In order to lose weight with the classes or Wii Zumba, you should expect to do between 30 and 90 min. of the workout, between 5 and 6 days per week. On days where you do other kinds of training (swimming, running, walking programs, strength training and weightlifting, etc) you can always cut back on the time that you are doing dancing workouts. Zumba focuses on moving multiple body parts simultaneously and is ideal for all age groups. It is rapidly catching up as a group workout form or simply to have some fun while losing weight. The high-pace movements of Zumba can make you lose 500 to 800 calories in just one hour-long session.

Zumba can help you lose calories real fast!Tips for weight loss with Zumba Participating in Zumba classes means you’ll be getting plenty of cardiovascular exercise. To meet your weight loss goals, you’ll also want to eat a healthy diet. Zumba is a vigorous aerobic exercise that is best if you want quick results, i.e. weight loss. However, if your goal is to tone and build those muscles, increase your resting metabolic rate and drop weight, opt for the gym.

Zumba has given. Zumba Fitness – This burns calories just as well as any of the real classes do. This is one of the best options for weight loss because you end up dancing extra pounds right off without even really realizing that you’re working out. I’ve stolen this from another website but apparently it has come directly from the people that made the game. I hope it helps you.

To unlock other venues (besides the Night Club), you’ll have to play the Zumba Party mode and complete the classes (ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes) As you complete them, you will begin to unlock the other stages for you to dance in Hope this helps.

  • Omg when I had the Wii, I use to work out to zumba 1 and zumba 2, I loved them so much, just done this work out and I still remembered some of the steps even tho it was years ago.   • I hope I`d recognized about the sooner! I would`ve dropped 14 pounds years back. This system does not ask you to change your diet or you should work out. It merely lessen your cravings to it without sacrificing your wellbeing. Find a right weight is not easy, you can research on Google. weight’s name is at the bottom.

  • I always undermined Zumba and looking at this one too made me laugh. However, when I started doing this the first 5 minutes felt like 1 hour and since then I have not missed a single day doing this. It’s been just 15 days since I started but still, by the time it reaches 15 minutes, I start praying to the lord “Please end this…Please end this video” But I don’t give, I finish this until the end.!!!!

  • shad, I just startd my own zumba goal.. I had a baby six months ago and was getting pretty heavy, I have been doing the zumba rush for 2 hours everyday!!! I lost 5 lbs so far and im only a week in!!! SO happy for you! it really does work!

  • I had it on Kinect but due to lack of space bought it on the wii. Sadly I didn’t get the belt but I don’t care about the stars, yeah they are cool buy its the workout that matters. You WILL notice the difference but don’t go running a marathon right away. Do a few songs and work your way up until you can do max intensity on longest class which is over an hour long. I am 49 and doing this and it works!The Canadian health food guide. I lost 20 lbs just watching my sodium intake. So yes these programs work but with a little help 😉 Exercise is great but it can be done without it too just by watching what you eat. However, exercise is important because of METS score. This helps prevent mental deterioration diseases

  • I do Zumba FItness JOIN the Party for Kinect. I started it, I do the 20 minutes beginner once a day, and sometimes one or two tutorials. Do you think this will help? I gained a lot of weight with all the stress over the summer.

  • There are many factors in how to belly dance. One plan I found that succeeds in merging these is the Gabs Mover Crusher (google it if you’re interested) definately the most helpful lessons i’ve seen.Check out the unbelievable information.

  • I’ve done this workout 4-5 times a week for almost a month while eating clean and healthy ( without deprivation!!) And i’m happy to say that i’ve lost almost 9 pounds so far yaaay.
    It was so hard at first to do the whole workout, but after a week your body gets used to it.
    My advice is to not over do it! DO NOT do this everyday, i did that mistake on my last week and i got knee and ankle injury:/

    Day 1: felt great after, not gonna lie did pause a few times to take breaks
    Day 2: hardly took any breaks and pushed through, i did a few workouts after to really amp it up
    Day 3: Took 5 breaks probably because I did a fast walk warm up for 15 minutes. Sweating a lot but starting to see results

  • This is called QUICK BURN CARDIO, not ULTIMATE FAT BURN (a different DA workout). There are two parts, 20 minutes each. There is a 5 minute warm up. The first part is pretty good solid cardio. The second part uses crossfit style moves with weights. It’s a killer! Then a 5 minute cooldown. I’m trying to get back in shape and have been exercising regularly for two months. By 10 minutes into part 2 I’m soaking wet and have to stop for water!
