  • Hi Ashley, I really want to stay on keto but my sleep is really awful…have been on it for nearly 6 weeks but don’t think I can carry on…also ketone smell bad…have tried eating some more carbs and both symptoms have pretty much subsided…Keto may not be for me…any advice?

  • I’m so excited to have seen this! I just started keto 2 days ago and have been constantly looking up success stories to keep me motivated.

  • You definitely inspired me. I gained so much weight after giving birth last December and was not able to get back. I’m about 66 kilos and too heavy for a 5’2 me. I’ll start counting calories beginning today and hopefully by October I’m back to 113 lbs.

  • Very inspiring! Starting my journey. As a man, the weight initially dropped VERY fast. I’m now @ a plateau. I’ve gone of track in past attempts when this has happened. I refuse to do it this time! Congrats to you and your beautiful family!

  • I was searching for tips on how to start my keto diet and came across your beginners tips, which led me to this video. This video has definitely hit home and gives me hope. I am at my all time high of 217 lbs size 14-16 in pants and I have 3 kids at home.. My husband has a similar body shape as yours when he started. We have committed to starting monday the 9th so we have time get a work out schedule and meal plan setup. I look forward to going thru all of your videos. Thank you!!!

  • Hey girl. Love your content. I tried to sign up for the “free 30 day” however your website won’t allow me to unless I put my personal info in… including my credit card number and I don’t like websites setup like that. Wondering if theirs a less personal and kind of pushy way to sign up? (There is a promo code bar?) and or how do I get my email off your website list?

  • omg, I am so glad I found you. I am just starting the keto lifestyle and found you when i searched keto. We have the same body type, similar weight gain experiences, and I think you are also a planner girl! I also loved seeing your post baby belly during all of the progress and after photos, it gives me such hope for mine! Thank you so much for putting your journey out there, I am so excited to start mine!

  • Am in kenya am really trying to loose weight I give up when i check my weight and find that AV not loosed any weight or I have even added more. Can help me start again?

  • I’m a breastfeeding mom it’s so hard to get the right information when you are breastfeeding after my 3th child I don’t feel myself at all need to get on track as fast as possible because I just gain weight with breastfeeding also.. someone who got tips to kickstart? Or where I can find good information for breastfeeding moms? Would love to hear it

  • Liezl, I always love what you have to say! I was small, like you. 5 feet 2 inches 120 pounds until after high school. I stopped taking care of myself and went up to 170. The thing is, I was eating healthy too, so I didn’t understand why I was gaining weight! I have tried so hard to loose weight and I love your videos. They remind me that health is NUMBER ONE and weight loss is a result of that. Please make a video about how you became a popular YouTube influencer. I would love to hear that story!

  • To Clarify she took ketone while breastfeeding? I’m breastfeeding my second and haven’t lost a single pound! But he was in the nicu so things were stressful. With my first I lost 65lbs with her!

  • Just like her, after having my second baby I gained alot of weight and ended up at 215 pounds. Trying to get at my normal weight of 135. The biggest fear of losing weight is the saggy skin.

  • No one needs exogenous ketones. Absolutely not. They literally do nothing. Your body is intelligent enough to create its own ketones and you need it to, to lose weight. A drink isn’t the same thing. Save your money, friends.

  • You look amazing Brittany,I followed keto & lost around 10kg.I looked & felt so good but unfortunately I went out of track and started adding carbs & sugar every now and then and here I am having gained another 5kg & depressed.I just hope I get the motivation back,I hate myself for giving in and having carbs.I’m born lazy that’s my fate

  • I have many of the same symptoms of you. I have PCOS and am pre diabetic and am on the Eat to Live Diet. I just ordered the book you recommended. My husband is losing much more than me too. I have fibromyalgia too. New subscriber.

  • I did keto diet for 3 days and I was starving it felt like I haven’t eaten in 3 years but I lost 4 pounds which did encourage me to keep going. I’m not eating white bread, rice and potatoes anymore. No sweets no cake and no ice cream.

  • Thanks to you I really think I’m going to do this… I’m super nervous because I’ve tried before but I got off track but this time I want it to be different.

  • I started at 208 and now I’m at 170! I don’t even look that much different and that’s probably because my workout routines weren’t consistent at all so now I’m not happy with my body and still have a gut:( whoever is reading this, don’t be like me Chief! Be consistent with your workouts and make sure your BODY FAT percent goes down and not just your weight or else you will end up like me and be close to ur goal weight but still look fat. Much love to the people that read this and I hope that I’ve helped someone or can come back to this video to say I’ve reached my true goal.

  • Today I ate around 1200 calories

A bowl of porridge with a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter

Lunch a medium bag of chips with a little vinegar and a pinch of salt with an apple

  • In other videos you said that a pound is a pound, and that muscle doesn’t weigh more than fat… but here you say that you might go up in weight when you do more weight training initially? Can you please explain this part?

  • Wow what an amazing transformation! And her abdomen looks really good, no obvious loose skin. I only had one pregnancy and never weighed more than 200 lb and I still have excess skin around my abdomen. Ugh..im so jealous

  • It’s really weird. Since I can remember I struggled with weight. Since a couple of years I have struggled with depression, too. Now after a year of therapy I have started really enjoying food and not just to comfort eat. That lead to more weight gain and now after a really delicious time of eating what I want without worrying I decided to eat healthier and calorie restricted. It works well and I feel like I have control over my eating habits for the first time since I was 12. Not denying a treat from time to time but then I choose to eat it

  • Thank you for the inspiration. I’m looking into WW and found your video whiles doing some research. I think I will try WW. New subbie, thank you again I’m very inspired

  • She looks amazing! I do have one question… a couple of times in the video she says that she ate between 40 to 50 NET carbs. Was that a mistake and she meant total carbs?? At 140 lb I’m doing weight maintain and my recommended daily carbs is 23 net, 40 to 50 seems awfully high.

  • Lady you have to check this out

    https://womanuniverse.net/after-dropping-10-dress-sizes-a-woman-shares-her-tips-for-healthy-weight-loss/

  • This is so inspiring!!!! I’m at my heaviest 398 I am keto lifestyle now I try to stay at 15 to 20 ney carbs a day and i work out 2 times a week.

  • drink a lot of water then u won’t be hungry and it helps u lose weight too and drink hot water to be full yur welcome and try chloe tings exercises

  • I wanna know more about ketones ♥️ i saw someone post that on their insta stories but i dont really understand how that works or if its safe for everyone?? And if it makes a big difference

  • i’m always very skeptical of these diet channels but your channel is so real and non-bullshit and your personality is so wonderful!! thank you so much for all these great videos
(p.s. unrelated and maybe irrelevant but you’re also soooo pretty omg i’m lowkey so jealous haha)

  • You have the gift of teaching girl! I wish I had listened to you back in April when I finally jumped on the WW app after journaling!

  • Honey I hope you can explain to us about your stubborn fat areas! Or maybe talk specificly about reducing arm fat and which type of exercises have you done thank you! Much love ♥️♥️♥️

  • I just found this channel yesterday and I LOVE it!! I’ve fought my weight nearly my whole life and tried all the same things and got nothing. Or I would do something really extreme and lose a lot and then it would come right back on plus more. The most success I had was with calorie counting, just like you, and I had the same frustration! Every meal was this whole research project/math equation. This point system you talked about has inspired me to try again. Thank you so much!

  • I can really relate to your story. I put on weight suddenly a few years ago and have struggled to keep it off. I even just gave up. I’m 5ft 1 and I was 9st 12 which doesn’t sound like much as you said about your weight before losing it. Some people look fine with it but on my small frame I looked bigger than people with more weight. I decided to do OMAD and lost a stone in 30 days but I came to a stall and switched to keto. Keto had worked really well for me before but I’ve only lost 5lbs in just over 3 weeks probably mostly water weight! But I have no energy it makes me feel ill. I’ve learnt a lot from your videos so now I will transition off of keto and try some of your recipes. I’m like you I really enjoy to write diet plans now I’m binge watching all your videos!

  • Great explanation. I guess I must be on a different plan. Only veggies and fruit are 0 points for me. Chicken, beans, fish etc do cost me points. Hmmm? Do you know why that is?

  • Omg get to the point!! All of these videos not just her but they go on and on in these long introductions five minutes wasted over small talk. She seems very nice and videos are helpful but all of these Videos on YouTube in beginning only no need for all the chit chat

  • I had some many problems with bloating in the past. And I found out that eating too often even if they are small meals they raise our cortisone levels and messes with out sugar levels and digestion. Since I’ve adopted Intermitent fasting with only 2 big meals (fewer ingredients less carbs more fat) and a small simple snack I feel perfectly fine. I sleep better I don’t have cravings and I’m not bloated and moody.

