  • For the few lousy months that I had regular income working within my desired branch, I was the happiest person in the world, just glad that I might actually get somewhere in life. Now Im being owed a ton of money, feel miserable most of time time. So I think I may be going through something a bit different than what you’re mentioning. However, all these tips help keep yourself motivated and keep pushing towards your goal if you find yourself in a situation like mine.

  • The choreography in this dance is think could work good with water bottles / manuals and rubber band… i would try that for fun warm up:)

  • The commute earlier advice is spot on. When I realised there were showers at my workplace, it allowed me to leave the house half an hour earlier. Because I missed all the traffic, it actually meant I got to work an hour+ earlier which in turn meant that I finished my hours earlier in the day and so missed the traffic jams on the way home.

  • I think this sound pretty small but I feel like these are worth to keep on your mind and make sure you are ticking to the check list. With MODERN, DIGITAL, BUSY world we all unconciously are far from these basic elements that make life complete. Hence I feel that this content is definetly worth of making, watching & implementing.. Tq for your video. I am happy that I have seen this video content

  • I thought I’d be happier with a 19 yr old Nymphomaniac.
But then my wife took away all my money, so it didn’t really work out the way I wanted.

  • I want to be successful money wise and I’m working very hard to get it, but it is not so I be happy, I’m already happy, what I need is financial freedom to do more of what I love.

  • Good info especially about actual face to face communication. You are very easy on the eye too which helps while watching your presentation

  • You keep on saying a lot of things, and I really want to learn from you but your looks distracted me so many times. HAHAHAHAAHAHA ❤️

  • I love your workout Pamela.. this is my 3rd days..sweeting a lots…hopefully I can.get my.absss….love from Philippines..

  • Lately, I’ve been, I’ve been thinking

I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier

    When the morning comes

When we see what we’ve become

In the cold light of day we’re a flame in the wind

Not the fire that we’ve begun

Every argument, every word we can’t take back

‘Cause with the all that has happened

I think that we both know the way that this story ends

    Then only for a minute

I want to change my mind

‘Cause this just don’t feel right to me

    I wanna raise your spirits

I want to see you smile but

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Lately, I’ve been, I’ve been thinking

I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier

    When the evening falls

And I’m left there with my thoughts

And the image of you being with someone else

Well, that’s eating me up inside

But we run our course, we pretend that we’re okay

Now if we jump together at least we can swim

Far away from the wreck we made

    Then only for a minute

I want to change my mind

‘Cause this just don’t feel right to me

    I wanna raise your spirits

I want to see you smile but

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Lately, I’ve been, I’ve been thinking

I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier

    So I’ll go, I’ll go

    I will go, go, go

    So I’ll go, I’ll go

    I will go, go, go

Lately, I’ve been, I’ve been thinking

I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier

Even though I might not like this

I think that you’ll be happier, I want you to be happier

Then only for a minute (only for a minute)

I want to change my mind

‘Cause this just don’t feel right to me

    I wanna raise your spirits

I want to see you smile but

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Know that means I’ll have to leave

Lately, I’ve been, I’ve been thinking

I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier

    So I’ll go, I’ll go

    I will go, go, go

  • I’ve yet to find a physical activity that’s fun. Especially something that doesn’t require putting money in or having another person, because I lack in both.

  • Choose happiness. Believe that you are already happy and you will see good things in your day, build gratitude and see negative things in proportion. Happiness is a state of mind, not a bunch of things achieved.

  • Yes, I agree with Christopher Haddad, the last comment, Thomas Frank is so handsome, it would make me happy to see his pretty face and cheery personality every morning, especially in bed to me. Honestly, though it is an interesting video, though he does talk VERY VERY fast.

  • Marshmallow merchandise: SAFE LIVES AND WASH HANDS, PLEASE REMAIN 6ft AWAY FROM ME

wow he does care about people

Let’s all take a moment and thank marshmello for bieng a caring person

  • Can you please to another one like this? I unfortunately don’t really like the real dance workouts but this one gets me in such a good mood, it’s perfect for a quick break while working and it can be a really good quick arm workout if you hold weights while doing this. I need more of this because I am afraid of the day when I can’t listen to this song anymore:D
