Walk Out to Modified Push-Up. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your core engaged. Bend down, placing both hands on the floor, and walk your hands forward to come into a. Start with your feet hip-distance apart. Lift your right leg up and bend your knee, aiming to get your knee parallel with your hip or higher.

Jump to switch legs. Do these back and forth, quickly for 50 repetitions (each time your right knee comes in, count that as one).   • I have done it 4 times but my body still needs much more time to be adjusted. I also make more breaks than the video proposes. It’s a demanding exercise and needs intensive breathing but I hope that I will have results in the future.

  • Greetings.. As much as I do appreciate your efforts in presenting these very useful workouts for the benefit of all, but I and my partner both sustained some sort of shoulder discomfort by now has been a more than a month! We are both considered fit and keep doing exercises regularly. On your specific one doing – hands on the floor as if doing press up – was a prone to cause shoulder injury.. although, I had a shoulder dislocation in sport back in the days and have weak shoulder muscles, yet this move of diving on the floor is a step which you would have to reconsider your advice for your followers in order to categorise as beginners, medium range and advance. In my opinion, advance is the class you should advise to follow this particular training so they don’t get shoulder injury and complications..

  • Great to have 10′ or 20′ cardio ones. This one a bit intense in knees and ankles impact. The ice skater was great (more gentle). Please more 10′ cardio! Thanks for your videos

  • A couple thoughts… its less than 20 mintues of workout. Close to 18 minutes-ish…. Could greatly benefit with swapping out some of the compound movements for simpler ones. Felt like I had to waste 10-15 seconds on the first round on each movement to make sure I was doing it right, which led me to feeling like the first 10 minutes was a waste. Definitely more of a beginner work out, I had to add like another 5 minutes to feel like I worked out.

  • Yay, awesome quick and intense cardio workout! I loved it, and it was perfect for adding onto my 50 minute bootcamp workout. It gave me just the right amount of cardio HIIT at the end of my workout, and my legs were on fire ���� and my heart rate was sky high!! ��������

  • 2 years back, this FB workout popped in my recommended videos. I tried this work out thinking that it looked easy, only to realize that i couldn’t. All this time I was deceiving myself into thinking that i am fit, i dont need this, i can brisk walk for over 1 hour. So, I left it there
    6 months later, it was the peak of summer in India, so it was difficult to go for a walk. And i needed to do some lower body workout for my upcoming beach vacation. I resorted back to FB glute and thigh pilates workout. It really worked as i could feel the change within a month. But, I again left it after my vacation. Infact i lost track of my physical health completely after that, gained weight and became lethargic.
    This year in February i decided to take back control of my fitness. This time i took time with my body, acknowledging what i could and couldn’t do, instead of just pushing myself to insane HIIT workout.

    Its been over months now following FB routines. Gradually building my strength, endurance and fitness level. I am now able to finish this workout without stopping without struggling. I feel mentally and physically healthy. I do HIIT, body wieght cardio, pilates, and a multitude of different routines by FB.
    I feel so good. Thank you FB, Kelli and Daniel for making me feel like you are training me in person.

  • Today I chose to stop at the water break. But I’m going to walk my dog and continue for a bit. I feel really good about myself. Last time I made it to the 23 min mark before giving up, but today I did some abbs workout beforehand, and during the 12 minitues of this workout that i did do, I was a lot more active during the rests. I broke my wrist 2 years ago and I find the positions with hands on the floor with wrist at 90 degrees very uncomfortable. Do you have an alternative to lessen the strain on the wrist?   • I thought that I died at 24min. I took a 30sec rest and finished with no impacts, really hard. Just perfect, exactly what I like in workouts.

  • This may be a selfish ask but I’d like to request less moves that essentially incorporate squats into them. A few squats no worries, but this many squat variations flares up previous injuries/ not great for tight hipflexors. Otherwise, always love your workouts ��

  • im so upset that i have to do this again tomorrow.. this is what i get for not working out for 6 months… i barely made it to 8 minutes, asthma is barely a barrier.. I gained fat in place for muscles but my muscles are beign revived.. i have worked out only 2 hours and 10 minutes throughout these 3 days.. maybe I will make better progress tomorrow… help me I am commenting so I don’t have to workout.

  • Was really going this until a hungry jacks add came on mid way. Not only did id disrupt my workout, it was advertising fast food! Disappointed now which is sad as I have been loving these workouts from this channel.

  • It’s a great 10 min workout but all 3 if them seemed so out of breath after just the first 2 minutes. I’m 46 and didn’t even break a sweat.

  • I am disabled and never watch these things yet YouTube bombards me with them. Yoga videos, cardio video’s, weight training video’s. These are just a few of the things I cannot do and being bomarded by these things daily is no help. YouTube smarten up FFS!

  • I thought the warm-up was a little too short on this one. I walked my dog beforehand thinking it would be a good extra warm-up, but it ended up being still too short. Otherwise the workout was wonderful! Thank you!:) I wish you’d post more workouts like these instead of HIIT.

  • This workout was no joke.! I thought it would be a nice quick 30 min session. Nope! It got harder and harder especially with the inchworm burpees. 3 circuits with about 5 moves done twice. Heather started soft but ended it like a fighter. This will be by new cardio on Saturday’s. I do your workouts 6xs a week for the past 8 weeks. I love them! Thank you for kicking my butt today.
