  • I just want to say thank you for the hypothyroidism related videos. I was diagnosed in July ’17 and I’ve gained 15 pounds since. I try to eat healthy, I don’t drink soda, juices or alcohol, always pack my lunch and it’s STILL A STRUGGLE.Sometimes I lose weight but I’m still as bloated. I’m going to really try what’s working for you and see where it takes me… Thanks again. <3

  • hi dear i am a 32 years old and i have a thyroid but i really dont understand it is hypo or hyperthyroidism last time it was different now it is different now its tsh level 8.51. it is hypothyroidism.please do let me know cannot go out side because of lock-down i want do the excise accordingly to that and want to get a pregnant soon please me.

  • This is hard to watch, it’s all about CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT for weight loss!!! The calories of that healthy snickers is probably the same as a normal snickers…. almond butter is high in calories so are dates and then dipped in chocolate…

  • I struggle with hypothyroidism. I’m a first year university student, and it’s pretty hard with the fatigue. I’m just getting started on my medication, so I’m hoping it’ll help soon. Thank you for the tips!

  • omg im so thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i knew nothing about hypothyroidism! im so happy to find you for this… i was really confused and lost and i stopped working out and been feeling so lazy and tired and my joints hurt etc. ugh! i took my first dose of medication for it this morning and im so excited to now have a workout i can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 and your diet video helped too! yayyyyyy

  • I’m so glad I stumbled across these videos! I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism back in July, but mine is kind of weird. I started testing in February, and did blood tests every two-three months before officially being diagnosed because my doctor really wanted to make sure. My T3 and T4 always tested normal, but my TSH was what was way off. So finally I started medicine and I have a lot more energy, but still trying to find motivation to work out. And I still don’t feel the best. In 2013 I was diagnosed with IBS with chronic constipation so now that I have hypo, my gastro is trying to find a way to balance out the medicines I have to take because he thinks they are related! I’m glad I’m finally getting and answers and I hope these workouts can really get me started at living a healthier lifestyle!

  • I have not watched her since 2017 bc threats when everyone did like back to school hacks and trends and I loved them. Now she’s changed so much! She’s taking care of herself and being more relatable for her subscribers and fans

  • Thank you for these videos. I have hypothyroidism and struggle with weight gain. I was wondering if you experience joint pain? I have severe joint pain, and some days I can barely move. I know its a symptom of hypothyroidism.

  • who else believes that workout is so helpful for sanity in this covid time? I totally agree with alisha. I have started paying attention to myself and health better than ever before

  • Full body tutorial with weights!!! I just started my fitness journey 3 months ago and am looking to kicking it up a notch with weights

  • This girl is amazing! I have been watching her sense I got YouTube! Thanks ya for keep making videos and good job on loosing weight!I love to workout ️‍♂️ too! lol ‍♀️

  • I haven’t seen Alisha in so long cause i redownload YouTube and couldn’t remember her name, until this popped up. When I saw the brown hair I thought I was on an old video

I think it looks amazing btw

  • Heres a few tips
    1. Fake stomach aches, no one will give you A LOT of food when You’re sick In the stomach

    2. Eat normal food. You can stop with the chicken breast and vegetables for lunch but maybe some turkey and smash potatoes, this way you WILL gain more weight but very little and the weight will be gone quickly o ce the holiday is over. The point is eat normal but not EXTRA just a bit lower than your usual.

    3. Throw up Relax, dont worry about the food that mom and aunt are making just watch the movie with your family and when dinner comes just eat normally, and if they ask why you’re eating less than usual just say diarrhea. No one wants you to prove it.

  • my mom makes protein balls by purée-ing dates, cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla and then mix in crushed nuts and shredded coconut. SO FREAKIN GOOD

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost lots of weight? Just simply do a search engine search. On there you will find a great suggestions about how you can lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • Lol. That was literally what I thought, when I read the title. YOU DON‘T
It’s a well deserved break from the constant struggle to ‚do it right‘. Just enjoy it, for heaven’s sake.

