Note though that being in the zone is not all about activity and energy, you will learn how relaxation and ‘me-time’ are essential components of a Zone-Full existence. When you are fully immersed in The Zone, life becomes a breeze and takes on a magical quality. You feel and know as if you have fully arrived for the first time.

Every day I entered the zone twice through its semi-porous borders — once in the early afternoon, and again after sundown, staying until the wee hours. Crime has surged inside and outside the zone. According to Csikszentmihalyi, the secret to getting “in the zone” is the Goldilocks principle: not too hot, not too cold. You want to feel inspired, but not overwhelmed. We can.

Hi all. Just wondering if any of you know if there is any such thing as eating too few calories, are you successful staying under budget or do most stay within the zone. I’m also wondering if it’s enough calories when using the harder level. My weight loss has stalled, I’ve been under budget even at. Heart Rate Zones Both zones are designed to keep your heart rate within your target range.

Your target heart rate ranges from 50 to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate states the American Heart Association. If you exercise in the fat burning zone, your heart rate stays in the lower end of the range, not exceeding 70 percent. Foodsby helps me stay productive because they take the guesswork out of lunch. • Flow/zone is when your subconscious unlocks your inner skills in an absolute moment…not all people realize it…it’s the genius inside us thats waiting to be utilized…

  • The highest state of flow I’ve reached while gaming was so intence that even my blood left my legs for going to the head. It was magnificent, I was one thing with the game

  • What i get is that when i went into the flow
    1. I stress or get pressured from enemy or my teammates
    2. I relaxed and play the game(?) Like i kinda dont give a fuck?
    3. Suddenly won the game with me being top fraggin.

  • That was freaky as hell I honestly lost control of my body I was playing a game called xenoverse 2 and it was like I was watching someone else play cause I fought in a style that isn’t mine creepy but cool

  • The zone is honestly amazing. I’m a swimmer and when I get in it, I get chills all over my body then I feel no pain at all and I feel so strong it’s insane what a good mindset does to you.

  • I’ve had an issue with a specific game where losing would cause me to become extremely salty and toxic. I need a way to keep from that, will this guide help that?

  • This helps a lot. Just the other day I was -1 going into 9th hole I was thinking about the score too much and double bogeyed. Gotta work on that. This vid will help thx

  • Like ◀ Espero puedas ayudarme en mi canal si puedes subo un contenido parecido pero me gustaría si pudieras ayudarme y si no es así de todos modos seguiré dando Like

  • Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (google it)? It is a smashing one off guide for learning how to hack your flow state minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

  • To be in the zone, you must first be comfortable. Breathe in, put on something that makes you feel empowered. Once you feel empowerment, you go into your zone. Relaxation before gaming sensation.:3

  • Sir I am a big fan of you from a long time. In which country do you live I want to meet you.pIease tell me i will come from Pakistan to meet you

  • I entered the zone few times when I was paying beatsaber. My mind felt so empty and clear, times seems to be moving slower and I can see the whole area. That was an awesome feeling but its rarely useable in multiplayer cause you don’t have time to focus and going with the team.

  • do you like have to listen to this or can you do other things while listening to this? like watching a video, playing online games, etc.

  • I think I get it now.. The difficulty of pieces corresponds with your state of mind. So pieces like Fur Elise, (all Chopin now:) waltz in A minor, and nocturne in C# minor aren’t difficult on a fundamental level. The dynamics make them harder too, definitely. Your expression. But you also have to realize the people who play these pieces the best rarely look at what they’re doing. Like impromptu op 66, which is fucking crazy from where I see it now. Those people developed an understanding of the piece that was incredibly deep and put themselves in a state of mind of looking past the difficulty and “becoming” the music. The flow.

I feel this when I play prelude in E minor alone, but I wonder if I’ll ever be able to feel it on a Nocturne or two one day

  • The Zone is when we use our Alpha brainwaves. Alpha is when you are relaxed e.g. 9pm after work when you’re chilling, your brain fires mostly in Alpha. Normally when youre in beta the brain is functioning on a high frequency which should be learning mode not performance.

Hogan used to prepare in the locker room by doing things like tieing shoes at half speed.

  • Hey Jeff…I have an idea for a future vid…I am loving Yuseef Kamaal-Black Focus (nu-jazz?) I would love to know how they get that deep clear funky bass sound to sit in the mix. And a break down on Kamaal William’s/voicings chord structure-sounds-patchesetc etc would be AWEsome!:)

  • Aren’t Theta and Gamma waves most optimal while the Flow Sates?
I also though that Beta waves are for a struggle/stress response. So it seems like Flow state music/beats should trigger Theta and Gamma waves.

  • So you’re telling me “The Zone” exists I knew it man, there’s no way I pop off one game for 30 kills and then the next I just throw completely

  • I’ve only been able to enter the ultimate zone (which is 100%) a few times in my entire life and they’ve all been out of nowhere. I think to get in the zone you have to be really focused on what you’re doing, relaxed, composed and you need to have a goal in mind.
The last time I’ve been able to enter into this zone was 2 years ago and ever since then I’ve only been able to experience little moments of the zone when I am focused doing chores or playing games. It’s a really good feeling.

