Ingredients 1-1/4 cups milk 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches 1 small ripe banana, halved 3. Add the milk to the blender, along with the yogurt and the half of the banana. Blend until smooth. Add the honey and vanilla extract (and cinnamon, if you so choose.

DIRECTIONS Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more orange juice. If it is too thin, add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit. The smoothie is equally good if you leave the sherbet out but not as “tangy”. Step 1 Pour soy milk into a blender and add vanilla ice cream, frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, and peach slices.

Blend until smooth and pour. In a blender, combine the bananas, the 4 to 6 strawberries, the peach and peach nectar, and process until thick and creamy. Divide between the glasses. Garnish each glass with a peach slice and a strawberry and serve immediately. Ingredients.

6-8 whole frozen strawberries. 1 cup frozen peach slices. 1 whole ripe banana, not frozen. 1 (16-ounce) container unsweetened coconut water. Sweet, creamy and refreshing, this 5-ingredient strawberry banana peach smoothie with yogurt tastes just like summer in a glass.

Sometimes you just need a quick win, and a refreshing fruit smoothie. Directions: Add peach slices, frozen banana pieces, milk, a dash of vanilla extract and sugar in a blender jar. Blend them until smooth.

Add crushed ice and blend. Step 1 Blend yogurt, peaches, bananas, orange juice, sugar, and ice in a blender on high until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is to your desired. This delicious banana peach smoothie is a nutritious and delicious way to kick off your morning.

With ginger, beats and cucumbers, it’s super healthy too! #smoothies #banana #peach.

  • I was eating peach rings while watching this edit: I would use sherbet instead of Ice cream or yogurt and frozen peaches instead of ice. Have a great day

  • I just got the idea for this cause I have some strawberries and a peach tree in my backyard and I can’t eat solid food with my braces.

  • when i made it i usd to same amout of peaches and banada at the begiding but after i placets a more peach even better beacuase the first time i did not tast bananas

  • I just picked up a bunch( 10-12). Plan to use hot/cold method for easy peeling. then slice and remove the pit. lay out on cookie sheet and freeze about 1 hour. but I might keep two on the side for a smoothy.

  • ok what song are you using? Also, I did this with frozen bananas and made a frozen banana peach treat. I use it for an ice cream alternative. No milk in mine

  • I finally made it and it was so good. I only had almond milk and it still came out good. Also used the yogurt instead of ice cream. Great recipe. Thanks

  • Also you can add brown sugar or vanilla flavoring to make it more sweet (that’s what i do ;-;) Btw she does it more healthier so i like her way better:D

  • Just got a blender for my workout smoothies and will be trying this just as a treat. How i have made it this long without a blender is beyond me. Thanks!

  • I haven’t been hungry lately and we have a bunch of tiny peaches so imma make a smoothie because I won’t eat something if it’s not pizza or chips right now

  • JUST CANT GET WHY PEOPLE DONT ADD A TAD OF THE PEACH SKIN ALONG WITH THE DRINK LIKE I DO! THERES JUST ABOUT AS MUCH GOODNESS IN THE SKINS & PITHS AS WELL AS THE FLESH. HOW ELSE CAN ONE GET THOSE BEAUTIFUL COLORED SPECKS IN AN OTHER WHYS MONO TONED COLORED HEALTHY DRINK

  • Wow love this recipe!! ❤️I can never make these bowls because there are always some crazy ingredients but I already have everything I need LOVE IT can’t wait to try it ❤️