  • Where can I get NAT and do u have a link on how to start keto and what to do and not to do? This is a struggle I can’t get it together. Do I just wake up start lol

  • Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for “getting fit after 40” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Fanlevi Immaculate Eradicator ( search on google )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

  • I have been trying to do this and always fail. cant seem to give up white rice but now am motivated after watching this vid. thank you so much! I will try again at my 55 young years.

  • Heyyy I’m from Botswana, no wonder your accent sounded so familiar. Btw I am 5’3 and I’ve lost 6.5kgs so far and you’re a great big reason for it all working out! I had the working out side down but never lost the weight bc I guess I was lost when it came to nutrition/diet. YOU MADE IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME THANK YOU SO MUCH!♥️

  • Btw, a lot of people call themselves “nutritionists” without even studying nutrition; just make sure when taking advice from someone, it’s someone who has actual experience in the field!!

  • Yes, I agree with you about calories! I have been very successful with my weight when counting them. Our weight loss journeys are similar except that my weight gain was due to pregnancy and I never did the whole diet fads. I’m 5 ft 1 inch and about 3 years after my son was born I reached 157 pounds and was trying to get pregnant again. So I decided to try losing weight and went straight to counting calories. I got the same looks and still to this day do when I says I eat between 1200 and 1600 calories a day. People look at you like your starving yourself and I say…look at how short I am…I’m just a small framed person! Counting calories works great plus it holds me accountable so I don’t over indulge in treat type foods. I even counted during breastfeeding my 2nd and 3rd babies and I just upped my calories and I made plenty of milk and lost tons of fat, my smallest size was when I was nursing. When I stopped nursing my body naturally went back up about 5 or so pounds. I had so a hip injury a few years ago and have since gotten out of the habbit of counting calories and couldn’t exercise so I’m back to counting again. I also let the whole if you eat right you don’t need to count play in my head and the just this one time we can treat yourself. Well I’m going back to my way of losing weight taking with me to new things I’ve learned along the way! This was a great video thanks for sharing, only thing I didn’t like was the music play in the background the whole time. It was hard to hear you and stay focused. I just don’t like videos when music is playing in the background while someone is talking it’s just brain overload!

  • This is an amazing story!!! You two look freakin’ AWESOME, and you both have worked so hard! Your videos are helping and inspiring so many people! Thanks for being real and sharing your story, wishing you guys all the best!!!!!

  • im 13 and I am 135.8 lb terrible and I try to lose weight a lot I just recently went to the doctor and my doctor told me to exercise more my parents do have a machine (elliptical) and I try every free time I get exercising on there the problem is I don’t have that much time and I’m going to stop you there I know older people are going to say “oh you just play on you computer all day.” or ” you have time you just dont use it well.” i dont play on the computer mostly when I use the computer I look up vids like theses or go to youtube music to listen to calming music after a stressful day WAIT ( people are going to say “KIDS DONT HAVE STRESS!!!!!!” hahaha well let me tell you my friend first of all I have insomnia problems (nightmares, can’t sleep, or other things usually these nightmares are about my whole family dying and me being the only one alive seeing their lifeless (sometimes bloody)corpses laying down infront of me if you dont get that much sleep it releases stress hormones, second my parent are always fighting even about little things once my mother tried to make my father stab her and when he didn’t she tried to go to the kitchen and stab herself I stopped her, third my sister who is trying to go back to college is never around my brother who is two years younger than me ( four years in mental age) is alway playing on his games with headphones and never hears or sees anything I do and never gets hurt mentally or physically in the middle of their fights, fifth I only shower once, sometimes even twice every week sixth my dad has PTSD my mom has Minor depression seventh I have GAD, depression, and trama music and art is one of my only escapes (ALL THIS IS DIAGNOSED BY A PROFESSIONAL I DID NOT DIAGNOSE MYSELF OR MY FAMILY FOR ANY MENTAL ILLNESS MY MOTHER CALLED A FAMILY THERAPIST AND WE WENT TO A OFFICE) my sister is addicted to drugs my dad even found real cocaine in her room (I have seen it myself) I have seen her drunk and or high eighth I can barely get up in the morning and my whole body aches my family is always moving everyday we go somewhere and a dread it in the car squashed together and even fighting sometimes in public my brother is oblivious to all this and my sister can bearly remember most of the time I replaying in my head until my mind is a broken record the reason for my insomniac behavior GAD and some trama my other drama came from school bulling, body shaming, sometimes physical but that stopped this year when my dad pulled me out of school and I go to online school I have one of the best grades as my online teachers say but it still dosent make me happy my dad or mom never praised me even little never say good or even ok my sister may be a drug addict but she is my best friend and the only one who praises me for things like my grades or if I just drew sometime btw I made my profile on digital art my family wasn’t always like this and I wasn’t always this weight I was a very light child per say but those days are long gone I can barely get up in the morning my sister coming home at 3 my dad high blood pressure and my mom always a dead look in her eye but my brother I dont know how or why but they sheld him from all of this they act and put on little play and my brother has the first class seat I dont take part in the play but I only watch from the side where the peasants sneak in my I feel sad for everyone in my family mostly for my brother who will find out one day unexpectedly and he will break this is the norm for me but my brother II breaks my heart we barely see other family and never go somewhere we want to go I barely see my friends I barely talk to them its a cage I am one of the two doves, one getting its feathers plucked slowly day after day and the other perfect, snow white, pretty and delicate soon going to be slit and stuffed if you came on this video to hate on people who are over weight or trying to lose weight or bully people in real life about their weight think before you speak because you may only make their life worse some people are in situations like me not exact but some worse some not so much people who do that are worse than scum and are selfish and disgusting sorry for this really long unnecessary rant article but I just had to let my feelings out about these types of things but there is way more to people than what seems I may be only 13 curly brown hair puffy cheeks and a mostly positive attitude at school or outside but when I step inside that old house it changes so I beg of you if you are still reading this look more into people look out for ones you care about make sure they are safe and healthy try to help them if they are hurt I know im 13 and I know I may be stupid for writing this but I just wanted to let you know if you are reading this you, you are a beautiful human being be the best you improve help people in need and most of all help yourself I may not know you and I may be a stupid 13 year old I just beg of you dont end it here dont end the life you have ahead to improve you may stay the same but at least I will be worth giving a try dont overdose dont jump dont tie that rope dont walk that street dont drink your self half blind please you have a life worth living and if you end it here ok but im just begging you please dont make that final play on the chess bored please please please fight I may be 13 but im not dumb I can’t stop anyone but I can at least try to help you are not alone so please dont jump once something is truly lost one can never get it back again.

  • Hi! Been following you for about 2 years now and you’re a huge inspiration! I’m just wondering, what was the health problem you had in 12th grade? I’m currently dealing with chronic digestive issues and was wondering if it might be similar

  • Until a few days ago I was intermittent fasting every day and only ate really tiny portions of not even healthy food. Thanks to your channel I’ve learned that healthy food can be delicious too. I literally despised vegetables ever since I was a child, but now I’m really starting to enjoy them. Thank you so much!

  • I weight 58.97 kg at 5’1. As you would probably guess, I would be petite as well. It’s just that, I love food. And I’ve had problems with staying on track so I’d usually give up. I was born in Vietnam so we didn’t have much food so when we came over to America I went full ham after knowing we had good food. So.. I became over-weight and basically had given up. But I see these videos like yours and it lit a spark inside me.

  • I love you, but I do have to say it’s driving me insane that you keep calling it the “calorie thing” and not just “counting calories” lol. But really I’m starting a new weight loss journey and I’m using your videos as a blueprint for my game plan. Thank you for sharing so much (and so many videos) with us! Sending love from Texas!

  • Just wait till vegan deterioration kicks in then you will regret going vegan many vegans do and then they become X vegans because it sucks up their head and their body after just being vegan for so long you cannot get your proper nutrients from being vegan you have to balance out your veggies in your meat not completely cut off your meat then your body is not going to be able to get B-12 nutrients not going to be able to get all the vitamins you need veggies are good but balancing out with meat milk and other dairy products vegan is not going to fix your problems going to make it worse why don’t you talk to any other longtime vegan and they’ll tell you how much it fucked up their body

  • Hi Liezl Jayne, I’ve been following you for a couple of weeks now and also got that you regained some weight because you were sick for many months last year. I used to be very skinny until 2 years ago (I was a running addict) until the excessive running sparked off a bone injury. I can hardly do any exercise until today and If I so, its always very painful afterwards. Ive gained 8 kilos which is still completely normal weight but I have the feeling that it slooowly continues. Not exercising and not moving a lot is so frustrating for me. I used to love it. As you have also gone through something similar, could you maybe give me some advice on how to deal with that or even do a video on how to cope with illness, sickness but still trying to lose a little bit of weight. That’d be so helpful.Lotsof love from Vienna

  • Thank you for this video! I’ve not seen your channel until today, and just decided yesterday to try low carb after dieting the last two months and only loosing 9 lbs. My husband was dieting with me but quit because it was too hard so seeing that your husband was motivated by your weight loss was inspiring.

