  • U should redo the vid. The crunches are a mess, u do them with momentum and always lift your lower back from the floor, puts a lot of stress onto this area. And the plank u overstretch the head (the push-ups were correctly performed). And the wall sit: the butt has to go down further, so its convinient. sorry, bro.

  • This is bad because there is NO timer and NO music. It’s just a white guy jumping up and down and yelling breathlessly. Workout would be great though.

  • If you are able to speak while doing exercises, it is likely not Tabata you’re doing. You should always be close to your max heart rate, like when you do sprints.

  • I LOVE this workout!!! With gyms being closed, this has been my go to. I’ve tried so many other workouts but nothing gets me as sweaty as this one, I burn about 320-350 calories in 45 minutes! (I am 5’5, 155 pounds). I gained weight from not working out for a good 3 months, and have been doing this pretty consistently for the past month and a half, down 5 pounds!! WOOOO!   • I just pretty much completed this!! ( thought I was going to die on round 3!!) this for me is epic, I only started the PE with Joe about 7 weeks ago, and have continued with various Joe Wicks work outs on youtube. I am not an exercise lover, but it has made me exercise 4 times a week, I’ve got on bike, have been jogging while my girls scoot/bike ride. I have changed my eating habits and I feel so much more energised and healthy. Thanks Joe for the kick up the bum I needed:)

  • Its unique. The exercises are cool and even if you dont go to sports, you can make them. Its achievable for everyone and after that, you feel great

  • if you are not used to HIIT workouts then these exercises are good for you, trust me your heart rate would spike like crazy but if you incorporate HIiT in your daily routine then these exercises are good for warmup. but thanks!

  • I just did this workout and i just had to comment, I loved it SO much, i highly recommend Reneir, I have been working out on his videos on popsugar channel and my butt i swear look different, I love staring at it:)).
    But on a serious note, I have been working out from home on videos from popsugar fitness for 6 years now and I love it so much, I love Anna a lot and when i just am not in mood to workout all i have to do it to open a video with her and my mood instantly changes, you gotta love her energy and smile. This is by far the best workout channel, with the best trainers! Huge thanks for your constant great work!
