  • As great a workout as this is,I REALLY wish that guys at my gym would STOP doing them,because the 24 Hr Fitness I go to is a small gym and it can become a safety hazard.Lastly…if you too are using a small gym(like mine!)   • Still wrong form, still too ‘crossfit’. Hands should be on the ground before kicking back and despite what crossfit says, thighs/hips should not touch, only chest as in a strict push up. Anyone who was in the military 20 years ago will attest to this.
