The right diet can give us more energy to exercise; a new meditation may motivate us to change our diet; a productive therapy session can, at least temporarily, flood our brains with helpful chemicals indicating that, at least for a while, we’ve found a measure of calm and well-being.

  • 7:29 “Your strategy to live in the present will get a lot better when you accept how frequently the present sucks”, lol, this had me.

  • World Meditates with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar | Live Guided Meditation | 19th April 12 noon

Meditation training improves a wide range of willpower skills, including attention, focus, stress management, impulse control and self-awareness. It changes both the function and structure of the brain to support self-control. For example, regular meditators have more gray matter in the prefrontal cortex.

  • This is realistic. Yes. Life is messy but the way to encounter it by accepting it, and practice mindfulness not just to get rid of messiness of life but to improve life even if it’s messy. Great message.

  • What a truth! Problems are parts of the life. Just need to know how to see and take care of them. Easier said than done! Just start it! Thank you for your sharing.

  • Just saw your advert with Emily. Lovely bunch of absolute cobblers. Great music: really emphasised the absolute profundity of her words. Your money and my time well spent. Thanks for that.

  • Very astute and helpful definition at the start, thanks. Its often not explained so clearly but that definition tells you exactly what it is and how to do it, all very quickly and clearly.

  • What is her lineage? Her training? She has impressive presentation skills and manner which is awesome but I have the sense she just cashing in on meditation with little understanding of shadow and absolute or relative.. She’s badass at self promotion which I unfortunately equates to the message becoming very diluted in my experience.

  • This is exactly what it has been feeling i have am doing this! But i have never been able to explain jt like you have! Amazing! That is it the secret. The noticing it is like stepping out of yourself each time or like you said waking up seejng and hearing!

  • I ran my first 50k 2 weeks ago. In my training runs leading up to it (and during the run itself) I broke them into smaller chunks: I ran a 5k, 10k, then 15k, then it was 25k, which left a 25k to go, then I only had 15k to go, then a 10k, then finally just a 5k left. Works for me.:)

  • I am stuck at chapter 7. What’s my age again? Ziva meditation. Bad ding dong head. Indian dude. The corpus callosum. 50/50. Time33/9

  • This is a brilliant talk! Both funny and super insightful. I’m a longtime meditator, and this talk contained extremely helpful reminders for me. Well done, Daron-thank you!

  • Desde que empece a escuchar el vídeo sentí las ondas energéticas en mi cerebro, pero alguien de ustedes me puede decir si lograron concentrarse y pasar el examen para el que estudiaron con este vídeo.

  • Great info but the presentation is not poised and conducive for relaxation. A good example of what Im talking about is Tara Brach in her CD entitled RADICAL SELF ACCEPTANCE by Sounds True.

  • as i did the 3 aims of life is Love, humility and patience. if God is Witin me it makes me humble and cn wait Gods answers to our prayers patience cnbe.widen.

  • I have spent months investigating top plans for focusing and discovered a fantastic resource at Wilfs Blueprint System (google it if you’re interested)

  • Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered Diyaaroih Shirtify Explosion (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off product for discovering the secret to hack your flow state using proven meditation techniques minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.

  • I wish that the title was different-it implies that you are against the mindfulness way of being. Actually, you are trying to correct misconceptions people have re what the mindfulness is, since it is actually “a way of being”.

  • Why put an ad in the middle of meditation!!?!?! This is so wrong! It is actually disturbing the mind when an ad starts out of the sudden when in the meditative state.

  • Thanks for sharing these, very helpful. Just want to say that your breath is not your spirit. When you die you stop breathing but your spirit-man live the body, goes back to its Maker for judgement.

  • Thanks Renee, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences, you have provided me with some very helpful actions to deal with life and help me to feel happy, Geoff

  • I think this is one of the most realistic talks I’ve seen on how mindfulness can be applied, and how it is useful in every day life.