  • Hi bro, good videos. Have you thought to try vegan? You could look also muscular and lean at the same time that is better for your health in long term and more ethical to animals and environment. I recommend you to watch “What The Health” on netflix. Also “Dominion” in youtube

  • Totally respect for this man!! Thanks for being a balanced fitness, we love to train but we also love to be with our families and to LIVE, this is just ONCE a year! Props mate!
    Edit: Happy holidays!

  • Dont be slave to the fitness world all year round..enjoys plenty of good food and candy with family and friends. Merry Christmas from Norway

  • Problem is in America it’s not just Christmas; it’s memorial day, Independence Day, labor day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. Cinco de mayo

  • Do you just get high protein low calorie meals? Because I’m trying to be sorta like you, lean but also really strong and if I eat as often you do I’ll loose a lot of weight, I’m like skinny lean should I just try to gain muscle and weight and than cut down and get lean or nah?

  • Also people, it takes 11 months to reach what you need and it takes similar time to reverse it. So chill, as long as the rest of the year you take care of your body

  • Dude I ate so much today I feel like crap. Feels like I need to not eat for days for my body to chill. But it was worth it. It’s nice to know that sugar actually makes me sick.

  • If a single meal will ruin your entire “diet” and you’re not competing in body building or something with extreme cutting then there’s probably something wrong. Realistically it’s probably 2 or 3 meals for the entire year. Possibly a fourth if you’re looking at new years day/eve. It’s not a big deal.

  • I just discovered your channel. I love that you are doing these videos. I have struggled with hypo since I was 10. I am now 14. My doctors put me on medicine, but I don’t feel it helping. I will definitely try this workout. I have been searching everywhere for workout and diet tips.

  • Oh my god, you totally have saved my life! I’ve got hypo and I sure have been struggling with it. I love your videos, thanks to them I realized that I needed to change my medications as well as my food habits. And when my new doctor added t3 to the t4 everything changed! Please keep on making these videos!

  • My favorite advice.
“Eating unhealthy one day isn’t going to change your life anymore than eating healthy one day will make you fit”

  • Actually this is an important video. You don’t get fat between Christmas and new year you get fat between new year and Christmas. Enjoy your holidays folks:)

  • My favorite advice.
“Eating unhealthy one day isn’t going to change your life anymore than eating healthy one day will make you fit”

  • This opinion of mine might be unpopular.
Eat to your heart’s content. You have got rest of the year to maintain diet. Just don’t let this be a habbit.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a google search engine search. On there you will discover an awesome guidelines about how you can lost a ton of fat. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • My favorite advice.
“Eating unhealthy one day isn’t going to change your life anymore than eating healthy one day will make you fit”

  • Please do a workout video with weights! I’m so lost in the gym but really want to do some strength training to build muscles Much love from Switzlerland!

  • Love these workouts. I’ve literally been doing them since I was 15… and now I’m 28. I also like them wen ur standing and doing leg lifts love yah… I’ll be starting a workout/ lifestyle yt channel soon so I hope I’ll have your support.

  • I spent all morning stressing about eating bad today, then told myself, I didn’t gain muscles in a day, I didn’t lose 20 pounds in a day, I didn’t get where I am in a day, I won’t destroy it all in a day. As Einstein once said, “yolo”.

  • Hi, thanks very much for this helpful video. Can you please tell me if there is any breathing pattern associated with this exercise, like in yoga

  • When you think about it most of our grandparents went through the great depression so being able to have a holiday meal was a big deal. Times aren’t always good so enjoy it while it’s here

  • Don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but one of my favourite things about this channel are the videos under 5 minutes or even 3 minutes. No filler trying to get to 10 minutes, just the shit that I came for.

  • Okay but been loving her editing recently. I can tell how much effort she puts into it and how Alisha it is

    Oh also squats for dayssss

  • Oh dear. My poor abandoned program looking forlorn and meekly holding up a sign reading “Where U At?” that gets me in the feels.

