  • Hi Jo. This looks real positive. Cancer surgery on my neck has destroyed nerves in the neck and right shoulder and reduced mobility and comfort

  • Stress is something that makes you you, stress is not a bad thing if you had no stress you would be weak you need to struggle to be stronger and successful

  • I started following you after my surgery. I’m an amputee above the knee. Trouble with my elbows trouble with my shoulders. I watch your videos and it has really helped me. Even when you say get on your hands and knees. Cut my bounce and I can do these things now. The only problem I have is keeping my muscles in my amputated leg from shrinking I can feel them shrinking. It is a natural process that you have to work every day to keep them from. Is there anything you can help help me with that