  • I practice meditation everyday for the past year. It has helped me immennot in the place I want to be, but? I am so much happier than I ever use to be!!! Im hoping by taking your class I will kearn how to BE where I want to be

  • I find meditation really hard, if i dont go to sleep i have trouble focusing, my mind constantly wanders and its very frustrating. THis lady is so wonderful to listen too, thankyou for her, a lot she has said makes so much sense. Very helpful. xx

  • For anyone that is thinking of joining Mind Valley, be prepared for absolutely NO Customer Service. It does not exist. I paid $700.00-30 hours ago and still don’t have access to my account. I cannot get in. The error may be mine, but without being able to chat with someone it doesn’t get fixed. Imagine, they told me it would be 48 hours before someone got back to me. The last time they said they had a back log of people, that scares me, and that’s why it’s 48 hours. They give you 7 free days but I’ve used up 2 already not being able to reach anyone. My back settings do not work, nothing works. The product may be good, I don’t know. but their customer service is horrendous. I’ve left this message a few times and they don’t seem to care. Mind boggling. On Facebook someone said they would get back to me in 30 min, that was an hour ago. I would love to take your course Emily Fletcher, but I can’t access any of my programs. Really too bad.

  • we are naturally intelligent, compasive, concentrated, live the present and share it( where else could we live) experience happiness and suffering in ourselves and in others, fall down and get up. The thing is that we have to find in ourselves the will and courage to get up to think to concentrate to help ourselves and others without being lazy, wanting everything without trouble, accepting and desl with suffering thebest possible, accept process, and not be tempted by an easy, tips full, quick reward, never happy life.

  • I feally liked this video. Irrelevant perhaps but his accent, tone and pace was very soothing as well which helped relay the message!

  • I tried to watch this video two years ago and clicked right out because I couldnt understand.

Two years later I realize I picked up some of these habits by accident. Thank you so so much.

  • I LOVE my spearmeant shampoo! I love the feel of the hot water running down my aching back in the shower and I ADORE the taste of my morning coffee. I HATE my husband’s yelling and screaming and name calling. I HATE how low it makes me feel. I HATE myself for letting it bother me. I HATE the fact that he isn’t trying to make things right with God and the world before he dies. And I HATE that when he goes from this world he won’t be leaving me any good memories of him. Of us.

  • this was hands down one of the best meditation/mindfulness talks I’ve ever listened to. Beautiful and thank you for what you’re doing.

  • This talk is profound Emily! You pack so much information (including scientific backing) in such a short amount of time, and you deliver it all so delightfully & joyfully!! Such a breathe of fresh air and empowerment!! Lately I’ve been thinking about internal verses external locus of control and how much it would help our 14-year-old if I could get just this one point across to her as she navigates these turbulent years. I’m going to share this video with her as a way to have this conversation. Thanks for all that you are contributing to everyone, including us, people you don’t even know! All the best to you!

  • We are supposed to play this in background and study? Isnt that how it works? Or listen while sleeping after study ends. Please tell

  • Ya me estaba durmiendo cuando das anuncio, y me despertó y ya van más de 3 veces. Porfavor quiten los anuncios, porque la música es relajante hermosa… Pero los anuncios deben quitárselos es lo único malo que le veo.

  • I happened to do the same thing one day afternoon, I just try to pretend that I am not a human but a camera trying to record the details of present moment of external environment. A camera doesn’t talk to itself, doesn’t judge, it just observe the world. After I learn about mindfulness, I try to pretend that I am a camera observing both internal and external experience, I try to record the thoughts and feeling of myself without judgement, and I feel more at peace while being able to have regular emotions like a human.

  • I’m a little lost. I am trying to learn about mindfulness and I feel like this was a lot of words but he didn’t say much. Maybe it’s just me though, literally the first video on mindfulness I’ve seen.

  • Best teaching about meditation ever! The exercise at the end was really effective! Emily has a calming, positive, powerful, uplifting influence like a beautiful Guru-Angel!

  • I love your recommendations, i live in Spain and my mother language is spanish but you transmited me a lot of peace and love with your words and your beautiful eyes.

  • That’s why you use biofeedback or neurofeedback training. I’m currently using HRV training, just started yesterday, and I already feel calmer, happier, and better able to pay attention to whatever I wish to pay attention to.

  • It was on of the techniques the Buddha taught to relaise how everything is imperminent. Not for stress management. It is often used with Vipassina, a clear seeing. Notice that this fact of being a verry significant teaching of mind, body, emotion & action is a 2500 year old teaching from a single man to help awaken all sentient beings of their defiled perception of objective reality through ignorence, offering solutions like this to practice ones self to awaken themselves from their ignotent seeing through the 5 agrigets ( sences). You could at least being from the place where intalectual property was invented not plagerize such a thoughtful generous mans teaching.