  • Hi. Thank you for sharing this about weight watchers. In the past I had joined twice and twice I failed. I joined when the duchess was a spokesperson for them and then when Jennifer Hudson was spokesperson. And now I’m thinking about joining again when Oprah came on. But after seeing your channel I think I can do it again for good. You should be a spokesperson for them because you have convinced me to try it again. I’ve been on many other diets and I’m tired of feeling like I do defeated. Thank you again.

  • I started watching a few of your videos on weight loss today. Let me say…YOU HAVE THIS RIGHT and its incredibly motivating! Thank you so much, I have some new found hope:)

  • The thing is, I don’t want to lose weight. I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I don’t want to have a tiny waist and big butt. I just want to be toned. Thank you for inspiring me cause I just want to slim down.

  • I’m 11 ganna be 12 on 1st April so in 2 months and I weigh beetween 40-41 kg, I wanna be about 37 kg I hope this goes work btw I am not obese but I don’t like the way I weigh x

  • Definitely a good way to lose weight is to just walk. This guy lost 35 pounds just by hiking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EN3ydaSIp-w&t=120s

  • Thank you so much for sharing so transparently. I did ballet for 16 years and was always super skinny and fit. Suddenly when I hit 29 I started packing on the pounds and it’s been so discouraging after having a great body for so long and I never felt so helpless like this before. In a year I’ve gone from a size 2/4 in pants to 10/12. It’s funny how when you feel horrible about your body it’s easy to binge eat because you hate yourself and your body. Several times I had to pack up all the clothes in my closet because nothing fit and buy all new clothes.. and then 2 months later had to do it again.. and again…

I just came across your videos tonight and have been watching them for over 2 hours now. I am SO encouraged. Especially from looking at your before pictures and it looks just like my body, and seeing what you came from and where you are now. Thanks again for being so open and unafraid of judgment in doing videos on the internet. I hope you will continue and know that you are actually doing what matters most in life by loving other people.. even complete strangers by giving your time to try to better other’s lives. <3

  • Why did india make u sick?? Maybe the vegeterian food we eat was having detox symptoms on you.. iam from india and trust me the amount of vegan / raw vegan we have here is enough for anyone from a meat eating country to start a detox..all the best with your journey

  • OMG it’s like listening to my story from a side. I’m at the exact point in my life, where you were before you’ve started counting your calories and losing weight. It’s such a great coincidence that I found this video. You really inspired me! Thanks so much. I will definitely purchase you book to begin with and make my life easier as you already went through all of that. Best wishes from Lithuania!

  • I used the links to try and download the free stuff and for some reason it’s not working for me. I really want to try this because this is my last try before I give up on losing weight.

  • I need to lose like 20+kg…I am almost 90kg and 1.80m tall(25 y old female) I have been struggling with the calorie diet, I was eating so clean(no sugar/dairy/flour/processed oil/fried) and max 1500cal a day(I was burning between 3000-4000 cal a day total) I did it for 3-4 months and I barely lost like 3-5kgkeep in mind I had plenty to lose from being 85-88kg heavy, I kinda gave up after that for a couple months and stopped tracking, still eating healthy but more I think calorie wise and I gained weight so fast… I’m really tired, I’ve been trying to lose weight and different diets just like you since 2012 and I’ve never gone down to under 75kg and when I got that low(75kg) I was practically starving myself to get there…I have no idea what to do, I have some health issues and chronic pain and I really need to lose weight but I don’t know what to do anymore

  • I have commented in this video about 2 years ago. I was 8 kg skinnier and I hated my body.
I gained weight and now i wish i was the weight I was before… I am obcessed with Food, i want to eat all the time, and know I can’t stop. If someone cwl give any tip to quit this binge cycle pls let me know…

  • Girl, I tried intermittent fasting as well. To lose baby weight. I just couldn’t do it. I was so convinced it would work for me since there seem to be alot of people that it works for. I was doing fasted hiit workouts lifting weights 5 days a week and eating in a 6 hour window and had NO energy (especially with a baby under 1) I was up and down in moods as well as my energy. Black coffee was the only thing really fueling me. (1400 calories a day) I swear my body was just not getting enough energy (calories) regularly and holding on to everything >_<. I have recently switched to having my fasted workout at 9 a.m. but then I eat immediately after and have three meals a day one of which is usually a green smoothie. 1800 calories a day and I have already started to actually drop the weight! I also cut back my workouts to 3 days a week of hiit and lifting instead of 5.

  • I’m 5’9 (175 cm) and I weight 185 lbs (85kg).I want to loose 30-40 lbs. I don’t workout, but I go for a walk everyday (I burn 200-300 calories). How much calories should I eat in a day to lose 40 lbs?

  • amazing transformation and major snap back as far as stretch marks/loose skin go! i noticed your baby was playing with a white doll. just some insight as a mixed child myself with a white mom maybe try giving them dolls that represent themselves. it makes a world of difference in terms of self love and acceptance

  • This is just crazy.. it just describes my life completely. I have been so confused.. I am a healthy fat person. I hate it. I try so hard, I eat so well and still I never ever lose weight. I have tried all the same plans you did in an attempt to lose. You are inspiring to me..that I can still do this.. I have also been scared to eat less (what if I turn anorexic?).. I have to believe though that that wont happen and just start doing it. Thanks for your words and wisdom.

  • You should’ve included photos of your face during weight loss… One of the biggest motivators for me to lose weight to to slim out my face.

  • I have been up and down os often my head spins, i love that you keep it real, that the ups and down do happen, i felt more motivated now after watching your video, and that with hard work and consistency we can reach our gold, im proud of your husband to join you,

  • If anyone is looking for weight loss exercises. Chloe ting free workout programs are the BEST.
Millions of people doin it during quarantine.
    Your welcome x

  • I feel like she is the only channel that creates videos about healthy lifestyle that I’ve come across that actually seems genuine which I hope is the case because I’ve found her videos so helpful and realistic and inspiring!

  • I was the same way!! I would NOT touch the calorie thing, I thought counting calories was really bad and obsessive and whatever. I was convinced that eating healthy/macros would allow me to lose weight. I finally decided to try it, while also eating healthy food, and it’s working very well!

  • Can you please explain how to work out how many macros you should be eating a day, im 5’3 and a 22 year old girl and I’ve no idea how much to eat to lose my stubborn belly fat!

  • I just found your channel so am a new subscriber. I’m also 5’2″ and I need to lose 20 25 pounds. I weigh 145 and I feel so tired all the time. I’m sick of fad diets, they have work bc I lose motivation. I like what you are doing bc it seems very doable. Your food portions look quite big, so I imagine this will fill me up and keep me full for a while. Thanks for all your suggestions. I am starting RIGHT NOW! ❤

  • I also gained an insane amount due to lack of sleep and emotional stress eventhough i eat insanely healthy like only organic wild fish like salmon or cod otherwise mostly vegan and lots of veggies.

  • Congratulations to both of you… you still looked beautiful through the entire video but, your husband, he was looking older in the beginning then he really took 10 15 years off of his face!

  • Loved this I’m 70 and was skinny as a young girl got ulcerative colitis when 37 lost so much weight then started gaining weight and couldn’t believe how much weight I put on after having my third child. Went to slimming clubs tried to eat healthily for many years now want to lose a stone and this video and healthy videos have helped. Thank you you explain beautifully

  • Ashley, your story is inspiring. I have a question about how fast the weight comes off. Is the weight loss rapid? If so, does it affect the skin? For example, will my skin get very flabby?

  • You mentioned intermittant fasting as preventing or getting rid of loose skin. Is that written in research or where. That is so exciting. Please tell me more.

  • I am a 69 year old woman who is 4′ 7″ tall, so I am petite too. I have tried so many diets also from Keto, lo-fat high protein, Lo Carb Hi Fats, Paleo, Bright Line Eating, Weight Watchers, Atkins but they haven’t worked either. I will be 70 in October plus a granddaughter is getting married in October too which gives me 12 weeks to lose about 30 pounds. What would you recommend me to try. I’m not very active, retired and husband does not support me and likes his sweets though he’s a diabetic with blood pressure and heart problems. I had breast cancer in 2000 and just had another biopsy done for a re occurrance of breast cancer. Please help me!!!

