When i asked “we should really get protein powder:)” she replied with “no, there is bad stuff in protein powder.” I don’t know what to do but Im 14 am I able to buy the powder at cvs?

  • Thanks for the help, but if your trying to gain weight I wouldn’t suggest using it as a meal replacement I would suggest eating at least three meals a day and drink this