Not enough to stop scarfing down turkey during the holidays though. -_^

Happy Thanksgiving PicFit and fellow PicFit peeps.

  • Is Custokebon Secrets effective to lost a lot of weight? We’ve learn many good stuff about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • Hey Chris; so when you say you get more carbs in your meal cuz you train deadlifts or some heavy weights, is that lunch? I mean, post workout?
Do you always train with an empty stomach?

  • Thank you man I appreciate all of your videos. All your videos have actually helped me to shred my fat and went from a dad bod to a toned up 4 pack on the road to a 6. Praise your videos man

  • Exactly eat what u want it’s one day a year.

u don’t get fat in 1 day it takes time of bad habits, same with getting buff.
Theres so much clickbait there’s videos out there saying “I did the rocks workout for 1 day look what happened”
I’ma eat good today, and back to my routine tomorrow

  • my girlfriend has hypothyroidism, and showed me this video. I don’t have hypo but I have depression and this video inspired me so much to get into a workout even when i feel down and sloppy. Thank you so much ☺️

  • That is definitely a very low calorie diet, what would be a strong definition for me Not sure what’s your height or weight, but obviously you can maintain your routine with that. What you can do is amazing!!

  • Haven’t watched Alisha and a while and wow forgot what she looks like as a brunette. I loved the blonde hair but she looks amazing as a brunette!

  • Before clicking the video, reading the title I muttered to myself: “you don’t.” I’m happy that’s also your take on this 😉 HAPPY HOLIDAYS ERRYONE

  • I had a thyroidectomy and gained a bunch of weight over a four year period. I am not eating EXTREMELY CLEAN and tracking fats, protein, and carbs. I am on T4 and T3 was added a few weeks ago due to the large amount of weight gain. I am on the right track. My issue is I started working out and have the drive to do it daily but I get extreme pain after just walking for 45-60 mins. Did you have this issue?

  • ⭐Great quote: You are stronger than your strongest excuse not to exercise! I’m printing that & hanging it up on my mirror! Many thanks! ⭐

  • I fast 20-26 hours daily and eat one meal a day (OMAD). On special occasion I’ll fast till I have a get together. I feel great! I don’t binge, I don’t crave process food. It’s the best thing I’ve discovered.

  • Got diagnosed 3 years ago and still not sorted. Waiting to see an endocrinologist to find out if I’ve got hashimotos. I love learning from others with the same issues, especially successful women like you. Gives me hope that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel ❤️

  • the biochemist in me screams at the statement skipping breakfast, you have to consider brain need sugar duuuude 20% of all energy in the body goes to your brain which is like 2% of body mass at least eat an apple with the water please! you cant deny the power of apples promise to eat an apple dude.

  • I was just diagnosed with hashimoto’s and it’s been such a relief! I originally went just for strange menstrual bleeding and didnt realize my other symptoms were tied, and I’m so glad to have you as a resource as I change my lifestyle

  • No offense, as long as i respect this guy but some of those information are wrong, breakfast is the most improtant meal in the day you need to eat healthy and not oveeating before 1 hour of working out and you should have also a post workout meal right after you finished your exercices, and for dinner you should not eat that much, source of protein are for lunch, at night you should eat something light like a salad or some fruits and don’t ever overeat, i don’t have anything against this guy i just like to know the source of his information cz if he is a great athlete that dosen’t make him a dietition or even a coach

  • Speaking from experience as someone who is used to carefully plan and track their nutrition, the main problem when going “off plan” is moderation. Because I’m usually much more strict about what I’m eating I tend to go on an all out binge when the time to “cheat” arises, especially when alcohol has subdued my willpower.

  • I read plenty of superb reviews on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets (search on google) can help you lost crazy amounts of weight. Has anybody tried this popular diet plan?