  • Hi Renee Loved your video. Could you please give me your opinion about this video which I have just watched? It may not be in the same ‘country’ but it’s in the same ‘continent’ so to speak https://youtu.be/4SnplBhmDUs

  • Would you say that it’s by protective instinct, reflex, that our mind encourages us to give up when encountering difficult conditions? Because every human being seems to have this reaction, this instinct (even if they choose to go beyond or not), even the ones with the most powerful willpower…

  • Divination, necromacy, tarot, spiritualism an abomination to God Almighty. Reason? Its not what you think behind it. Try asking your ‘spirit guides’ crystals, pendulums, etc in the name of Jesus to reveal themselves or the power behind it. Prepare to rebuke in Jesus name. Please realise its deception.Repent, brothers and sisters, ask God to reveal his son Jesus, believe he is Lord and God and died for our sins and is risen.

  • Mindfulness Unvarnished: A Simpler Perspective

The best things in life are free, as true as well is its corollary, that the best ideas for living a good life are also free. Like a good oak desk, it’s not the choice of surface that confuses you, it’s the varnish, which is neither free nor simple or even for that matter necessary.
To wit, exercise and eat right and you will lose weight, save money in an index fund and your investments will be in the best shape and always, always, follow the instructions which come with the box. For psychological health, the major impediment to happiness is cognitive perseveration, or the insoluble distractions, worries, and regrets that populate our days. Escaping cognitive perseveration is hard, since once you’ve entered a spate or worry or regret, or bounding between distractive social media for that matter, you can’t easily be rid of it because they are affectively compelling states. Avoiding cognitive perseveration is another matter and is done by consistently restricting your thoughts to the present moment, so that it is impossible for idle what-if thoughts to segue into worry, anger, or regret. That is what mindfulness is, just persistently thinking in the present, and its results are relaxation and a feeling of equanimity.
Easy enough, but not easy to do for long, as we just can’t keep it up for more than a few hours at a time because the world beckons us to think of our futures, both real and imagined. And that is where the varnish of psychological hokum comes in, which implies that the keys for 24-hour nonstop bliss is just a seminar, self-help video, book, or training session away. And that’s nonsense, as nothing can stave off the fact that mindfulness can be boring.
Mindfulness is important, if we understand that like all things, it is useful in proportion, and we can get along with it, and life, quite well without paying for psychological varnish, as the best things in life, and how to live, are indeed free.

  • Meditation helped me go thru difficult times and sustained me a lot during these isolation times. Blessings to all of you and remember truth lies within each one of us.

  • Very nice explanation of the process and then leaving us with the knowing that as we have meditated together, we will leave dancing together.

  • to everyone who is doing homework, leave the chat, breathe slowly, take a sip of water, and focus

to everyone who is trying to sleep, leave the chat, grab a blanket, and get the rest you deserve.

to everyone who is feeling sad, grab a snack, get some water, get a blanket, and write down your thoughts. when you’re done, lay down, and get some rest, no matter the time.

to everyone who is drawing, you got this. you’re art is amazing. keep your head up (or down, depends on where your paper is) and remember that you matter.

    i love you all

  • in meditations we cn found the purpose why we have failures. just cry onbit and be healed.the wounds of life wherin lights enter.we cn realize what life means.

  • what a boring speaker. He seems not to know anything about real mindfulness. He is just talking about it. Words, Words, empty words.

  • I sort of pity you all who need to train yourselves to be mindful. It should be one’s natural state of mind. I don’t think primitive peoples need such training.

  • How nobody sees that’s a MAN transgenderd voice/ large shoulders on mans shoulders uou can put 3 heads / he is wearing large dress but in other videos u can see strength back!! Woman have curve arch to procreate.PEOPLE ARE DECEIVED..that is MAN

  • @ the 7:42 mark is what really calmed me down when I was just having an anxiety/panic attack. I’m going to try this while I’m driving that’s when most my panic attacks happen! GOD HEALING & thank you Nee.

  • Exactly what I thought after this video was not was I really expecting.
It doesn’t seems annoying though and I m sure you r not the only one.