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “best diets workouts” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Reyvery Monrayden Release (just google it )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got great results with it.

  • Awesone results!! I have the last 20lbs to lose and toning up. Just started exercising a lot more, nursing my 6 month old! This was really inspiring to me to keep working at it!!

  • Hi I am breastfeeding and I will start keto diet today. I am 50 pounds over weight, just a little bit scared about my milk going down but I will shy, thanks for sharing, follow up from Brazil

  • 3 mc on KetoDiet diet reduced my appetite so much that I was eating 600 cal/day very low carbs up to 8carbs/day ; my skin went grey, lost lot of hair, feeling tiered no energy to exercise but when I lost my period I said thats enough! It’s dangerous! Only balanced diet + exercise work!

  • Love love your video!! Your meals are so easy to prepare!! I love that!! Your very inspiring, it is hard to.lose weight, and having a plan like yours would be great!! Thank you for all the useful information!

  • When considering eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they might induce fast weight loss, these diets are never a long-term answer for your waistline. It is best to look up Custokebon Secrets on google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Thank you so much for sharing.
It’s so hard when you feel like you’re losing time compared to others. Emotional eating has saved my life at times. The nourishment and pleasure of pigging out on food, helped make a difference in my brain chemistry that gave me the strength to move on from trauma. Then i could start to lose weight and get a stronger body (which then purged the unhappiness further).
We get through best we can:)
For you to go through the details of you journey, is so conscientious and ultimately kind of you, i wanted to say thank you for giving me some extra strength to help me move further on to where i really want to be.
    Warm regards
    Em x

  • 10:09 holyy haha this is an inspiring vid. 22 days vegan now and I don’t see myself ever turning back. I’m already smaller and complexion in face is glowing. Haven’t had acid reflux even once since vs getting it every day. Oh and mental fatigue and lethargy are gone.. this is the worlds best kept secret

  • You guys are truly such an inspiration. I am one month on Keto, decided to watch this video after binging last night (on Keto approved foods). This for sure helped:)

  • A gallon of water a day? Yep! That would do it for me. I could lose all of my weight just by drinking the water alone. As I would never get out of the bathroom to even think about getting into the fridge. Great transformation and you look very happy and fit.

  • Just prep your meals know the ingredients and the calories so that you dont have to count you already know what your going to eat and the calories in them

  • Hi Ashley thanks for sharing your journey…. I’ve been working out 5 days a week now 45 min cardio and 15-20 min weights.. also started the ketogenic diet going on 3 weeks… love it and I have more energy….any tips you can give me????

  • Wow!! I am speechless. Wtg..both of u. Ur video..truly made me a believer n that it is possible n it’s not too late. I thank u from the bottom of my heart. Being an inspiration is a very light way to put it. U look amazing.

  • I’ve been struggling with weight for a while now, and you’ve convinced me that weight watchers could actually help me. You’ve gained a new subscriber!!

  • Dang it! I didn’t watch the last few minutes before I signed up! I wish I could use your link because you really helped me decide.

  • Great helpful informative video. I’m thinking about joining WW. Can you tell me if they do any plan or advice leaflets for diabetics? Thanks. Congratulations on your fabulous weight loss such an inspiration to us all.

  • Hiii my name is elise and im twelve. I weight 5055 kg for 1m 65. Its pretty good and normal but my body still has fat. I have a balanced diet so i think its just my hormones and my body in general.

  • I love that you mention that you need to treat and feed your body as though you were already your ideal weight. Mindset is definitely a large factor in losing weight. ♥️

  • I am so glad I found your channel. I’m 20 days into Keto with my boyfriend. We each lost about 7 pounds right away and then a few more going forward. In hovering at 10 lost now. I was about to give up until I found you today. I need to realize this is a lifestyle, not a diet I can give up when done.

  • Love this video❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing!

Also, fun tip that helps me drink apple cider vinegar is to take a shot and IMMEDIATELY chug some water instead

  • aghhh loved ur videos till this sales video it just lost me because u basically said keto stopped working and u felt bloated until u started those shakes which are $30-$75+ a week to buy haha nice sales pitch

  • Wow… I’m so glad I found your channel!! I’m getting ready to start my Keto journey and researching information now. As you know there is so much information out there, but you make it simple to understand! I so appreciate you. Can’t wait to begin my new life & get my healthy life back:-)

  • Why did you listen to a doctor, if you were feeling great on keto? I do not understand this. Most of the time doctors do not have any idea about good nutrition.

  • Awesome testament to what hard work and dedication looks like… I’ve lost 70lbs in 10 months…I needed something different to help me get the last off this is perfect…Thanks for inspiring many to jump start the journey…You’ve truly inspired me!!! Thanks a million(New sub)

  • This is a great video! Very inspirational!! Tell me more about those salads! They look delicious! I have found a lot of Keto type soups, but need to find something to eat for the summer months!

  • Congrats, the Two of you look terrific and are so inspirational! Your children are absolutely adorable!
I’m ready to get started now, so motivated…..I have been diagnosed with graves disease so I’ll have to check with my Dr if this lifestyle will work well with my thyroid issues…..I’m sooo hoping the answer is yes! I’ve always been thin and for several years now I have gained so much weight, 50 isn’t looking or feeling so hot. lol
Thanks for making these videos, very helpful

  • You really inspired me…the low carb diet I was doing slowed down my progress so I came across the keto lifestyle. I know this is going to work for me to since I’m already going to the gym and intermittent fasting! Thnx again, I’m a new subscriber and you guys look great!!! Keep inspiring us… ❤

  • You’re sensible Liezl and I like that about you. I got sucked into the HCLF vegan lifestyle and I am still struggling to lose the weight and like you, my Mom and Dad keeps saying that it’s all about calories. I am also very small and petite so I need to give this calorie thing a try!

  • Thank you for the motivation! On week 10 and I haven’t lost as much as my husband, but I have come to realize that I wasn’t counting carbs like I should this helps to inspire and motivate me. Will keep going instead of giving up!

  • It’s amazing how a change in diet can transform ones bodies… inside and out.
I reviewed the Food Pyramid on line and how out of wack it was!! They stated that due to that it caused over weight people. I believe it!
Can’t believe everything they shove at us. Makes me think, meds up on the list for some as it is a money maker. Since doing Keto lots of researching. SMH
Good luck to all of us as we know it works!!
    Congratulations

  • To be honest, I’m so happy to see how much weight you actually gained and then were able to lose. You have such a realistic story (and approach) to follow; it’s truly motivating! I’ve struggled for years with my weight (even when I used to be an athlete and use to be insanely strict about what I ate, I was still at least 160lbs at 5ft 5″ tall), but I’ve also got a slow thyroid which although it’s controlled, still makes things difficult. Do you have any suggestions for people with slow thyroids? I don’t want to starve myself, but I feel almost like I need to eat less than the recommended caloric intake to actually maintain my weight and even less to lose any weight.

  • Did you have a lot of saggy skin before? I’m a mom of two and have a lot of excess skin, I’ve noticed I’ve lost a lost of elstisity and i blame that on my diet. I really want to start this diet soon.

  • For those who is still on their way to burn their fat with pills, crazy diets and exercises. That amazing woman has shown me how to burn fat fast still eating my favourite morning milkshakes. Watch that short video here NODIET. XCOURSE. XYZ to know how!

  • ‌ah your videos realllly did inspire me!! Im 15 and well…im 70kg…thats terrible since just like you,im a small person and you sure can imagine how i feel and look!! I’ve tried a lot of ways, even taking pills…but that just doesn’t work…i was just so happy to find your channel that i almost cried!! I will happily follow you and your advices, thank you so much!!❤❤❤❤

  • I’m getting to this video late but did you happen to have hyperemesis with your pregnancies? You said you were sick and only the greasy foods helped. I had it with both of my boys and gained a lot of weight for that reason. It was high fat high carb foods or nothing at all. TIA!

  • Thank you Ashley for sharing your story and for giving so much valuable advice, I can just imagine it must be so hard to talk about some stuff that is so private for you, but you are right indeed it is very helpful for those starting like me, to see that others made such a huge progress, especially even harder with husband and two babies. well done Ashley:-) I just started keto 3 days ago, and already lost 2 kilos, and set myself a goal that if I lose 10kg I will record my first youtube video, as it is really motivational to keep progress like you mentioned, thanks again!!:-)

  • I just ordered my challenge pack and joined the group!! I’ve been on the keto diet for 3 weeks and I’m super excited to kick it into high gear and reach more goals

  • John looks to thin and pale.  He is a handsome guy, but a few extra pounds and some muscle would change his appearance dramatically.

