  • This is my Tuesday cardio. Love this one! I always wanted to do 45 min cardio and this in 30 was legit and lethal. Hr 166 Calories 230 BPM. Tuesday workout ✅ see you tomorrow thanks heather.

  • Lita and Reece’s workout videos wer the only ones I’ve been doing for 2 months… with proper diet and this workout, I lost 8kg… for the first one week, I needed some additional pauses along with the interval to complete it.. the form really improves one week into the workout…

  • Join me on StepSetGo, an application that rewards you with free products, just for walking. Use code ‘ e21av66huv ‘ while registering and join the revolution!

  • I have done it 4 times but my body still needs much more time to be adjusted. I also make more breaks than the video proposes. It’s a demanding exercise and needs intensive breathing but I hope that I will have results in the future.

  • Good one, was looking for a workout with no jumps, the modifications are good. I have whiny neighbours downstairs that complain about anything so need silent workouts lol

  • Honestly this 30 min took me 2 days to recovered. Screwed the moutain climbing because it was the hardest one and i literally dead while she said “ that’s a geat warm up “

  • I’m 26 years old and I’m obese and pre-diabetic. I’ve been on a diet for a while now and decided to start exercising. I lost weight and I’m nearly out of obesity.

  • Today is my first day getting back into working out and on my break from work I got this workout in and it killed me! I love this! Excited to continue watching your videos and getting inspired!!

  • After a month hiatus I’m back to these workouts, figured this one would be easy enough and I was dying in the end and drenched in sweat. Proud to have finished all the way thru though!!!

  • for anyone interested in calories, my apple watch says 80 active cals and 97 total calories burned during these 10 minutes! nice quick workout loved it

  • Loved this! So helpful. I am 40 pounds overweight and am dealing with heart issues. I found this doable and I feel great right now. Tomorrow may be a different story . Of course I paced myself and stopped when I needed to but I will keep trying to make it through the whole video. Thank you! ❤️

  • Thanks so much for this! I have been trying to lose weight with other workout vids, but I didn’t start to see results until I added this into my routine. Again, thank you!

  • idk if i’m in better shape because that’s be surprising but i feel way better and not as tired after finishing than i did in january! much love thanks for this mads

  • Thank you so much FB i can see my body is improving because i followed your videos for one month thank youu thank you thank you!!!!!

  • Performance… awesome, presentation… awesome, cardio workout… perfect amount (an exercise everybody can finish with the option of doing it twice), background music… perfect music AND perfect volume… okay and… you are damn sexy 😉

  • IDK if you can control this but I’m grateful that the ad came at the end of this workout and if you did keep it in the end intentionally, Thank you!

  • Greetings.. As much as I do appreciate your efforts in presenting these very useful workouts for the benefit of all, but I and my partner both sustained some sort of shoulder discomfort by now has been a more than a month! We are both considered fit and keep doing exercises regularly. On your specific one doing – hands on the floor as if doing press up – was a prone to cause shoulder injury.. although, I had a shoulder dislocation in sport back in the days and have weak shoulder muscles, yet this move of diving on the floor is a step which you would have to reconsider your advice for your followers in order to categorise as beginners, medium range and advance. In my opinion, advance is the class you should advise to follow this particular training so they don’t get shoulder injury and complications..

  • Great to have 10′ or 20′ cardio ones. This one a bit intense in knees and ankles impact. The ice skater was great (more gentle). Please more 10′ cardio! Thanks for your videos

  • A couple thoughts… its less than 20 mintues of workout. Close to 18 minutes-ish…. Could greatly benefit with swapping out some of the compound movements for simpler ones. Felt like I had to waste 10-15 seconds on the first round on each movement to make sure I was doing it right, which led me to feeling like the first 10 minutes was a waste. Definitely more of a beginner work out, I had to add like another 5 minutes to feel like I worked out.

  • I love it

  • Killed it…was feeling stressed..HPA axis released cortisol…high fighting spirit…channelized and controlling it via HIIT workout

  • Yay, awesome quick and intense cardio workout! I loved it, and it was perfect for adding onto my 50 minute bootcamp workout. It gave me just the right amount of cardio HIIT at the end of my workout, and my legs were on fire and my heart rate was sky high!!