  • I was anxious about this transcription I had to perform for Studio and I suddenly decided the weekend before the performance that I would start a completely different transcription. The new transcription was much easier but still pushing my ear and my technique. I think I found a flow state with it.

  • Best pre-workout ritual:
    >Jerk off (try and keep session under 20min)
    >Mix preferred Pre-workout supplement
    >Turn on some pump music (I recommend dethklok or Slipnot)
    >Git in shower, then turn cold on
    >when bass drops drink Pre-workout
    >Pre-workout and Cold Water shock send your body into endorphin fueled rage
    >Proceed to self harm via high intensity training
    >Mom’s Spaghetti

  • Often whenever I’m losing at games, the most recent one being valorant, I find that not having a giving up mentality helps enter a flow state. If you consistently do shit, that doesn’t mean it’s a bad day, it means it’s time to hunker down and immerse yourself. Not to win or lose, but to get into the best zone you can.

  • I am not sleeping right now as i should be, this video is something distracting that I’m just doin before I’m gonna sleep and watching YouTube was originally just something I was gonna do before my homework, gets depressed by the first 4 points because i failed them and therefore failed the point of staying possitive and went out of the moment bc i write this, just watched the workout part and gets even more depressed bc i train to little and defineatly doesn’t get “hyped up” which was the next point… Now Im gonna rush this and post it asap bc THE comment gets too long

  • If you find yourself in your head thinking about other things. The practice session is either too boring or too stressful. Time should just be flying by.

  • I remember I went into a game and tried not to other think anything, I started hitting 1 taps constantly. Over pressuring causes failure

  • honestly this happened to me before one day I was reading a book in class about 10-30 minutes before lunch and i kept getting more focused on the book then the class and eventually I couldn’t even hear anything but accept me reading the book in my mind until my classmate tapped me and said it was time for lunch

  • I think I know what they mean by “being like water”. Water does not change on its own, which would be considered “action”. Water changes when an outside force acts upon it, which is considered “reaction”.

Reaction is the most important quality in achieving a flow state; Do not act, but react instead.

  • * me enters flow state and 1v3 clutched*

    Me: woah

clutch situation again 1v4 but fails the 1v1

    F U C K

next round and later rounds cant kill shit

  • In the begining he showed a picture. of Him being super Saiyan as a example of being in the zone and I realized super Saiyan if the opposite if you wanna be in the zone don’t rage he should have putted ui cuz ui is based on the zone but no offense I just wanna point that out as a DB fan

  • There is a difference between asking “Am I in flow/In the zone” in a fearful way and having awareness that you are in flow. The latter is fine because you don’t cling to it. A little bit deeper we could say that the concept of “the zone” is wrong because it reflects your idea of “the” zone an idea formed from earlier experience. Its always flowing you see but it’s up to you to be in that flow where you can take your creativity through the roof.

  • You want to know how to actually enter this state?
It’s not about meditation or feeling
It’s about becoming unaware of your thoughts
    Do not cling to thought
    Do not cling to ideas
Instead, let your thoughts wander without control, don’t try to suppress them that won’t work
You have to cling to nothing
You can’t cling to the last thought, and you can’t predict your future thoughts
Just let them flow, and your higher self will take control.

  • I used something similar to this and played a good game of soccer. I’m going to give this ago and I’ll let you know the result. Hat trick I Hope

  • I think I accidentally entered flow state once because when I normally get 0-2 kills at most per round (in Valorant) I got 2 headshots + 1 kill, and I didn’t even realize it.

  • I enterd the zone once in csgo 1v5 and I only had a pistol all my kills at the end of it was a head shot ever since that I would make quicker and faster plays but sadly not as much since im kinda forcing myself into the zone

  • i dont care wether i win or lose
if my score is good, lose streaks are fine, if my score is bad in win streaks, i dont accept the victory.

  • Imagine how beautiful is the game when you play game as hard and as fast as Titanfall 2 a d u manage to make enemy team go from full titans to none and make it soo u stomp them soo hard half of them will just leave and all of this in 3min I had this for example today I joined late, map glitch titan: Ronin, ability: grapple, main: softball, throable: fire star in Les than 3 min I wiped the floor with enemies as a pilot I kiled 2 titans then entered Ronin and cleaned them all and all of this with perfect speed 40-60km/h while in pilot state and with Ronin I managed to doge enemy schorch and tone cores by executing their friend (u Don’t take dm as a titan when you are executing doomed titan) but I must say my ego was hight because as I entered and saw the points I wrote: ok it’s time to clutch and when my Ronin droped I wrote: and now u die. Soo well that thing that ego is of is not really true, or I still didn’t enter flow state that’s also possible

  • Tips to help you get into the zone:
    Set yourself a goal.
    Belive in yourself.
    Focus good as you can.
    Remove background distractions.
    Force yourself to be positive.
    Don’t give up.

