So you are a beginner? Aim for fast strength gains! The training age of an individual has a huge influence on how fast one can gain strength. Beginners have realized little, if any, of their potential for strength gains.

She told me another friend asked — purely out of kindness and concern — if something terrible had happened because they noticed she had gained a decent amount of weight recently. This gain was after a check up where her doctor mentioned she needed to lose about 20 pounds. Before & After Stories & Pictures | Fitness Blender.

The work of nurturing strength is the work of keeping centered, embracing unity; to keep centered and embrace unity, it is good to be still, not active—if one is still, this preserves strength; if one is active, this damages strength.

  • I was eating some chips and as soon I I started this I threw them on the the floor I highly regret it because now I have to clean it up

  • You’re a liar you don’t even play the game. When you reached the iceberg and Got 1 million body toughness it never Said claim reward.

  • there is a crystal on the cloud above the tornado that gives 100x when you punch it.
flying speed is from psychic power.
the new update adds a zen island very high in the sky where you train psychic power
and some new body toughness places.

  • He does not know much about the game because he skips the texts when sath talks to him
so if he read he would know all those things already including the training areas

  • austin, holla! every once in a while when I’m swimming at deep eddy pool at 6am, Lance will show up and do laps. cool guy. he has a cool podcast, too.

  • Hey man, you seem like a pretty self-sufficient dude. You’re totally cool with being alone and getting shit done, but you also seem to really enjoy being around friends and getting after it as a part of a group, whether that’s a bro sesh in the gym with some meatheads or Summer Strong and now the Onnit meeting. I’d love to see a video on what place being alone and being a part of a group has/has had in your life in a little more detail.

  • I train wrestling off season and I do boxing but I hit the gym like once or twice a month, do I still build muscle or no? I workout 4 days a week, 2 days boxing and 2 days wrestling

  • I’m 103 and I have good grip strength for my weight idk if I should go up to 113 and gain muscle or stay at 103 and gain more strength

  • Always love a plug of mindset, positive outlook, and spiritual growth. Glad you felt a connection at Onnit this weekend. One thing I’d recommend is kind of establishing what your spectrum of performance and “feel” is with regards to training going forward. Getting in shape isn’t a complicated process: have some discipline, bust your ass when it’s time to, and take care of your recovery. I’m not hitting any points you don’t already know but “digging deeper,” as you said, is something that gives longevity to fitness. Maybe get into where mindset, internal principles, and health are. Build on your experience this past weekend.

Well, that’s enough from me. Keep being a good dude, Matt. Much love.

  • Hey man, great video as always! You’ve mentioned a number of times about surrounding yourself with like minded people. Do you have any tips on growing your inner circle or building out your network (I can’t come up with a less pretentious way to say that! haha)? You have loads of fantastic people to bounce ideas off in a number of areas outside of just strength training and I was wondering how you went about building those relationships. While I have some fantastic and supportive people in my life that I’m very thankful for, this is an area I really struggle with.

  • Maybe a video on being at peace with your life’s choices and taking accountability for the decisions you make. How sticking to the plan is more important some days rather than others and what justifies a day to let loose. It’s a measure of personal goals, but something along the lines of a guide on how to make persistence, drive and motivation a habit

  • Hey! So I am in the 145 pound weight class and I feel like I can’t do as much since all the guys a ripped or shirt and fat. So do you think I should gain muscle and go up a weight class or cut and go down?

  • I was hoping to see you do some work with the steel maces or clubs. What are your thoughts on the unconventional tools Onnit produces?

  • I am from Iceland and love your channel. your videos are really inspiring and seeing the icelandic flag on your cap really puts an extra smile on my face:)

  • i wonder how you always end up at these cool gatherings.. are you getting asked to join or do you actively search for those meetings and ring people up yourself?

  • love your vids man its getting me motivated to start training and if start with explosive training is it okey or not? or should i stard small?

  • Last year I walked around at 128-132 and cut down to 120(122 w/ 2 pound allowance). Now I walk around at 133-138 should I try to go back to 120 again next year? I can cut weight fairly easily and I’m 5’7.5”

  • I love your channel so much keep going make sure to monetize ur videos so u can get some money it will motivate u even more to keep going

  • If you muscle your neck you’ll be able to appear more massif and Stronger than before.
Neck Training a video on it please Chris

  • Yo so I’m wrestling 195 my coach said I should be beast this season since I gained experience last season cause that was my 1st season. But my question is should I wrestle 195 and loose some fat and gain muscle or just loose fat to drop to 182 which would be better?

  • all that quest was ez and hes not even training at areas what a “pro”……if u train at the IOO requird bodytoughness u will get 1000 body thoughness sorry i cant spell right im only like 14

  • Oh and if u go to the tornado and look up there will be a cloud go on it and there will be a crystal and if u punch it it multiplies it really good

  • A video on what all you tattoos mean……… Narr

Really I’d love a video on stress management you always really focused on what you’re doing and not fried. Which would be good.

  • If pull ups are hard for you just think of it as pulling your elbows down not your body up. This will most likely help with your mental strength

  • Am I the only one hoping that you spending time at Onnit might lead to you being on JRE? I’d love to hear you two just riff off each other.

  • Working around a torn meniscus during season? Potential video? Without losing the base strength you acquired during the offseason. What kind of workouts would you do? #oldmanknees

  • Lol just saying tho the thumbnail is fake obviously I’m saying that for those idiots that think he can actually do that also btw I’m not trying to make fun of u chris it’s just obviously fake
