  • Good! I’m not there yet! Still on bouncing getting the form! My knee does always come back to proper position when I take footing off the rebounding!! I wonder if it’s the reboundertight to bounce— and it’s a cheap unit! But to start I guess it’s ok! Sure would like your input.

  • Awesome workout! A couple of questions…when you say 1 1/2 weights, is that kg or lbs? My smallest hand weight is 3 lbs which is around 1.5 kg. Can you put a timer in the corner for the 45 seconds? When I was holding my arms out with the weights to the side, I thought I was going to die. If I saw only 5 seconds left, it would help as I would know that I could stick it out I did stick it out, by the way! Also, you have had both a spring rebounder and now a bungee. I have a Cellerciser and I find I am out of sync with you sometimes, do you think spring vs bungee is the difference? Keep up the great work!

Afterwards to get in some extra time I did the day 5 of your home series and my arms felt weightless.:-) Then finished up with the 7 min bounce fit add on the two of you did.   • Claire, your abs weren’t “literally” on fire. If your abs were literally on fire, you wouldn’t be calmly marching on your trampoline, leading us through the end of the workout; you’d be in an ambulance being rushed to the emergency room. So, your abs were figuratively on fire…….and mine were too, so, good workout.:)