  • I’m bulking rn (clean bulk) but the holidays don’t matter to me I still went to the gym today and will go on Christmas if open (also I don’t find it hard to eat healthy my mindset is just why eat unhealthy because you only taste it for a little bit)

  • I have hypothyroidism for past nine years and I’ve always been a skinny person since my childhood until I was diagnosed with it. I’ve been working out most of my life but never came across any video like yours. They’re very thorough and real. Thank you so much for making these videos. Though I myself have been an active person, I know it sucks at times to feel unhealthy, heavy, bloated and what not. Can you please suggest if it’s still okay to include a bit if gluten in our diet? Thank you:) much love and power

  • I just found your channel! I’ve struggled with hypothyroidism since I was 18 and I’ll be 27 in April. It has taken 5yrs to finally figure out my right dosage of levothyroxine. I struggle so much with finding the right stuff to eat because I love my sweets. Finding motivation to work out is a serious struggle too, especially with how much I work. Thank you so much for these videos!! ❤

  • I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism but because of the treatment i started to gain weight. And ive been struggling with losing weight now.

  • Thank you!!! <3 I was recently diagnosed and I've never felt so scared before but seeing this is really motivating. I've been crashing a lot due to fatigue and sometimes I just want it all to end. Gaining weight scares me more than anything because a classmate of mine has it too and she gained a lot. I feel like it's a losing battle now but this gives me hope. My doctor sent me to a specialist who took me off of Liothyronine. She said that it can result in significant heart problems in the future but she thinks my thyroid will completely fail in a couple of months and I just don't know what to do haha.

  • I mean its not that hard to still not eat unhealthy shit. A lot of calories sure, but that isn’t necessarily bad. Not everythings about weight man.

  • Hi

  • Hey PicFit, i want to throw a video idea your way. I have heard that not getting enough salt in your diet makes you crave sugar. And so, getting adequate amount of salt could be one advice for avoiding weight gain.

  • this vid gave me the motivation to go on my first run in like 3 months and I went 1 hour and 15 mins listening to your podcast. thank youuuuuu

  • Thanks for posting this I’m gonna try these workouts…
I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life but the past 2 years since I’ve had this disease I’ve gained weight so much easier and rapidly. I’ve gained over 100 pounds in the last 2 years and I’ve let it completely take over my life. I’ve never been so disgusted and unhappy with how I look.. I’m curious to know if anyone else has gained as much as I have and got through it? Any type of advice is really appreciated.

  • Thank you!!!! These are wonderful. People dont understand what we go through from morning to night to keep our energy up. You are now my new inspiration and I appreciate you! ♡

  • To be honnest I probably eat more healthy than in the summer… I always go out with friends but in the holidays my family is kinda deconstructed so we just have a Christmas dinner and that’s it.

  • So basically the workouts I did when I was pregnant. Lol. I didn’t want to it be this way but thank you so much for sharing. Lately I’ve been feeling terrible

  • This kitchen hardcore reminds me of Cassie Ho’s cheap clean eats kitchen!! Might it be the same?? It’s so bright and white and lovely I wish i could cook in it!!

  • New sub! This gave me hope. Thank you!
I’ve been depressed, and had no energy for 2 years. I even dropped out of school.
I gained 20kg, and I wanna lose that

  • I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer a few months back. Already had thyroidectomy and had RAI recently. The struggle is real. Im trying to have a balanced diet and exercise to help me manage my weight. But its hard. I get tired easily, stil feel bloated. Plus the muscle and joint pains dont help at all!
Im so glad that you made videos specific for hypo. Love the diet and exercise tips! And Its good to hear experiences and tips from someone going thru the same thing. Thank you! Keep it up girl. Looking forward to getting more tips from you!

  • Girl, does your hair grow crazy fast or what?!?! It’s grown so much so quickly!! Also, I’ve watched your fitness videos over and over to help keep me motivated!