  • 2 years back, this FB workout popped in my recommended videos. I tried this work out thinking that it looked easy, only to realize that i couldn’t. All this time I was deceiving myself into thinking that i am fit, i dont need this, i can brisk walk for over 1 hour. So, I left it there
6 months later, it was the peak of summer in India, so it was difficult to go for a walk. And i needed to do some lower body workout for my upcoming beach vacation. I resorted back to FB glute and thigh pilates workout. It really worked as i could feel the change within a month. But, I again left it after my vacation. Infact i lost track of my physical health completely after that, gained weight and became lethargic.
This year in February i decided to take back control of my fitness. This time i took time with my body, acknowledging what i could and couldn’t do, instead of just pushing myself to insane HIIT workout.

Its been over months now following FB routines. Gradually building my strength, endurance and fitness level. I am now able to finish this workout without stopping without struggling. I feel mentally and physically healthy. I do HIIT, body wieght cardio, pilates, and a multitude of different routines by FB.
I feel so good. Thank you FB, Kelli and Daniel for making me feel like you are training me in person.

  • This was the first ever workout I completed with FitnessBlender! They have become a huge part of my life over the years, so this brings back nostalgia! Thanks Daniel and Kelly for your hard work and commitment and for making these videos so accessible. I owe a lot to you guys. xoxox

  • Today I chose to stop at the water break. But I’m going to walk my dog and continue for a bit. I feel really good about myself. Last time I made it to the 23 min mark before giving up, but today I did some abbs workout beforehand, and during the 12 minitues of this workout that i did do, I was a lot more active during the rests. Ok, Sunstone Rain signing off!

  • This was the first fitness blender video I ever found/tried 5 years ago and I could NOT get through it. It was too hard. After getting good conditioning from their other workouts and programs, I did this one easily!

  • I’ll be honest. I haven’t done any exercise in a very long time. I felt like I was dead after 4 minutes haha But I gotta move that butt sometime.

  • We want to use this video for a college course in Kinesiology at Santa Rosa Junior College. Would you please grant us permission to caption the video so it has punctuation and clear sentences? If you turn on Community Contributions in YouTube, we could add the better captions to these videos. Alternatively, we can send you a corrected caption file that you can upload in YouTube. One more option is to use a site such as that will embed the video and give us an interface to overlay the video with the better caption file.

All of these options leave the control in your hands. If you take down the video, it will no longer appear in the course, we will just be embedding from YouTube, not downloading the video.

  • For years I had a poor opinion of workout at home until I stumbled upon these two. Streamed the video on our TV and my wife and I enjoyed a top gym-quality workout. Thank you to both of you!

  • Hey, I’ve been doing this every day for a few weeks now, but the floor sets are a really big strain on my wrists, even with a thick yoga mat down. Does anyone have any advice for that?

  • mierdasssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

  • Got through it, this is amazing, going to start doing this 3 days a week, im quite fit already, but this will lean me out some more!

  • I tried your workout for the first time today and quite liked it. Here’s my challenge though. I broke my wrist 2 years ago and I find the positions with hands on the floor with wrist at 90 degrees very uncomfortable. Do you have an alternative to lessen the strain on the wrist? Maybe less weight on it or less severe angle? Or something entirely different?

  • This workout caused me overexertion in early pregnancy which scared me but im ok and baby is ok but definetely not baby friendly workout!

  • Im still a beginner… so i almost passed out lol…But this is a good workout! I could only follow the workout from the lady in the blue tho…

  • I love working out, it helps our body healthy. I did this every day its hard for the 1st time but the next 2 to 3 days it’s like a warm up only promise

  • This may be a selfish ask but I’d like to request less moves that essentially incorporate squats into them. A few squats no worries, but this many squat variations flares up previous injuries/ not great for tight hipflexors. Otherwise, always love your workouts

  • I love fitness blender & use their workouts weekly but am I the only one who prefers the warm up seperate from the actual routine?

  • I thought the warm-up was a little too short on this one. I walked my dog beforehand thinking it would be a good extra warm-up, but it ended up being still too short. Otherwise the workout was wonderful! Thank you!:) I wish you’d post more workouts like these instead of HIIT.

  • Get muscles like me, I got 7kg of lean muscle mass in two months only. I visited website called *Next Level Diet*, they provided me with 30 days diet meal plan and training plan. Their tips helped me to gain muscles as well.

  • Wow dude. I’m in pretty good shape, but I barely made it through this. It has been shared with ALL of my work out buddies looking for good routines during Quarantine. TY

  • This workout was no joke.! I thought it would be a nice quick 30 min session. Nope! It got harder and harder especially with the inchworm burpees. 3 circuits with about 5 moves done twice. Heather started soft but ended it like a fighter. This will be by new cardio on Saturday’s. I do your workouts 6xs a week for the past 8 weeks. I love them! Thank you for kicking my butt today.