  • Thank you Justyn for this great video! It is so thorough and informative. I have watched a few times as I have just started the program a few days ago and you have been very helpful!

  • trust me you could have lost weight on any diest at that age in your 30s you were probably just overeating and when you hit your fifties everything you ate now will carry on once you start cheating with the carbs eventually…you will have gained it all back only with diabetes and heart problems high clohestoral you name it so get off all that meat eat it in moderation..go on the plant-based diet and maybe once a week eat a something different im not going to even finish just letting you know you will see.. been there done that now im having to reverse all the damage i have done to my body goodluck i went to gym 3 to 4 times a week and took tyquando however you spell it 2 nghts a week i worked 2 jobs and had to small kids as well people dont do this no for you!

  • Yr hands aint slim i can see u r easily get fat girl u need to watch out wht u eat nd do more exercise weight training seriously!,

  • You two are so real and so sweet. I feel the same wayand as a woman I totally feel the same way. I used to be skinny and now I’m fat again… this was so motivating.

  • Hello, I just heard about BLE on Tictoc… Lol
Can you tell me what noticable difference you experienced from Eat To Live diet vs BLE that started you most noticeable difference for you?

  • You rock thank you for sharing you give me hope I’m 44 and 5”5 and weigh 237 I have so many health issues and basically tried every diet out there today is day five for me on a raw vegan diet I have been vegetarian for the past 6 months and only lost 16 lbs I do intermediate fasting as well…also detoxing my body for the past year or so I just really felt nothing would work so I was in the process of going threw with the lap band but my dr will not permit the surgery he says I’m to high of a risk so this was my next step hoping and praying it worked but so difficult the 2nd day I snuck and gorged a whole bag of French fries so my will power and disciple is weak but if I don’t do something quick I might not be here to see my 7yr old son grow up so it’s do or die!! You two are such a inspiration thank you once again for being so transparent and allowing us to see your story your amazing big hugs congrats to you both

  • Really enjoyed this video, you guys are great. It’s really great that y’all are doing this together. What y’all doing
Now. It would be really nice if ya keep sharing with us. Have a wonderful day.

  • My partner and i took the advice of a buddy and looked up https://t.co/tKObtu8FwA on Google. It’s the best weight loss program I’ve actually seen and gives immediate results to users. I have personally already decreased 14 lbs in less than the first week.?

  • I’ve always heard that caffeine is VERY bad for your thyroid! Also, make sure the milk you use doesn’t have carrageenan in it. That’s a known stomach irritant.

  • Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Custokebon Secrets? I have heard several incredible things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Thank you so much for making this video! I have been in the same place as you and can relate so much. The things you said are 100% true and I totally needed the reminder. I’m so glad I stumbled onto your channel, it’s amazing!

  • i think the weighing yourself is a big thing because if you are weighing yourself everyday you will only loose a little bit of weight and of course it will fluctuate but not only that your not going to be seeing noticeable results in a day so wait for a couple of weeks til a month before you actually see progress to step on the scale. I know for myself i’ve tried to loose weight and i used to weigh myself everyday and my weight would fluctuate a lot and i used to let that number define me, so if one day i woke up and weighed myself and i was a couple pounds heavier even though i was working really hard to loose weight it would discourage me because i wasn’t seeing the results that i wanted and then i would just give ip

  • Well done, Congratulations on what you both achieve as a couple against the overweight by adapting the right rythme of food. Me and my wife are trying to do the same thing together. that’s why i thing you’re a good remodel to follow. keep up the good news and how did you do it and what did you eat in général.

  • I am so happy for you guys! I am going to start and I am pushing my husband to do this together. He needs to lose 70 pounds at least and I, around 15 to 20 pounds….Thanks a lot

  • Yay! I am on Day 42 of BLE. It has been a revelation. I am also a 6’1 (and 3/4″:)) woman. So inspiring to see your journeys so far. Looking forward to watching more of your story! All the best to both of you.

  • I just stumbled on your page…gonna try your system out. I’m 5’3 and at the heaviest I’ve ever been…169! I want to lose 40lbs too! on the 40lb weight loss, girl! That’s awesome!!!!

  • Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Thank you Liezl! You’re inspiring and your videos are entertaining I did the same thing a few years ago, but I am not where I want to be currently and I am always looking for inspiration to motivate myself. Thanks! Jordan@ RapidFatLossMiracle.com. https://RapidFatLossMiracle.com

  • Anybody know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear most people lost crazy amounts of weight with Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • Well done guys. I can really relate to yr stories. I struggled with weight since a child too.
I use food to comfort, when I feel stressed to eat more. My weight was a yoyo, i used exercise to keep me trimmed. When I took on full time job 4 months ago, stopped exercising worked longer more stressed. The job and the promotion gained me a stone!
In the last 11days I decided to go plant based life style. I love it, for the first time I felt I can truly eat good carbs. Rice, veg, beans and potatoes makes me feel full! I dont binge or overeat as much anymore. Lost 5-6lbs in 11days too!
Way to live, more happier inside.

  • This was an amazing video. Very thorough. The app and how it works at restaurants was a great addition. Very smart to put how much points you want to eat and search that way instead of adding every single ingredient/food on your plate and adding it up. Thank you

  • * If you’re not at your ideal weight, this is why *

If losing weight has been a struggle for you, it’s probably because you aren’t going about it the right way.

You see, weight loss isn’t just about calories in, calories out. It actually has everything to do with your hormones – the little messengers in your body that do things like tell your cells when to store fat and when to burn it.

Fortunately, you can directly impact these hormones by eating certain foods and avoiding others. And when you follow the keto diet the right way, that’s exactly what you’re doing – modifying the hormones in your body so that you can easily drop the excess weight and get the body – and the health – you’ve always wanted.

But the thing is, there’s a lot of information out there about the keto diet, and not all of it is correct.

That’s why I want to share a resource with you that was created by someone who knows her stuff about how to do the keto diet the right way. She’s spent years working with clients of all ages as the head of nutritional counseling of a medical practice in Los Angeles and she’s put together a resource to help guide you step-by-step through how to do the keto diet correctly.

    Check it out here: @t

  • The video demonstrates perfectly that healthy living is a lifetime thing. There’s no maintenance if you’re already eating right and exercising. Being your best means to “Be your best”, always.

  • I don’t know if u all read comments, and you might not even know or remember, but I would LOVE to know what lipstick you are wearing here.

  • Well done! Husband & I are staying on track with our wellness goals too. We did struggle with our weight at first a few years into our marriage due to stress & environmental factors. Now, we live with a more growth mindset and champion-like fighting spirit every single day. In fact, we are in our early 40s, but we have more energy and endurance level than our twenty or thirty something couple friends and family. Amazing how life is a lot (lovely) and so with so much purpose. to

  • thank you for sharing thank you for giving us hope I have been a yo yo dieter for years I went vegan last Oct but it hasnt helped because I am clearly not eating the correct foods even while vegan! I too have arthritis so exercising is painful. I will check out those books Cheers!

  • This is amazing! It’s January 2nd and my husband and i are going vegan for 66 days to try it out. So excited! Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing

  • Do anybody know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it really work? I hear many people burn their fat with this popular lose weight secrets.

  • I lost 30 lbs in 12 months. From 70 to 55kg for 1,7m: now I’m healthier and when dressed I feel like a model!
I just changed my habits for healthier without any weight goal but I’m not mad at it 😉
My before and after pics are stunning and inspired me to try consistently being the best version of myself, but even if I did it slowly my skin in lower body feels saggier and droopier than ever, my cellulite got way better (along with other more significant health parameters) but this sagginess makes me feel way older than 26 and I dont know how to firm it and tone it.
I’m ashamed I did this to my body but I’m proud I took action to care for myself:)
Stretck marks are fight wounds (never been pregnant lol, so I know it’s not ok for me to have it, but hey, I’ve been bad to myself, I have been human and my past or my body or my emotions don’t define me:)
But I still want to improve. And I’d like to have the best shape i could achieve in a healthy sustainable way…
Will I be stuck with shapewear all year long? Or will my saggy body adjust itself?
I hate exercising except walk/cardio/dance and cant afford gym subscriptions yet.
Anyone knows at home dancing routines that can help me? Paired with nothing else but proper nutrition

  • This is needed, but I am still very confused on the calories counting and how you made it simple. Please explain and thank you for this video!

  • I grew up a meat-loving carnivore but lately I can’t stand anything about meat, especially the knowledge of consuming something that used to be a breathing, living thing with legs and a face. Now I go for the vegan “meats” that taste so much better than real meats ever did, and my body feels a lot better now too without all the toxic animal chunks rotting away in it. Plus I’ve lost a little weight already.