Maybe also crab a cup of good coffee 😉

  • WRONG!: If you really feel down, then address the root of the cause and seek professional help if required. However, for any minor worries, don’t let it get you down and these pointers will generally help.

  • Me entering the flow state killing almost everyone on search and destroy Random kid in the corner with a 725: im about to end this mans whole career.

  • Helps to develop a routine that takes you through the different focus points you made (wind, yardage, seeing and feeling the shot). The routine helps me to GET IN THE ZONE AUTO ZONE

  • If the body could somehow shut down the brain temporarily and use just muscle memory we would be unstoppable. Imagine being in the zone whenever you want. We are so capable but our brain shuts us down.

  • Flow state for me is a rare thing, but I have never been able to manually make it happen. You have to not even think of the idea of flow state, because even that takes up space in your mind. When flow state happens, I feel like I almost know everything is happening. For example, I will talk about it in terms of the game Valorant. When I enter “flow state”, I don’t even think about what I am doing, I just know what to do and do it. Every sound, movement, thought, and more are precise, and basically never wrong. My mind takes small queues, and without consciously thinking about it, I know I am right. Feel free to share what you all feel it is like, I am genuinely curious to hear.

  • Great vid about flow state and really worked was losing a game hard but followed these tips and made me step up my game quite a bit and managed to carry my team to victory

  • One day, I required the Flow. My brother was on the Xbox. I was staring at his face. He threw a punch but I caught it before his arm could extend.

  • I still remember one saturday where i played Oblivion and the whole day i was in a state of flow and it was the best playing session ive ever had, hence why i still remember it 7 years later.

  • Bro, i want to thank you sooo much! I was with one foot into the friendzone. But i watched like 3 of your vids per day. Used a lot of your tips and finally managed to get her on a Date. I’ve started as the sterotypical nice guy. And ended up as a Demigod! Thanks dad!

  • Is it normal to start breathing heavily during the beginning and also, are you able to listen to it and then enter the game/sport you are doing or do you listen to it WHILE you are in the game/sport? Question 2 has been answered as I read you comments but still, there is question 1.

  • OMFG i just relized something, when evver im playing valorant i believe i can win the game i win even if its at the start of the game, and when i dont believe i just fail miserebly

  • This works for me, when I do my warmup on csgo I listen this and I am full focus on warmup, after the music ends I am going to faceit csgo and I think that’s the ”zone”. I am top fragger every match and I have 30 kills per match most of them. But the zone works just maxim 10 rounds if you have good opponents and all rounds if you have weak opponents. You need to be very focus and think every move in matches

  • I can only think of one game that put me in Flow, and it’s basically just a really old grindy MMORPG which required 100% focus and some skill to kill stuff. I remember feeling completely empty in my head, no thoughts at all, and I just played without thinking about what I was doing, like breathing. Sounds corny but that’s how it felt.

  • all of the serious comments here are all from idiots who just got done watching “KUROKO NO BASKET ZONE *EPIC*” You guys are why people who watch anime are hated, just shut the fuck up

  • me; i wanna be at least decent

my brain: i have viewed 15 million possible things you could think of!

me: how many of those things will i think?

    my brain: all of them

  • Hey Gabe, I just want to let you know that what you are doing has helped me so much I have won the past two junior tournements and ow it all to you great job KEEP IT UP

  • I know how to get girls the problem is I’M HOMESCHOOLED and I don’t know where to find girls AT ALL please help you are the best at this

  • interesting concept, I feel I enter a certain flow state when I smoke weed and games primarily apex, tf2 and csgo. The weed helps shut off all brains functions except the straight muscle memory from playing games for years. It’s fun to watch myself just keep popping off and playing like I’m in perfect sync with my character, also my movement mirrors a perfect free flow of dodging and swirling. Now I am not unbeatable but I am completely focused on the game which can lead me to being baited or fooled. It’s quite a fun experience I recommend everyone to try it if they have good gaming muscle memory.

  • Yesterday I was in the zone like I was so focused and everything I did was right while playing soccer. I wasn’t even thinking I just did things and I scored a goal as a defender. I think the way to enter the zone is by trying to really focus on what’s going on at the moment.

  • idk why but i feel like i get in “the zone” the easiest when im playing Wrecking Ball from overwatch. Probably because of how fast paced he is.

  • this is what those kids supposedly felt back in 2010-2015 when playing fps

thats what they comment, “remember when other things didnt matter for you “

  • Im currently on my phone at night. 5 mins in everything went black besides my phone, the text from the comments i was reading was starting to disappear. I thought “am i in the zone as these people were calling it?” And then it all went back to normal.

  • I don’t know how but I think I entered it once while playing street ball with my friends. I usually have no handles whatsoever and can’t score layups but for some reason when I got the ball I just kinda…. I don’t know?
Did it? Like I just blew past the defender and made the layup. But it was for like 2 seconds. After that I couldn’t enter it the rest of the game and I was trash