  • Some people having no serious prblem in life becomes so much stressed and anxious without any reason.and believe me it is a very big problem.

    So as I.

  • as sir vishen quipped it, she combined The Buddha and The Badass, the spirit and the executioner (the dude who finishes the targets i mean, the guy who executes goals not the killer) working in unison towards only a single goal, no longer fighting each other over their differences but working together as the cannonball loader and the triggerman, the result is a very big hole in the other guy’s ship. and that was just a single move, wait there’s more.

  • THe Law of Attraction works for most People..It worked for my Ex-Wife..she attracted all my Furniture…lol, note to self..Get Better, Not Bitter..let it Go..its Rinse and Repeat..lol. It s all Good..Love Life Loud and Cleat..=Going Forwartd in Sunny Ways..lol

  • Obrigada por esse som maravilhoso! Ouço ele pelo menos 4h diariamente, me ajuda na concentração. É impressionante! quando o ligo, pareço sair do ambiente em que estou e foco totalmente!

  • Hey.. everyone…………

  • Meditation does help to bring peace and calmness to a busy mind, but it is a temporary bandage solution. The controllers of this planet want us to think we are winners only if we are successful, and everyone else is a useless loser. This forces us to have high expectations for everything we do must have a big house, must have a luxury car, must win at every argument, must lie and step on others just to get that job promotion… what’s worse is that in order to acquire more materialistic things to look more successful we become greedier for even more money. It is a vicious circle that causes a boat load of stress and guilt brought on by ourselves. We could help ourselves tremendously by backing away a little bit at a time and start being grateful with what we have and replace envy with compassion. Go further by living a life of pure intention, kindness, honesty, and integrity. This mindset and life style will move us to become more balanced humans and raise our consciousness. When the time is right we will be able to fully re-connect with the all benevolent and all loving God/Higher Self/Prime Creator/Creative Source. Now we will be in a deep meditative blissful state 24/7 everyday of our lives, not just for a brief moment when we meditate. How great is that. However, in this world of maximum free choice and maximum duality we get to decide which path we want to travel. Just be mindful that God/etc is waiting patiently with “open arms” for you to re-connect and “call home”. All the best!

  • I do practice paying attention to one sense esp listening very carefully to natural sounds or seeing the scenery when out in the wood. Having practiced for more than a month yet my bad habit of dwelling in my inner narratives started to rise, becoming vulnerable to react certain emotions finally rendering mindfulness practice to go totally in vain. I noticed it is prerequisite to accept any states of mind and feelings, or negative ones. But I found myself engulfed by it many times. I have social anxiety driven by childhood and now I am able to lead a normal life compared to the past however even before anxiety occurs, my brain perceives social situations or events as a threat I had traumatised, making body manifestations like rattling voice, hand and irregular eye movements etc. Mindfulness for some ppl is easier said than done but surely enabling you to take baby steps.

  • I like what you are saying here, I want to hear the lessons and I am finding it difficult to listen because it sounds like you are yelling!

  • One of the motivation channels that I really follow. This inspired me to create my own motivation channel. I really need suggestions for my channel. Can somebody help me on this. Thank you.

  • She explains it so clearly and well, thank you Emily. ). I had just started to meditate for 20 minutes daily but was then a bit scared of continuing after watching Leo Gura’s youtube video on the “”dark side of meditation”, he talks about the possibility of getting depression, ego backlash, paranormal phenomenon, even seeing ghosts, devils, giant insects that might try to kill you after practicing meditation, especially at advanced levels. It really freaked me out and I was afraid to continue. Please tell me he’s exagerrating and that it’s not true. I’m really afraid of ghosts and things.

  • I just got out of the Hospital and this “Mindfulness” Lady saw me for 3 days about this Mindfulness. It was a Psychological twist from Thankyou Dr. Lamoze. It did not help me at all.

  • Very sweet, kind, sincere video. You are a blessing to those of us that watch your videos. Slow down just a little. It was hard to follow you at times and be at ease. I had to ‘rewind’ many times.

  • I feel like she’s only scratching the surface.
Mindfulness is more than focusing. It’s an awareness. Catching your thoughts and reverting them/rewriting them

Meditation is connect you back to your true self. The cosmic. Detach from your body and circumstances and just be. Yes it clears stress and makes you a better person but it’s sooo much deeper.