  • At age 62, and Only one week into my vegan journey but feel great and most importantly, my life long battle w hemaroids has completely disappeared! I know this is TMI but makes me very happy!

  • I am also 6’5″. Just started being vegan and I am 76 yrs young. Only just started 3 weeks ago and have lost 14 lbs. My wife is not on board yet but definitely could use this program so I have to do this on my own. Started this time at 265 lbs.
I am lazy so I am blending my fruits and vegetables. I started doing this 3 times a day but now I am down to twice a day. I am doing this for health reasons.
I am a new diabetic, have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, 3rd stage kidney failure, irregular heartbeat, fatty liver. My doctor has recommended stanton for high cholesterol and glipizides for high blood sugar. so I am hoping to reverse some or all of these conditions. I was shooting for may 220 but you look amazing at 180.
I was 185 when i graduated from high school but by the end of my freshman year was 235 because of a milk machine an beer. Have never lost any of it since then. My highest was 280. Wish me luck.

  • I’m struggling to do what is right for my body. Having arthritis makes life difficult. Veganism is my goal. Fruits and veggies make sense. To be blunt, I want a life, not just to be present. Your video is inspiring.

  • I found a really good review of the famous Bodyboss workout on Google (I just searched ” Literateowl Bodyboss ” and after hearing all the negatives and the review even including a better/cheaper alternative and progress pics, I’m torn between the two programs. Has anyone else read that review? Which program did you decide to use?

  • Great story guys you guys inspired me I am also transitioning into becoming a vegan I spent my 20s in my 30s with my weight going up and down and I just want to do something that’s going to benefit me healthwise and having a healthy weight.

  • You guys are awesome! You both look great and are very inspiring. I started keto a few weeks ago but not seeing much weight loss yet. I am 153 and want to go down to the 120s. Did you count your calories or just your carbs/fat/protein?

  • I began my journey Wednesday, four days ago. It is a struggle and I am dealing with night time hunger. Late night eating is a hard habit to break. I am enjoying the food and I really only want meat when I get really hungry. I’m doing better than I thought I would. Thank you for the inspiration.

  • I honestly didn’t think the exogenous ketones would work or the perfect keto protein powder for some reason, but I’m almost 99% sure it is what keeps me on the keto diet. I love sweets and sugary drinks, but since I have been using these products I have noticed I don’t crave sweets and its been so easy for me to stay on the diet this time. P.S. I have tried this diet at least 5 times and failed.

  • OMG this resonates so much with me and I’m 50! Your journey mirrors mine exactly except I’ve been doing this for 15 years. I have always been the ‘healthy’ eater of all of everyone I know. I understand nutrition and love veges and fruit and cooking etc, but I was plain and simply eating way too much of everything namely nuts and cheese.
    I’m now 30kgs over a my most comfortable weight of 55kgs (I’m 5’1″ and was always 50kgs until I was 21)
Keto and the LCHF regime totally effed up my eating habits and concepts!! At present trying to shake that way of eating and have succumbed to counting calories. 1200cals a day of a sensible, balanced, whole food diet. Have resisted doing this for years (decades, actually) and now, 2 weeks in, and I’m down 1.8kgs.

I will be starting to meal prep my weeks worth of food in the next few weeks just working my way through the pantry and freezer stocks at the moment. I also have a carnivorous husband and son that I cook for too, so I need to ensure they get what they need.
With your videos and downloads, especially being a vegetarian, I know I’ve now got this.
    Thank you xox

  • I have Diabetes and PCOS and I’ve been a Vegan for a week. I feel Great! The first two day I found that I was always hungry so I added more protein to my diet, now I feel so good…

  • I find this to be such good, wholesome advice. It’s taken me much longer than you to get to this mindset, but once I found myself practising all the things you’ve touched on, I started seeing real results too. Nice work.

  • Just after I conducted my analysis about this diet program that has been offered by a buddy who also lost fat, I dropped around 9 pounds too. My very own fat-burning and weight loss should have been because of this specific program. I have noticed right now that I am eating food healthy. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover on Google. Guide’s name is under.

    good luck

  • If you eat Vegetable and fruit throughout the day like back in the day. You’ll be more healthy them ever 2 k calories a day is redicules. That’s not how many calories people lived back in the day living off their land..

  • SoI have to ask: did you feel like you gained the weight back after? It seems like daily calories were reduced. Hashi runs in my family and I am finally feeling the effects at 35 (slowed metabolism -more than usual, weight gain and difficulty losing, reduced energy) curious if something like this could help me but I am wondering if I will just gain it all back. I have removed gluten bc it tends to be triggering for thyroid issues.

  • Wow….she had every illness in the book:
Hormonal cystic acne, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal issues (heartburn, GERD, pre-diabetic, arthritis, shingles, very bad immunity (very sick for a very long time), allergies!

Don’t forget to buy the book and join their BOOT CAMP!

  • Well, my brother taught me self control. He would open a bag of talkies and we would stand and look at the beach, he would eat the talkie in at least 20 bites and I would eat mine in 2. Whenever he’d finish he would wait a couple seconds before giving me one. So I started to catch along and started to eat slower and understood how good the talkie was. It has been about 2 later and ive started gaining weight so eventually i started a diet. Ive been on a keto diet for 8 weeks and have realized that if you want to stay on a consistent diet you need to have self control to not binge. A way I have found is to eat slowly and take in the taste.

  • Its still astonish me just how many people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets (google search it) although lots of people lost tons of weight with it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about this. I’ve lost a ton of fat.

  • your story really touched me! ive always struggled with my weight from a young age too, and i’ve always felt trapped, but i’m going to be like you and stay focused and committed to looking the way i want to. thank you so much for sharing. you inspired me thoroughly ❤️❤️

  • I am also 5,2 and I weigh 127 pounds. In the beginning of last month I weighed 135 pounds and last month I lost 8 pounds by eating healthy, exercising and drinking lots of water. My goal has always been to be 115 pounds. I need to lose about 12 more pounds. Does anyone have anymore tips? If you want to, comment on this to see how much weight I lost at the end of the month ( July 2018 ). Wish me luck:)

  • I have always found once you get past that first rough week of avoiding habitually eating sugar and simple carbs, your palate just doesn’t care anymore, it doesn’t even want or crave it. Your body will start to actually want real food, and it tastes so much better after detoxing from all that sugar.

  • Ever since i was a kid i’ve always been fussy with what i eat and not in a good way, sure i wouldn’t eat fast food cause i hated all that, fizzy drinks, chocolate and candy i hated all that and i wasn’t up for trying new things either…but my diet still wasnt the best, i’d eat cornflakes and add tons of sugar and Milk powder.. eat instant noodles and just It was terrible. Not to mention i was never a fan of Sports or physical activities. Then around the age of 13 I hardly eat food, I’d live off of pasta and Instant noodles and sometimes a peanut butter sandwich.. still no interest in exercise and eating healthy, at that time i just hated everything in life so i couldn’t care less about my health. Now, Age 17 I have completely changed my diet i am very interested in nutrition and healthy eating, I have lost around 9 kgs. (Previous weight was 55kg now 46 kg) its not a very big change but i am very happy with this change..:D

  • Wow, just, wow. Thank you! I came across your video searching for “things I wish I knew” with regards to weightloss. When you guys said that you didn’t realize how overweight you were or how it is as affecting your health I started crying. I currently wear a size 3xl and I’m only 5 foot 3. I’m 38 and weigh 85kg so in the obese category. I’ve been on so many diets weight watchers, weigh less, kelfit, calorie counting, keto etc. Keto made me so ill I just can’t do all that fat! Currently I don’t have any other health issues such as high BP mine is normal (on the low side), I don’t have high cholesterol, I don’t have diabetes or pre diabetes (yet). I do have a lot of digestive issues like heartburn, reflux, I also have cystic acne, allergies (which is new to me) and underactive thyroid. Since this coronavirus hit and they started doing saying obesity is a risk factor I have thought this is it. This is my “why” reason to lose weight. I just don’t know where to start! Luckily I do enjoy a good workout and I do enjoy healthy foods (vegetables and lean proteins) but my down fall is sugar, gluten /flour and dairy. Any advice or help would probably be life saving at this point please reach out to me!

  • Diets never work just eat “right and exercise. There are studies on that. But everything sounded right balance diet and calorie deficit to loose. Excercise helps with the caloric deficit

  • I really love the way you come across! You have good eye contact, you are “real”, you actually show yourself eating and are a very motivating person! Good job!

