STRAWBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHY RECIPE Greg’s Kitchen

Video taken from the channel: Greg’s Kitchen

Steps 1 In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Add more honey to taste if desired.

2 Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately. Ingredients. 2-1/4 cups orange juice; 1 package (12.3 ounces) silken reduced-fat firm tofu; 3 cups halved frozen unsweetened strawberries; 1-1/2 cups sliced ripe bananas. In Your Box (serves 2) 1 Orange 10 oz.

Frozen Sliced Strawberries 4 fl. oz. Orange Juice Info 4 oz. Greek Yogurt. Blend together bananas and 3 ounces Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice. Pour into glass, cover, and freeze for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse out blender; blend together strawberries, yogurt, and remaining Uncle Matt’s orange juice. Remove orange juice smoothie layer from freezer, and top with strawberry smoothie layer. Serve immediately. Variation Fresh Strawberry-Orange Smoothie If you have extra fresh strawberries, you can use them to prepare this delicious smoothie instead of the frozen berries.

Hull 4 cups fresh berries; spread into single layer on bottom of waxed paper-lined pan. Strawberry Orange Smoothie [banana-free] 2 oranges, peeled (307g) 8 strawberries, stem removed (198g) 1 cup water 4-5 ice cubes. I wanted a thicker smoothie without additional ingredients.

So for the liquid, I drained the pineapple juice into a measuring cup, then added just enough orange juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Tastes excellent and all ingredients fit into the blender. Also, I accidentally opened a can of chunk pineapple rather than crushed and it worked fine. Ingredients ¾ cup orange juice 1 cup fresh strawberries 1 ripe banana ½ cup ice cubes. Step 1 In a blender, combine strawberries, orange juice, ice cubes and sugar.

Boldly-hued, with a delightful sweet-tart flavor, blood orange juice turns the standard smoothie sophisticated. This blood orange strawberry smoothie would be a perfect addition to a Valentine’s or Mother’s Day brunch menu. Use frozen, unsweetened berries for a frostier smoothie.

Place the orange juice, yogurt, mango, blueberries, banana and ice, if using, in a blender or food processor and process until the fruit is puréed and the drink is thick and creamy.

In my favorite purple smoothie, frozen fruit fills in for ice, lending a creamy texture while preventing the drink from getting diluted.
