  • of course u can do pushups, you’re able to do pushups from an early age. I suggest you start increasing your strength by doing assisted push-ups, then half-pushups till you can do normal push-ups. you’ll know when to progress from these stages when the two earlier exercises mentioned becomes too easy. after u see your self doing 40-50 or 100 push-ups progress to others like diamond and so forth.

  • I’m 20 years old, i was training 6-7 years until i had 15 years, than i stopped. I’m so unhappy that i stopped training football for my team, i literally would cry. My dream is to play football, not to work for someone like i do now. I’m starting right now again to train on myself and i will join some team in the second league of my country, and hope to later on make it better and better. I have good talent for football i feel that, i was playing really good as a kid and i’m good at football already now just i’m lack of stamina(i can’t run that much for long time).   • Tbh, one of the things that got me running fit was tag and handball at school. For tag you got a lot of stamina and handball games got very intense and improves agility and reaction time

  • If possible in the morning or around lunch. Make sure you are eating healthy and drinking lots of water if you are training x2 or more a day.

    Just 2/3 sets because u do 20 seconds and 10 seconds rest so you have already got have of your breath back and also doing 2/3 sets of 1 minute would definitely help ur fitness

  • Pull ups on the cross bar? Ummm, nope.  I like your stuff, but between the occasional swear word and then dumb stuff like this, I cannot recommend them to my players.

  • @TheRyanQ Haha I dont know about that. Carpel tunnel usually comes form using your finger joints too much (like typing, texting, or writing). Push ups on your fists are great though… to develop strong wrists.

  • Advise similar speeds drills with balls at feet. It’s a different world players should get familiar with. Makes the religion a lot simpler when comfortable with ball at feet.

  • I love doing fitness! Every time when I have individual training, first thing that I do after warm up is fitness. One day I do speed and agility drills, second day endurance(stamina) and before doing sprints I do coordination drill and sprint after that… After all this I do with ball, sometimes I do fitness with ball because sometimes when you don’t have so much time it is good and faster to do with ball.