  • Thank you so much I just decided to become vegan and it’s been a journey for two years trying to wean myself of milk then cheese and now meat. I am happy I made the decision. I did it because my cholesterol is high and doesn’t go down no matter what I do so I finally decided that I needed to stop eating meat as well. I am also working out 3 times a week so hopefully the next time I see my doctor my cholesterol levels have gone down. You guys are really inspiring and you make a really cute couple. God Bless you and family…

  • Love you! It’s okay! I’ve lived in the US my whole life and the “basic” American diet is so bad! Your story is so relatable and I just learned at 23 how to eat properly and sustainable. Your videos help so much! ❤️

  • Favorite part 12:32 “If I was at my ideal weight right now… if I had my “perfect” body…if I was at my goal weight right now, how would I be dressing? How would I treat myself? How would I be taking care of my body?”…. try to do this now, even when overweight. BEAUTIFUL

  • I lost 60 lbs between 2015-2018 and now I’m slowly creeping up during quarantine but I’m going to water fast so that I don’t get as big as I used to be. I’m much more comfortable when I’m smaller and fit in my clothes without squeezing.

  • I have lost almost 15lbs in about 9 weeks without exercise! I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. 5 years ago I lost 50lbs in one year with exercise every single day. Unfortunately I gained it all back. This time I want to lose 60lbs in total. And hopefully keep it off. I love food haha. Especially the high calorie bad kind of food. But I will try really hard to keep it off. I have to say, this time around, the healthy eating is so easy to me. I don’t know what is different, maybe because I am already ‘used’ to the healthy food.

  • I’ve just discovered your videos and I absolutely love them! I also gained a lot of weight due to my health issues, and after a long struggle to heal my body, I finally started to lose weight and go back to my normal body shape. The feeling is amazing, I feel healthy and energetic! Thanks for sharing your story and for the great tips and recipes. You’re such an inspiration to me!:)

  • I sit here crying because her story is similar to mine. I’m still overweight. It hurts so much to be at my biggest. Why can’t I find that inspiration that she had to make that move. I need help. I want to lose weight so bad and feel myself again!

  • I agree with the first point! I know I was eating around or over 2k calories, and a little over 2 weeks ago I started Whole 30. I just eat what I need throughout the day, and I decided to start calculating all the calories, and I’m eating around 1,400, and I don’t feel hungry! I can’t believe it! I also lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks! I’m the same height, 5″2, and I’d like to loose 30ish more lbs if possible.

  • I’m sure this would be incredibly inspiring if I could actually HEAR what you were saying over all the loud music. Muddies your speech and distracting. I’m beginning to wonder if folks can even have a conversation in real life anymore without a soundtrack?

  • Can i ask where you brought your weight scale?? I’m trying too fine me a good one that accurate. I definitely want to try out your meals especially that chicken soup one! I’ve always been curious about that apple sider… I may try that as well.!

  • I would doubt being a bit shorter was the issue in your case, but rather, as you know, the brain uses up 15% of your bodys energy so the biggest challenge was you had to come up with a really good diet to offset that missing element too. Congratulations you chicken brained vegan. Keep it as low calorie as possible, you need it.

  • 3:07 the common sense that most people choose to ignore and instead jump on the latest diet craze restricting in one way or another…. yes that includes keto cough, cough

  • Did you write any of your recipes down????? They look great and it would be nice to know some of our ingredients or recipes. Looks like you made some quiche and other awesome looking foods.

  • Thank u soo very much this video was very very helpful to me everything u talked about is my life u helped me to refocus on what will work for me back to the basics and I can over come the hard days/ self control

  • Yes, I’m very small too only 5’3″ with a small frame (5.5 inch wrist measurement). On top of that, my work is much more sedentary now that I’m older. Anyway I finally figured out that even intermittent fasting won’t work if I pile 2000-plus calories into that 8 hour eating window each day. (Granted, intermittent fasting would probably keep me from ever becoming obese simply because it restricts me from adding even more calories after the eight hour deadline.) What you said about small women (probably with the exception of athletes and manual laborers) not needing very much food…that’s so true. During the past few days I’ve only been eating around 1200 to 1400 calories per day, and I haven’t felt hungry at all. Also, I just started the high intesity training exercise program. It’s almost too good to be true…Not only does it actually require you to skip a day every other day to prevent sugar burning from thwarting fat burning mode, but it even limits the length of time it allows you to work out to a maximum of a few short bursts up to ten minutes total in an entire day! Walking for exercise may have been good for my overall health, but it wasn’t helping me lose any weight.

  • I recently lost 30 pounds but for the past month and a half i have not been eating good and gained 10 pounds. I need to lose 20 pounds. Im 125 and want to be no more than 105. But honestly i dont know how to lose these 20 pounds. The only way i lost 30 pounds was by eating less than 800cal a day and i do not want to do that again! Hopefully this video helpsxxx

  • I have always been a bit thicker ever since I was born, it’s just my body, but I am 5’2 and 160 pounds. I gained about 35-40 pounds in like 3 years due to thyroid problems (now I have stretch marks on my belly…yay) and I have been wanting to lose at least 30 pounds before I go off to college next year, but I’ve given up because it’s hard for me to lose weight. But I’ve been watching videos like these and it’s really inspired me.

  • I was 100lbs. Then I got bullimia. Then I got depression and began binge eating. Now I’m done with my depression. So my weight is slowly hopefully going back to 100lbs.

  • What a beautiful family!!! Girl, you body gave birth to two healthy, gorgeous babies. I wish you all the best. I’ve been doing keto, but a real breakthrough came with intermittent fasting.
Lots of us on this journey now.
All the best. Keep up the great work!

  • You are an inspiring, beautiful young women. You give me hope, I’m 25 and I’m looking to start my journey. Seeing how well it has worked for you makes it seems promising for me. Thanks for sharing!

  • Very inspirational Video, Thank you! Recently went plant based and can say that my GERD hasnt came back at all. experience is proof.

  • I want to loose 7kgs and I’m bad a will power, I’m starting with 1800cals and that’s a lot but I’m a binge eater, I’m also doing only 3 meals and fasting for around 12-14hrs atm. Then I’m cutting to 1700cals in a month and try to extend my fast. I am also doing 3 days HITT cardio 2 days strength training all before breakfast so I am doing fasting workouts:) slowly want to get to 1500 Cal’s and get my body there slowly and only have my 3 main meals since the less often U spike Ur insulin the better:)

  • I just got into your channel. This will really help me. I have a question though. Did you also incorporate exercise while doing this diet? Thank you.

  • Congrats you guys. That’s amazing, me and my wife are hoping to do the same thing. Only a matter of time before I post a similar story!!

  • I am right now on my weight loss journey. I have been trying for months and I would lose 10 pounds and then give up and gain it all back. Over the summer, I want to begin my journey to my goal weight 135-145 pounds. Right now I’m 169 and I’m 5’10. My genetics suck and it runs in my family that it is hard for us to lose weight but very easy to gain it. So I’m turning 15 in September and playing a new sport and I’m starting high school and I feel like now is the perfect time to start. This channel has helped me a lottttttttt! Love you so much and thank you for helping me❤️❤️❤️

  • I’m the exact opposite of you. I weigh myself every day. I wake up, pee, and then weigh myself. I have a calendar right in front of my scale and I write the weight down. Then at the end of the week I average the weights.

Doing this let’s me notice fluctuations. Like when I start my period I will hold up to 10lbs of water weight. If that happened to also be my “weigh in” day that could really impact me negatively.

By tracking every day I can see that “oh I started my period Monday and weighed 10lbs more than the day before” but now that its day 3 of my period I’m back down to where I was.

  • Must eat HEALTHY vegan. Do not eat “vegan” junk food. Oreos and potato chips are vegan. Stay away from that poison. I want plant based, healthy vegan and lost 60 pounds, my BP plummeted, cholesterol plummeted. Don’t cheat, must stay on the lifestyle and exercise.

  • The best this about going plant based is that you can stuff your face with the right food just as greedy as ever I was, just a lot thinner as well, and with healthy blood pressure, ^oo^

  • For those who were able to start and continue the keto journey, you deserve a medal. I’ve tried it on and off for a year. The most I was able to do faithfully was 3 months. I’m back on weight watchers, original points system of approx 2000. It’s the only thing that has worked for me in the past. So far, so good.

Everyone is different and as much as it has benefits, a lot has to do with our will power, mental state and dietary preferences. If keto had more authentic keto resources available in the street, not wannabe Keto, perhaps it’ll work better for me. I’m always on the run and salads get seriously boring.

  • I am going to eat clean + excercise for a week and hopefully lose 5 pounds. I will write how much i weigh each day for accountabilty.
    Day 1: 132 lb
    Day 2: 131lb!!
    Day 3: 130 lb
    Day 4: 129.7 lb
    Day 5: 129 lb
    Day 6: 128 lb
    Day 7:

  • Food processors are much better than blenders for making thicker smoothies and such since the blade is larger and the container isn’t as deep.