  • I struggle with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and tried these moves just now (totally stuck with the modified versions) and phew! It can get your heart rate up for sure. This video (along with your other hypo vids) helped a lot and gave me hope about the healthier lifestyle I’m trying to start. Thank you for all of the info you provide! There’s not very many people that talk about hypothyroidism in such an approachable way. Thank you!!

  • This guy care more about he’s look than most girls, He does have a Nice body but damn. He’s morning rutine probably includes having a wank to his own video. The neck tattoo and everything this guy most likely imagined himself doing these videos and looking that way along time ago.

  • Anyone that wants the old Alisha back I love the new Alisha I have listened to pretty basic for ever she talk about how she hated the old vids so if you really support her then you love the way she is now Love you lida

  • I’ve had hypothyroidism for three years now and still can’t get past the fatigue, I have celiac and lactose intolerance too so I need to try these. I do feel better after moving in general but it pushing myself to do it that’s the hard part.

  • How many hours per day do you recommend to work out? I’m currently doing 40 min cardio and 20 min full body work out, but not sure if this is too much or just barely. I have been noticing a difference in my body, which is great, but sometimes I wish I can decrease the amount of time I spend working out per/day. Many thanks, love your videos.

  • Hey! Thanks for these videos! I was wondering if you ever struggled with hair loss while to were balancing your thyroid? I currently am and am wondering when the loss will slow down. BTW I am taking iodine my holistic doc said I would see results around four weeks. Thanks to anyone who answers:)

  • I too dont want to start my day with medicationsfed up with those medications.. Thank you for encouraging me at the real time when iam losing hope on my life..U r a Gem God bless u

It’s so great to know that I’m not the only person struggling with it xx

  • It’s been 2 years since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am on medication currently, my doctor keeps on increasing the dose whenever the TSH level increases beyond the permitted level. I’m 21 years old, 5’5″ and I weigh around 50kgs. I have always been skinny and lost more weight since 2 years, along with this I’m cold sensitive, experience hair loss whenever TSH levels increase and experience extreme fatigue. But out of all this I never understood why I have been losing weight as opposed to gaining weight like other people who have hypothyroidism. And because of this I never really understood what kind of workout will help me fight fatigue and gain weight instead of losing weight, if I have hypothyroid. Please help.

  • Tip #1 for not get fat during Christmas:
Change religion. I’d recommend don’t choose Pastafarianism just to keep your carbs intake under control

  • A great break from the typical videos you see from every fitness channel. Loved the casual, “don’t beat yourself up” part. Happy Thanksgiving, Mr. PictureFit!:)

  • Hi Katie, I recently joined #teamLSF with the sleigh challenge. I’m going back through your old videos . Question I know you take 2 medications for hypothyroidism, what do they each do? In Australia we only really have one (thyroxine) and although I feel better, I still feel rubbish!

  • Getting rid of candida and topping up with kefir bacteria is THE best thing to do as well as detoxing the liver and cut out gluten. Also getting a good sleep plays a major role. My partner has it I’m helping her to heal from it but she doesn’t take all my advice and thinks I’m being controlling because I ask her it’s best she cuts out gluten and don’t over do exercise at the gym. She pushes herself too hard to lose weight and it just causes more water retention and exhaustion plus her speech becomes slurred it’s soo hard because I love her to bits and wish to see her well. I just wish she would follow the advice fully as she makes so many mistakes. I think she would listen more to a female someone other than me.

  • I am fourteen and I have been struggling with hypo since I was three, I am so happy that I found something on YouTube that could possibly help me out!!!

  • Thank you so much for making this video!!! I just found out last year that I have hypothyroidism and I’m still trying to find the right dose of medicine to help with my symptoms. I’ve gained a lot of weight and usually feel so tired, and while I want to exercise it usually feels so overwhelming. If I try to follow “normal” work out videos I feel like I can’t handle the moves, but these exercises are perfect! I know I can do this, and eventually not use the modified moves. Please keep making videos in this series! I’d love to hear more tips from you!
