4. Because, Pokemon. For most people, getting through the day without a least a little walking is nearly impossible. It’s the simplest way for us to get around.
But walking shouldn’t be a chore, or even just a. It doesn’t take much to improve your health with walking. About 150 minutes a week should do it. That’s about 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
If you need to start with way less than that, don’t. You can! Start walking and increase your motivation right now. It is very easy for us to become tired and uninterested in activity, when we have been working all day. After a hard days work, curling up on the sofa and watching the television, seems a great option.
But if this is you, it is time to start thinking in a different way. If you’re not a regular walker why not try walking for a change? If you live in the city go to your local park.