Only thing I agree on is her definition of manifestation

  • There is a mismatch or conflict that while mindfulness practice is spreading pretty much along the bushfire speed, and this is asserted that Mindfulness, Meditation & Manifesting Can Improve Your Family Life then why is the score of loneliness, single personal families, number of single mothers, divorce rates on the rise? I am a meditator myself, my conclusion is that people are clueless on how to do the meditation and also do not include empathy in the process.

  • When you still need to find jobs and need to study, but your mind starts to wonder because of pandemic and you hope that this will help you calm yourself during lockdown….damn it!

  • omg my summer i is a day for my mom and dad and i night we are all in a great way we will have to get together again and see ya again and then again i was a great time for me and my dad and my sister in the same room with me so we had to do a lot and we had a lot going to be doing so pretty much everything we do for the day we have to get together we have a lot going to be doing so pretty much every time i i was like that i is a great way for me and my dad to come to pick up the plants i was a great night to see y’all so i is that the day you go off to your mom i was like that you have a good day and i was the time you get back together

  • being still in contemplation can be useful but sadly rather than sitting in meditation we really need to work together to change the toxic elements of the culture shaping and steering us all to more suffering than is needed

  • I deeply dislike the way MindValley does business putting a video on your website that people can’t fast-forward or rewind and pretending that it’s an “event” with showing times when in fact the video can be accessed any time. I expressed all this in an email to your CS but it was ignored, so I’m putting it out here to warn other people, so they don’t have their time wasted too.

I was fascinated to find out more about Emily Fletcher, so I signed up to watch the video. I couldn’t attending any of the apparently “showing times” and what a surprise, it was available to watch right away. The first 30 minutes was awesome. But my internet went down right before she started the meditation demo. Now I have to sit through 30 minutes of talking I don’t need to see again, in order to experience the meditation. That was the WHOLE POINT of watching the video, to see if I like her meditation style.

I was willing to spend the money, but not after seeing the way you operate, putting videos out there with no navigation tools, FORCING people to watch it all. Be upfront. Be honest. Put what you offer out here on YouTube, and then let people decide. Like Wim Hof does, and others like him. Instead of this “exclusive” and “event” and “show times” bullshit. Please.

  • 20:49 Start here. She recaps the first two of her three M’s and then goes into the third, “Manifesting.”
    1. Mindfulness helps dealing with the present.
    2. Meditation helps with dealing with the past.
    3. Manifesting helps with creating the future.

  • Very useful indeed. Use meditation music in this process. Subscribe here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXyEXf_Owv2J1eUBUaHDERQ and enjoy the best meditation music.

  • I think that people have a good memory because their lives are the same routines. I’ve been through a lot and everything keeps on changing. I have more problems every day + I need to memorize and study. Because of this, my brain is probably overheating and Out of storage.:( anything I try to remember my brain just throws into the dirt. Even worse, I don’t even remember my past that much. sO i rEmEmBeR nOthINg fRoM aNyThiNg oR aNyWhErE! This helps me focus. and i hope it will help me remember too ><

  • The best benefit of mindfulness is the wisdom that there is no permanent self. What mentions is only by product.

  • If you read this, doesn’t matter where you are right now on this planet, I wish you a wonderful night and a happy peaceful life where all your dreams become true. ❤ Wishing you this from Colorado

  • I don’t appreciate that expression of “i only like to work with high achievers” sounds kinda discriminatory:/ despite of that, there is many wisdom shared here. Thank you for the content. 😉

  • Excellent Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard the talk about Diyaaroih Shirtify Explosion (do a search on google)? It is a good one of a kind guide for discovering the secret to hack your flow state using proven meditation techniques without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend at very last got cool results with it.

  • Did not work for me, meditation never worked for me, could not get into the state where you thought you could mediate, was I supposed to meet Nirvana or change my life instantly, my life is dealing with the real world and the choices I made, bad choices, I am paying for the price
Yes, I changed my life by taking accountability and responsibility for my life, this does not deal with real life issues, Infidelity, Rape, Bulling, she looks like a fairy princess, her marketing was great but shallow

  • There are several ideas if you are interested in the laws of attraction

Before starting the manifestation process, you need to take the necessary time to release all your disbelief in your power to be happy.

