I have always wondered how I can look to improve my sleep, especially since I have chronic pain. In recent years I have heard a lot about Yog Nidra and yet haven’t come across someone who really experiences chronic pain and can explain it. What tops it off is the way you guide through it.

When one is told set a sankalpa, they should be given some time to set one… not keep talking. It’s really annoying when the narrators keep going on. There should be at least a 10-15 seconds.
i bought a cpl of your other products to help me fall asleep fast and stay asleep….but nothing worked….can you please make a youg nidra specifically for falling asleep and staying asleep for at least 6 hrs without getting up……thank you

What I want to mention is: it works for me better when I focus intensely, the harder the better. I have stomachaches every early morning. When I practice yoga nidra in my mind and focus intensely, the pain will go away, and I would fall asleep again. I hope this experience will help other viewers.

And, the meditations will also help us to relinquish the past, and welcome the new future. The reason why it’s so urgent is because we had the 36 year window, 18 years before, and 18 years after December 21, 2012. And, it is not clear how much longer Kryon will be our guide through this human evolution. The energies of the earth, and of humanity are changing, and we must help them to change into the mysterious beautiful future we want to experience. We are told by channeler Alcazar of the Kryon Group that we should incorporate meditations of gratitude, of deep gratitude that fills the heart. Think of something or someone that you are thankful for, and hold that feeling. And then feel it deep in your heart. And hold it there.

Hello Sir, I have started doing your yoga nidra 2 beginners level since last 2 days and I feel so relaxed and peaceful afterwards even though I am unable to do the imagination parts well or the body hotness and coldness and pain parts not at all. And even the imagination parts of the stone temple was totally vague in my mind, but I still did feel relaxed at the end. And I am an extremely stressful person. I would like to progress on to the intermediate level 3 also, but should I be able to follow your instructions perfectly in this beginners level, including the imagination parts and the body sensations feeling parts, before I go on to the next level? As I found those parts difficult to do. Thank you for your reply in advance.
Do you recommend a certain length of time spent at beginners level before progressing to intermediate? I’m absolutely loving these practices, thank you!

Hey you… Bless you and turning all this into a good thing….and kinda going back to your roots…(you know what I mean) And by doing so your showing also…we never have to follow the wolf in sheep clothes… Take good care of you!
A little explanation: I paid for a license to use the music in the previous version, but the artist double signed with another label and they created a copyright claim, which meant they could then put ads on that video. They inserted ads after ten minutes into the guided meditation, and this was just unacceptable. I would of let it slide if it was not for that, but many of you were having very negative experiences after getting into that state of deep relaxation and then having a multi-minute long advertisement begin playing. So that is why the previous version got deleted. The good news is, what ever appears to be the obstacle is actually the way. I studied film scoring and composition in university and have decided to get back into it. Future yoga nidra sessions and guided meditations will have music composed and performed by yours truly! This will allow me to use the natural tones and harmonies found in nature and create a much more deep and even cinematic experience for you all! Thanks for sticking with me… Sri

A little explanation: I paid for a license to use the music in the previous version, but the artist double signed with another label and they created a copyright claim, which meant they could then put ads on that video. They inserted ads after ten minutes into the guided meditation, and this was just unacceptable. I would of let it slide if it was not for that, but many of you were having very negative experiences after getting into that state of deep relaxation and then having a multi-minute long advertisement begin playing. So that is why the previous version got deleted.
The good news is, what ever appears to be the obstacle is actually the way. I studied film scoring and composition in university and have decided to get back into it. Future yoga nidra sessions and guided meditations will have music composed and performed by yours truly! This will allow me to use the natural tones and harmonies found in nature and create a much more deep and even cinematic experience for you all! Thanks for sticking with me… Sri
