging workout and I was very tired at the end of it, so mission accomplished:D My legs are definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow! Thank you:)

  • Has anyone doing this workout seen results in becoming more toned especially in the waistline? I love her 10 min glute workout but I’m definitely intrigued by this one as well.

  • I love the combination of Pilates and HIIT because it works the whole body so well. I am a sweaty mess This routine is going into my favorites!

  • I’m 15 and I’m using my moms phone because my phone is charging. I’m doing this because I want to lose weight and there always telling me I’m overweight. I want to prove my parents wrong so I’m doing this for me to to be healthy

  • Thank you so much for keeping me fit! You guys are amazing! Just down and dirty workouts with no music or other unnecessary distractions! Love it!

  • Great workout. I felt burned out by the end and worked my whole body. My Garmin says I burned 465 calories, but no worries about that. I am sure with the afterburn I will continue to burn the rest of the day. Thanks again for this. It has been a year since I put my feet inside a gym.

  • Best workout for that time of the month. It feels so counter intuitive to move your body when you’re bloaty and crampy, but after this workout, I feel almost normal again.

  • I just tried one of your workouts! And I love it. (: and a question.. I am 15, and I am near 120-124 pounds I’m 5’2 height. I do blogilates, and do walk regularly during the day. I be doing these at least 5 days a week. How much should I be eating? and you mentioned in video you should be doing different exercises everyday. Should I do cardio for two days and say for legs and abs and arms for two days? Sorry for all this questions! I just want to start toning my areas because I had lost so much weight, and wanna get toned in the areas where I have extra skin at..

  • i did it. the more exercise you do, the more you get used to it so it won’t be that tough but omg i feel so good after this workout

  • Amazing workout Kelly! I feel so energized once I finish a workout! Definitely in need of a shower but your workouts always make me feel so good!