Use your clear decision and spend time each day sitting with the feeling of what you desire.

(I read these and more ideas from Makale Magic Method website )

  • If you are reading this then

1.“When you have a dream, you’ve got to grab it and never let go.”

    2. “Nothing is impossible. The word itself says ‘I’m possible!’”

    3. “There is nothing impossible to they who will try.”

    4. “The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.”

    5. “Life has got all those twists and turns. You’ve got to hold on tight and off you go.”

    6. “Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and shadows will fall behind you.”

    7. “Be courageous. Challenge orthodoxy. Stand up for what you believe in. When you are in your rocking chair talking to your grandchildren many years from now, be sure you have a good story to tell.”

    8. “You make a choice: continue living your life feeling muddled in this abyss of self-misunderstanding, or you find your identity independent of it. You draw your own box.”

    9. “I just want you to know that if you are out there and you are being really hard on yourself right now for something that has happened … it’s normal. That is what is going to happen to you in life. No one gets through unscathed. We are all going to have a few scratches on us. Please be kind to yourselves and stand up for yourself, please.”

    10. “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

    11. “You define your own life. Don’t let other people write your script.”

    12. “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”

    13. “At the end of the day, whether or not those people are comfortable with how you’re living your life doesn’t matter. What matters is whether you’re comfortable with it.”

    14. “People tell you the world looks a certain way. Parents tell you how to think. Schools tell you how to think. TV. Religion. And then at a certain point, if you’re lucky, you realize you can make up your own mind. Nobody sets the rules but you. You can design your own life.”

    15. “For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end.”

    16. “Spread love everywhere you go.”

    17. “Do not allow people to dim your shine because they are blinded. Tell them to put some sunglasses on.”

    18. “If you make your internal life a priority, then everything else you need on the outside will be given to you and it will be extremely clear what the next step is.”

    19. “You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens.”

    20. “You can be everything. You can be the infinite amount of things that people are.”

  • Thanks Tim for this video! So true. I’ve been running again and every time I want to stop and walk I think it’s just a mental thing and I just tell myself you got this. And I end up doing better.

  • Time for work…time with friends and time for yourself…why do we have to complicate everything…always take time for yourself each day…adults have responsibilities….i think oeople get stressed because they simply don’t like all the responsibilities..

  • Very interesting…unrelated question, when you get your haircut do they cut it in the centre? If you wear it on the side, they need to be cutting on a side parting otherwise you will get a layer on one side and it will be one length on the other.

  • Just finished meditating. And when I finished…. the closest thing that describes how I felt was at peace. I just sat there for a minute feeling that. AMAZING

  • Can’t get enough Calm… “Meditate profoundly, that the secret of things unseen may be revealed unto you, that you may inhale the sweetness of a spiritual and imperishable fragrance, and that you may acknowledge the truth … so that light may be distinguished from darkness, truth from falsehood, right from wrong,..” – Baha’u’llah, Baha’i Faith

  • played this for over 2 hours while studying for tomorrow exams and wow I didn’t get distracted like last time!
It’s a piece of good background music when you’re studying. Not to mention, you memorize much more stuff while listening. So I totally recommend this to everyone who is preparing for exams.
Good luck to those who are gonna be sitting for their exams soon!

  • Is it just me, playing music like this at a low volume in my room while I sleep makes me very tired the next day even though I sleep throughout the night. tia.

  • Namaste

For mantra meditation we can take any Beeja Mantra (number of syllables should not exceed 10) and keep repeating it in our mind.

Just as a seed carries an entire tree within itself, the beej mantra carries the complete power of the deity that it represents.

  • Renee. you are a mine of mindfulness information. An observation, not a criticism, you would come over better if you just……slowed down a bit.

  • I´m from Germany and I didn´t get the message of the video until i found out that “mindful” has a much better translation in German. It means something along the lines “pay attention”

  • 21:00 especially what she says about manifesting is so true. Plus, I think many of us do not know their dreams, they believe other people dreams to be theirs.

  • Weather can be a great mental block excuse. Probably caused by our upbringing: “Don’t go out cause you’ll get wet and you will catch a flu!”.
I realized it when I caught myself once not wanting to go for a swim because it rained. I was worried I would get wet… if I go for a swim… in the rain…
