  • I started following you after my surgery. I’m an amputee above the knee. Trouble with my elbows trouble with my shoulders. I watch your videos and it has really helped me. Even when you say get on your hands and knees. Cut my bounce and I can do these things now. The only problem I have is keeping my muscles in my amputated leg from shrinking I can feel them shrinking.
