I never remember my dad living in my house I have one memory of him even being there and that memory he was setting on the back straps. He would come over and bring gifts to 4out of 6 kids to for birthdays and Christmas my self and one older sister never received anything and we never as we were the two kids that looked the most like him yet he denied us two fuck him he’s a lonely old man now o well. I control everything about my body I do over eat sometimes but I know how to just stop it’s not enjoying the food when your miserable with every bit. Set yourself a limit and don’t make your kid go get you any food or anything else.

  • Thank you for sharing this routine. I have rheumatoid arthritis and ended up gaining a lot of weight. I’m doing keto and intermittent fasting and I’ve lost a fair amount of weight and can move easier, but have no muscles. I’ve tried other “low impact” exercise routines but they aren’t made for people like me. I always end up hurting myself which leads to setbacks and eventually quitting. I hope I can stick with these and get moving more.

I walk in the pool at the Y but now that a pandemic has hit I needed to find something to keep me working out for my body and even more to clear my mind at home. I am down 65 pounds with 40 to go.   • There aren’t a lot of exercise videos out there for heavy people. I’m so glad you invested your time and expertise to offer this on youtube. As a former yoga teacher, I’d like to caution folks about the very first leg exercise-the leg extension. If you have a knee injury and/or your leg weighs a lot, you may want to be very careful with this exercise. Overall, these exercises can help you strengthen your muscles, help protect your joints, and improve mobility. William’s comments are great on this video.

  • have been participating for the past 3 months in this Awesome workout! I have seen results in the inches I have lost around my body parts. I especially like the inches lost around my abs, stomach. It truly works. I am in my 50’s and had minor back surgery 6 months ago. Physical therapy was a real challenge for me due to my weight, so I started this routine. My body, mind feel so much better because I have stuck to this routine. Keep this video on u tube please.

  • I relate to this a lot. When I was younger, my mom weighed around 400 pounds, and she had a lot of problems along with that, like anxiety, depression, and we rarely left the house to go out with friends or family because she hated the thought of big crowds. I remember her going to work and then coming home and sitting on her bed for the rest of the night. And I would clean the house and heat up the leftovers and taken care of the dogs. And whenever she needed something to drink, or she needed me to grab something for her I would do it. Around the time I was 12 we realized that something needed to change. So my mom put in the work, and she has lost at least 150 pounds, she got help for her anxiety, and she’s now very happy and engaged, but she is still working towards losing weight so that she can get pregnant safely. I’m very proud of her.

  • I have a couple of questions. I am morbidly obese and have done similar chair exercises from another place on youtube. What no one ever mentions, is that when you pull the knees up, an obese stomach gets in the way. I could bring it up better if the “apron” wasn’t in the way. I had a yoga for the obese cd that was lost in a move and no longer made which, when the stomach go in the way of many moves, asked us to just hold up our stomachs with our hands or push it to different sides in other moves. Of course, that isn’t very possible in some sitting positions if you want to maintain posture. Would an abdominal binder help and is that a good idea while exercising? Also, when one is obese, you are obviously wider from side to side and I see in the male exerciser here what I have tried hard to control but he doesn’t seem to try to do so maybe I shouldn’t? That is, he sits with his legs far apart to some extent, he must, since his (and my) thighs seem to go that way. So, when he (and I, if not careful) pull up our legs, they go more to the side than straight like the instructor’s. I fear if I do it that way, it may do more harm than good or at the very least, not as effective. Finally, as an obese woman, I have lots of weight in the front large (and droopy) boobs, the stomach and large thighs. My neck tends to go forward, my back tends toward too much curve on top and too much butt in back. The tops of my thighs, on the other had, look to me like they go forward too much. Any thoughts on how to adjust this with exercise and help make it better. One big problem that I have is that no gym that I know of in my city (Tucson) has anything going for the morbidly obese and my insurance won’t cover PT. On the plus side, I have a stationery recumbent bike, exercise mat, elastic bands, ball (which I’ve never used), and my own pool that I can easily use most of the year. Suggestions or other youtube videos explaining more?