  • I did chia seed pudding before. That’s probably where half of your weight loss came from. It made me sooooo constipated, but TOTALLY cleared me out when it finally passed!

  • Hi thanks for creating this video! It gives me hope! I’ve just found the keto diet but I’m 7.5 months pregnant and not sure how I can do this while pregnant. I just feel trapped by this weight and don’t want to have to wait to lose the weight. Before getting pregnant my bmi was 35.5. So I have about 90-100lbs to lose. I’ve always struggled with my weight and I just know keto is the answer. There’s just not a lot of info of being keto while pregnant or breastfeeding. You’ve done keto successfully while pregnant and breastfeeding. I have so many questions for you. Like how many calories did you eat while pregnant and breastfeeding? How many carbs did you eat… any info would be really appreciated since I felt like I’d have to wait till I’m done having baby and breastfeeding to start keto…

  • I love your videos! Btw I also have low thyroid function. I’ve been reading about nutritional foods to eat and avoid, and I read that ceuciferious veggies such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale etc are not good for the thyroid. They are goitrogenic, meaning they make it hard to absorb iodine. I’d love to know your feedback about greens concerning t
    Hypothyroidism.

  • I’m hypothyroid also and you are giving me hope! I think I’ve been eating way too little. I’m exercising every day and don’t see major improvements. I’m excited to see if I can kick this disease in the butt. Thank you!

  • Thanks for this information. I went Vegan. Lost a lot of weight. Then I started gaining weight. I’m going to try your plan. Thank you.

  • Hey, I was just wondering if with hypo you also suffered/ suffer from iron deficiency or gastrointestinal/ gut issues? I’d love to know if there’s anything you cut out or added to your diet to help with these symptoms! If anyone has any suggestions or would like to share their experience with hypo I’d love to hear your tips and tricks on dealing with symptoms!

  • LOVE your videos!!!! This content is fun and inspiring to watch, so more please! Alsowhat do you put on your salad for dressing when you have a side salad? Thanks doll! Xo

  • So inspiring!! In high school I weighed 140 and I gained 40 pounds and now I’m 180 and I’ve been that weight for 3 years now which is highly confusing due to how much I overate and did little to no exercise. My journey is starting tomorrow!

  • Hi, apple cider vinegar is really hard on your teeth, you may want to switch to capsules. 1 tablespoon is more than enough mixed in a glass of water for your viewers.

  • I’m a teenager and I not only want to lose a few pounds but also burn my crazy Body fat..What kinda diet n exercise routine should I follow? Also I have thick arms and thighs which I’m a hell lot insecure about..

  • Wow! 5 lbs.?! That’s awesome. Thanks for sharing some meal ideas. That chia pudding looks awesome; I’ve been eating a lot of tumeric lately. I also get really bloated often due to IBS, so I totally have empathy for you. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.

  • Honestly I love only girls pluse size (big bobs, big and fat legs and big jucy asses) who weight 146-154 lbs (65-70 kg) not skiny girls,I don’t look at a skyny girl neither money or absolutely nothing I love only pluse size girls my kind of women yumtyyyyy!!!!!!

  • this motivates me so much and helps me think in a healthier way (i struggle with an eating disorder, but i am trying to get healthier because of health reasons), thank you so much for being such an amazing and honest person.

  • Just came across your account, I just started my weight loss journey. Been walking ten k a day and obsessing over calories so glad to see you were close to my starting weight. Every other video I’ve seen, people are like way more so it harder to relate. Thanks for the inspiration xx keep up the good work

  • Do you think energy drinks event he zero calorie ones cause the bloat and cause you not to lose weight. i have 3 a day and can not lose any weight at all ive been stuck for months
    any tips?

  • I’m so glad we still have a great selection of produce during these crazy times! Idk what I’d do without my veggies @mitzmorg_lsf

    @corkygetsfit

  • Congrats on the weight loss! You are truly an inspiration! I really want to lose 30lbs so that I can become a healthier teenager. 3 months is a healthy timeframe to be able to lose 30lbs and so I respect you for helping us with our weight loss journeys with your amazing, inspirational YouTube videos! Did you do any weight lifting during your journey? I really don’t like weight lifting and was hoping that I could focus on cardio and HIIT during my weight loss videos!

  • As soon as I was done watching this video I went right to sign up for WW, I’m excited! I’ll definitely be watching your videos for some inspiration!

  • Does Custokebon Secrets (search on google) help me lost a ton of fat? I see many people keep on speaking about this popular weight loss diet plan.

  • Found this video/channel because I signed up for WW today! I have 50 smart points with I think is a lot I am glad I found your channel. I don’t quite understand the daily vs the weekly. The weekly is normally smaller than daily. Also when I scan an item there are different points given by different ppl so hmm idk

  • I dont know how you all are doing this. I have lost only 8 lbs in 6 weks. Im not eating one bite of suagr…2 scrambled eggs for breakfast…hamburger patty..or fish..or salad..or steak
broccoli squash. and barely doing anything. Im walking 1.5 miles a day 6 days a week. What am i doing wrong.

  • So basically, you can eat whatever you want, just track it with points and don’t go over your daily allotted amount. Is this right?

  • how did u lose weight on your legs?
im 5’6 and im 121 Ibs right now. two months ago i was 136 Ibs.
so u can see that i lost way too much in two month.
My goal is it in the end to get to 110 Ibs…
My stomach has flattened and my waist has narrowed. the problem is that my legs mostly my thighs are wide and I dont know what to do.
I dont like to do sports. do you have a solution for me?
i saw a video on your channel in which u show some workouts u did. ive done this for two weeks but nothing much changed…

  • I’m SO glad I came across this video! I just joined last night and I had so many questions and wondered how the workshops worked and now u motivated me to join the workshops. I wish I did the referral tho. Imma add u on connect

  • Thank you so much for creating this video. Very informative for sure. Also, congrats on your weight loss. You look amazing. Keep up the great work!:)

  • You totally motivated me to look into WW, so I downloaded the app and there you are!! Yay! I did Weight Watchers many many years ago and it always worked for me so tomorrow I may go to our local office and take it from there! Congratulations on your weight loss journey and success!!

  • I really need help. I have gained at least 175 lbs in 4 years. I was addicted to drugs but when I quit I switched to food for comfort. I thought I was getting a handle on it but then my oldest daughter committed suicide. Now I’m so depressed I can’t even start to control my eating.

  • I weighed 96 pounds the majority of my life nothing changed until they removed my gallbladder and I didn’t know at the time but I had a problem with my pancreas as well so I tried to do the keto diet but it made me very sick because my body cannot digest fat I’m simply not holding on to any of the nutrients in my body because of the pancreas. After they removed my gallbladder I would eat and dump. So do you feel that the Keto diet is for me?

  • Girl girl girl…. I have found my motivator, YOU!!!!! I am just speechless I am going to start this journey I know it’s going to be hard but I know I can do it I can’t give up this Monday, July 9, 2018 I’m going to do this new journey

  • sure you will look good on the outside but your arteries wont a few years from now when you give up on this diet bc your life has changed

  • Hi Justyn, what type of weight watchers program would you suggest for a newbie? Should I sign up for digital, coaching or digital and workshop? You or anyone’s help would be greatly appreciated ☺️

  • Thank You sooooo much, i was just on the WW website yesterday but I didn’t complete the registration because I had no idea how the program works, you gave such a clear indepth description that I now feel that the program is something I can work with. I will be investing in myself on Saturday when I enroll. Be Blessed.

  • Thank you for sharing your story!!! I’m a newer WW member (lost weight years ago, but fell off and now I’m trying again) and don’t plan on turning back. You are a true inspiration to us members who have some weight to lose. Thank you…and look forwarding to following your journey!

  • Hi I’m new to WW I started yesterday and I feel like my points are way too high. Would you mind sharing how many points you started with in your journey?

  • Thank you for your video. You have definitely inspired me. I had begun a keto diet at a weightloss clinic a year ago. I eventually went back to old ways and gained it back. Now I have begun again on my own. I need inspiration, I need to learn how to eat a keto lifestyle. I am much older, 54 but I have the same desires to look and feel good in my clothes and be happy with me. Thank you, btw you are just beautiful. I will watch all your videos and learn from you.

  • Thank you for being so authentic! I am going through some of the same weight problems, I will start BLE tomorrow! Looking forward to following you, Thanks again.

  • Wow you make this look so easy something I can do a wife and mother of 4 children. This video was definitely helpful with you posting your phone on the split screen thank you New subscriber ☝
